My Life being Disabled 31/12/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched a movie on my television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I told the nurse I didn't have any siphon bags or any Cavilon. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I was told skills were playing Bingo in training room and I went to play. This lasted until noon and I went back to my room. I had Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan bread for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I stayed on my bed because the nurses changed my catheter. At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Lozenges, a bottle of cough medicine, a tin of deodorant and some chocolate biscuits. I had a buffet for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:15, I put my feet up and watched a movie on my television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I listened to my CD player and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I started exercising but I had stomach pains and I stopped exercising. I put my feet up and watched movie until 16:00 when I worked on my computer. I Chilli con Carne and Naan bread for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, started changing my passwords and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched a movie on my television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I was going to exercise but my legs were swollen. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. After I went to Asda where I bought a can of deodorant, 2 vegetable Samosas, 2 Indian snacks and 2 packets of Lozenges. I came home and a carer told me skills were having a quiz in the training room. I went there and we 5 quiz and 2 round of Bingo. We finished at 16:00 and I went back to my room. I had Chicken Jafrazi with rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I fried fish, chips and peas for lunch but I was interrupted by a carer asking me what I wanted tomorrow. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went out for some fresh air. I went down The High Street and back up Acorn Way calling in Asda where I bought 2 vegetable Samosas, 4 mini Naans and a tube of Colgate toothpaste. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and told the carers that my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and I logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I sent an email to Bullbuilders enquiring what facilities for Disable people they have in meeting room in the Coral stand. I sent an email to Bradford Bulls enquiring if the Coral stand will open to the public for 2013 season. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad. I went to the Post Office to return the Stereo I bought from Amazon. I went to Asda where I bought a bottle of shower gel and 2 vegetable Samosas. I had a Bacon sandwich and my Samosas. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday at 17:00 I was very sick but when the carers changed me my hoist was cover in vomit. I stayed in bed and watched television.
I woke up at 03:00 this morning and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up but when the carers checked with the laundry they found my sling was in the washer because nobody had washed it last night. I got dressed and watched television until 11:30 when I got up and logged on before lunch at noon. Skills came and filed my finger nails. I had Gammon, chips and processed peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 skills were having a few games of Bingo and I went to the Training room. We had four games followed by a quiz. I won 2 cans of deoderant and a bottle shower gel. We had tea at 16:00 and I had a Ham sandwich, a samosa, a sausage roll and 2 pieces of Pizza followed by Xmas cake. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:00 and watched television until 07:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 09:45. At 10:30 my youngest and his girlfriend came with a new Bradford Bull shirt for me. They stayed until my wife and eldest came at 11:15. They stayed until Noon when I went to dining room for my Xmas lunch starting Mushroom and Horse Chestnut soup followed by Turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, parnsips, cauliflower cheese and a sausage with bacon followed by Xmas pudding in a Brandy sauce. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched a movie most of the afternoon. I had Tomato soup for tea. I went room but when I got there I was violently sick. The carers put me on my bed but decided I'd have to stay because my sling was covered in sick.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00 but skills told me they were having a coffee morning at 10:15. I went to the training room but they told it started at 10:30. We had coffee, jam doughnuts, cakes and biscuits. After we had a Xmas quiz and 4 games of bingo. All the residents got proper fish and chips for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to the training room to see Double Tee performing a Kareoke for 2 hours. During this my bowels opened but I told a carer when it had finished. The senior carer came to tell me they were busy.At 16:10 they changed my pad.  I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. I agreed with the carers I would take my computer to the television room this afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and my teeth. I went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of vegetable Samosas, a Chicken Jalfrezi with rice and a Dove deodorant. When I got home I watched television. I had, my own, Chilli con Carne with Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I  went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came in to wash bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. I went to Asda where I bought 2 vegetable Samoas, 2 onion bajis, 4 Nan breads, 2 packets of ginger nuts, a pasta meal, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 10 blank CD'S. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched a movie until16:00. I had Chicken Madras, Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and organized my computer to move into the quiet lounge because my carpet was being cleaned. The carers set my computer in the quiet lounge and I logged on at 10:30. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the quiet lounge to use my computer and to read my book. At 15:00 my bowels opened and the carers took me to my room where they were going to change my pad but my bowels were still working. They decided to leave on my bed forv30 minutes. After they brought my computer into my room where I stayed until 16:25. I had beefburger and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At  22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up when the nurse was putting my stocking at 03:00, I watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I changed my siphon bag, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, I was weighed at 91.6 kgs and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. I texted my youngest son to inform him that Bradford Bulls have the first supplies next year's home shirt because he's going to buy one for my Xmas present and to tell I won a bottle of Champagne in a raffle that he can have. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I texted my youngest son to tell him I wear XXL but he told me he had bought one that was XXL. I had Corned Beef stew and Yorkshire puddings for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 my bowel opened, I watched television and told the carers who changed my pad. I worked on my computer for the of the afternoon. I had Bacon and egg sandwiches followed by ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television.At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:00 when the nurse put my support stocking on and I watched television until 07:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 09:00. At 10:00 I started getting ready to go to the dentist. I got there at 10:20 and went straight to see him. He tried my teeth which was a good fit. I made appointment for 20/03/13 at 10:30 and went to Asda where I bought 2 Chocolate eggs, a Chicken Madras and some cough medicine. I came home and worked on my computer until lunch time where I had Sausages, Mash, Broccoli and Cauliflower for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 I started watching a movie and my eldest son to watched it with me. He left when the movie finished at 16:00. I had my own Beef Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged on 18:00.

