My Life being Disabled 31/08/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched St. Helen's lose to Warrington 16 - 29. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08;15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I told my carers that I have no Steradant and want to go to Asda to get some more. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:30. I had Liver, onions, brocolli, cauliflower, mashed potatoes and gravy for lunch. During lunch my youngest son came but due to lunch h00e went to Meadowhall shopping. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. He came back with his girlfriend at 15:00 and stayed until 15:45. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for tea. I went  to my room, cleaned my teeth, started changing my passwords and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged(9off at 17;30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned Audiology Dept. to inform them I've lost 1 of my hearing aids, I left a message. I logged on at 11:00. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and watched television. At 13:45 my carer came for me to go to the dentist to get my prescription for my mouthwash. We went to the chemist to get my mouthwash. We came home and watched television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad plus shorts. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 18:30, I put my feet and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had my own Tomato and Basil soup. I went to my room and used my laptop until 13:50 when I went to the training room to watch the entertainer who lasted until 15:45. I went to my room and used my laptop. I had Cornish Pastie, baked beans and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet on and watched television. At 23:00
I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, my eldest son came for about 1 hour because he left at 11:30. At 16:30 a carer woke me to tell me tea is being served in the dining room. I had Mulligatany soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, shaved, cleaned teeth. At 18:30 my bowels opened, I told a carer and logged off.

Yesterday I logged off at 11:30 in the dining room. I told a carer that I felt poorly and wanted go to bed. I stayed on my bed until 14:00. At 14:00 the nurse examined for temperature which was high at 38 My blood pressure was high  at 163/93. We decided I should stay in my room room the rest of the day. I had Mulliigatawany soup and ice cream for tea I had it my room.. i put my feet and watched television. until 22:00 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed. I didn't sleep well again.
At 08:15 I told a carer that I ready for bladder wash. After I cleaned m teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. After I went to the dining room and breakfast. I atayed my room using my laptop, reading my boo\k Paul O'Grady Standing Still plus watching television. I went to the dining room and had a bacon and egg sandwich wit ice-cream. I went to my computer, cleaned my teeth and at 17:30 I thought my bowels had opened. The carers checked and it was a false alarm. I worked my laptop until 18:30 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked carer if I could go to bed. I didn't much sleep at 00:30 I asked for some paracetamol tablets. The nurse gave me 2 and my other sedative. I didn't get to sleep until 05:00 and it lasted 30 minutes.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08;15 when I asked a carer if i could get up. The carers noticed my right foot was blistered. The nurse examined it and told me to don't my shoe plus try to elevate if possible. The carers weighed me at 92.0kgs. I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The carers told me the domestics were cleaning my carpet and I stayed in the dining room. I asked a carer to get my laptop and my notes on Behavioral Science. I logged in the dining room 1at 0:45.  bagworked on my Bahavoural Studies vbecause the domestics cleaning capet. The staff didn't empty my night  staff forgot to empty my night until 06:30. I worked on my Behavioural Studies until 11:30. I logged off at 11::30 and went my room to tell the carers I FEELING UNWELL.