My Life being Disabled 22/07/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room an  d had breakfast. I  went to my room and phoned my GP to asked for a referral to the Orthotics. The receptionist gave me an appointment for 12:00. I went to tell the nurse that I had an appointment at my GP's for 12:00. I went back to my room, tidied and had a cup of coffee. At 11:35 I went to find the carer who was taking me. When I found him we went to the Grimethorpe Surgery at we arrived at 11:55. I had to report to the receptionist because the machine didn't work again. I saw Dr Ramulu who gave me a referral to the Orthotics and Pontefract Hospital. He said give this note to the receptionist to deal. We went straight home because it was lunchtime. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and the assistant physio asked me if I wanted stretch my right arm under hot water. She came back for me at 14:00, we went to their room and she stretched my right under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room and logged at 14:30. A carer came to take me to Asda where I bought 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, a pasta meal, 2 onion bajhas,2 vegetable samosas and 2 vegetable pakordas. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I used my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room. I had a jacket potatoe with baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to nmy room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
