My Life being Disabled 14/02/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 band watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and decided to go to Asda. At Asda I bought 6 Indian snacks, 4 cans of mushy peas and a bottle of cough medicine. I came home, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 11.30. The residents were treated to fried fish, chip and mushy peas from a chip shop at 12:00. After I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:40 my bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad. I went to the training room to listen to Alan Turner for 1 hour. I went to my room and carried on working. At 16:25 I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
