03/03 Tues I dealt with my mail & used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
04/03 Weds I used my PC and tidied my room. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
05/03 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC while a BT engineer fit my phone & broadband. After dinner I used my PC.
06/03 Fri I used my PC and I couldn't find my wallet. After lunch I used my PC until 1530 my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad and after I went on my PC. After dinner I went on my PC.
07/03 I used my PC up to 1130 my Bowels opened and the  Carers changed my pad. After lunch  I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
08/03 I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. At 1500 my driver/assistant came to take to the Tetley's stadium. We had a roast Beef carvery followed by Chocolate cake. We went up to the Disabled viewing platform to watch Bradford v Sheffieeild. At half time the score was 10 - 0 and at full time it was 28 - 0. We got home at 2100.
09/03 I used my PC all morning and all afternoon. I ordered a Naga Chilli Chicken and Onion Bhaji for dinner.
10/03 Tues I used my PC all morning. After lunch Wheelchair Repair came and fix my Wheelchair. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
11/03 Weds I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
12/03 Thurs I used my PC and my eldest son came to tidy my room. After lunch at 1400 because I had fish & mushy pas from the fish shop. I used my PC until 1600 when my Bowels opened. After I got changed to go BIBI's to watch Totally Tina. After I used my PC. My driver came at 1900 and we got to BIBI's at 1930. I ordered a Lasagne with a fresh Orange juice. It came after 30 minutes it was huge and piping hot. I couldn't eat it all. At 2030 Totally Tina's act started and finished about 2200. She was good. I paid the bill approx.£30 and we left getting home at 2230.
13/03 I used my PC and at 1130 my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad. I used my used PC. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowels opened again. The Carers changed my shirt, shorts and my pad. I used my PC up till dinner. After I used my PC.
14/03 Sat I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
15/03 Sun I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC but at 1430 my Bowels opened. The Support workers changed my pad. After I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
16/03 Mon I used my PC and I cancelled my Access bus until the end of April. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1630 I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
17/03 Tues I used my PC and after lunch Wheelchair Services came to do yearly  check. I used my PC.After dining I used my PC.

28/03 Sat I used my PC but at 0915 my Bowel opened my supporters changed my pad and my short. After breakfast I used my PC. The nurse called my GP who said I've a Chest Infection. She gave me some anti biotics and told I've to stay my room.

01/02 Sat I used my PC and phoned Sky to arrange my move on 18/02. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Wales beat Italy. After dinner I used my PC.
02/02 Sun I used my PC  until 1200 when my driver/assistant came for me to take me the Tetley's stadium. We arrived at 1245, we went to 1st floor to the Royal suite(Hospitality). The meal was roast Beef carvery and Chocolate fudge cake. At 1440 we went to the Disabled Viewing platform it full with 6 wheelchairs. At half time the score was Bradford 0 - 12 London. At full the score was 14 - 18. We got home at 1800.
03/02 Mon I used my PC and had lunch at 1300. After I used my PC until 1700 I had my dinner. After I used my PC.
04/02 Tues I used my PC until 1230 when Activities took me to the National Mining museum but the café was short. We went to the Halfway house. We ordered Lasange. We got home at 1530. I used my PC but my Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. After dinner I used my PC.
05/02 Weds I used my PC until 1230 when my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. After lunch I used my PC but 1600 my Bowels opened again. After dinner I used my PC.

12/02 Weds I used my PC but at 1100 2 Carers put my new safe up. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I told the Carers my Bowels had opened and changed my pad. They changed my shorts for trousers. They changed my shirt because I was going out for meal later. I used my PC.
13/02 Thurs I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After Dinner I used my PC.
14/02 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the Breakfast club. It ended at 1130 after I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
15/02 Sat I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
16/02 Sun I used my PC and at 1200 my driver/assistant when to Tetley's stadium We had a Roast Chicken caver followed by Cheesecake. There was quiz and we went upstairs to the Disabled viewing platform.There was 5 wheelchairs and the carers stood behind. My carer got a seat in front of me. At half time the score was 6 - 12 and full time the score 23 - 30. We got home at 1800.
17/02 Mon I was suppose to go to Bridlington but management could provide a carer to take me. Management told my move Copperfields tomorrow is delayed by lack of GP's. I used my PC for the rest of morning. After lunch I used m PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC and out that Copperfields had find a GP.
18/02 Tues At 1100 I moved to Copperfields Health Care, room 9, Sapphire suite, Cross Green Lane, Cross Green, Leeds, LS9 0BA. After lunch I told the Carers where to put my stuff. After dinner I went to the TV lounge to watch TV.
19/02 Weds I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1530 my Bowels opened, the Carers changed my pad. They also changed me because my youngest son was taking to Opera at the Grand Theatre in Leeds. He came at 1645 and sorted my room out. We went to Casa Colombiana for a meal first. We saw The Marriage of Figaro. We got home at 2245.
20/02 Thurs I used my PC all morning. After I used my PC all afternoon. After dinner I used my PC.
21/02 Fri I used my PC all morning an.d after lunch my Bowels opened. At 1430 I went to party where some OAP's had been invited. This party finished at 1600. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
22/02 Sat I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my used y PC.
23/02 Sun I used my PC until 1045 when my driver/assistant arrived to take me to Tetley's stadium at Dewsbury. We arrived at 1130 and we in Hospitality suite. We had Pork carvery followed by Lemon tart. We went upstairs to the Wheelchair viewing platform, there was 3 wheelchairs in the platform. The crowd was 1,458. The half time score was 10 - 0 and the full time score was 22 - 0. We got home at 1600.
24/02 Mon I used my PC and Julie(Activities Ravensdale) came with my mail. I've lost my Sky box, my DVD, my CD/radio, my telephone and my Broadband. Zoolab came at 1500 and left at 1600. I used my PC. After dining I used my PC.
25/02 Tues I used my PC until lunch. After my Bowels opened and my supporters changed my pad. I used my PC until dinner.
26/02 Weds I used my PC until 1115 when my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV.
27/02 Thurs I used my PC all morning. After I used my PC until 1500 when the barber came and cut my hair. After I got ready to go to the Bengal Brasserie in Leeds.

