My Life being Disabled 30/06/13

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room but had to wait until 10:00 when I got 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. My youngest son phoned at 11:10 to tell me he was coming after lunch. At 12:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. I had Mulligatawny soup and a Naan for lunch. My son came with his girlfriend at 13:00. We went out to Asda, through the park, Acorn Way, down Cemetery Road, St Luke's Road and back on Elizabeth Street. We went in the garden for 30 minutes and they left. I went to my room and used my laptop. I had  Chicken Dopiza, Naan and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Huddersfield beat Catalan 60 - 16. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could to sleep.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I had an email from Steve Cerrone

Manager Pugneys Country Park, Asdale Road, Off Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, WF2 7EQ. Asking me to visit him next week to discus their new proposals. I asked the senior nurse if she would ask Skills to take me next week. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and I asked the senior nurse if I could go to the pond this afternoon. She told me 2 carers were going to Milefield Primary School because they're holding Gala. I asked her if I could go and she said she'll ask the carers. At 13:30 2 carers and 2 residents set off going down the High Street to the school field. I went on 2 raffle stalls and won 2 prizes which were for woman. I had a go on Hoop Loop but I was useless. We stayed for a hour coming home via Asda where I bought a Chicken Dopiaza, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 2 packets of Original Halls. We came home and I logged on. I had Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:30.

My Life being Disabled 28/06/13

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I was violently sick, mostly Chocolate, I cleaned myself. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed and I told him I'd been sick. They put me into bed and cleaned my room. I asked that they should clean my sling overnight.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if my sling was dry. She came back and told me the night staff didn't clean it but the senior nurse came with different sling. I got up, cut my hair, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room where I had Fried Fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and worked on my laptop. At 14:00 2 carer came to take me to Asda where I bought a Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice, 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, some Twixs, 2 Deoderants, 2 packets of Halls soothers, 2 Garlic & Coriander Naans, 2 packets of Halls, a packet of Asda soothing lozenges and a packet of Jakeman's Lozenges. I went home and the physio assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. We went to their room for 20 minutes. I came back to my room and worked on my computer. At 16:25 I went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup, a Naan and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a career if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. A carer told me that Skills having a Coffee morning in the training room. I went there but I was informed that it's in the garden. I went downstairs through Ladywood into the garden. We had Coffee, Cakes and Biscuits. I had my fingernails painted Orange. At 12:15 I went upstairs to my dining room and I had Chicken Curry for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. The assistant physio told me that she's going to stretch my right arm under hot water. I used my laptop and watched television. I had a Bacon with Egg sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to room and eldest son text me to tell me he is coming over in 1 hour. I tidied my room and logged at 10:30. My son came at 11:00 and we watched Rugby League on my television. He left at 12:00 and I continued working on my laptop. At 12:25 I went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and asked a carer if I could go to the pond. He said later because all the carers are busy. At 14:00 a carer came and said do I want to go now. We set off down Elizabeth Street, St Lukes Road, High Street, across Park Spring Road to Ferrymoor Way to fed the ducks. I noticed if the ground is wet Wheelchair users would be unable to fed the ducks. We stayed there for 30 minutes and came back using Park Spring Road, Long Royd, Springvale Road, Acorn Way, High Street. We called in Asda where I bought a bottle of Aftershave and went home. I had Chicken Vindaloo, a Coriander & Garlic Naan and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watch Warrington beat Wigan 22 - 12. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse if I could go to the pond this afternoon. She told me I had appointment with GP at 09:50 and I was going shopping to Wakefield this afternoon. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had a coffee. At 09:30 I went to the surgery and saw my GP who prescribed more anti-biotics. He asked the nurse to get some blood but she couldn't. She gave me an appointment  for tomorrow. I went home and my nurse took some blood. I logged on at 11:45 and at 12:20 I went to the dining room. I had Rump Steak, garden peas, mushrooms, onion rings and chips for my lunch. I went to my room, worked my laptop until 15?:15 when a carer came for me to take me to Asda. I bought achicken Vindaloo, 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetables Pakadros, 2 packets of strong Jakemans linctus and 2 small deoderants. We came home, unpacked my shopping and at 16:25 I went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I  went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my laptop. At 13:40 a carer took me to Asda where I bought 3 boxes of thin, mint chocolates, a box of Honey & Lemon Menthol Lozenges,  2 packets of Halls, 2 packets of Halls soothers, Asda Chicken curry with rice, 2 vegetable Pakordas, 2 vegetable Samosas and 2 bottle shower gel. We came home and I had a cup of Coffee. I worked on my laptop for the rest of the afternoon. I had a Plain Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

