My Life being Disabled November

01/11 Used my PC in the morning, I watched a New Zealand v Samoa from New Zealand with New Zealand winning 14 - 12. I had Sirloin steak for tea and the cook made me garlic sauce.
02/11 Got up at 07:00 to go St James church near Tescos. The service started at 10:00 and after we went to Tescos. After Sunday lunch I went on my PC. After I put my feet up and watched TV.
03/11 I restored my PC because it had been corrupted.  In the afternoon my bowels opened and I put my feet up to watched TV. After tea my bowels opened again and my carers changed my pad plus my joggers.
04/11 Going to Asda after lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I tried to get my printer working.
05/11 Went to Seacroft hospital/Wheelchair Services to try my new wheelchair but I couldn't bring it home because the manufacturer had changed their specifications and didn't tell Wheelchair Services. After lunch I tried my printer again and got it going. I printed my return from Amazon x 3.
06/11 In the morning I used my PC and in the afternoon I watched TV.
08/11 In the morning I used my PC and in the afternoon I watched New Zealand beat England 16 - 14. Before I thought my bowels had opened but it was a false alarm.
09/11 I went to St James church for Remembrance Sunday. After we went to Tesco's to buy things. After Sunday lunch I watched the TV and put my feet up.
10/11 The OT told me she has referred me to my GP to get some physio. Larer I used my PC.
11/11 I put my Samsung Galaxy Young mobile on Ebay. In the afternoon my bowels opened, I put my feet up and watched TV.
12/11 I asked the nurse if she had organised a carer to go with me to Jinnahs tonight to meet Andrew my eldest son but she hadn't. She said she will organise one. She told me my 1.5l catheter bags are no longer supplied by Colorplast. At 18:30 we went to Jinnahs to meet my son. A carer stayed with me and I had Meat Samosas plus Chicken Nawabi Khana. The meal and the service good but I had to cope with a step to get in which was unpleasant !
13/11 My GP came this morning because my right leg was red and sore. He said it was Cellulitis and he gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I received 2 letter 1 from St James for an appointment on the 18/12 at 11:30 and 1 from the Tax office. I gave my appointment to the nurse and she must get my GP to request transport. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched my TV. After I used my PC.
14/11 I went to the Coffee morning before lunch. After I restored my PC because it wouldn't go on the internet. Later I put my feet up and watched TV.
15/11 In the morning I tidied my room and used my PC. In the afternoon I watched the final of the 4 Nations with New Zealand beating Australia 22 - 16. After tea I used my PC.
16/11 During the night I woke with stomach ache. I couldn't get back to sleep. I stayed in bed until 11:00. After lunch I used my PC.
17/11 In morning I had appointment to see a Poidintry to get the toenails at Seacroft Clinic. In the afternoon I put my feet and watch TV. After tea I had headache and right/paralysed was tingling. At 20:00 the nurse called a doctor but he didn't arrive until 23:30. By that time I'd taken my night medicine and I was barely awake. He checked my vitals and left. I slept all night.
18/11 I was alright in the morning until my cleaner asked if she could clean my carpet. I went to the dining room at noon to read my letters. Again my pains occurred but at 13.00 with the noise I went room and my carers put me in my bed. At 14:00 the nurse phoned my GP and told her told her to phone for an ambulance. It arrived at 14:45 and we arrived at St James at 14:45. I went the A&E after seeing the doctor and my chest X-Ray I was diagnosed a Chest problem. I was anti-biotics  and told I was admitted at 18:45 once they find a bed. I told them I use an Air Filled mattress and they said they would order one. From 18:45 until 23:45 I stayed in A&E. I was moved to J26 but kept near the Nurse Station. One of the notices said ' Please tell the NUSES ' ? I got a bed at 01:30 and went sleep at 02xx after I was administered Pracetamol and a Sleeping pill.:
19/11 I woke up at 07:00, I had Porridge and toast for breakfast. I told the catering staff that I had El-Hal meat. I arranged with Hospedia to have television, phone plus internet cost of  25 pounds ! I tried to contact my banks through the internet but it was too slow. I tried to get them via the phone but 0844 numbers are banned ? I phoned Service Desk to ask why they didn't know. I told them my internet was very slow. An engineer came and speeded up. I had a curry, naan bread and a dessert for lunch. At 16:00 a nurse came and told I was being discharged. At 19:00 I asked Hospedia to me of their system. About 11:00 I asked the nurse if I could go to sleep. She dispensed my night time pills and I went to sleep/ At about 01:00 someone woke me to tell me my transport was on it's way. She packed my bags and got me ready. At 01:15 my transport arrived I got home at 02:00.
20/11 I woke up at 09:30 after breakfast I used my PC. In the afternoon I put feet and watched TV.
21/11 I went to the Coffee morning where we had quizzes. In the afternoon I went Tesco's.
22/11 I used my PC in morning. I sent an email to Hospedia. After lunch I put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC.
23/11 I had to evacuate my room because the domestics were cleaning my carpet. After breakfast in the TV room because the painters were painting the dining room I went to the Activities room. I took my PC with me to tidy it up. I asked if they have heard from the council because I havn't  received my disabled bus. They were chasing it. They told me that they plan going to The Beehive, Thorner on 02/12 and they will  arrange it. I got an appointment  on 29/12 09:15 at the LGI to get my new hearing aids. I booked my transport and gave the to the nurse. After lunch I went to my room and used the internet.
24/11 I had an appointment at The Reginald Centre in Chapeltown to see a dentist. The Patient Transport arrive at 10:00 and we arrived 10:30. We guided to the dentist's surgery upstairs and 11:10 we were called. He examined my teeth. He said I want some fillings and cleaning. He said do I want a new set of my upper false teeth. I said they were loose and I wanted a new set. He said I have 6 appointments. We went to the receptionist and she put 6 appointments in their diary, giving me a printed copy. I asked her would she arrange transport. We went down stairs to wait for the Patient Transport at 11:40. At 12:40 I phoned their control who told  me they havn't allocated a vehicle YET.  My carer phoned my home and asked if our minibus was free YES. The driver arrived at 13:00 just as Patient Transport arrived. We informed the driver saying your control told me at 12:40 there was nobody allocated. We got at 13:20 but Steve our handiman took me to B&Q where I bought 2 glass shelves for my bathroom. On the way home I bought a Haddock special and mushy peas.
26/11 This morning I asked the nurse to call my GP because I had a Hernia in my chest. My advocacy came to invite me to their Xmas party. She came 13:30 and said don't bother because it's my stomach. She raised my stomach pills  I asked her to sign my disabled bus (pass application form. I told her my amaphilin(3) wasn't working. She raised to 4 pills. At 14:30 Activities were having a Rock Horror Show. It lasted until 17:00 where I changed of my visit to The Beehive and asked if they would me A4MHD for their Open Day.
27/11 I used my PC before lunch. I was going to Leeds RL and Aldi but the handyman put my glass shelves up.
28/11 I phoned Leeds RL and for person who received my scan but they were out. The activities came to ask me if I wanted to go to Crossgates. The said be ready at 11:30. In Crossgates I bought 15 boxes of Chocolate Liqueers, Xmas Tree and baubles that light up at Wilkos. In Tesco I bought 4 boxes of Pringles, a Sirloin steak and some mustard. We got home at 14:30 and had lunch. In the afternoon I used my PC.
29/11 I used my PC in the morning  Afternoon I watched England beat Australia
30/11 I used the Access Bus to take me and my carer to St James for Holy Communion and to take us back. This afternoon I used my PC.