03/01 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast club where I made an Omelette with Bacon, Onions and Peppers. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my C.

05/01 Sun I used my PC until 1300 when my driver came to take me to South Leeds stadium to watch Hunslet v Bradford. We had Steak pie, chips and mushy peas. At half time the score was 6 - 6 and at full time it was 26 - 18. We got home at 1730.
06/01 Mon I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my pc, put my feet up and watched TV.  At 1600 I got changed and used my PC.
07/01 Tues I used my PC until at 1030 when my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad. At 1215 Julie from Activities came to take me Bistro 42 in Ossett. It was market day and it very busy. I had a Chilli Pizza with a fresh Orange juice. We got home at 1500 and I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
08/01 Weds I used my PC and my youngest phone to tell me both sons are taking me out. At 1130 I put my trousers on. At 1200 I went to the main door but he phoned telling me he won't be here until 1220. He took me to Gino's in Thorpe Park. We were joined by my eldest son. I had a fresh orange juice with meatballs. After we went to mountain shop. I got home at 1500 and used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.

12/01 Sun I used my PC and at 1130 my eldest came to take me Headingley to watch Leeds v Bradford in a friendly for Rob Burrows and James Buckman. We got there 1215 parked car in F and went to the main stand. We got out of lift and level 2. We were shown our places on table 3 with another 8 people. The 1st course was Cheese tart, 2nd was Chicken carvery, 3rd course was Chocolate bun and finally Coffee. At 1445 we moved upstairs to the Wheelchair User viewing platform. Leeds won 34 - 10 we left straight away but the car park didn't opened until 1730. I got home at 1800. I used my PC.
13/01 Mon Activities took me to Bridlington. We set off at 1015 and arrived at 1230. There was not a lot open. We struggled to find a Fish restaurant open eventually we went in Boyes café where I had their Famous Steak pie. I couldn't eat there was more than enough. We called in the Escape for coffee on the way home. I used my PC.
14/01 Tues I used m PC but at 1130 I had 2 sausages, 2 rasher of Bacon, 2 fried eggs, tinned of tomatoes and 1 slice of fried bread. After my Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad, shirt and shorts. At 1330 I went to Pinderfields hospital to get my Baclofin pump filled by taxi. We got home at 1600. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
15/01 Weds I used my PC and at 1130 I met with the Nurses manager to discus the Complaints that I have raised in the last week. I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC all afternoon. After dinner I used my PC.
16/01 Thurs In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, I went to the lounge play bingo and a quiz. I used my PC before dinner.
17/01 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club where I had Croissents with Salami plus Melon. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. At 1600 I sorted my LP's out.
18/01 Sat I used my PC to order a wreath for my wife from Interflora. After lunch I used my PC but at 1500 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad, shorts and my shirt. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
19/01 Sun I used my PC and at 1100 my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad. At 1200 my driver/assistant came to take me to Dewsbury were Dewsbury Rams were playing Bradford Bulls. We got there 1245 and went to the Hospitality suite. We put on table 7 out of 13 tables but some weren't full. The meal Gammon carvery followed Chocolate Fudge cake. At 1445 we went upstairs to the Disabled viewing platform. It was a good view and the sun was shining. Dewsbury won 25 - 12 easily. The bad point was Dewsbury's coaching staff used the Disabled viewing platform to watch the match. There were 3 coaches all swearing and cursing. At the final whistle we left. I GOT HOME AT 1730.
20/01 Mon I used my PC and at 1215 Activities took me to Seed Room to have lunch. I'd book a table for 1300. I had French Onion soup. It was very busy but it very good. We got at 1500 and I used my PC. At 1600 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. I used my PC.
21/01 Tues I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.

28/01 Tues I went St James to the Eye dept. to have my eyes tested for Gleucoma which I passed. I got home at 1100 and used PC. After lunch I used my PC and at 1600 my bowels opened, the carers changed my pad. After dinner I used my PC.

03/12 tues i got up at 0630 this morning because i was going to the service users council xmas party in stoke. we set off at 0900, picked up at castleford and got there at 1200. we had buffet, all service users got presents . it finished at 1500 and we got home at 1830. i ordered a chilli pizza & chocolate fudge cake from sopranos.
04/12 weds i used my pc all morning. after lunch I used my pc but at 1400 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. afiter I used my pc. after dinner I used my pc.

We arrived at the Mend a Hose stadium and parked my Motability car in the Disabled section which was near to the railway. We went to the front of the main stand and parked near to the half way line. My driver got me a Cheeseburger and cup of Coffee. Our view was crap because Danny Orr and several officials stood on the pitch. This disrupted our view. At half time the score was 04 - 04 and full time the score was 14 - 20. When I got home at 1430 my Bowels opened and carers changed my pad. I watched TV and put my feet up. After dinner I used my PC.