On Friday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Cstleford beat Hull FC 30 - 28. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday morning I woke up at 05:30 and I watched television until 06:00 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my legbag and got dressed. I got all my things to  Bridlington and went to the dining room. I had 2 Weetabix for breakfast and went back to my room because I was told we're not going until 09:30. I started tidying my room until 09:30 when Skills came and went with me to our adapted minibus. We set off at 09:30 and got home tired but happy at 19:30. The weather typically English with sunshine, cloudy and a few showers. We found a good wheelchair accessible fish restaurant called 'Pier 8' where we all had lunch. After we went round the shops in the town centre. We called at Greggs and I had a Pizza. We went up the North marina for about 1 mile and I had a cup of coffee. We went to the Dolphin Café in the town centre were I had Jumbo Sausage, chips and baked beans after we went to our adapted minibus at set off at 17:30. We arrived at Dearnevale at 19:30. I went to my room, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:'30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer a carer could she change my leg bag for a siphon bag plus could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 3 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and sent a text to my eldest son to enquire what time is Luke Pompey DJing next Sunday. He replied it's been cancelled. I logged on at 11:45 and used my laptop until 12:25. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room but 13:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I worked on my laptop until 15:00 when I listened to Bradford play Widnes. I had my own Chicken Madras and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and changed my siphon bag to a leg bag because The Mayor of Barnsley is coming this afternoon. I put my Stapress trousers and a Hawaiian shirt on and went to the dining room to have breakfast. After I went to my room and the manager came. She asked me to buy some flowers for the Mayor. I went to Asda and bought 2 bunches of flowers. I came home and logged on at 11:30. I had Fried Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas for lunch at 12:00. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged on. At 13:15 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At 13:40 I went downstairs to greet The Mayors 2012/3. We went into the garden and they went to talk to the residents. At 15:00 Beebi Del, a singer, performed for nearly a hour. The party broke up and went to my room. At 16:30 I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off ay 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. My cares informed me that I an appointment at Kendray Hospital at 11:00. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix plus a Bacon and Tomato sandwich. I went to my room but a carer told me that my transport had arrived. We set off at 10:15 and arrived at 10:50. We went to the waiting room and somebody brought me a cup of coffee. I went to see the Psychopath and her assistant 11:05. She performed a series of tests which took over a hour. I went back into the waiting room until 12:30. We arrived back at 13:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, collected my notepad and went to the Training room because the Residents meeting starts at 14:00. In meeting I brought 4 items that I wanted to discuss, the presentation of my certificate for Food Hygiene, Therapy kitchen, new toilet that I can't use and is there any new training ? The meeting finished at 15:00, I went to my room and I logged on at 15:30. I had Chicken Madras, Pilau Rice and Ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked Skills what time we're going to Bridlington on Saturday ? They replied we're setting off at 09:00. I asked the nurse to put it the diary that I would like to get up at 06:00 on Saturday. I went to my room and logged at 11:30. I had Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Yorkshire Pudding and stuffing for lunch. I went to my room and continued working on my laptop. At 15:00 my carers took me to the dining room for a presentation to our chief carer because on Sunday she is 50. After I went to Asda where I bought a Chicken Madras with Pilau rice, 3 big bars of Aero and a box of Steradant. I wanted some Fixadent but they didn't have any. We went to the Pharmacy were I bought a tube of Fixadent. We returned home, I saw the assistant manager and told her The Mayor will be parking outside the main door at 13:45 on Friday. We went upstairs and I told the handyman. I went to my room, unpacked shopping and at 16:25 I went to the dining room for tea. I had 2 slices of Pork Pie with sauce and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 19:30 I watched Leeds beat Widnes 38 - 28. