Yesterday I went to my ro3om and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer could she move the wheelchairs in the computer room because I couldn't get in. I got in and logged in at 10:01. I checked the restaurant Spicy Hut and found it doesn't open until 17:00 on Saturday. I found Mughli restaurant which opens at 15:00 on Saturdays. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:40.

My Life being Disabled 13/09/11
Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and cleaned my teeth. I put my legs up and finished watching 'Colombiana' the DVD that I started watching in the afternoon. At 21:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked a carer if he could move some of the wheelchairs in the computer room because I couldn't get in. I went to the computer room but someone had shut the door. I asked a carer to open it and open the window. I logged on at 10:09 and found a curry house in Manchester's Curry Mile. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 the physio assistant came to stretch my right hand in hot water. I went to the physio's room and stretch my hand for 10 minutes. I went to my room to watched television. I had a sausage sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 12/09/11
Yesterday I went to my room, at 18:00, and cleaned my teeth. I put my legs up and watched television. I decided to order a pizza from Grimethorpe Pizzas so I asked the carer to order a Bolognese thin. It came after 30 minutes and it cost £5. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and asked a carer if she would move some wheelchairs because I couldn't get to my desk. I logged on at 09:56 and the nurse came in to give me my pills. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch the television and to exercise. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x3). I started to watch a DVD but it hadn't finished at 16:30. I had scrambled egg, tomatoes, toast and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

Yesterday I had Fish Fingers, chips and ice cream for tea. I went back to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Hull KR beat Castleford 26 - 24. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 09:59. I printed the minutes of the Barnsley East Constituency Labour Party meeting for July because I'm attending the meeting on Friday. I went to my room at 11:00 to exercise(x1) and watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watch my televcision while I was waiting for my eldest son to arrive. He came at 14:30 and leftat 16:00. I was suppose to have Chicken Jafrezi but the carers forgot to take it out of the freezer. I had ice creamfor my tea and went to the computer room. I called for a carer because another resident had closed the door, closed window, closed the blinds and I logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I had a plain omlette, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Hull FC lose to Warrington 12 - 34. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:10. I went to my room at 11:10 because 2 carers were using the computer trying finds on the NHS Jobs and they disturbed me. I went to my room to watch television and to exercised. I had Chicken Kiev and peas for lunch. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise(x2). I went the computer room and logged out at 15:15.

My Life being Disabled 09/09/11
Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my legs up and watched television. I watched Batley lose to Halifax 22 - 32. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast and asked the nurse to order me some more support stockings. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:52. The nurse gave me 2 support stockings, I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room until 13:10. I went to my room to clean my teeth. I watched television and exercised(x2). My bowels opened and I tolda carer. They changed my pad, shorts and shirt. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:25.

My Life being Disabled 08/09/11
Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I took my false teeth out, put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed but they were busy. They came at 22:30 and put me in bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:55, put my false teeth in and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came into wash my bladder. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:51. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, exercised(x1) and watched the television. At 13:55 I went to the conference room to see an In House entainer who sang songs from the 1960's. He stated at 14:00 and stopped at 15:05. I went to my room and read my book. I went to the computer room at 15:50 and logged out at 16:25.
