My Life being Disabled 31/12/11

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put feet and watched the television. At 18:15 I started vomiting, forcefully so I decided to bed. I didn't sleep very well and really hot so the carers opened a window. At 07:00 I asked for some paracetamols and nurse came she washed my bladder. At 08:15 I asked to get up but my sling was soaking. I stayed in bed until 17:00. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 18:43. I logged out at 19:30.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched the television. I felt awul and at 19:45 I told a carer I wanted to go to bed but she told me to wait for the night shift to start. At 20:10 the night came in to put me bed. I had a very restless night but I fell asleep at 02:22.
This morning I woke at 04:14 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked a carer could they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. Somebody from skills came to take to Cottonwood but we had different mini-bus and I couldn't get on the hoist. I went Asda where I bought a bottle of water and a tin of mushy peas. I went to the newsagents and I some Fisherman Friends. I came home went and had a cup coffee. After I went to the computer room and left at 12:00 to cook Fried Haddock and mushy peas. Skills for me and I cooked my Fried Haddock with mushy peas. I went to the dining room but I didn't eat all. Skills for me to test different mini-bus but I couldn't fit on the hoist. I went to the computer room and left at 13:30 to go to my room. I had cup of coffee and watched the television until 15:00 when I went to the computer room. I did survey for Asda and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put up my feet and watched vthe television. At 21:00 I told a carer my bowels had opened and I asked if could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. She told me the senior nurse is going to change my catheter later today. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. Somebody from skills came and told me all requests I made have been given dates. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise(x1). I had Fried Sausages, chip and baked beans for lunch. I asked the nurse if I could have some Paracetmols and I went my room. I asked a carer if I could put my feet up while I watched the television. The physio came to test my sling and at 15:45 I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:05 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:40 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered but I noticed that my urine had blood in it. I told my carers who told the nurse. I got dressed, went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:48. I'd got an email telling me I'd won £3.90 on the Euro lottery.I had got a Vmail from tutor:

Physical signs can include; shop signs in different languages, posters, notices etc advertising events for different groups, shops catering for different ethnic tastes, different places of worship, health and safety signs, charity shops, sheltered accomodation, clothes that show religious belief, food and restaurants, assistance for disabled people, such as disabled parking bays, local festivals and celebrations and premises that support diverse groups such as Sure Start ect..

This list is by no means a full one once you get thinking along the right lines you will come up with some of your own too.