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and started the form for The Mayor's Engagement. At 14:50 I went to Asda where I bought a bottle of Rose Champagne, 2 packets of Chocolate Digestives, 2 Onion Bahjas, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas and a bag to put my Champagne in. I went home, unpacked shopping and went to the dining room at 16:25. I had Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. Skills informed me that I am cooking Lasagne this afternoon. I wrote the recipe from the BBC web site and I asked the nurse who is taking me to Asda to get the ingredients. She told me a carer is taking me this afternoon. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and waited for a carer to take to Asda. At 14:30 I asked the nurse when am I going to Asda. She said soon and I watched television. At 15:00 a carer and me went to my GP's to get a prescription for me. We went to the Pharmacy to get my medicine. We went to Asda to get the ingredients for my Lasagne and I bought 4 Vegetable Samosas plus 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We came home and I went to the Therapy kitchen where I made and cooked my Lasagne. I went to the dining room and had Fillet of Salmon, new potatoes, peas plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:45, I put my feet up and watched television. The night nurse told me I'd run out of Sedative. At 23:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. My eldest son rang to say he's on his way here. I asked a carer to put my feet up and5 I will watched television. He came at 141:40 and my youngest son came at 12:00. They stayed until 12:45 and I went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup with a Naan for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 14:00. I put my feet up and watched television. I had Chicken Madras, a Naan and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched television. I watched England beat the Exiles 30 - 10 at Rugby League. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room until 14:00 and I went to Asda where I bought 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 Onion Bahjas, 2 Garlic & Corinder Naans, 2 boxes of thin, mint chocolates, 3 big bars of Aero, a Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice, a pack of Breakaways, a pack of mint chocolate biscuits, 2 cans of deodorant, a can of shaving foam, 2 bottles of shower gel and a packet of baby wipes. I unpacked my shopping, put my feet up and watched television. I had Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her could one of you cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I asked a carer to ask Skills whether the Garden Party is on next Friday. I got a call from Steve the manager of Pugney's Country Park asking my email address because he wants to email me. I completed the form for the Mayor's Engagements and returned it. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and watched television all afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I  cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had sausages, mashed potatoes, carrots, brussel spraots and a Yorkshire pudding for lunch. I went to my room and watched a movie on my television. At 15:30 the manager came for me to attend a meeting with my 2 sons, my named nurse, somebody from Skills and the senior nurse. We discussed my behaviour and my options including Supported Living. The manager said she will persue this and meeting finished at 16:15. My sons went with the manager and I went to my room. My sons came back at 16:30 and stayed for 5 minutes. They left saying they'll come on Sunday and I went to the dining room. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, I asked the nurse who is taking me to the dentist. I saw him and said we'll go at 10:40.  I tidied my room until 10:40 when I buzzed for the carer to put on my Corona jacket. We went to the dentist and arrived at 10:55. I had an appointment for 11:00 with the Hygienist. She called me to go into her room, she inspected and pulled bit out and said we'll make your next appointment in 3 months time. The receptionist told me it was on 16/09/13 at 14:00. We went to Asda and I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice, 2 vegetable Samosas, 2 vegetable Pakordas, 2 onion Bahjas, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 3 boxes of thin, mint, chocolates. We came  home and unpacked my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14:00 I watched television until 16:00. I had, my own, Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This I woke up at 08:20 when the nurse came in to wash my bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to dining room and breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched a movie on television. At 15:45 I read my book ' Grimethorpe Revival' by Mel Dyke. I had a sausage with tomatoes sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 10/06/13