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:45 the physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. Yes I said, she will come and collect me in 15 minutes. At 12:00 she came and took me to their room and stretch my right arm under hot water for 15 minutes. I went to my room and at 12:25 I went to the dining room. I had rump steak, chips, garden peas, mushrooms and onion rings. I went to my room and logged on at 13:30. At 14:00 I read my book 'Still Standing' by Paul O'Grady(Lille Savage). At 15:30 I watched the television until 16:25 when I went to the dining room. I had Tomato soup and ice-cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07;45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and a carer told me my psychologist was here to see me. I asked the carer to tell her I was having breakfast first and will be coming see her after breakfast. I had breakfast and went to the quiet lounge where she was. She told me she was giving another test and would be taking the results away for analysis. She ask me to put the correct last word on a sentence several times and the incorrect word several times. She opened a book displaying 10 circles and asked me to guess the next in series. After about 50 pages she thank e and went to my room and logged on at 12:00. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda this afternoon and replied I could. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 13:30 I went Asda and bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, a packet of mint chocolate biscuits, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 cans of shaving gel, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 big bars of Aeros, a box of Honey and Lemon Menthol Lozenges, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 2 packets of original Halls. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I went on my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and had omelette, baked bean and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I went to use my laptop and logged off at 18:30

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I woke up and asked a carer if I could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could getup. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. After I went to my room and my youngest son had phoned me but when I tried to phone his mobile wasn't switched on. I text him and later he phoned me to tell me he might come over the afternoon. I logged on at 12:00 and went to the dining room at 12:25. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room and used my laptop. I listened to Castleford beat Bradford 46 - 34. I had Cream of Mushroom soup, ham sandwiches and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cloeaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 19:30 I watched Leeds lose to Hull KR 12 - 16. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 07:00 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and tidied it because my big sister is coming at 10;30. She texted me at 10:15 to tell me she would be late because the road at Ackworth is closed. Her husband came with her arrived at 10:50 and left at 11;30. When they left I logged on to my small laptop. I had Cornish Pastie, processed peas and mashed potatoes for lunch. I went my room watched Leeds Utd. draw with Sheffield Wednesday 1 - 1. I stayed in room all afternoon watching television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened at 17;30. The carers changed my pad and I logged off at 18:15.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Warrington lose to Widnes 6 - 16. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. My shaver wanted a new AAA battery but I didn't have any and I asked the carers could I go to the Post Office plus Asda. I went to the dining room and 2 Weetabix for breakfast. After I went to my room and asked a carer to pull the back off my mobiles. I put the SIM for 0774 3453810 into my old mobile. At 11;00 2 carers took me to the Post Office where I bought 2 packets of Fishierman's Friends and 2 packets of Halls sugar free. We went to Asda where I bought 10 AAA batteries, 4 Vegetable Samosas and 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We came home, we unpacked my shopping and at 12:20 I went to the dining room. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I tried again to complain about my Alcatel 10.30 pink and got an email address 'complaintreviewservice@o2.com'. I sent an email to this address and they replied stating they would deal within 7 days. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and picked the instructions for my Alcatel 10.3 pink. I went back to the dining room to read the instructions. At 11:00 I went to my room and tried my new Alcatel. I had my own Mulligatawny soup because the kitchen didn't have any. I went to my room and tried my new Alcatel but the instructions said I should a memory card. I read the delivery note but there wasn't any contact details. I phoned O2 and I spoke to Esha after 30 minutes and she said she will look into this. At 16:00 I logged on and started my blog. I had scrambled egg, hash brown and tomatoes followed by ice-cream. I asked the nurse if I could go to Asda but all the carer were busy. I logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. At 02:00 my catheter was by-passing, I told the carers plus the nurse who change bag. At 03:00 I woke again because I was wet again 2 nurses changed my catheter.
