My Life being Disabled 14/03/12

Yesterday I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:05 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, tried my new trousers on and got dressed. My new trousers were too small. I went the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:50. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched television and exercised(x2). I asked skills to take me to the Post Office. We went to the Post Office at 15:3o and went to Asda where I bought 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and 2 tin of Mulligatawny soup. I had Corned Beef hash and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I logged out at 17:40.
