My Life being Disabled 08/02/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked the carers would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. There I bought a big bar of Aero, a box of tissues, a bottle of mouthwash, 2 packets of Halls and a box of thin chocolate mints. The senior carer told me I have an appointment at the Opticians Moorhouse on 22/02/13 at 11:30 for an eye test. I asked Skills if I could go to CLP next Friday 15/02 at 19:00 in West Bank House, West Street, Hoyland but Skills said I can't go. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right arm in their room in hot water. We went in their room and she stretched my right arm under hot water for 15 minutes. I had Quiche, big chips, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.