10/11 sun i used my pc but at 1000 my bowels opened and i told the carers who told me they are very busy. at 1030 the agency nurse came to give my pills but 1 crumbled because it was wet. i took all the others and she took wet 1 away. the carers changed my pad and at 1120 the upstairs nurse came to give my insulsin. after i used my pc. after sunday dinner I used my pc all afternoon. after sunday tea the agency nurse me the pill that I should have it in the morning. I used my PC.
11/11 mon I used my pc until 1230 when Activities took me to The Whitehall restaurant but there's no disabled parking. We went to Gino's in Spring Mill. I had Palma Ham bruschetta and 4 meatballs. We got home at 1500 and I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.

15/11 fri i got up at 0730 because i had an appointment with the dentist. the taxi called for me at 1000 and we, my carer and me, arrived at the dentist at 1030. we went in the surgery at 1055 and the dentist checked my teeth. the were all o.k.. i told her i wanted some toothpaste. she wrote a prescription for 3 tubes. we went the chemist but only 2 tubes. we got at 1200 and i used my pc. after lunch i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner i used my pc but at 1810 my bowels opened. i told the carers and they changed me at 1910.

26/11 tues i went to the service users council meeting in leigh. we set off at 1015 and got there at 1145. the meeting started at 1230 and finished at 1430. we got home at 1630. after dinner i used my pc.

07/10 mon my 65th birthday, i used my pc to ordered 1/50th krugerand. after lunch i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv but at 1600 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad, my urine for a night bag, put my new shirt and my new trousers on. i used my pc. at 1930 my eldest son came to us to gino's at the spring, thorpe park in leeds. we met my older sister, younger brother, my eldest son's girlfriend and my youngest son and his girlfriend. i had meatballs and super hot pizza that i shared with my brother. we finished at 2200 and i got home at 2230.
08/10 tues i used my pc and at 1230 activities took me to george's great british kitchen on the headrow. i had scottish haddock, chips and mushy peas. we got home at 1545 and told the carers that i opened my bowels. they changed my pad, trousers and my shirt. after my dinner i used my pc.

12/10 sat i used my pc and 1130 my bowels opened. my carers changed my pad. after lunch i used my pc until 1500 when my driver came to take me to old trafford to watch the super league grand final st helen's v salford. we arrived at 1630 at the disabled car park cost £7.50 e and parked at the nearest to the entrance. we had a 8oz burger cost £5 and we went through the disabled gate and took our places which were level 2 seat 1 and wheelchair place 2. that is just to the right to the uprights of east stand. the crowd was just over 66,000. salford lost 6 - 23. we didn't stay for the presentation and we left at the final whistle. we got home at 2200 and i had 6 ginger biscwatched tv. at 1630 i used my pc. after sunday tea i used my pc.

15/10 tues activities, a carer and me went to bridlington at 1030 we arrived at 1230. we went to the expanse hotel for lunch but there was something going on so we next door to the marine bar but i couldn't get over the ramp because it was too steep. we back to the pier and haddock, chips, mushy peas, bread with butter and tea at pier 6. after we went down the south beach and had a cup of coffee with scone. we got home at 1800.

18/10 fri i went to the breakfast club where i had 2 muffins with butter. after i used my pc but at 1145 my bowels opened. the carers changed my pad. i went back on my . after lunch i used my pc, i put my feet and watched tv but at 1600 i used my pc. after dinner i used my pc.
19/10 sat i used my pc until lunch. after i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. at 1630 i ordered a bacon king meal from burger king. after i used my pc.
20/10 sun i used my pc before my driver/assistant came at 1200 to take me to the emerald headingley stadium at 1200 we arrived at 1230 and parked my car in car park a. we were directed in the north stand up to level 3 to the hospitality suite. it was very smart. there was about 30 tables each holding 8 peoples. we were on table 5 looking out at the cricket pitch. it was impressive. the meal was roast chicken carvery plus strawberry cheesecake.  i put a bid for leeds united wembley shirt in 1972 £500. at 1440 we were invited to take our seat but because i was a wheelchair a waitress took up to level 4 where directed to the wheelchair viewing platform(there's 1 at both ends of the stand). in between there were boxes. the wheelchair viewing platform was capable of taking 6 wheelchairs and their assistants but i was the only wheelchair user using hospitality. the score at half time was 28 - 0 and at full time was 38 - 6. we got home at 1730 and i got a sandwich from burgerking.
21/10 mon in the morning i used my pc and i got an all day breakast at 1200 because i was meeting helen xxxx one of the directors at copperfields the other exemplarhc in leeds. we met plus the home manager who showed us round. we went in dining room and had a talk about me moving to copperfields. we agreed the home manager would let me know when i will be moving. we got home  at 1500. i used my pc. after dinner i used my pc.