Yesterday I logged at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 the nurse came when I pressed the call button to wash my bladder out. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room to get ready to go to Asda but a carer told me skills were having a coffee morning in the training room at 10:30. I went to the training room and had a coffee and a corn flake bun. I didn't eat my bun because the chocolate was very hard. At 11:15 I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. I bought some ice cube freezer bag, some freezer bag and some Throat and Chest sweets. I came home, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 12:00. I had steak, chips, onion rings, peas and mushrooms for lunch but I only ate half of it because I was disturb by a carer asking me what I would like tomorrow. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth.  At 14:00 I went to the training room and played 5 games of Bingo. I went to my room until the carer came to take me to the Therapy kitchen where I cooked 3 servings of Chilli con Carne. I finished cooking at 17:10, went to the dining room where I ate it. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watch a movie on television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. They change my leg bag to a siphon bag, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 I went to Asda where I bought the items to make Chilli con Carne, a Chicken curry with rice, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packets of Ginger nuts and a variety of chocolates for the manager and staff. I had Chicken Curry with rice and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 15:00 to watch a movie while I had shave. I had my own Lasagne, Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 18:00 I asked the carers if I could get ready to go to the Labour Party Barnsley East Social. I asked them would they change my pad and put my black joggers and my new shirt. At 18:50 skills came to see if my carer had arrived but she didn't come until 19:00. I told skills the Post Code of Rockingham Community Centre S74 0DQ. We arrived at 19:30 and were the first ones there. At 20:00 there was about 100 members, guests and their families. Firstly there was a local lad called Dan who composed, sang and played guitar who stay on for 30 minutes. There was meal break of 30 minutes because somebody had spent all day making sandwiches etc. There was a game of Bingo but I didn't buy a ticket after there was game where you bought 13 playing cards and the 1st one to get all cards called won £15. After there was a raffle where I bought 5 tickets but I won 2 prizes, a bottle of Champagne and a box of House of Parliament Cookies. Dan came on again but we left at 22:30 and got home at 23:00. I went to my room and watched television. At 00:01 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:00. At 11:00 my brother and his wife came to see me. We talked and drunk coffee until 12:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. In the afternoon I watched a movie but at 14:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who said the other carers were at lunch. I waited until 14:30 and told the same carer who said they've just come back but they'll see to you shortly. I waited until 14:45 and asked firstly the nurse but she was at lunch, secondly the senior carer. Shortly afterwards 2 carers came and changed my pad. I had my own Chilli con Carne with Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I'm going to the Labour party social tonight. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I received a parcel from Amazon which contain the 4 champagne flutes. I asked a carer would she get my new shirt ironed. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to Asda where I bought a Chilli con Carne with rice, a packet of ginger nuts and 4 mini Naans. It was 14:00 when got home and I logged off 15:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought a Lasagne and some Lozenges. I came home and worked on my computer. I had Ravoli, garlic bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, and logged off at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and attempted to exercise but my leg weight kept coming loose. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched a movie and worked on my computer. I had a bacon sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 07:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had a bacon with tomato sandwich because its Darbyshire lunch out. We're going to The Norman Inn at Monk Bretton but I have an appointment with my dentist at 10:30. I went to my room and logged on at 09:15. At 10:00 I started getting ready to go to the dentist but a carer went with me because the footpaths were still icy. The dentist tried my new dentures and they fit O.K.. I went home and worked on my computer. At 12:30 we went to The Norman Inn at Monk Bretton. At 13:40 we had our Xmas lunch. I had Tomato and Basil soup followed Turkey with stuffing, Brussel sproats, carrots, peas,
 roast potatoes, new potatoes and gravy after I had Xmas pudding. I came back on the last bus getting home at 16:40. I had pies and peas for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had jacket potato, chilli and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had fried eggs, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:30 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad plus my jogging trousers. I had fishcakes, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00,I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go  bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went my room and logged on at 10:00. I got ready to go to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Ginger nuts and Sausage and Mash for my tea. When I got back I worked on the computer. I had Oxtail soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched Gremlins 2 on television. I had 2 sausages, mash, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 10:30 my sister and her husband came for their Xmas visit. She brought 2 ponnisetta plants. They stayed until 11:30 and I carried on with my computer work. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. In the afternoon I watched television and read my book. I had my own Mincemeat, Onions with gravy and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30 because my bowels had opened. I told the carers who changed my pad and jogging bottoms. After I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to room and logged on at 10:30. I ordered a wine cooler and some trousers from Amazon. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 14:00 my bowels opened,  I told the carers who changed my pad and jogging bottoms. I spent the rest of the afternoon watching Gremlins. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had 2 sausages, poached egg and chips but I only ate 1/2 of a sausage and 1/2 of my egg. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:30 skills came and we went Aldi where I bought 2 bottles of Champagne, 2 Xmas Cactii, 2 mouthwash and some Cotton buds. We went Asda Living because I intended to buy some jogging bottoms but they didn't have any. We went to SportDirect where I bought 2 pairs. We went to Morrison's where I bought 5 packs of sugar free Polos, 12 packets of sugar free Halls, 2 tubes of Fixodent, 2 vapour rubs, 25 blank DVDs, 4 Fushion blades, 2 packets of Sterodent, a new electric toothbrush, 4 bottles of water and 5 packets of Fisherman's Friends. I had fish fingers and beans for tea but hardly ate anything. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged in at 09:30. At 10:00 I got ready to go to the dentist but on the way out I saw skills who I paid £86 for 2 World Cup matches for next year. I also asked if skills would get me a list of residents that are going to The Norman Inn next Wednesday with their DOB because I might be able to get everyone a free drink. I got to the dentist at 10:20 and he saw me at 10:30. He made an impression for my bottom teeth and adjusted my new top set. I went to Asda where I bought a Chicken Vindaloo and some Naan bread. I came home and logged on again. I tried to set up an extra Hotmail account but failed. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I spent the rest of the afternoon working on my computer and watching a movie. I had Chicken Vindaloo but I didn't eat much followed by ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched Great Expectations. At 19:30 I watched television until 22:00 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved,showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I sent an email to my Social Worker about buying a 2nd sling. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 I went to the doctors surgery and saw a female doctor who prescribed Codeine. I went to the chemist and to Asda where I bought a bottle of shower gel, two packets of ginger nuts and 2 packet of Halls. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged at 18:00 because my bowels had opened but when the carers started to change me my sling was blathered. I had to stay in bed until this morning.
