My Life being Disabled 31/08/11

Yesterday I watched a movie in the computer room. I had Mulligatawny soup, again, and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:06. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch television and to exercise but I didn't do any leg exercises because I had a leg bag on. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and a carer told me I can cook a pizza in the Therapy kitchen for tea. I went to the computer room. I went to my room to clean my teeth and to watch television. I finished exercising(x3) and at 14:30 I cleaned my teeth because I was going to the dentist. Two carers went with me and we arrived at 15:00. My appointment was at 15:10 and the dentist another impression of my top set. He checked where my teeth were when I bite. We went to Netto's where I bought 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 3 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 tins of shaving gel and 3 tins of deodarant. We came home and unpacked. I went to Therapy kitchen and I cook a pepperoni pizza. I ate it and had ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:10.

Yesterday at 16:30 in my room I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 06:00 when the carers came in. I asked them to tell the nurse I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I thought I was going to Pinderfield hospital to have my Baclofin pump filled. I was suppose to go last Thursday but there was no transport. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast at 07:45. Five minutes later 5 day carers came in and had a cuppa. They were all talking but one them was exceedingly loud. The night carers left and the night nurse followed shortly afterwards. At 08:05 they went to the nurses station for their handover. At 08:15 they came back and another cuppa. By 08:35 they had all gone and I went to the computer room where I logged on at 09:05. I noticed in the television room there was a few carers talking. A carer came for me because my transport had arrived at 09:30. A carer went with me to Pinderfields and we arrived at 10:15. We waited in the waiting room until 10:30 and I went into a consultant room. I was hoisted on to a bed and the doctor filled my Baclofin pump up. He said should get appointment in January 2012. We went back into the waiting room at 11:05 and I waited until 12:05 when I spoke to the recptionist. I asked him to chase up with patient transport what was happening with transport. He said it wil be here in 20 minutes but it came after 5 minutes. We came home and I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 I went to the computer room.

Yesterday I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:08. My bowels opened and I told a carer. I went to my room and the carers said I had diareah. They changed my pad and shorts. I stayed in my room and told them that I didn't want any lunch. I must have fallen asleep because when I woke there was a cold cup of coffee ? The nurse came to ask me if I wanted some paracetomols at 13:30 but I said I'll have some later. I watched the television until 15:00 when I went to the computer room. I logged at 16:20 and went to my room.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30, put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:45 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:22. I went my room to watch the television and to exercise at 11:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). I went to the computer room until 16:30. I had Oxtail soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth. I went back to the computer room and logged out at 18:30.

Yesterday I had sausage, tomato sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. I had a headache from 18:00 and asked the some more paracetomols.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse gave it to me and I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I realised that my headache last night due to a cold. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast and ask the for some paracetomols. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:14. I went to my room and went to Netto's. I bought 2 packets of Ginger biscuits and 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and to my room to clean my teeth. I watched The Challenge Cup Final on television between Leeds and Wigan from Wembley. Wigan won 18 - 28. I had hot dogs and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday just before tea my bowels opened so I told a carer and went to my room. They change my pad, shirt and jogging bottoms. I went to the dining room but only had ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them if they could cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 09:53. I went my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. At 13:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). The physio's assistant asked me if wanted to stretch my right hand hot water. I came back to watch the television and at 15:30 I went to the computer room where I logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I had tea and went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came in wash my bladder. I called again at 08:30 to get up. The carers came in to get me up and I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:15. At 11:40 I thought my bowels had opened so I told a carer. I went my room the carers hoisted me onto my bed but my bowels hadn't opened. I watched the television until 12:05 when a carer told me my lunch was ready. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup. At 12:30 the nurse came and told me the patient transport couldn't take me to Pindersfield Hospital to have my Baclofin pump topped up. The told me my new appointment is on the 30/08/11 at 10:30 and I must ready for 08:30 for my transport. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. The nurse came in to tell me one of the doctors in visiting Dearnevale next week so he'll top up my Baclofin pump next week. At 15:30 I went to the computer room and logged at 16:25.