07/09 I phoned the Police because Jane flat 3 had come into my room at 2015 last night and hit me 5 times. I phoned Leeds Social Services as well. I used my HP PC before lunch. After I got my Satnav but I couldn't work it. At 1400 I went to Tesco's to do some shopping and got back at 1500. I used my HP laptop. After dinner I used my HP laptop.
08/09 Sun I used my PC until 1200 when my new driver/assistant came for me. We went to Rochdale to watch Rochdale v Bradford. We arrived at 1300 and went into the Hospitality. There were 6 tables and 4 places. The first was Chicken Provincial served with new potatoes , green beans and carrots. Followed by Eton Mess. At half time the score was Rochdale 0 Bradford 46 and at full time it was 0 - 82.
09/09 Mon I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
10/09 We went to Bridlington and had Fish and Chips at Baynhams. When we coming home I was sick and didn't feel well. When we came home the nurse called an ambulance  They took me to A&E at James after 9 hours I was admitted to ward 28 bed 15 because I had Pneumonia. I stayed there until Sunday 15/09 at 1930. I came home and to bed.
16/09 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I put my feet and watched TV. After dinner I put my feet up and watched.
17/09 Tues I used my PC and my GP said all vital signs are O.K.  After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels, the changed my pad for M again. I emailed my Social worker to Complain. After I used my PC.
18/09 Weds I used my PC and phoned Old Trafford to book a Disabled Car space for the Super League Grand Final on Saturday 12/10. It cost 7.50. After I used my PC to write the agenda for the National Service Users Council. After I used my PC.

04/08 Sun I used my PC before my youngest son took me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Toronto. We arrived at 1300 had Honey roast Gammon carvery and Chocolate cheese cake. At half time Bradford were winning 18 - 4 but lost 20 - 25. We got home at 1800.
05/08 Mon I used my PC before lunch. After My Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I went out to the garden but after it became cloudy. I watched TV until dinner. I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/08 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I complained about the Cornish pastie I had for lunch. I went the garden but it started to rain. I went into my room and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.

08/08 Thurs The night nurse didn't bring my 0700 pill until 0745 and didn't wash my Bladder out. I asked the agency nurse and she's going to see Katie. After breakfast I used my PC. At 1230 I went to Gino D'acampo in Thorpe Park, Leeds. I had meatballs and fresh Orange juice. When I got home I used my PC. At 1415 my Bowels opened and I told the carers who were training. Carers from upstairs came and they changed my  pad at 1545. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
09/08 Fri I used my PC before I went to Breakfast club. I made a Pancake with Lemon juice and a glass of Orange juice. After I went to my room and used my PC. At 1115 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. I had Quiche and baked Beans for lunch. I went to my room and used my PC until 1400 when I went see Lynda and Bernadette, Lynda's manager, to discuss my Cruise, my Quarterly Care Plan Review and my Monthly Care Plan Review. After I took Bernadette to watch my Power point presentation. After dinner I used my dinner.

13/08 Tues I used my PC to watch Lion King. After lunch I finished watching the movie. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
14/08 Weds I used my PC and started watching a movie. After I continued to watch the movie and finished after dinner.
15/08 Thurs The Clinical manager changed my Catheter. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved and showered plus got dressed I was suppose to go to Bridlington but the night staff didn't put my wheelchair on charge. I put wheelchair on charge in my room, had my breakfast and used my PC. At 1230 Activities took me to The Wetherby Whaler at Wakefield. I had a large Haddock, chips, mushy peas and a pot of tea but my wheelchair battery nearly went flat again. We got home at 1500 and I put on charge again. I used my PC. After All Day breakfast I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/08 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to Breakfast club where I had Sausages, fried eggs and tinned Tomatoes. At 1130 I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
17/08 Sat I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
18/08 Sun I used my PC before my eldest son came to take me to the Tetley's stadium at Dewsbury to watch Dewsbury Rams v Bradford Bulls. We got there at 1400 and I didn't have pay because my son played Dewsbury before he retired. We went up 2 floors to the Disabled viewing platform. I asked him for a Cheeseburger and a cup of Coffee. It was good view except the try line near to Owl lane. Bradford won easy 10 - 34. I got home at 1745.
19/08 Mon I phoned Wheelchair repair to report my wheelchair keeps losing it's charge. They sending an engineer tomorrow morning. I used my PC until my Bowels opened at 1145. The Carers changed my pad. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
20/08 Tues I used my PC until 1100 when the Wheelchair Repair came to mend my wheelchair. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
21/08 Weds I used my PC until 1130 when I went an Activities meeting. After I used my PC until 1240 when my GP came to look at my right foot which was hurting. She prescribed some cream. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.

26/08 Bank Holiday Mon I used my PC until 1230 I went to Gino d'acampo in Thorpe park to meet my younger brother with his Brazilian girlfriend. After I got home at 1500. I was told that a Service User called Jane had been in my room and smashed my TV. I reported it to the Police I used my PC but at 1600 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad and my shorts. We had an Indian take away for dinner. After I watched 2 movies on my PC.
27/08 Tues I used my PC and phoned Rochdale to get 2 Hospitality tickets when they play Bradford on 09/09. At 1130 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad, shorts and my shirt. After lunch I used my PC and at 1430 I went to the garden to read until 1600. I used my PC before dinner. After I used my PC.
28/08 Weds I phoned the Police to tell I'm going to throw my broken TV out. I used my PC but at 1100 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad & shirt. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and 1500 my new TV arrived. The maintenance man set it up. I got changed because my eldest son was taking me to Headingley to watch Yorkshire v Lancashire legends.

30/08 Fri Activities took me to Bridlington. We tried a new Fish restaurant called Rags it was average. We went Bridlington and round the Fishing pier We got home at 1700.