This morning I woke up 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on at 10:45 and my eldest son texted me to tell me he was coming. At 11:00 my son came and left at 12:00. I had Roast Chicken, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, garden peas, new potatoes, cabbage, broccoli  and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and at 13:45 2 carers came to take me to the dentist. I got my prescription for my mouthwash and took it the chemist. We came back arriving at 14:30 and I went to my room. I watched television and used my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Pork Ple with Branston pickle and ice-cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, my bowels opened at 18:00 and a carer told me my new mobile is in the nurse's station. I went the nurse's station got my new mobile, put it on charge and logged off 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18;30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23;00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and the physio told me she's going with me to Pontefract Hospital to get a new splint. She wants to stretch my right arm under hot water in about 30 minutes. I had a cup of coffee and 2 Vegetable Samosas. I went to their room and she stretch my right arm for 20 minutes. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At noon my bowels opened and L told the carers who changed my pad plus my shorts. At 12;30 Patient Transport came and took the physio and me to Pontefract Hospital. We arrived at 13:05 but the next patient had gone in. We went in at 13;30 and orthotics consultant gave me a new splint. She said check my skin after 30 minutes and if it's red take it off. We went to the Patient Transport at 13:45 but we waited until 15;15 when our transport came. We arrived back at 15:45 and I went to the dining room to have Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I stayed in the dining room and Chilli con Carne, Jacket Potato and Ice-Cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned and logged off at 18;30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:00, I watched television until 16:25 when I went to the dining room. I had very creamy soup, ham sandwiches and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched Leicester draw with Leeds United 0 - 0. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. During the night my catheter starting bypassing and the nurse gave me a bladder wash.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 and I called a carer. I asked if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and phoned the dentist to get a prescription for some mouthwash. The recptionist told me to come on Wednesday. I logged on at 11:00 and I got a text from O2 telling me my new mobile will arrive on Tuesday between 12:00 - 16:00 but I going to Pontefract Hospital tomorrow. I texted back telling I wouldn't be available tomorrow but I'm available on Wednesday. They texted back telling me they'll deliver it on Wednesday between 12:00 - 16:00. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and asked a carer if I could go to Asda. She said later. I tidied my top drawer and used my laptop. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Salmon Fillet, new potatoes, garden peas and ice-cream for tea. I went to myvroom, cleaned my teeth, went Asda where I bought 2 Vegetable Samosas, a big Aero plus a box of thin mint chocolates, I went home and logged off at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and asked a carer if I could to Asda. He said we'll see later and I logged on at 11:30. I ordered a new mobile from O2. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 14:30 a carer came to take me to Asda where I bought a bottle of Mateus Rose, 2 Vegetable Samosas and 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We came home, I gave the wine to my carer because she's leaving today and I logged off at 16:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watch television. I watched Wigan lose to Huddersfield 12 - 30. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth,  shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse when am I going to Aldi and Cortonwood. I went to my room and Skills came to tell me on 23/08/13. I logged on at 11:00 and updated my blog. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and started working on Introduction to Behavioural Science but at 13:15 a carer said we're going to Asda. I bought a bottle of shower gel, a packet of Twix cakes and 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We came home unpacked my shopping and I watched television. At 16:00 I used my laptop until 16:25. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau Rice and Ice Cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room and had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and sent a email to Sarah Williams (RFL) describing my visit to Shaw Cross ARLFC last Saturday. At 14:00 I  went to Asda where I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi and pilau rice 2 onion bajhiis, 2 vegetable samosas, 2 vegetable pakordas, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, a packet of chocolate biscuits, 2 packets of ginger nuts, 2 cans of deoderant, 2 packets of Halls original, 2 packet of Halls soothers and a box of Honey and Lemon cough sweets. We came home, unpacked my shopping, I put my feet up and watched a movie on television. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:45 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. I asked a carer if they could put a request in Skills wish book that I want to to Aldi and Cortonwood. I watched television until 12:20 and went to thevdining room for lunch. I had Chilli con Carne for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. A carer told me that at 14:00 the was a Coffee afternoon. At 13:55 I went out in the garden where Skills were having Coffee and playing Bingo. We had 3 games of Bingo and I won the 2nd  one. I got a bottle of shower gel. We finished at 15:00 and I went to my room. I did some more work on Behavioural Science. I had a jacket potato with baked beans and ice  cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I ut my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08;15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 10;15 I went to the dining room and 2 Vegetable Samosas  with a black coffee. I worked my study of Human Behaviour until 11:15. I went to my room when the assistant physio asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm in hot water. She came for me at 11:30 and I came back at 12:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. After I went to room and a carer told me we're going out at 14::00 round the village. The physios assistants took 5 residents through the park, down Cemetery Road back on to St Luke's Road and home at 18a Elizabeth Street. We got home at 15:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had an Omelette, baked beans plus ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged at 18:00, I put my  feet up and  watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. At 02:30 I woke up because I was by-passing. The nurse washed my bladder out and changed my siphon bag. The carers changed my sheet.