Yesterday afternoon I logged out at 12:30 and went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to my room to watch television, exercised(x2) and read my book. I went for tea, Chilli con Carne and ice cream. I went back to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15. I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse came in 08:30 after I told the carers I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The carers chamged my siphon bag and I went to the dining room. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on at 10:23.