We got home at 1430. My bowels had opened and the carers changed my shorts, my shirt and my pad. After I used my PC and watch TV before dinner. After I used my PC.
03/07 Weds I tidied my top drawer before I used my PC. After lunch I went to Tesco's for some shopping and got home at 1530. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
04/07 Thurs I got up at 0630 but my shower lead had been shortened. At 0800, while I having my breakfast, the taxi to take to Dentist. We arrived at 0830 the staff were in a team brief. The dentist had to pull my bad tooth out. I made another appointment for 14th August at 11:00. When I got home I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
05/07 Fri I used my PC until 1200 my eldest son came and we went to The Allerton for Haddock, chips and mushy peas. As usual it was superb. We came home and used my broadband. At 1600 I went to a baby shower. At 1700 I used my PC.

09/07 Tues I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC all afternoon until 1600 when my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
10/07 Weds I went to Bridlington with Activities this morning. We got there at 1200 and went to Baynham's Fish restaurant I had an extra special Haddock, chips, mushy peas and a cup of tea. After we went down to the North side and we went to the harbour we had an ice cream. After we went down the south side where we stopped for a cup of coffee. We set off at 1530 and we got home at  1730.
11/07 Thurs I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC all afternoon. After I used my PC.
12/07 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to Breakfast Club where I had 2 fried eggs in a breadcake. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon until at 1600 my Bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. After dinner I used my PC.
13/07 Sat My Bowels opened at 1000, I told the carers who changed my pad. I used my PC and answered an email from the OT asking me what colour do I want my walls painting 'Valspar trade Magnolia Silk'. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I put my feet up and watched TV.
14/07 Sun I used my PC until 1200 when my driver/assistant came for me to take me to Odsal to watched Bradford v Swinton. We got there at 1300 and went in the Southbank centre. The doorman told us our table is number 2. It was Beef again carvery followed by Strawberry cheese cake. At half time Bradford losing 6 - 22 but in 2nd half they came back to draw 34 - 34. We got home at 1745.
15/07 Mon I used my PC until 1230 when Activities took me to Pizzalux where I had a 12 inch Carne pizza. When I got home it was 1445, I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
16/07 Tues I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and I watched TV.  After dinner I used my PC.
17/07 Weds I used my PC until 1045 my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. After dinner I used my PC.
18/07 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. I went to the toilet and saw Rachel Calladine 1 of Exemplarhc directors in the garden. After dinner I used my PC.
19/07 Fri I went to the Breakfast Club, made a pancake and started to eat it. When Rosscare came to change my batteries on my wheelchair. They finished at 1140 and I went to the dining room to finish my pancake. When I had finished I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV until 1600 I booked a table at Amici restaurant for Monday at 1300. After dinner I used my PC.
20/07 Sat I used my PC until 1300 when I went to the dining room to have lunch. After I used my PC but at 1600 my Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. After dinner, it was an Indian meal, but it was Chicken served in tinned Tomatoes with Bombay potatoes, onion Bjahi and Samosas. I had ice cream. I used my PC.
21/07 Sun I used my PC and at 1200 my driver/assistant to me to Botham crescent to watch York v Bradford. I had booked 2 Hospitality packages but when we got to the ground we were informed Hospitality was at a restaurant in York city centre. We saw the chief steward and I told him that I never received the email. He gave us 2 complimentary tickets and said come and see me after the match. He'll give me 50 pounds.
We went into the main stand at front were Disabled/carers but there wasn't enough room for my electric wheelchair plus another wheelchair to get pass. It was a close match at half time the score was 14 - 8 and full time 25 - 24. We got home at 1800.
22/07 Mon I used my PC until 1110 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. At 1230 I went to Amici on Harrogate road. I had Lasagne and fresh Orange juice. We got home at 1430 and my bowels opened at 1445. After I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
23/07 Tues I used my PC all morning. After lunch I went to the garden to sunbathe and to rad my book. At 1515 it was too hot and I went to my room and I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
24/07 Weds I used my PC until 1100 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad, shorts and shirt. I used my PC to ordered shopping from Asda. After lunch I went to my room to wait the Podiatrist. I used my PC before dinner. After I used my PC.
25/07 Thurs I used my PC, my youngest text me to ask if I wanted to go for lunch. At 1200 he came and we decided to go to Gino's at Thorpe park. I had a fresh Orange juice and Meatballs but I couldn't them all. We got home at 1330 and I used my PC. At 1400 I went into the garden to read my book. After dinner I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.

My Life being Disabled June 2019

01/06 Sat I used my PC and during the morning I find out there was cook today but the senior carer told me she would make me a Bacon sandwich for lunch. Later she told me Ravensdale had no Bacon. I told her I would have a Sausage sandwich. At 1250 she told me the Home manager had phoned to tell her the carers shouldn't be cooking but I can. We went to the kitchen but my wheelchair was too big. She tried to find Activities Induction hot plate but she didn't find it. I ordered a Big Breakfast from Just Eat at Indulgence Café. After I put my feet up and watch TV until 1730 when my Bowels opened. The carers changed my shorts, my shirt and my pad. I used my PC.
02/06 Sun My driver/assistant came for me at 1130 and we got at Odsal at 1215. It was busy in the Southbank Centre, they must been 16 tables. We're on table 2 and our meal was served at 1245. It was a Roast Beef Carvery followed Cherry and Chocolate Torte. At 1415 we went outside to get our places. The match started on 1445 and half time it was 06 - 00. The final score was 16 - 20. We got home at 1800.
03/06 Mon I used my PC. I saw the NHS continuing healthcare person for my annual check. After I bought 2 Hospitality tickets from Leigh who play Bradford on 16/06. After I used my PC to book a table for tomorrow at Arnold's for 1300. After I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
04/06 Tues I used my PC before I went to Arnold's in Leeds near to the Merrion Centre. We set off at 1200 and arrived at 1240. I had booked table for 2 at 1300 but there was nobody else in. I had a Beef burger, cheese and chips. I complained because the Beef burger was over cooked and very dry. I asked the waiter  if the Beef burger was fresh or frozen. He said it was fresh. When gave me the bill they didn't charge me. We got at 1530 and bowels opened. The carers change my trousers and my pad. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