I didn't sleep at all last night but I watched television and my stitches in my mouth came out. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, asked the nurse to cost another sling and logged on 10:15. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 12:00 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad plus my joggers. They told me I didn't have anymore joggers and I put orange shorts on. I told them I wasn't having lunch and I stayed in my room. I watched Rush Hour until I worked on my computer. I read my book before tea. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:30.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. At 12:15 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I finished watching the movie before I went to tea. I had my own sausages and mash for tea because there wasn't any ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked the carer if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I went to see the manager because she's going to Mexico tonight and I gave her a tube of After Sun. I went back to my room but on the way the physio took my splint off because it was on too tight. I put my scarf, woolly hat, gloves and my fleece on and went to Asda. I bought Sausages and Mash plus  bottle of Mouthwash. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I stayed in my room for the rest of the afternoon watching a movie. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. I went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Halls and a packet of Steradent. I came home, watched television and exercised. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to the training room for the Residents meeting. It lasted 45 minutes and after I watched a movie. I had Corned Beef hash and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, started changing my passwords and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 07:00 when I told a carer that I wanted to get up because I have an appointment at the dentist at 10:00. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetbix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 09:15. At 09:30 I started to get ready for going out. I put my scarf, hat, gloves and fleece on and went to the dentist. I arrived at 09:50 and saw him at 10:00. He took impressions of both set of teeth, he told me my next appointment is on 05/12/12 at 10:30 and we talked about Indian restaurants. I went to Asda where I bought a bottle of shower gel, two packets of paracetomal, a box of lozenges and a Lasagne. I went home, unpacked shopping and worked on the computer. At 11:30 the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to work on my right arm under hot water(45*). We went to their room for 10 minutes and I came back. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I worked on my computer and read my book for the rest of the afternoon. I had my own Lasagne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30 but a carer told me there was a coffee morning in the training room at 11:00. I went to the training room at 10:55 and there was a film crew waiting for the coffee morning. They were filming for Exemplar HC. We played 3 sets of bingo and I won 2 bottles of shower gel and some body spray. I had fish finger, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and brocolli for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 my bowels opened and the change my pad, my joggers plus my polo shirt. At 15:00 I started to watch a movie. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television. I asked a carer for some more water and he found my night bag was leaking. He changed it and reported it to get the domestics to clean my carpet. At 08:10 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I was told I couldn't go into my room because the domestic were cleaning my carpet. I stayed in the dining room until 11:00. I went to my room and logged on at 11:11. I had sausage, mash, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cabbage and cauliflower for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 skills came to take me to the opticians in Cudworth Moorhouse. We got there at 14:10 and the opticians tested my eyes. She decided I need new readings glasses and I picked a pair. She said they'll be ready in a week but they'll phone first. We came home and went to my room at 15:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, my youngest son phoned and I logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday my bowels opened at 14:00 and I told a carer but when they lifted me my sling got dirty and I had stay bed until this morning.
I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and started to tidy up my computer at 10:15. I emailed my younger brother to tell him I've in hospital to have my top set of teeth. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and the carer changed my pad. I watched a movie and worked on my computer. I had, my own, Pasta bake and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked would they cut my hair. I got up, cut my hair, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast because my blood/sugar is low. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I texted my eldest son to find out if he's coming this afternoon which he's coming at 14:00. At 11:30 I read my book Robbie Paul's Rugby Warrior and got new shaving mirror from Amazon. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch but I didn't eat much. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I started a movie but it was rubbish and I changed it. My eldest son came at 14:30 and stayed until 16:00. I had  Quiche and baked beans for tea but I didn't eat it. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 15:30 because my bowels had opened. I watched television until 16:30 when I went to the dining room. I tried jacket potato and baked beans but I couldn't eat them. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I went to Asda I bought 2 packets of Cold & Flu relief, a tube of toothpaste, some Sterodant and some throat lozenges. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. For the rest of the afternoon I watched television. I got a reply from Patient Transport about about the size of my powerchair and, in future, they have noted it. I had a bacon and egg sandwich for tea but I didn't eat much of it. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, took my false teeth out and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I started to get ready to go to Grimethorpe & Shafton Dental Practice because my appointment was at 11:30. I saw Dr Khan because Mr Atkinson was sick. He fit my top set of dentures and explained that these were only temporary. He arranged for more appointment before Xmas. I came home, checked my diary and realised the first clashed with my appointment at Opticians. I phoned the dentist who gave a different date. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched a movie but at 15:30 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad.