Yesterday I had jacket potatoe with Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went my room to clean my teeth. I went to the computer room and to my room at 18:15. My youngest son came and his girlfriend came at 18:30. We went to the computer room and I showed him my old computer. We went to my room and I gave him 20 DVDs. They left at 19:00 to go to my sister -in-laws. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. She didn't reply but turned off my call button. I called again at 08:35 and another carer they were waiting for the hoist. A carer brought it at 08:45 and my carers in at 08:55. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved but my bathroom drains smelt. I went to the communal bathroom to have shower. I got dressed and to the dining room to have my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:25. The nurse came to give me pills and I went to my room at 11:05. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. I went find a carer to get my sling and to take me to the dentist. We arrived at 11:45 for my appointment at 11:50. We went into Surgery 4 where the said the dentist would here shortly. He took impressions both sets of teeth. It took 30 minutes and we went home. I went to the dining room and had Cumberland sausage, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and roast potatoes. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and went to Netto's. I bought 2 boxes of Pringles Sour Cream and 4 tablets of soap. I had a run around Grimethorpe High Street and got back at 14:30. I unpacked my shopping and read my book. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I told a carer that my bowels had opened. They put me on the bed to change me but my bowels hadn't opened. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse came at 08:50 and she washed my bladder. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:34. At 11:15 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. I went my room, cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). I checked my old computer because my youngest sons coming over to pick it up after tea. I went to the computer room and went into the dining room at 16:30.

Yesterday I went my room at 18:43, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. They weighed me which was 94.5 kgs.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. She said I'll have to wait because the was busy. Another carer brought the hoist but it 10 minutes for my carers to came. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining where I asked the nurse why am I sitting on the toilet every afternoon. She said it was Dr Kent request to stop the soreness in my groin. I also asked her the purpose of Residents meetings and she said the purpose is for residents to air greivances. I said to have them 4 monthly is to long. She said she will speak with the manager. I had breakfast and went to the computer room where I logged on 10:20. I when to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had braised sausages and mixed vegetables for lunch. I went to my room to clean my teeth, watch television and to exercise(x3). At 15:10 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water for 10 minutes. I went to the computer room and logged off at 16:30.

Yesterday I had a bacon and egg sandwich followed by ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wakefield lose to Castleford 30 - 34. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I wanted to get up but said the nurse going to change my catheter. The nurse came in with another carer and they change it. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked a carer if she would put me down in skills request book because I want to cook Chicken Jalfrezi. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:20. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). I watched West Ham draw with Leeds 2 - 2. At 15:00 two carers came in to put me on the toilet. I stayed on it until 15:45 and only worked my bowels a bit. I had Chicken soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:40.

Yesterday morning I logged out of the computer room at 11:15 and went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligawny soup for lunch and went to my room to clean my and to watch television. At 15:00 I asked a carer can I get ready to go Wigan. I had flan, baked beans and ice cream for tea. We set off at 15:20 because the driver went home to get changed because she'd been to a funeral. I decided to go through Huddersfield to avoid the M1/M62 interchange. We got to Manchester on the M62 before we hit stationary traffic and it didn't clear until we got on M61. We got there at 19:20 and we parked our minibus. My carer and me went into the DW stadium and the thing we did was to empty my bag. My wheelchair was on platform 1 and there two other Bradford fans there. The match started and very soon the was 12- 0. At half time it was 18 - 12 and looking at stadium facilities I reckon it must the best in Rugby League. The final score 60 - 12 and came out and our minibus was outside. We got home at 00:20 and I watched the television until 01:00 when I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder and I asked her when does my catheter want changing. She said she'll find out. The carers came and changed my leg bag to a siphon bag. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered but I had stay in because one of the carer was busy. She came after 10 minutes and smelt of smoke. I got dressed and went to dining room to have breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 09:54. I had Lasagne for dinner and went to my room to watch television but at 13:30 two carers came in to put me on the toilet. After 30 minutes I called but nothing had happened. I had cup of coffee while watching television. I went the computer room at 15:15 and logged out at 16:30

Yesterday I went to my at 17:21, put my feet up and watched the television. I watch York beat Halifax 22 - 8. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked the team leader if I could up. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the team leader if I could have my tea at 16:00 and can I get ready to go to Wigan at 15:00. She said that's O.K. and I went to the dining room to have breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:05

