Yesterday I logged off at 18:00 because my bowels had opened. My carers changed me but my sling was dirty and I stayed in bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my bteeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carers I didn't want a cooked breakfast. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I felt awful and watched television until 15:00 when I listened to Bradford v London. I tried some Tomato and Basil soup but I couldn't eat it. I logged off at 15:30.