I woke up this morning at 07:30 and watched television until 08:10 when I told a carer I was readyfor my badder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. The physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. We went to their room and did it for 15 minutes. I went to my room and finished logging on. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 the chiropodist came and cut my nails. I asked for some paracetomols because suffering from a cold. I felt funny for the rest of the afternoon. I had jacket potato and baked beans for tea but I didn't. The nurse told me the anti-biotics were very strong and they could be upsetting my stomach. I logged off, put my feet and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, phoned the dentist and got an appointment for Weds 21/11/12 11:30. I logged on at 10:30. At 11.15 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 16:00 I went to the Therapy Kitchen to cook my Spaghetti Bolognese. I went to the dining room and tried eating it but I couldn't digest it because I had no teeth. It made me sick and I left it. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I must have fallen asleep because I woke up at 22:30 and asked a carer if I could go to bed.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up, watched television and ordered a Bolognese 10" thin pizza. It arrived at 18:20 and it me until 19:00 to eat because I have no top teeth. I fell asleep around 20:00 and woke up at 22:30 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and asked the nurse for some painkillers. I watched television until I asked for some more at 07:00 because the hospital didn't send any. At 08:10 I asked a carer if the nurse will give me a bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to room and mouth washed. I went to Asda to try and buy a shaving mirror but they don't sell them. I bought a packet of cold relief pills. I came home and watched a movie. I had my own Chilli con Carne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 16/11/12 and 17/11/12

Last night I went to bed at 22:30 in the Royal Hallamshire hospital. I didn't get a air mattress and didn't sleep much. I woke at 02:00 and watched television until 07:00 when I asked the nurse for some pain relief. At 08:00 I stopped drinking water because I was supposed to go the Operating Theatre at 10:00. At 11:00 the anethetist came and told me I would going at 14:00 and could drink until noon. At 14:15 I was taken to the Operating Theatre and put to sleep with a General Anethesic. I came round at 16:30 and was told by the surgeon that they left a bit of tooth in my upper set and took 3 teeth out of my lower set. I was taken back to the ward and asked if I wanted some soup. At 18:30 I was given Tomato soup and ice cream. I paid for another night of television and watched Children in Need with no problems. I didn't sleep at all and had a lot painkillers through the night. I had breakfast at 08:30, Orange juice and porridge. The ward manager came to tell me they were trying to get Patient Transport to take me home. I had Macroni Cheese for lunch. At 16:30 the ward manager came to me Patient Transport couldn't take me home. I asked the ward manager to phone Dearnevale to see if they would take home but they were busy. After lot of negotiating the ward manager phone for a taxi that I would take me home. It came at 17:00 and arrived back via Asda to get some money at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:10 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of Bacon, 2 fried eggs and baked beans because I'm going to Royal Hallamshire hospital for my top set of teeth taken out this afternoon. I went to the Acorn Centre to vote for the Police Commisioner. I had difficulty getting in because the door wasn't wide enough. I had to change my wheelchair to manual and somebody pushed me into the room. I voted and they pushed me out. I came back to Dearnevle Nursing Home and packed for my visit to Royal Hallamshire hospital. I was ready as instructed for noon. My transport came at 13:30 with another patient on board. We picked another one and we went Sheffield. They were having Radiology treatment and we went to the Royal Hallamshire hospital. We arrived at 14:30 but I had to wait in corridor before I was allocated abed at 15:00. About 5 minutes I was told I was allocated a room because I had MRSA. I stayed my room and watched television that cost £10 per day. I complained because the picture kept freezing and internet didn't work. They sent an engineer who said he would into it because he thought fixing needed changing. I phoned the control and asked for the money to be refunded. I realised that I didn't have an air flow mattress and complained to the ward manager and to her supervisor. I had Tomato soup, Mince and Onion pie, cabbage and carrots followed by Syrup Sponge with Custard for tea. About 22:30 I asked nurse if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved and the nurse took more swabs looking for MDSW for my hospital visit on Thursday. I had a shower and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 I went to the gym and exercised for 1 hour. I went to Asda and bought 2 packets of cold relief, a body spray and a spaghetti bolognese. I had Spaghetti Bolognese for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

At 11:15 I listened to the new CD from The Script #3 and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I did plan to go the gym but the lift was broken and it won't be fixed until Wednesday. I started exercising but I didn't finishes a cycle. I watched television most of the afternoon. I had Chilli con Carne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched England beat France 48 - 4. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda to buy the ingredients for Chicken Dopiaza which I'm going to cook this afternoon. We went Asda and bought the ingredients. We came home and I logged on at 11:30. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and started to exercise but my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. At 14:50 I went the Grimethorpe Surgery where I saw the practice nursing. She examined my left foot. I went to Asda where I bought some shower gel, 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and some Naan bread. When I got back I went to the Therapy Kitchen and cooked Chicken Dopiaza which had for my tea. I went to my room and logged off at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched television until 08:10 when the nurse brought my medicine. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and reset my computer to when I bought it. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(x1). One of carers from another unit asked me to at his laptop which he'll bring in after lunch. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. The carer brought his laptop into the dining room at 14:30 and we deleted a program that he doesn't use. I had Beef Hot Pot for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I decided to go to Asda where I bought 2 packets sinus relief, a bottle of mouthwash, a hotpot, a chicken madras and some naan bread. When I got home I read the autobiography from Robbie Paul 'Rugby Hero'. I had Chicken Madras and Naan bread tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched television until 08:10 when the nurse came to swabs up my nose plus my groin to see the MRSA has gone before I go into hospital next Thursday 15/11/12. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and Wheelchairs to report the handles in my power chair broken. They said get the engineer to fix it when he comes. I logged on at 11:00 but at 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I had Quiche and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 18:00 because my bowels had opened and told a carer who changed my pad. I put legs up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I going to Barnsley Hospital to have eyes tested because I'm diabetic. I went to the dining room and 1 Weetabix followed by a Bacon/Tomato sandwich. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:45 I went to the dining room and 2 poached eggs, chips and baked beans. I went to my room and cleaned y teeth. At 12:45 the patient transport arrived to take me to Robert Haigh Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology. We arrived 13:45 because picked other patients up. I went into the Retinal Screening where a nurse applied some drops into my eyes and after 15 minutes I went into a room that had a camera and I asked whether I was going through the same procedure as last time. The told me this camera moves vertically but with 2 nurses I couldn't get my chin on to the camera because my back doesn't move. I asked to speak to a manager to complain. Somebody from PALS came and she told me her manager was already dealing with my original complaint and to ensure this is added to it. We went Patient Transport and told them I wanted to go home but the vehicle was not big enough for my power wheelchair. We waited until 16:00 and got home at 16:30. I had a jacket potato with baked beans. I went to my room and logged off 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and logged on at 10:00. At 10:30 I went to the dining room to have a cup of coffee and to write my wife Xmas card. If my son comes this afternoon I'll ask him to give to her. At 11:00 I went to my room and worked on my computer. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My son came at 13:30 and watched a movie. He told he'd split up with his girlfriend. At 15:45 I went to Asda where I bought 2 shower gels, 2 boxes of Sinus relief and 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. I had my own Chilli con Carne and Rice for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. At 10:00 skills came to take me Cortonwood. I went in Asda Living where I bought a shirt and a Xmas card for my wife. My eldest son phoned to tell he is coming tomorrow. We went to Morrison's where I bought 5 bottles of water, 7 packets of sugar free Polo's, 5 boxes of Fisherman's Friends, 10 Halls sugar free Lozenages, 2 packets of Rich Tea, 2 packets of ginger biscuits and a Chilli con Carne with rice. It was 12:25 when we got home and I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. The nurse told e the Chiropodist isn't coming this afternoon. I went to my room, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 13:30. I reported my electric wheelchair to Wheelchair services who said an engineer will come on Friday between 10:00 - 16:30. At 14:00 the physio's assistant came to asked me if I wanted to stretch  my right hand under hot water. We went to their room and did for 15 minutes. I had Bolognese pasta for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:35, I put my feet up and watched television. The screen on my Sky was reduced but I couldn't fault it. At 21:30 I asked if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned Grimethorpe Surgery to make an appointment for a flu jab. I made one at 13:00 today and told a carer to make my lunch for noon. I logged on at 10:30 and wrote down the details to get wheelchair users tickets for the Rugby League World Cup next year. Another resident and me can go to the Opening Ceremony at Cardiff and the final at Old Trafford. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 12:00 I had Lasagne, garlic bread and peas. At 12:40 I went to Grimethorpe Surgery and saw the practice nurse who gave me a flu jab. I had phone call from Patient Services about a complaint I made to tell they are still dealing. She took my blood pressure that was 150/80. She told me to get an appointment to have my feet checked because of my Diabetes. I got an appointment for Monday at 15:10. I went to Asda where I bought a can of deodarant, 10 blank CD's and a packet of Sinus Relief. I went to New Options Fitness Centre where I exercised for 45 minutes. When I came up Elizabeth Street there was a big Volvo estate parked on the pavement. I phoned Dearnevale and a doctor came out to move it. I went to my room and one of the managers came to tell me off because I swore at the doctor. I apologised to the manager. At 15:30 skills came for me to cook fried Haddock and mushy peas but I had 2 Haddocks that I used. I had those for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my computer told me it was nearly full. I got rid of some unwanted programs and I logged off at 19:00.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I went to Asda where I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice, 2 onion bahjis, a packet of lozenges and 2 packets of cold relief. My bowels opened at 14:30 and I told a carer who changed my pad. I had Onion Bahjis, Chicken Jalfrezi and Pilau Rice for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth but my Sky was faulty and I got a carer to unplug it. I logged off at 17:35 before I tried my Sky.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to dining room and had breakfast. My nurse had asked me to review my Care Plan. It me a hour and I read the complaint procedure. With regards to my lost clothing after 28 days I must report it to the Head of Operations. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Chicken Kiev, jacket potato and peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I got ready to go to Asda but the lift was faulty. I watched England beat France 44 - 6 at 14:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 17:40 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. At 18:30 I logged off, I put my feet and watched television.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 when the carer came to empty my night bag and I watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to give me a pill. I asked a carer if I could get up and would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:55 I went to the training room to see Alan Turner who was singing because one of the residents is 60 tomorrow. He finished at 15:30 and I went my room. At 16:20 I went to the dining room and had a plain omelette with baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came to wash my bladder out. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast and asked the nurse if my Care Plan is due for review. She told me all the Care Plans being reissued. I went to my room and logged in at 10:30. There were men putting something on my door which will enable to shut it remotely in case of fire. I started changing my passwords. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 I went to New Options Community Fitness Centre where I exercised for 1 hour. I came home and at 15:45 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted my right hand stretching under warm water. We went to their room for 15 minutes. I had Vegetable Samosas, Chicken Dopiaza and Naan bread for tea. I went to my room and my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad and logged at 18:30.

At 13:50 I went to New Options gym where I exercised for 1 hour. I had my own Pasta Bolognese for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I asked a carer to put me down in the skills book to cook Spaghetti and Chicken Dopiaza. I had Cumberland sausage, chips, peas and onion rings for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I watched a movie and at 15:00 I went to Asda. I bought a pasta bolognese, a packet of sinus tablets, a body spray and a bottle of mouthwash. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my (room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened at 13:45 and the carers changed my pad. At 15:00 I went to the dining room where we played 3 games of Bingo and a quiz. I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice, a vegetable Samosa and 2 Naan breads. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to post my letter claiming the VAT on my bag that I bought at Amazon. I went to the Post Office and to Asda where I bought 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 2 cans of body spray, a bottle of Vitamins C, a Jalfrezi with rice, 4 Naan breads, 2 vegetable Samosas and a packet of Sinus relief. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 14:15 I watched Wales lose to England 12 - 80. I had Chicken curry, rice, 2 Naan breads and a vegetable Samosa for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked him if he would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and filled in a form from Amazon to claim my VAT from my armrest bag. I went to my room and logged in at 11:30. I wrote an email to Mumtaz complaining that they don't have any Disabled facilities. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to New Options Community Fitness Centre and worked on my fitness for 1 hour. I had a Bacon sandwich for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:15.

