This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag for a siphon bag and got dressed. I 30. went to dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I was asked to see the manager about my finances that my brother had discussed with her. I went to her office and signed a form that my brother and asked me to sign it. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television, I had Chilli con Carne, jacket potato and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30. I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.

My Life being Disabled 29/01/14
Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, L put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag and got dressed. I put on Coffee Chinos and a shirt because this afternoon we're going to the Cinnamon Lounge in Horbury Bridge. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and my eldest son phoned me and said he would join me this afternoon. I logged on at 11:00 and I received 2 parcels containing a pair of scissors snd some Vitamin C pills. I had Roast Chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, brussel spraots, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:30 my bowels opened and I told the carers. They changed my pad and got me ready to go to the Cinnamon Lounge. We set off at 16:30, went to another nursing home and got to the Cinnamon Lounge at 17:45. We went in and were shown our table. I told our waiter that my 2 sons might be coming which they did 10 minutes later. I had Chicken Nawad Khana with a drink of sparkling water. My eldest son paid our bill and we got home at 20:30.

At 16:00 my bowels opened and I told my carers who changed my pad. I had Chilli con Carne, jacket potato and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television until 16:00. I logged on and ordered some stuff from Amazon. I had cream of mushroom soup, ham sandwiches and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. My youngest son came shorrtly afterwards and he stayed until 14:00 when I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:45 a carer took me to Asda where I bought 2 cans of deodorant, 2 packets of Jakemans lozenges, a packet of blank DVDs, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packets of chocolate biscuits, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 big bars of aero, 4 vegetable samosas, 4 onion bahjis and 4 vegetable pakodas. We came back and went to the dining room where I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and asked the nurse if he could fix my Sky. He reterminated it and it worked. I logged on at 11:30. I had sausages, mash, peas, carrots, cabbage and onion gravy for lunch. I went to my room and at 13:30 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad at 14:00. After I put my feet up and watched television. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. My Sky didn't work since my carers put my new DVD in and we agreed to leave it until this morning where I found the satellite lead was broken.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse changed my catheter because it was by passing. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and a carer came to look at my Sky. He tried but he couldn't and I txt my eldest son who said he'll come tomorrow. I put my feet and watched television until 16:00 when I logged on. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25, I went to the dining room and had Green Pea soup followed by Ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened at 17:30. My carers changed my pad and I ut feet up. I watched television until 22:30 when I told my carers I wanted to go to bed.

At 13;50 I went to the training room to meet with Heather our lecturer where we discuss what we are doing next. We finished at 15:20 and I went to my room. I put my feet up and watched television. This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had my own Beef & Vegetable soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged in at 13:00. At 13:45 I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:45 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. After I logged on at 16:00. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:00. I had Cumberland sausage, onion rings, chips and mixed vegetables for lunch. I went my room, logged on at 13:15 and went to the training room at 13:50. We were having a class about learning independence which lasted to until 15:30. I went to my room and logged on until 16:25. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I phoned my youngest son to wish him Happy Birthday. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:45 I put my feet up and watched television until 16:00. I logged on and 16:25 I went the dining room where I had my own sausages and mash followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

I had my own Tomato and Cinnamon soup for lunch. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched Sheffield Wednesday beat Leeds United 6-0. After I watched a movie until 15:45 when my carers took me to Asda. I bought 3 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 cans of deodorant, 4 vegetable Samosas, 4 hot Onion Bajhis, 2 vegetable Pakordas, a sausage and mash value meal and a Chicken Jalfrezi. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I went to the dining room. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 07:00 when I asked the carer if I could get up. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 08:15. My transport came to take me to Pontefract hospital to get my new trainers. My appointment was at 11:40 but we arrived at 11:00. We waited in the waiting room until 11:45 when I was called. The Otologist fitted my new trainers to check there were O.K.. She told me to change them if they became tight. We went to Patient Transport and our vehicle came at 12:15 and we arrived at 12:45. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:30. The physio came to asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. I'd asked her to look at my splint because some of the carers couldn't fit it. Her and her 3 assistants fitted it and going to take photos for the carers. I finished at 15:30, went to my room and logged on. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and logged off at 18:00.