This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I buzzed for a carer the nurse came in to wash my bladder out. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:20. Pinderfields Hospital phoned to verify if I was going to their appointment on 25/08/11. I went to my room at 11:00 to watched the television and to exercise. I went to the computer room at 12:10. I had egg, baked beans and chips for lunch. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1) but the team leader and a carer came to put me on the toilet. I asked her who had decided this and she said she will find out. I stayed on the toilet for 25 minutes and they came to put me on the bed. I did nothing and they put me in my wheelchair. I watched television until 14:45 when I got carer to take me to Grimethorpe & Shafton Dental Practice on Cemetry Road. It took us 5 minutes and my appointment was at 15:00. The recptionist gave me a form to fill in and I someone call my name. My carer said I was filling the form in so somebody else went in. I went in at 15:20 and met the dentist who looked young(about 30). He asked me some more questions and he wanted to know drugs I take. I said I will take my MARS sheet next time I come. He examined my teeth and he was going to prescribe Sodium Flouride but I told him I ready have some. He gave 3 appointments on 24/08/11 at 11:50, 31/08/11 at 15:10 and 07/09/11 at 15:10. After we to Netto's where I bought 4 boxes of Pringles Sour Cream at £1 each and 1 packet of Rich Tea biscuits. We came home unpacked and I gave my appointment to the nurse. I had a jacket potatoe with butter and ice cream for tea. I went the computer room but one my programs failed so I logged at 17:21

Yesterday at 11:30 I went to my room to watch the television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. My bowels opened and I went to my room at 13:30 to watch television. I told a carer that bowels had opened and they put me on my bed to change me. I was blathered and my sling needed washing. They changed my pad, shorts and shirt and left me on my bed. I watched television and had a sausage sandwich plus ice cream for tea. At 22:30 I asked the carers if they would get ready to to sleep.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I found the postcode for Wigan Warriors and the price of a toilet sling(£100). I went my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I asked the team leader if she would find out if I could change dentist to Grimethorpe & Shafton Dental Practice. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30 to watch the television and exercise(x2). The team leader and the senior carer came in 14:15 to put me on the toilet because the nurses had decide I should go on toilet every day. They put me on the bed but they realised my bowels had opened. They cleaned me, change my pad and shorts. I got up and had cup of coffee. I went Netto's and bought 1 packet of Rich Tea biscuits and 2 boxes of Pringles Sour Onion. I came home via Grimethorpe & Shafton Dental Practice on Cemetry Road. I got home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. The nurse stopped me to tell me she had got an appointment for the dentist on Friday at 17:50. I told her I was going to Wigan so she was going to rearrange it. I had Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. The senior carer my apponitment for the dentist is tomorrow at 15:00. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:30.

Yesterday I went my room at 18:35, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After my carers changed my leg bag to siphon bag and I got up. I cleaned my teeth using my new toothpaste prescibed by my dentist. I showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:54.

Yesterday I had Chicken soup and ice cream for tea. I went my room, put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Bradford get thrashed by Hull KR 8 - 34. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. At 08:25 two nurses came in to wash my bladder out but I said I don't have this on a Monday. The carers came in at 08:40 and I said who was doing their 'handover' because the nurses came in 10 minutes ago. They said they did it themselves ? I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:32. I went to the dining room for lunch and I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room at 12:55 to watch television and at 13:15 the carers came to change my electric wheelchair to my manual one. They had to change my moulded seat over but it took them 30 minutes to take it out of my electric wheelchair. They brought my manual wheelchair it had no fastings for my moulded seat. They found them in a cupboard and fit my moulded seat into my manual wheelchair. At 14:00 we went down to our minibus but it wasn't there. It arrived after 2 minutes and we arrived at my dentist at 14:40. We went into the waiting room and was told at 14:50 that the dentist was ready. He examined my teeth and was surprised that a lot the enamel had gone. He told that he had more work to do before he could fit my denture. He gave me a prescrption for some toothpaste that was more floride. I had to brush my teeth but not to rinse mouth out or eat or drink for 30 minutes. We went to the reception and got 3 appointments for 14:30 07/11/11, 14:30 14/11/11 and 14:45 21/11/11. We went outside because it was sunny but our minibus wasn't there. After 30 minutes it came but my carer had to buy a small flat screen TV with DVD. We went to Curry's and bought one costing £170.We went to the chemis in Grimethorpe and got my toothpaste. We came and went to the dining room. I had scrambled egg with tomatoes and ice cream. I went to my room and the carers changed my moulded seat over. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:35.

Yesterday I had fish fingers and baked beans followed by ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked a carer if I was going to the dentist tomorrow. I went to the dining room and my breakfast. The carer told me I was going to the dentist and we would be setting off at 13:45. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:06. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room until 13:30 and went my room to watch television, exercise(x3) and to read. At 15:40 I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:25.

