My Life being Disabled 17/08/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00, my bowels opened at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair, they cleaned me up and they cut my hair.  After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened, I told a carer who changed my pad and shorts. At 14:00 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to go to their room to strech my right hand under hot water. After 15 minutes I went to my room and skills asked me if I wanted to go downstairs to play bingo and a quiz. It finished at 16:00 and I went my room. I had Mulligatany soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17 :00