05/06 Weds I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched State of Origin. At 1630 I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
06/06 Thurs I used my PC to order a new wheelchair arm bag from Ebay. At 1220 my eldest son came to get my new remote working. We went to The Allerton for fish, chips and mushy peas but it was closed. We to The Fisherman's Lodge instead. We got home at 1500 and I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
07/06 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club. After I used my PC and started watching The adventures of Aladdin before lunch. After I used my PC to finish watching it. After I started watching Aladdin 2019. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
08/06 Sat I used my PC all morning after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I put my feet down and used mOdsaly PC. After dinner I used my PC.O
09/06 Sun I used my PC and at 1200 my driver/assistant came to take me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Batley. We had Gammon carvery and Strawberry Cheesecake. The score at half time was 4 - 0 and at full time 16 - 0. We got home at 1800.
10/06 Mon I used my PC and at 1100 I had a meeting with the new Nurses manager to discuss my Complaints. We agreed to have a meeting every Monday. After lunch I watch Aladdin on my PC. after my Bowels opened. The carers changed my pad and I used my PC.
11/06 Tues I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC and I put my wheelchair on charge. At 1430 my Podiatrist came and he cut the dry skin from my right foot. He went to see our nurse. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
12/06 Weds I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. After dinner I used my PC.
13/06 Thurs We, myself, a carer and driver set off at 1030 to Bridlington and arrived 1230. We looked for Busy Bee 3 but we couldn't find it. We parked my Mobility car in the Disabled parking next to the Spa. We went to Pier 6 for Fish & chips.  After we went to John Bulls rock factory. We went to Hornsea Freeport where I bought from Thornton's 2 packets of Toffee and 2 boxes of Toffee. We looked around and had a cup Coffee. We got  home at 1730.
14/06 Fri I used my PC until 1130 when Ross care came to fix my wheelchair. He's going to order 2 front tyres. I used my PC.  After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. At dinner the new cook made me Corn Beef hash but it look like puree. The manager told me to order a takeaway. I ordered Fillet of Haddock and mushy peas. After I used my PC.
15/06 Sat I used my PC and 1100 my Bowels opened. After lunch I used my PC and Bowels opened again. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and watched TV.
16/06 Sun My driver came for me at 1100 and took to me to Leigh. We got there at 1240 but the Hospitality doesn't open until 1300. We went to Morrison's were I bought 2 packets of Fisherman's Friends, 2 packets of Halls Soothers and 2 packets of Custard creams. We went back to the stadium and went in the lift to 2nd floor to the Hospitality suite. We were served Roast Pork carvery and Lemon cheesecake. At 1445 we were invited to our places. The wheelchair platform was the opposite end of stand. There was spaces for 6 wheelchairs plus seats for their carers. At half time the score was 22-8 and full time it was 52-20. The attendance was 4,180. We got home at 1830.
17/06 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
18/06 Tues I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used PC but I meet my Social worker, the home manager and the nurse manager. After dinner I used my PC.      
19/06 Weds I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC until 1430 when my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my polo shirt and my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.    
20/06 Thurs I used my PC and because I had  an appointment with the dentist at 1400 I ordered a big breakfast. After I used my PC but at 1300 the nurse told me my patient transport had been cancelled. I put my feet and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and the nurse plus 1 carer changed my shorts and my pad. After dinner I used my PC.
21/06 Fri I used my PC and a nurse to take my Doppler test I passed. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
22/06 Sat I used my PC until lunch. I had big breakfast from café Indulgence via Just Eat. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV until 1700. My youngest son came to take me to Lotherton Hall to take his dog for a walk. After we bought Fish, Chips and mushy peas from Skyliner which came home and ate them in the garden.
23/06 Sun My driver came from at 1200 to take me to Odsal. We arrived at 1300 and we were placed on table 2. It was roast beef carvery and strawberry cheesecake. The score at half time was 20 -8 and full time was 24 - 20.
24/06 Mon I got up at 0600 because I had an appointment at the Eye clinic at St. James. The taxi came at 0730 and we arrived at 0800. I had 2 slices brown toast and a cup of coffee. After my yearly eye check we went to Patient Transport desk to tell them I was ready to go home. They got me home at 1100. I asked for a bacon sandwich but they didn't have any bacon. I ordered a sausage and after I used my PC. At 1310 my transport for my dentist came but the driver refused to take me because I was wearing my sling. She showed a memo not to take Patients wearing slings. I came back into the home, used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad, shirt and my shorts. After dinner I used my PC.
25/06 Tues I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I used my PC.

29/06 Sat I got a loan from Tesco for 15k for a Canary Isles cruise. I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC until 1400 when I went to read in the garden. At 1530 I went inside because it was too hot. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
30/06 Sun I used my PC before my driver/assistant picked me up to take me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Widnes. We had Roast Pork carvery plus Strawberry cheesecake. At half time it was 34 - 0 and at full time it was 62 - 0.