Yesterday I had Ravioli and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I watched St Helen's beat Huddersfield 19 - 6 in the Stobart stadium in Widnes. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 05:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:25. I went to my room to watch the television and to exercise. I had Chicken Kiev, jacket potatoe and cauliflower for lunch. I went to the computer room at 12:55 and went to my room at 13:30. I watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I decided to go to Netto's and found out they've change the date of closing from the 20/08/11 to 10/09/11. I bought 2 tins of deodarant, 2 bottles of shower gel and 3 air fresheners. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. At 16:29 I logged out and went to the dining room.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Halifax beat Widnes 26 - 24. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:55 and watched the television until 08:15 but at 08:30 nobody had answered my call so I phoned the home. I told them that nobody had answered my call and they said they were having a handover. One of the carers came to acknowledge my call and she said they were having a handover. They came at 08:45 to get me up and to cut my hair. One of carers smelt of alcohol and cigarette smoke. She asked me if I wanted my bath foam ? I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered but after my shower the carers left me in the bathroom for about 10 minutes with only a small towel ! I was freezing so when they came back I said I wanted to speak with their manager. They hoisted on to my bed, dried me and dressed me when their manager came in. She apolgised for leaving in the bathroom but I complained about the carer who smelt. She said she would deal with it. Two carers came to hoist me into my chair but I noticed the one that smelt wasn't there. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:36. I went to my room to watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I watched the television and exercised(x2). The physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water for 15 minutes. I went to my room to watch television and at 15:40 I went to the computer room. I logged out at 16:25 and went to the dining room.

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:33. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. At 12:10 the physio and Dr Kent came in to give Botax in my right arm. I said I was going to Pinderfields Hospital on the 24/08/11 to get my Baclofin pump filled and she said I'll try to my botax delivered at the same time(5 months March 2012). I had sausage, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and one of the carers came to tell the Residents Meeting was cancelled but it will be held next week. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). The physio's assistant came to stretch my right arm after I'd had my Botax. I went to the computer room at 15:30 and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I had a chip buttie and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:55 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:56. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x3). I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:04. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went back to room at 13:20 to watch the television. I exercised(x3) and went to the computer room at 15:40. At 16:30 I logged out and went the dining room.

Yesterday I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I watch Leeds beat Castleford 10 - 8 after extra time at Doncaster's KeepMoat stadium. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:01. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Cumberland sausage, chips and mixed vegetables for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30 to watched television. I exercised(x2) and the physio assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. We went to their room and put my hand under hot water at 40'C for 10 minutes. I came back to my room to watch television and to read my Care Plan. At 15:50 I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:26.

Yesterday morning I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and I expected skills to come for me 12:20 to cook my fray bentos pie. Someone came at 12:45 but in the Therapy Kitchen she remembered she left handbag in the place she went before. So she decided to get someone else to help me and to go get handbag. I put the oven at 210'c while they came. We put the pie in for 25 minutes and after 20 minutes we warmed the baked beans. We went to the dining room and I eat it all. I went to my room at 13:45 to watch the television but after I'd a of coffee my bowels opened. I told a carer and went to ask another to help. They hoisted me on to my bed, changed my pad, my shorts and my shirt. They couldn't hoist because my sling was covered in shit. I stayed on my bed watching the television. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I watched Wigan beat St. Helen's 18 - 12 at The Halliwell Jones stadium. About 22:00 I fell asleep and woke up when the nurse came to give me my pills. The carers undressed me and washed me.
This morning I woke at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked my nurse would she get an upto date version of my Care Plan. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:20. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room to watch the television and to exercise. Yesterday I had mushroom flan with a jacket potatoe and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse changed my siphon bag and I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered. I got dressed and I went to thew dining room. Somebody from skills told me I was cooking my Fray Bentos pie and my baked beans at 12:20. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room where logged on at 10:20.

Yesterday I had a bacon with tomatoes sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. I watch Swinton lose to Keighley 18 - 20. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:55 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer could I have a copy of my Care Plan and can a carer go with me to Netto's. She told me I'd have to after lunchtime I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and my phone rang from Lifestyle Claims. I logged on at 10:20 and went to room at 11:30. I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch but it didn't arrive until 12:45. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. Where I watched the television but my bowels opened so I told a carer. They changed my pad, shorts and shirt. I had a cup of coffee and the physio assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. I said come back after 10 minutes. At 15:10 the senior carer came to take me to Netto's where I bought 4 packets of ginger nuts, 4 packets of Rich Tea, 6 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream, 2 tins of shaving gel, 4 bottles of shower gel, 6 tins of deodarant, a packet of soaps and 2 packets of wine gums. We came home, unpacked, I went to the computer room and I logged out at 16:28.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:26. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. The nurse asked me if I wanted to play Trivial Pursuitsat 14:00 I said yes. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). I went to the dining room and was told we were having a quiz about music introductions for films. There were 50 and scored 20 but the winner scored 25. I went to the Post Office to post my reply to Vision2Learn and went to Netto's. I bought 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 boxes of Pringles Sour Cream and 3 bottles of shower gel. I came home, unpacked and went to the computer room. I logged out at 16:25 and went to the dining room.

