My Life being Disabled 27/07/11

Yesterday I had Chilli con Carne, jacket potatoe and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 the nurse came to review my Care plan. We agreed on checking my cloithing because I've lost a Corona jacket. Changing my water bottles every month, using only semi-skimmed milk, I've to pour my milk on my cereal, 2 scoops of ice cream and I can have 2 biscuits but only after tea. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed but it:00 was 23:00 because there were 1 carer short.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if could get up. She said they were still doing the handover. They came back at 08:40 and I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to dining room and asked a carer if she put my request in the skills book that I want to a pie in the Therapy kitchen. She told me that request to cook a pizza will occur on Friday. I had my breakfast and to the computer room. After clearing the wheelchairs, opening the blinds, opening the window, I logged on at 10:08. I went to my room at 11:40 to watch television and to exercise. I had Cornish, pasty, mixed vegetables and roast potatoes for lunch. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x3). I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.
