Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I finished session 2 of my course about Stereotyping and Labelling. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise at 11:30. I had braised sausage, carrots, peas, mashed potatoes and onion gravy for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:30 I went round Grimethorpe and went to the new Asda. I bought 4 mini pork pies and naan bread. The naan bread was advertised at 26p but they charged me 29p so I complained through their service desk who gave me 3p refund. I got home, unpacked shoppingand took the Chilli con Carne with the naan bread to the dining room. I had that but there wasn't any ice cream again. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.