Yesterday I went to my room and told a carer my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and my shorts. They put my feet and I watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:50 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I can get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked my key worker if we can all my clothing this afternoon. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:58. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch television and to exercise. The Chiropodist came to cut my toenails and my fingernails. He charged only £10 but it only took 10 minutes. I had Cornish pasty, boiled potatoes, carrots, peas and green beans for lunch. I went to the computer room then went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x3). My key carers came to check my clothes but didn't finish. At 15:30 I went to the computer room to fill some forms for Vision2Learn. I logged out at 16:25.

Yesterday afternoon I went my room at 13:30 to watch television and to exercise(x2). I went to Netto's and bought 3 boxes of Pringles Sour Cream, 5 bottles of shower gel, 2 tins of deodarant and 1 packet of wine gums. I came home, unpacked and watched the television. I had scrambled eggs, baked beans and ice cream for tea. We went to Cortonwood and in Morrison's I bought 2 packets of Fishermans Friends, 10 packets of Sugar Free Polo mints, Vic, lip balm, air fresher and 3 frozen thin pizzas. We came home at 19:00 and I put my feet up to watch television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:10 when the nurse came in to do my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:54. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had saugages, onions, carrots, cabbage and mashed potatoes. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x3). The physio assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. I asked her to mend my splint because one of the fastenings had broken. I went to my room and watched television. My Life being Disabled 01/08/11

I said we'll set off at 12:00 because I'm not going to the Trafford Centre. I logged out at 11:30 and went to my room. The senior carer came and skills want to set off 12:30 so I said I'll have some soup before we set off. At 11:50 a carer came to tell me we're setting now and I got my away shirt, scarf and baseball cap. I went to the dining room and waited for a carer. Skills(Steve) came in to tell me was going to the minibus. The carer was outside having a smoke.We set off at 12:00 and got there at 14:20 using the A628. We went into the car park and asked an attendant were my disabled space was ? He pointed to somewhere right over the other side of car park even though my driver showed our ticket. I said it should outside the shop which is No. 1. He asked someone to the bollards but this was parking space No.2. We parked and went into ground. We found the nearest wheelchair space to the posts which was next some stairs near the enterance. I had a good view but a steward stood nearly in front of me when the match started. I asked hime move which he did but only a few feet. It was good game but Bradford played badly. After half time a man sat on the steps next to me and the ambulance men gathered to see what was up. During this time I could see anything and there was 3 stewards, 3 ambulacemen and this man. I shouted for them to move but a photographer to offence of this and verbally abused me. After this two stewards stood in front me although they I couldn't see for the rest of the match. Bradford score their first try about 1 minute to go and the successful kick we decided to go. We got home via the M62, Huddersfield, Flockton, Haigh and Royston at 18:30. I ordered a Bolgonese Pizza from Grimethorpe pizza shop. I put my feet up and watched the television. My pizza arrived at 19:30 but at 20:05 the night came in to ask if I had paid for my pizza because the day staff had told the night staff I was waiting for my pizza. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I can go to bed. I got in bed and the carers changed my leg bag to a siphon bag.
This morning I woke up at 07:50 and watched until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer if she could put me down into the skills request book that I want to go to the Trafford Centre. She said I wasn't in to Cortonwood on Friday but she told skills I wanted to go. I went to the dining room and my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:25. At 11:30 I went to my to phone vision2learn about my application they had sent an email saying that somebody would phone me on 18/07/11. I told her that nobody phone from Somerset college and she said the place on the course had been filled. She put me down for the next course in September. I phoned Wigan Warriors and order my ticket for the on 19/08/11. I asked for disabled parking space but she said somebody will contact me. I went to the dining room and Mulligatawny soup. The senior carer had arranged for me to go to Cortonwood after tea. I went the computer room and logged out at 13:30.