At 14:00 I started reading my book because the handimen were installing my fridge and PAT all my electrical items. They finished at 16;15. I had bacon, poached egg and baked beans. There was no ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17;30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room at 10:30 and logged but there was a problem with my Toshiba that I cured by taking the battery out and putting it back. I my own Vegetable and Lentil soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 13;30 my carer told me that we're setting off ASAP. We arrived at Curry's at 14:00, I picked the fridge Essential mini fridge and paid for it at the sales counter. They brought it out but our driver had gone to the bank. She arrived at 14:30 and we got home at 15;00. We saw the handiman who took it to PAT. He said he'll test it tomorrow. I went to my room and logged. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag to a leg and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I've got an appointment at the Audiology dept. to have a Gromit fit in my right ear. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room at 10:20 and logged on. At 12:00 my patient transport arrived and we got to Barnsley hospital at 12:40. We went to the Audiology department and waited until somebody called my name. At 13:00 I was called to go into a soundproof room. The audiologist fitted my gromit, changed the tube of my left one and gave me some batteries. We went down to the patient control and waited for a vehicle. It arrived at 14:20 and we got home at 15:00. I went to my room and logged on at 15:30. I had Sirloin steak, chips, mushroom, peas, onions and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30

Yesterday I logged off at 17:19, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke at 08:15 and I was wet again, my carers had changed my bed twice during the night because I was by-passing. I told nurse and said we'll monitor it during the day. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I think I by-passed during morning. I my own Vegetable soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on 13:00. I was still by-passing and told the nurse who wasn't trained. She got another nurse to assist her. They changed my catheter and I watched television. I logged on at 16:00 and had an omelette, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup with Pitta bread for lunch. I went to my room and logged in at 13:10. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 I logged on and bought a pair of trousers from M & S. I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and ice cream. I went to my room and logged off at 17:19.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 12:25 I went to the dning room and had Chilli con Carne for lunch. A carer told me my sns were in my room. I went to my room and greeted my sons. They stayed until 13:45 and I logged on. At 14:00 my carer came to take to Aldi and Asda. We arrived at Aldi at 14: 20 and I bought 3 packets of dark chocolate digestives, 2 packets of Titans, 3 cans of chunky soup, a packet of Jive and a carrier bag. We went to Morrison's where I bought 10 ackets of sugar free Polos, 4 bottles of water, 15 packets of Halls, 2 cartons of soup,a bottle of vapour rub, 5 packets of Halls soothers and 5 boxes of Fisherman's Friends. We came home at 15:45, unpacked shopping and I logged on. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, pitta bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 03/01/14
Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her would somebody cut my hair. When they got me out of bed she said my right leg was hot and red. She told the nurse who said she'll look at it after my shower. After I'd had my hair cut, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked to put my Coffee Sta-pres on or my blue trousers but they were not in my wardrobe. My carers told me they will look for them later. I went to dining room and had breakfast. The nurse told me I've an appointment at the doctors surgery at 11:00. I asked the carers could we go to the dentist first to pick a prescription up before going to the doctors. We decided to set off at 10:30. I went to my room and logged on 10:15. My carers came at 10:25 and I put on my fleece, hat, scarf and gloves. We went to the dentist to get my prescription and we went the doctor who gave me antibiotics. We went to the pharmacy and to Asda where I bought a Chicken Madrash plus some Naan bread. We came home at 11:45 and unpacked our shopping. At 12:00 I went to the dining room for my lunch. I'd asked for it at 12:00 because I'd an appointment at the Audiology Dept. in Barnsley hospital at 14:45. After my lunch I went to my room and logged on 12:30. A carer at 13:30 to tell me my transport had arrived. I went to reception where the driver said he wasn't expecting an electric wheelchair but we tried to fit in my transport. I couldn't fit in and the driver told me to re-book my appointment for an electric wheelchair. I went to my room and logged on 14:00. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea.
