My Life being Disabled 13/01/13

Yesterday I logged at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. The nurse told me skills were holding a coffee morning in the training room at 11:00. At 10:50 I went to the training room where skills were giving everbody a cup of coffee. After we had 5 games of card bingo and finished at 12:10. I had Chilli con Carne soup for my lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to Asda with the intention of buying a permanent marker and some blank CD's. I bought 2 Onion Baja's, a bottle of Cough Medicine and a box of thin dark chocolates. I went to the Co-op but they didn't sell marker pens. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