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to give me another bladder wash. She examined my right leg which was swollen and told me she would call the GP out but I must stay in bed with feet elevated. Ihad Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I stayed in bed until 15:30 when the nurse decided I could sit in my wheelchair with my legs elevated. I had Sausage with Tomatoes sandwich and ice cream for tea. I used my laptop and I logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:50 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10;00. At 10:30 I had a cup of coffee and watched television. I asked the carers if I could go to Asda this afternoon. I received an email from Steve Cerrone telling my expenses should be paid into my bank in the next few days. At 12:20 I went to the dining room for lunch. I had Lasagne with garden peas. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I got a letter from Spirit the pub company with a £10 voucher enclosed because I complain when we went to The Walnut Tree in Sandal. I finished watching television at 16:00 and used my laptop until 16:25. I had fried egg, hash browns, tomatoes and ice cream for tea. After tea I went to Asda where I bought 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 packets of Chocolate Digestive and 2 boxes of thin Mint Chocolates. I came home, unpacked my shopping, cleaned teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:15, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked the carers could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining  room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I noticed Shaw Cross last match is on 28/09 at home. I gave note to a senior carer saying 'I would to their last match at Shaw Cross instead of Leigh East on the 14/09 and he said he would take it to Skills. At 12:25 i went to the dining room and had my own Minestrone soup for lunch. I went to my room and at 13:45  my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad and  texted my eldest son. At  14:00 I put my legs up watched a movie on my television. At 16:15 I took my legs down and went to the dining room. I had soup, ham sandwiches and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45..

My Life being Disabled 03/08/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17;30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wigan beat Hull KR   20 - 16. At  23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07;00 and watched television until 08:15  and told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag because I'm going to Shaw Cross play Castleford in division 2 of the National Conference League this afternoon. I went to the dining room and a Weetabix plus a bacon with tomato sandwich. I went to my room and Skills asked me if I wanted my finger nail filing. After I logged on at 11:30. At 11:55 I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. At 12:30 Skills and a carer came to take me to Shaw Cross ARLFC. We arrived at 13:20 and went upstairs to get a drink. At 14:00 we went to the pitch and we stood on the pavement about 50m from the pitch. The started at 14;30 and 1st score happened 20 minutes later. It finished with Shaw Cross winning 34 - 4. We set off after the match and arrived home at 17:00. I went to room decided to have a of Chilli con Carne. After I came to my room, cleaned my teeth and bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. After I worked on my laptop and logged off 18:15.

My Life being Disabled 02/08/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 my bowels opened and went to bed. My carers changed me before I tried to sleep. It was very hot and couldn't sleep and asked the nurse if could have 2 paracetamols and another anti depression pill. I think that I fell asleep shortly after.
This morning I woke at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if somebody would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. Skills came to tell me the hob in the Therapy kitchen was broken and I can't cook my Chilli con Carne this afternoon. He said he'll come back at 10:30 to take me to the pond where I can feed the ducks and the swans. I went to my room and got ready. At 10;30 we went to Asda where I bought a loaf of bread, a bottle of shaving gel, a packet of ginger nuts and double packet of rich tea. We went to the pond where we fed the ducks and the swans both near the bench and in the viewing area. We stayed for 30 minutes and returned home.We arrived back at 12:00 and I logged on. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 13:30 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I stayed in my room watching television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05;00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, watched television and logged at 11:00. I wrote the recipe for Chilli con Carne because I'm cooking this tomorrow. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television until 16:00. I had Pasta Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 31/07/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07;00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I told her my bowels had opened and the carers cleaned me. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11;00. I started changing my passwords. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and carried on  changing my passwords. At 13:50 the nurse told me my yearly Care Plan that involves the NHS and my Social Care worker from Wakefield are having their meeting in training room. I went in and around the table there was Carol Sullivan, my Social Care worker, a man from the NHS, the manager of Dearnevale, her deputy, a skills rep., two nurses, the physio, plus her assistant, my eldest son and me. We went the yearly Care Plan which took about 1 hour. The NHS guy took notes which I have sign when I get them. I asked my son to look at my big laptop which took with him. I stayed my room and watched television. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and I had Omelette, baked beans plus ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at `18:00.
