My Life being Disabled 14/09/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I told her I thought my bowels had opened and would somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:00 skills came and asked me to go to a coffee morning in the training room. We had coffee and we had a quiz. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 14:00 I had a cup of coffee and used my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Quiche and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.
