Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet and watched television. I watched St. Helen's beat Wigan 26 - 18. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15. I watched the first half of the Australian Grand Final Manly playing New Zealand Warriors. I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:18. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room to clean my teeth. My bowels opened, I told the carers who change my pad, my shorts and my shirt. I finished watching Manly and the New Zealand Warriers. Manly won 24 - 10 and I watched Keighley beat Workington 32 - 12. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.