On Saturday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag because we're going to St. Helen's to watch The Bradford Bulls . I put my away shirt with jogging trousers and I had to be ready at 12 noon. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room, got my baseball cap and my scarf out. I watched television until 11:50 when I asked a carer if they would get a bottle of water out of my fridge. I asked him to take me to the lift. I went downstairs and waited in reception for skills to come. I and other resident, a carer and skills/driver were going. We set off at 12:10 and arrived at Langtree Park at 14:00. We asked a steward we our parking space and he directed us to the disabled parking area near the main entrance. Our tickets were in the Away stand(East) but we went past and we went in a lift to an elevated viewing platform for disabled away supporters. It was a very good view and we were near to Bradford supporters. It was a good match and ended 30 - 18.
After match pedestrians are allowed out first, we 20 minutes and queued in traffic for another 20 minutes. It was easy to get on the M62 and we got home at 19:15. I went my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning  I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on my Toshiba. I tried my acer because my eldest son had brought it back on Thursday. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, set up my 2 laptops and use my acer to use. At 14:00 I watched a movie "Victim" and when it had finished I worked on my acer. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 08/06/13

Yesterday I set my laptop to system restore because it didn't duplicate on my TV. I  put my feet up and watch television at 17:30. At 19:30 the day nurse came and gave my night tablets which are due at 21:30. I said I'm not taking them until 21:30. She said the senior nurse brings you these at 19:30. I replied yes but she leaves them and I take them at 21:30. She took them back and walk out. At 21:00 the night nurse gave me my tablets which I took at 22:00. At 22:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I was low on shower gel and I asked the carers could I go to Asda. They other carers are going later. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 11:00. I had Chicken Kiev, jacket potato, carrots and gardens peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 the carers came for me to take me to Asda. I bought 2 Onion Bahjas, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 bottle of Shower Gel, 2 boxes of Thin Mint Chocolates and a big bar of Aero. We came home, unpacked shopping and I logged on .I told the carers that my new bag I couldn't empty and they changed it.  I watched a movie that lasted all afternoon. I had Salmon Fishcakes, chips, peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:30

My Life being Disabled 07/06/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked the carer can I get up. I asked her could they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to room and my phoned me to ask me what's wrong. I told her I'm confused sometimes but yesterday I saw a Psychologist who interview me for 40 minutes. I had a 90 minutes appointment but I'd my speech suffers after 30 minutes. She said she'll arrange for another appointment. After I logged on and used my laptop. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went my room and used my computer. At 13:30 I watched television all afternoon. I had a plain Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:55 by the nurse because I had an appointment at Kendray Hospital at 10:00. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, the nurse gave me a bladder wash, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix. The day shift  were starting and senior carer told me I should be ready for 10:00. I went to my room, logged on 09:00 but my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. At 10:00 my transported to take to Kendray Hospital it took 40 minutes to get there. We went to the NRU and waited until 11:00. A Psychologist came to asked to into her office Inside there was her assistant. They asked me a range questions and 11:40 I couldn't answer anymore. I'd told them that I had difficulty speaking and said I'll get another appointment in the post. I went into the waiting room and she'll phone Patient Transport. My transport came at 12:00 and we were back at Dearnevale at 12:45. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, mashed potatoes, cabbage and carrots. I went to my room and 13:50 I went the training room because an entertainer was performing at 14:00. The carers told me it's in the garden and we went downstairs in the lift. The manager told me my sons, myself and her are having meeting to discuss my Care plan. I said I didn't know about this but I knew my eldest coming later. The entertainer performed playing a guitar and singing until 15:30. I went to my room and watched television. My son came at 16:00 and he said he's seen the manager but he didn't know about a meeting. They have arranged one on 13/06/13 at 15:00. He went to the senior nurse because he had from the Benefits Dept. asking what are my medication. He was there until 16:45 and left at 17:00. I didn't have any tea. I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room and watched television. My bowels opened at 13:30 and the carers changed my pad. At 15:00 the physio's assistant came to my room to ask me if I wanted her to stretch my right arm in hot water. We went to their room for 15 minutes. I went to my room, used my laptop and finished the movie I watching. I had Spaghitti Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at xx:xx, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up by my nurse who gave the issues on my notes saying their are in hand. At 08:15 I told the carers that I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room. I started tidying my things. I received 3 letters from the Labour Party. I opened one from Michael Dugher inviting me to a Garden Party on 13 July at 14:00 in West Bank House plus after the CLP meeting on 21 June at 19:00 at Rockingham Centre there will a Quiz. I passed the letter to Skills requesting if I can to both events. The other 2 were from the Labour Party, telling my Direct Debit is changing next year and a Ballot paper for the MEP for Yorkshire & Humberside. I told senior carer that I wanted to post my filled in Ballot paper and go to Asda. He told me the carers are very busy but I can go later this afternoon. I logged on at 11:00 and worked on my laptop. I had 1 of my Chunky Soups from Aldi, I didn't like it. I went to my room, read my book and watched television. The senior carer told me he'll take me at 18:30. I had a Bacon & Egg sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 18:30 we went to Asda where I bought a ready meal of Spaghetti Bolognese, a portion of spaghetti and 2 Samosas. We came home, unpacked shopping and I logged off at 19:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and a carer told me skills were coming to take me to Asda to purchase the requirements that I want to make Chicken Madras after checking in the Therapy kitchen at 10:30. At 10:30 went to Asda where we bought my requirements. The carers left me to buy sandwiches over the road. I joined them and when they had finished we went to my home. I went to my room and logged on at 12:15. At 12:30 I went to the dining room where I had Cumberland sausage, chips and garden peas. I went my room and used my laptop. I went to see the manager to tell her I've invited Michael Dugher our MP, his secretary John Curry, The Lord Mayor of Barnsley and Steve Houghton the leader of Barnsley Council. My carer came to get me ready to go to my GPs. We arrived at 14:55 and we went into the surgery of a female GP who diagnosed I still have Cellulitis. She prescribed a different pill that I must take at least every 12  hours. We went to the pharmacy and got my prescription filled. We came home and I went to the Therapy kitchen. I made, cooked and ate Chicken Madras with Garlic Naan. After I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:45.

