My Life being Disabled 20/01/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the nurse I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I listened to a CD and exercised. I sorted out my top drawer. I had my own Chilli con Carne soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 I went to the training room because Skills were playing Bingo for 1 hour and quizzes for another hour. At 16:00 I went to my room. At 16:30 I went to the dining room and had my Chicken Jalfrezi, 2 Naan breads and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad and I logged off at 18:30.
