My Life being Disabled 30/07/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my syphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, watched television and logged on at 11:00. I had Turkey, seasoning, roast potatoes, a jacket potato, new potatoes with their skins on, new potatoes, cauliflower, carrots and gravy for my lunch. I went to room at 13:15 and watched television until 16:00. I had a chip butty and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off  at 17:45.