Yesterday I logged of 21:00, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and at 13:00 a carer asked me to&U go to Asda. I bought 2 Garlic & Coriander Naan bread and a bottle of shower gel. We went through the park to get home. I went in the dining room to read my book 'Grimethorpe Revival' by Mel Dyke. I went to my to listen to Hull KR play Bradford. I had a Chicken Madras with Garlic & Coriander Naan and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30 and watched television. I watched Hull FC beat Leeds 18 - 6. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I'd arranged for a carer to take me to the Post Office before 12:30 return a beard trimmer I'd bought. He told me we are going at 10:00. I went my room and picked the parcel up. He came at 10:00 and went to the Post Office. We went to Asda where I bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetables Pakorads and a Chicken Diora. We came home and logged on 11:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, got a carer to put sun cream on and went in garden to my new book ' Grimethorpe Revival by Mel Dyke until 15:30. I went to my room until 16:20 when I went to the dining room. I had Chicken Diora, Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, changed my password and logged off 21:00.

My Life being Disabled 31/05/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:00 and the night carers cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth and shaved. At 08:15 Vera my Nurse came to watch me in the shower. I think she had to assess me. I went to my room and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. Skills came and asked me if I wanted to go Pugneys. They said they were leaving at 10:30 and I went to my room. At 10:25 I went to the dining room and went to the minibus with the driver. We waited for two other residents and we set off at 10:40. We arrived at Pugneys at 11:10 and went sit outside of the café. I went inside to asked what facilities their are for Disabled persons. She gave me a leaflet and the phone of the Disabled co-ordinator. I told skills that I wanted to have a go but he said the Physio will have to assess it first. I bought a cup of coffee and 2 cups of bird seed. After my coffee we went towards the lake but my wheelchair got stuck. I managed to feed the ducks from the path. We went home at 12:00 and got there at 12:40. I went to the dining room where I had fried fish and mushy peas. I went to my room and skills told me there was a quiz in the garden at 14:30. I asked a carer if she would put sun tan cream on me and at 14:20 I went to the quiz which lasted until 16:00. I went to my room and at 16:25 I went to the dining room. I had a Bacon & Egg sandwich pls ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.