01/05 I got my new laptop this morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I used my PC and booked a table for Franco's in Thorpe Park Leeds. My youngest son came 1930 and we got there at 2000.
02/05 Thurs I used my PC until 1200. We(a carer and me) took a taxi to The Allerton for lunch. It's famous because there's Fish n  chip inside. After we used a taxi and got home at 1530. I used my PC.
03/05 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the breakfast club. After I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC until 1430 when I got ready for the taxi to take me Seacroft hospital for my annual Diabetic Eye Screening Test at 1505. The taxi at 1445 and we got there at 1505. We called straight away but the room small and I couldn't bend forward. They told I should go to St James and they looked on my records which confirmed this. We got home at 1600 and I watched TV. After dinner I put my up and watched TV.
04/05 Sat I used my PC until 1200 when my Bowels opened. The carers changed my pad. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC until 1600 when my Bowels opened again. After dinner I tried to get Toronto v Bradford using my laptop but I failed.

09/05 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC until my Bowels opened and the carers changed my shorts and my pad. After I went to Tesco to try a cheque in but I to send it by post ? I came home and put my wheelchair on charge before dinner. After I used my PC.
10/05 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to Breakfast club. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and 1500 I went to the Service Users Forum. After I used my PC
11/05 Sat I went to Odsal to watch Bradford play Leeds. My driver/assistant picked up at 1130 and we arrived 1230. It was very busy in the Southbank Centre, Legend suite where we sat a table 4. The Carvery was Roast Beef followed Cheesecake. The MC interviewed an injured a Bradford player. The Dessert was Strawberry cheesecake At 1400 we had a quiz. After we were invited to take our places but I couldn't see because there was a crane blocking my view. We move but I didn't have good view. At half time the score was  22 - 14 and full time the score was 24 - 22. I got home at 1800 and I used my PC.
12/05 Sun I used my PC. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I put my feet up and watched TV.
13/05 Mon I used my PC, phoned Featherstone and ordered 2 Hospitality tickets. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
14/05 Tues I used my PC and phoned Massimo to book a table for 1300.  We (my driver and me) set off at 1200 and got there at 1300. We sat at table next to window and I ordered a fresh Orange juice and my driver ordered a still water. We both had Lasagne which was good. We left at 1430 and got home at 1530. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
15/05 Weds I used my PC until 1130 when my Bowels opened. The carers changed my pad and I used my PC. I watched a movie on my PC until 1345 Patient Transport came to take me to Wheelchair Services at Seacroft Hospital. They changed my footrests. The finished at 1530 and we got home at 1545. I used my PC.
16/05 Thurs I used my PC and 1100 I had cooked breakfast. After I used my PC until Activities took me to round Kingfisher the new Exemplar home in Castleford. We got there at 1330 and 1 carer took us round an apartment. I spoke with the manager and we left at 1430. We got home at 1500 and I used my PC.  After dinner I used my PC.
17/05 Fri I used my PC before Breakfast Club at 1030 After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
18/05 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After I watched a movie on my PC but at 1430 I got ready to go The Summer Bash at Blackpool where Bradford were playing Halifax. My driver/assistant came at 1500 and we got to Blackpool at 1700. We went to Harry Ramden's to have Haddock, chips, mushy peas and a cup of Tea. We went to Bloomfield road, parked my car and found our places. Featherstone were playing York. After this match with Featherstone winning. Bradford and Halifax started warming up and the kicked off at 2000. It was good match and half time the score was  Halifax 12 - Bradford 14. At full time the score was Halifax 21 - 14. We got home at 2355.

20/05 Mon I used my PC and started watching a movie before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
21/05 Tues I used my PC until 1100 when the Activities leader came to ask me if I would change my restaurant to 1 in Leeds. I changed it Zucco in Meanwood. At 1230 we went to Zucco's I had Chicken breast and Garlic potatoes. The serving was small but it was good. We got home at 1500. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
22/05 Weds I thought I had an appointment with my dentist because I made it but the nurse cancelled it. I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
23/05 Thurs I used my PC before I had lunch. After I used my PC working on the agenda for the service users council meeting next Tuesday. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/05 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 went to the Breakfast club. After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
25/05 Sat I used my PC but at 1130 my Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
25/05 Sun I used my PC before my driver/assistant drove me to Featherstone to watch Featherstone Rover play Bradford Bulls at 1500. We arrived at The LD Nutrition Stadium at 1240. My driver went into the ticket office while I went to gate and I waited for him to come. He came out and went up a ramp up to Wheelchair lift. I always problems with this lift because I have to push a button get it going. I have to hold button until the lift stops. We went to the Hospitality suite and we were told we're a table 4. There 10 places, all Bradford supporters, but I get in my place. My driver went to see the manager and agreed that he will sit at another table. The menu was Pork Loin, Yorkshire pudding, new potatoes, carrots and Toute le Monte. The 2nd course was Lemon Cheese cake after the MC introduced some Featherstone Rovers players. We asked the MC where I could see the match. He said in here. The waitresses moved the tables and we watch inside. At half time the score was 10 - 0 and at full time it was 42 - 4. We went to the wheelchair lift with a steward but I didn't see my right foot was stuck. I pushed the down but my right foot stuck in Perspex surrounding the lift. I stopped pushing but the steward tried to push the lift downwards. I shouted again and my driver went to the control and lifted up. He sorted the lift and got my right foot. We got home at 1800 and used my PC.
27/05 Mon I used my PC. After  lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and I watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
28/05 Tues I went to the Service  User Council at Tankersley Manor hotel. We got stuck on the M1 because there was a crash on the other side of road. We got there at 1215 and finished at 1500. We came not using the M1 and got home at 1630. After dinner I used my PC.
29/05 Weds I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
30/05 Thurs I used my PC but at 1100 Patient Transport to me to Seacroft hospital where I had an appointment about some white boots. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up until 1800. I used my PC until my youngest came to take me out to The Allerton.

