Yesterday I had omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:05. I went to my room at 11:35 to watch television and to exercise. I had sausage, egg and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). A carer told me skills were going to assist me cooking Chicken Jalfrezi at 16:00. The came for me and took until 17:15 to cook it. I went to the dining room to eat this and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:30.