Yesterday I logged off at 14:30, I changed my jogging pants and my shirt before gong Mumtaz restaurant in Bradford. We set off at 15:45 and arrived at 17:00 but the car park was over the road and not suitable for a wheelchair because it wasn't stable. There were holes and in loose tarmac in the car park which made if to steer my wheelchair. I went out using the vehicle exit because the pedestrian was too steep for a wheelchair. A pedestrian crossing allowed me to cross the road but the traffic light changed before I'd got across the road.
The restaurant was impressive but the wheelchair access I had go down a drop of about 1 metre at angle of 30' degrees on bricks(DEFINITELY NOT WHEELCHAIR SUITABLE).
Once inside the restaurant we were taken to a choice tables and I picked one that met my needs. We were offered water, chapatis with a selection of pickles. I ordered Chicken Samosas as a starter followed by Chicken Dopiaza with a Garlic and Coriander Naan. We finished by having a Mango Lassi. I asked waiter where the Disabled toilets are and pointed to the stairs that go down. He got a ramp out with no handrail or no guide. He positioned over 3 stairs but the diners near had move. I went down the ramp but the carer and driver were amazed because it was very steep. I turned but there were another three steps to go down. I ended up in a shop that sells Mumtaz merchandise followed a toilet that was too small to be Disabled. The carer helped me to empty my bag but there wasn't any paper towels to dry my bag or my hands. On coming out I crashed into the door because the toilet was too small. I had go up the ramp twice to get up the stairs. I was physically tired because all this was using my energy.
We went to our table were we left the blind person and finished our drinks. I asked the waiter for seperate bills but because I pay by Visa he told me to go downstairs again because they don't have a mobile Visa payment machine. I followed the same procedure but when I got downstairs I asked for the manager or someone that wrote on their website because it states as the facilities as:
Disabled Access, Disabled Toilets, Disabled Parking, Secure Car Parking with CCTV and Security Patrols which is an UNTRUE.
Another man came but he said all the directors work 09:00 - 17:00 but if I want to complain he will pass it on. I said I'll send them an email to complain. After some discussion about my bill he said I could pay what I think it should be. It was over £15 and I paid £10. I asked if I could leave via the main entrance. I did using the ramp again but after the ramp there was a small pavement to turn in. It was dark in the car park and we left at 19:30 getting home at 20:45. I watched television until 22:00 and asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I decided to go to the dining room for a cup of coffee. After I went to my room and started my daily blog. I had sausages, chips and a poached egg for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to the training room because we were having a Halloween party featuring Double Tee Karoke. After we had a buffet tea, I went to my room  and cleaned my teeth. I finished writing and logged at 19:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I was going to exercise but the handle to my electric wheelchair came loose and I told a carer who reported to the caretakers. They put some glue on it. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to Asda where I bought some cough medicine and some chocolate biscuits. At 14:30 I logged off before I got ready.

I went to the Therapy Kitchen to cook a Pepperoni Pizza which I had for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I saw Skills who agreed with me to cook a Pizza tomorrow. I had a jacket potato and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and finished watching a movie on television. At 18:00 I put my feet up and watched another movie on the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. When I got in the mattress was flat and the carers tried to get air in it but it was bleating all night with a low pressure alarm.
I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. At 10:30 I decided to go to Asda because it was sunny. I bought 4 cans of body spray, a packet of Asda lozenges, a can of Asda deodorant and 2 packets of Sudafed. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. For the rest of the afternoon I read the instructions of my new mobile. I had my own Chicken Vindaloo, Onion Barjees and Naan bread. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 07:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if someone would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room, logged on but there was something with my computer. I ran a System Restore which took 30 minutes. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought 2 bottles of shower gel, 2cans of deodarent, 1 bottle of mouthwash, a hot Vindaloo, a onion Baji and some Garlic Naan bread. At 16:25 I logged off and went to the dining room.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and set my new mobile up. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I sent a text to my family to say I've got a new mobile. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:40 I went to New Options gym. I did 2 rounds with my leg weights and I went home at 15:00. I had bacon, poached egg and tomatoes for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my  teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. I ordered a new armrest bag for my wheelchair from Amazon. I decided to restore my computer today. At 11:00 I watched and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened. I told a carer and they changed my pad. At 14:30 I started reading my book and I phoned Mumtaz restaurant to book a table but he said we don't have to book one. I had my own Lasagne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 band watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I  cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the nurse if I could go to the gym this afternoon. I went to the dining room and breakfast. The nurse said I could go by myself but the gym have stipulated  that I must have a carer with me. I asked to see Helen/Jill the managers to sort my Care Plan out. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I order a new mobile phone from Amazon a Nokia 100 because my mobile didn't work. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Sirloin Steak, chips, peas and Onion rings for lunch. I went room to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:10 I went to the gym and I took my leg weights with me. I completed 2 rounds and in total I exercised(x3). We went to the GP's surgery to pick up some prescriptions and we went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions and a Lasagne. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, RSVP to John Curry for inviting me to The Labour Party Xmas Social and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 my mobile lit up and the screen was blank. I disconnected the battery and put it back. It worked again and I turned it off. I tried it again at 22:00 but it just lit the screen up. I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast and tried to fix my mobile again but I failed. I took my memory card and my SIM out. I went to my room and logged  on at 10:30. I asked carer when are we going to Asda to buy the ingredients for my Chilli con Carne. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I had Poached Eggs, chips and baked beans for lunch. A carer told me skills are taking me to Asda after lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:30 skills came to take me to Asda to buy the ingredients for my Chilli con Carne but first we checked in the Therapy kitchen. We went to Asda and bought the rest and some Naan bread. When we got home we made but it 90 minutes. I had 1 portion /for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on and tried to do a system restore. I took my notepad to the dining room and rewrote my Chilli con Carne notes. I went back to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. At 13:50 I went to the training room where skills were having a quiz. I left at 15:15 because my bag was full. I went to the cinema room to at the new television. At 16:00 I went to my room and logged on. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice and naan bread. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I asked the carers if someone would go with me to Asda this afternoon. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I email Patient Services about my treatment yesterday and I coped my email from yesterday to the management team.  I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 15:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. After I went to Asda where I bought a spaghetti bolognese, a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice, a naan bread, 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, some Lozenges, 2 packets of Sudafed, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 3 Mars bars, 2 packets of Ginger Nuts and a packet of Mint chocolate biscuits. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had Spaghetti Bolognese for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 06:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I've an appointment at The Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield for my pre-op checks before I get all my top set of teeth removed under General Anesthetic. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast at 07:45. At 08:30 the Patient Transport arrived and me with a carer joined 2 other patients. We were all going to Sheffield and one of us went to The Northern General Hospital. The rest of us went to Royal Hallamshire Hospital. We arrived at 09:30 but as I was getting down the ramp the driver made a sarcastic remark because I was going slowly he said "Is there something wrong with your wheelchair" and "can you faster" to which I swore at him. We went in the hospital to Ward J to have series test blood etc. which lasted 2 hours. We went to Patient Transport desk on the ground floor at 11:30 and after 5 minutes a driver came but said my wheelchair doesn't fit in his vehicle. We waited until 13:00 when we got transport and arrived home at 14:00. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. After the physio's assistant came to take me to stretch
my right arm under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room and logged on at 15:30. I had a Bacon sandwich for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After while I was going to my bathroom my bowels opened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast but I couldn't go to my room because the cleaned were cleaning it. I asked the nurse if Dr Kent was coming and she said yes but didn't know what time. I went to my room and logged on at 11:15. I received 3 letters, 1 from Jacamo telling me because of delays I experienced my next order will be 20% reduced. I got 2 letter from the diabetic eye screening about my appointment on 08/11/12 at 14:45. I had Chilli con Carne and rice for my lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I asked the senior carer if Dr Kent is seeing me but I was informed she's gone. I told her I wanted to get up at 06:00 tomorrow and I wanted to go to the gym this afternoon. I didn't see Dr Kent and I didn't go to the gym because the carers were too busy. I arranged with the senior carer to go tomorrow. I read my new book "Robbie Rugby Warrior" by Robbie Paul. We had a buffet because it was a residents Birthday. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged in at 10:30. I emailed my brother to thank him for giving the money to go see Bradford Bulls and to go watch the Grand Final. I had Chicken and Stuffing bake for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I told a carer that my splint had come off. She told the physio who said she'll come round later. At 15:15 I went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Sudafed, a bottle of shower gel and a body spray. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, wrote an email to the Chief Executive of Barnsley Hospital copying my complaint to him and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I was suppose to the gym at 14:00 but the fire alarm sounded and all the staff had to evacuate. After a carer and me went to the gym at 14:30. I stayed in the gym until 15:30 and went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, a tubes toothpaste and some lip balm. We went to Post Office to enable a carer to pay his water bill. We came home, unpacked shopping and went to dining room. I had 2 sausages, a rasher of bacon, a poached egg and some tomatoes for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my tea and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 14:30 when my eldest son and his girlfriend came. They gave 3 Sharpe books for my birthday. We watched highlights of the AFL Grand Final and the Super League Grand Final. They stayed until it was 16:25 and I went to the dining room. I had Lamb Curry with a Naan bread for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked a carer if they would tell the physio that my splint didn't feel right. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The physio came and looked at my splint. She said she'll put it correctly when I've had my breakfast. She said that she'll do a Risk Assessment on me to enable me to go to the gym. After breakfast I went to my room and logged at 10:45. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Lasagne, peas and carrots with Garlic bread for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I tried to exercise but I felt full. At 14:30 I went to Asda where I bought 2 packs of minibites and a packet of Sudafed. I came home and unpacked the shopping. At 15:45 the physio took me to the gym to Risk Assessment. The owner met us and showed us round. We agreed the I can come on Tuesdays and Thursdays after lunch for an hour with an assistant. The physio was going to document this in my Care Plan. My youngest son came at 16:15 and he met us in the car park. He brought a birthday card and 7 clothing presents.He stayed until 17:00 and I went to the dining room where I had Quiche plus baked beans. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 14:00 to get ready to go Old Trafford to see the Grand Final between Warrington and Leeds. We set off in the converted minibus my driver, a carer and me at 15:00. We arrived at 16:30 and went in the souvenir shop to get a Celebration Gnome but they didn't have any. We went to get  a sausage sandwich with onions in a bagette(£4) from the vendors over the bridge. After we came back to the Disabled entrance and stewards showed us where my wheelchair on no. 12 with my carers seat next to it. My carer went to the Ability bar to get me a coffee. There was 72,000 in the ground which holds over 75,000. The positioned was very good opposite the try line. It was a very close match and at half time the score was 14 - 14 but in the second half Leeds was the better. The final score was 18 - 26. We stayed to see the presentation but after the traffic was awful. It took us 1 hour to get out of Manchester. We got home at 22:30 and I went to bed at 23:30.