04/04 Thurs I went to Hull with Activities to meet a sub group of Service Users Council about a new Exemplarhc home called St. Andrew Court. The meeting finished at 1500 and we got home at 1630. After dinner I used my PC.

07/04 Sun I used my PC before my eldest son took me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Dewsbury in the Southbank Centre. We had a Pork carvery and a New York cheese cake. Bradford won 20 - 12. When I got home I used my PC.
08/04 Mon I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and at 1410 my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad and shorts. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
09/04 Tues I used my PC before lunch and after I used my PC. I was suppose to attend Pinderfields Rehab at 1630 but the transport didn't turn up until 1615. Pinderfields Rehab phoned to tell the driver not to go. After dinner I used my PC.
10/04 Weds I went to Bridlington setting off 0930 and arrived 1100. We bought a Crab for the cook. We went Pier 6 and had Haddock plus peas. After we went to Sewerby Hall and gardens. We stayed until 1500. We went to Flambough and the North Landing. We had cup of Coffee and set off home at 1600. We got home at 1730 and I used my PC.
11/04 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I had my Monthly Care Plan Review with the nurse, the senior nurse and the nurses manager it took a hour. After my bowels opened and the carer changed my pad plus my shorts. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
12/04 Fri I went to the Breakfast Club where I had a Bacon, Sausage and fried Egg sandwich plus a cup of Coffee. I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After dinner I used PC.
13/04 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After dinner I used my PC.
14/04 Sun I used my PC until 1200 when my driver/assistant came to take me to Odsal where Bradford were playing Featherstone. We arrived at Odsal at 1300, went to the Southbank Centre and the parking man asked for £5 to park my car. We went inside the Southbank Centre and the doorman told us we're sitting on table no. 2. The meal was a Turkey carvery and brownies. After we had a quiz. We went outside to watch the match. At half time the score was 8 - 14 and full time the score was 26- 26 but Bradford got a drop goal in extra time. We got home at 1740, I used my PC.
15/04 Mon I used my PC before lunch and after At 1430 I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.        
16/04 Tues I used my PC, had my luncIh at 1100 and waited for Patient Transport to take me to Pinderfields to get my Baclofin pump filled. It arrived at 1330 and we got to Pinderfields at 1420. I went in room at 1445 and finished at 1515. We went down to the Patient Transport point. It came at 1615 and we got home at 1715. After dinner I used my PC.
17/04 Weds I used my PC before lunch. After I made a Vegetable Curry with Activities. After dining I used my PC
18/04 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
19/04 Fri I used my PC until 1050 when I got ready to go Halifax to watch Bradford. My driver/assistant came at 1100 and we got there at 1215 to the MBi Shay stadium. We went up to floor 1 to the dining room. We were informed our table was 15. My driver went to get some drinks but they didn't have Coffee so I had fresh Orange juice. The MC introduced 2 Halifax injured players and 2 old players. We had roast Chicken carvery and Eton Mess for dessert. At 1445 we were asked to take our places. My driver was allocated seat no. 18. It was a good view. At half time it was 16 - 12 and at full time the score was 26 - 33. We got home at 1800.
20/04 Sat I used my PC all morning. In the afternoon I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
21/04 Sun I used my PC before dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea. I used my PC.
22/04 Easter Monday I used my PC until 1030 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pas and my shorts. At 1200 my driver/assistant came to drive me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Barrow. We arrived at Odsal at 1300, my driver dropped me off at the Southbank Centre and he went park my car. We inside the Southbank Centre, the doorman informed us that we were on table 2. I saw the manager and asked her if she was selling tickets for the Challenge Cup against Leeds on 11/05. I bought 2 from her. We went into the Legends suite and went to table 2. We had  drink and at 1330 the MC welcomed every one. The 1st course was Roast Beef carvery. After the MC introduced a Bradford injured player, The 2nd course was Banoffee Pie. After the MC introduced a ex Bradford player and we had a quiz. At 1445 we were asked to take our places outside. At half time the score was 10 - 0 and at full time the score was 26 - 14.  
23/04 Tues I used my PC in the morning. After I used my PC, put my legs up and watched TV.  After dinner I used my PC.
24/04 Weds I used I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. After dinner I used my PC.
25/04 Thurs I used I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC until 1530 when I used a taxi to my GP's surgery to get Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening. When I got home I used my PC.
26/04 Fri My PC didn't work because there water in the keyboard. At 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club. After lunch I put my feet and watch TV. After dinner I watched TV.
27/04 Sat I watched TV before lunch. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I put feet and watched TV.
28/04 I watched TV but at 1100 my Catheter was blocked. Both nurses won't trainer for Catheter changes. They called an other nurse who was trained. She changed my Catheter but my driver/assistant had come at 1200. I told the nurses to tell him I won't be going to Odsal. The 3rd Nurse changed my Catheter at 1330. I didn't have Sunday dinner. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I put feet up and watched TV.
29/04 Mon I went to Activities to use their laptop. I tried to a new laptop but I could. After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. After dinner I put my feet up and watched TV.
30/04 Tues I went to the Activities and ordered new laptop. After lunch I went to Activities to use their laptop.
