My Life being Disabled 22/09/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. The carer weighed me at 92.2 kgs. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:30. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch televisaion and to exercise. I had sausage, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 14:20 and went back to my room where I had a cup of coffee. I went for some fresh air round Grimethorpe and came back at 15:40. I went the computer room. I had a bacon and egg sandwich plus ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.