This morning I got up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and decided that I would go to Asda. I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 2 sponge cakes, 2 packets of Sudafed, a packet of Lozenges and 2tins of body spray. I came home and unpacked my shopping. My youngest son rang to say he didn't feel good and he'll come tomorrow. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My eldest son and his girlfriend came at 14:30. I logged off to open my presents.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put my long johns and my thermal vest because at 15:00 we're going to Old Trafford to see the Super League Grand Final with Warrington playing Leeds. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. After I went to my room, logged on at 10:45 and looked for the postcode for Old Trafford which is M16 0RA. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 14:00.

Yesterday my bowels opened at 17:45 and I was in a mess with my sling blathered that I had to stay in bed. I watched television until I fell asleep.
This morning I woke up at 03:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers to sort my Polo shirts out because I'm going to Cortonwood retail park this afternoon. They scrapped 3 polo shirts, I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I went to Cortonwood retail park where in Materland I bought 2 Polo shirts and a proper shirt. I went to Boots and bought 007 After shave. I went to Morrisonsnd bought 5 bottles of water, 10 packs of sugar free Polo mints, 5 packets of Fishermans Friends, 10 packets of sugar free Halls etc. We got home at 16:00 and unpacked my shopping. I had pie and mushy  peas for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:30

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast.The nurse told me I got a letter from Oral Surgery about my pre-assessment on 12/10/12 at 09:45 and the date for my operation on Friday 16/10/12 but I've got to attend 0on Thursday at 14:00. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(nmx1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to the training room because the Residents meeting is being held at 14:00 but the room was taken and I was informed to go to Ladyside. The meeting last 15 minutes with an update from skills. We had a cup of coffee and I came back to my room. Skills were organising for any old clothes they can get money from them and I asked a carer to sort my clothes out. She was too busy but she said she will do it later. I asked Skills if I can go Odsal on 03/11/12 to see a Monster Truck Extravenganza and Firework Display but they told me they were busy. I had Cornish Pastry, baked beans and potato thingy for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened. I told a carer but the mess was so bad I had to stay in bed at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked one of the carers if she had a Wedding Present list but she told me carers can't accept presents from residents ? I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 skills came for me to cook Spaghetti Bolognese. We went in the Therapy Kitchen firstly I fried some smoky bacon, an onion and some garlic. I moved into a saucepan and fried some mincemeat adding this to the saucepan. Adding 14 sun dried tomatoes, some thyme, etc.. I cooked for 90 minutes and cooked the spaghetti for 15 minutes. I had some for my lunch at 13:30. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I worked on my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:10 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder out. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The senior carer told me the manager wants to see me. I went to her office and she told me off because I had written down personal data from Facebook about 1 of her employees. I promised not to do it again and she told me my 3/4 black shorts had been found. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. I'd received an email from Michael Dugher's office about a complaint with my eye screening. I phoned and left a message. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I got a letter from Barnsley Council telling a firm is dealing with my claim. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). I went to Asda at 15:00 and I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, a packet of Asda mint chocolate biscuits, a bottle of mouthwash, a can of body spray and a packet of Sudafed day and night cold relief tablets. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could if I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. A carer told me I was cooking Spaghetti Bolognese this afternoon and skills had given her £10 to buy the ingredients. She also told me there was a coffee morning in the training room later. I found a recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese on the BBC website. At 10:45 I went to the training room for the coffee morning. I came back to my room at 11:45. I had Cumberland sausage, chips, peas and onion rings for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I received 2 letters this morning, one from Oral Surgery in Sheffield asking me to phone them to arrange when I get pre-op examination. I arranged on Friday 12/10/12 at 09:45 and booked Patient Transport for 07:00. At 14:30 I went to the Post Office where I bought 5 packets of sugar free Halls. I went to Asda where I bought all the ingredients for my spaghetti bolognese. I came home and bowels opened. I told a carer who changed my pad. Skills told me they were too busy to help me to cook Spaghetti Bolognese but arranged it for this Wednesday. I had Chilli con Carne for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched St. Helen's lose to Warrington 18 - 36. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The senior carer asked me why had wrote another carer's details from Facebook in my notebook. I told her I didn't understand some of it. She told me off saying I shouldn't use Facebook to find carers. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I began watching the NRL Grand Final between Melbourne and Canterbury plus exercising. I texted my eldest son to ask if he want to see it. He replied saying will you save it. I had Chicken Vindaloo and Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and told my carers my bowels had opened.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wigan lose to Leeds 12 - 13. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I went to Asda where I bought a packet of Beechams powders, 2 Naan breads and a Chicken Vindaloo. I came home, unpacked my shopping and worked on my computer. I had Chicken curry, rice and Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). I had flan and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I didn't change my siphon bag because I was told the nurse is going to change my catheter later. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer would someone take me to Asda. I was told it will be this afternoon. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 2 physio's assistants asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm in hot water. After I went to my room and a carer told me I was going to Asda. I bought 2 pizzas, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 tins of Chilli, 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, a tin of mushy peas, 2 bottles of shower gel, a Chicken curry, some cough syrup and a packet chocolate mint biscuits. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. The manager came to tell someone from head office coming see me about a web site but she doesn't know what time. I went to the training room to see a girl singer called Leanne who was very good. She sang for 75 minutes. At 16:00 I went to the Therapy kitchen and cooked a Pepperami pizza which I had for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00.