Remeber when answering question 4 to include examples relating to religion, ethnicity, age, disability and gender.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I would go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came and gave me a bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining rooom and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:19. I started working my assessment question 5. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room to work on my assessment and I went my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:30 I went to Asda and bought 2 packets of Lozenges and a packet of Cotton Bugs. I went home, unpacked and went to the computer room. I worked on my assessment describing Inequalities in a Community. I had a chipbutty and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:05.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened because I had a lot of sprouts and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 11:00. I cleared my recycled bin and noticed I had 10.1 GB of free on my hard disk. ( went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise(x1). I had Turkey, Ham, chips and peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth when skills told me there was bingo and a quiz in the conference room at 14:00. I went but there was only me there, skills came 14:05 and decided to round all the units to remind everyone. By 14:30 there were 5 residents and 3 carers. We played 3 rounds of Bingo and quiz about music. At 15:45 I left because my bag was full but it had nearly finished. I went to the computer room to check onmy computer. I had 1 Corned Beef sandwich, a Samosa, 2 Onion Barjas and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:05 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:20 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room where I tried to restore my computer. I went to my room and had a cup coffee. At 11:00 my wife and our eldest son came to give me my Christmas presents. They stayed until 12:00 because it was my Xmas lunch. I had Tomato and Basil soup, Turkey, stuffing, new potatoes, carrots, parsnips, peas and Christmas pudding. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and logged in at 13:40. I went to my room at 15:00 to watched the television and drink a cup of coffee. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30. My youngest son and his girlfriend came shortly after I to the dining room and we went to my room. They stayed until 17:15 and I went the computer room to see if I could fix the fault. I logged out and went to my room at 17:45.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:10 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 19:30 the fire alarm started but nobody told me what was happening. It lasted for about 25 minutes. At 22:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:55 and asked a carer to put my heating on but she told me the heating plus water was turned off because last night somebody of another unit had flooded their room. Iwatched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got dressed in my thermals underclothes plus my jogging trousers and a tee shirt. I had an electric shave and cleaned my teeth. I went to the dining room but when I going through a corridor door the fire alarm started again and these door closed me stuck in them. The nurse came to free me and told me to watch my in case it starts bruising. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room where I logged in at 10:03. I sent an email to my tutor telling her I didn't understand question 4 of my assessment. I went to my room and watched television. I had Beef Wellington, carrots, new potatoes, cabbage with ham and a dessert that involved Bananas. I asked a carer to check my bag because it was empty and it was O.K.. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30 to clean my teeth. I watched the television until 13:50 and went to the conference room to watch Double Tee which was a Kareoke. They performed from 14:00 until 15:20 but there were only 14 residents there and by 15:10 there were only 3 residents there. I went back to my room and went to computer room. I had 2 samosas, 3 onion bargees and 4 sausages rolls for tea which we had at 16:00. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:05.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I told a carer that my bowels had opened and I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:40 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked carer if I could get up. I called again at 08:40 and asked if somebody would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and tried to fix a fault that fills up my hard disk. I logged on at 11:01 but I couldn't fix it. I went to my room and watch the television. I exercised and at 12:30 I had fried fish with mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, exercised and watched the television. At 15:45 I went to the computer room and started question 4 of my assessment. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea and I'd asked for ice cream but there wasn't any. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:10.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:05 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I told a carer my bowels had opened and I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse told me to stay in bed until the physio came to assess me. He came at 09:00 and he told he had received three complaints that I didn't assist carers when the hoisted me. He told me how to sit straight and I said the carers should remind me of this. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and signed in at 11:05. At 11:50 I went to my room and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to Asda at 14:40 and bought a packet of 4 Haddocks plus 2 frozen thin pizzas. I came home and put my shopping in the Therapy freezer. I went to the computer room and went to dining room at 16:30. I had a bacon, egg sandwich and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet and watched the television. At 21:10 my bowels opened so I told carer and said I wanted to go to bed. They weighed me at 97.7 kgs before they put on my bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked them to weigh me again which was 95.5 kgs. When the carer was putting in my toilet she twisted my paralysed foot and it hurt. I told her and said you usually don't feel it. I cleaned my teeth, shaved but while I wasa showering my foot still hurt so I told the carers and they the nurse. She examined it but didn't find anything. I got dressed but asked the carers to leave my support stocking and shoe off. I went to dining room room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:21. I continued with my assessment working on Question 3. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:15 I went to the computer room and worked again on my assessment. At 16:05 my bowels opened and I told carer who told me to go to my room. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and jogging trousers. I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:05.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse if my catheter wants changing because it's 8 weeks since it was changed. She checked and asked me if I wanted to change it now but I said I've got a dentist appointment at 10:30. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room to watch television. At 10:10 2 carers came to take me to the dentist. I put my scarf, hat, gloves and fleece on. We went the dentist which is at the other side of St. Luke's church on Cemetry Road and we arrived at 10:25. It wasn't my dentist and he called at 10:40. He filled my tooth in 5 minutes and we went to Asda where I bought 5 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. We got home at 11:00 where I had a coffee in my room. I went to the computer room and signed in at 11:30. I had braised sausages, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and broccolli. I went to computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:00 I went back to the computer room and at 15:00 I went to my room for a cup of coffee. I watched a DVD called 'Trespass' until 16:20. I went to dining room to join in our Xmas party. There were 7 residents, 2 nurses and 9 carers there. I had a Ham sandwich, 2 small pieces of Pork pie, 2 slices of Garlic bread and a slice of Chocolate cake. I went to the computer room at 17:45 but some of the residents went to the Conference room to have Karaoke. I logged out at 18:15.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:19. I started on question 3 of my vision2learn assessment. I sent an email to somebody from NCIL to see if they wanted any Experts with Experience. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercised. I had Mince Beef, mashed potatoes and mixed vegatables for lunch. I went to the computer room and did some more of my assessment. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to the computer room and at 15:50 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. We went to their room and I put my in for 10 minutes. I came back to the computer room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and signed on 10:20. I started on question 3 of my assessment. At 11:10 somebody from skills came to take me to Asda where we bought the ingrediants for my Chicken Jalfrezi and I bought 2 packets Throat & Chest Lozenges. We arranged to cook at 14:30 and I went back to the computer room where I filled in a questionnaire for Asda. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to my room to clean my teeth. At 13:55 I went back to the dining room because our nurse was having a coffee afternoon. I had cafetiere coffeeand a piece of chocolate cake. At 14:30 skills came me to cook my Chichen Jalfrezi which took 90 minutes. We took it with a slice of Naan bread into our dining room and I had ice cream after. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I noticed noticed the filling that dentist put in had gone. It must have the turkey or brussel sproats. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:08. I worked to save my assessment on vision2learn and my sister came with her husband came 10:30. We went to my room and stayed until 11:40. I went back to the computer room and a carer asked me what I wanted to eat on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day and Boxing Day. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. I watched television until 15:30 when I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday at 17:30 I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked carer could I get up. I asked them to cut my hair. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag and got dressed. I put my best trousers on and my Ben Sherman shirt because it's our Christmas lunch at the Norman Inn public house in Monk Bretton. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the cxomputer room and logged on at 10:43. Somebody must have switched my computer off because my vision2learn assessment had been lost. Somebody from skills came to tell me I was on the first bus to the Norman Inn which sets off at 12:30. I went to my room at 12:00 to get ready. At 12:20 one of skills came for me to go. We arrived at Norman Inn at 13:00 and bus went back. Our meal was served at 14:00, the soup was cold, the turkey was tough. Everbody got loads and we all enjoyed it. We came home and I went my room but I noticed it was 16:45. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:59.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer. I said I wanted to go to bed but when they undressed me I was blathered !
I woke up this morning at 08:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my leg bag because there wasn't any siphon bags and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and Steve from skills filed my finger nails. I logged on 11:11 and looked at question 3 in my assessment for vision2learn it asked about services and agencies in Barnsley that support diversity. I went to my room at 12:15 and I went to dining room at 12:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. At 13:30 I went to my room to watched a DVD called 'Hugo' and asked a carer if I could go to Asda. At 14:45 we went to Asda and I bought 6 packets of Polo's, 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese and Onion, 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 4 packets of Ginger biscuits, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, a Naan, a packet of Halls cough sweets and some shower gel. We came home and unpacked. I went to the computer room at 15:50 and filled in a questionnaire for Asda. I went to the dining room at 16:30. I had bacon, fried egg, tomatoes and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 15:45 and watched the television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and asked carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 09:51. I continued working on my last assessment but found out I didn't save it yesterday. I completed Q1 and started working on Q2. At 11:40 I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise but I scratched my face which started bleeding so I stop exercising. I had Quiche, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and continued with with my assessment. I went to the conference room at 14:00 because we were having a food forum but it was cancelled until next Tuesday because there wasn't enough staff in the kitchen. I went back to the computer room and went to my room at 14:30. I had a cup of coffee, watched the television and read my book. I had pork pie, mushy peas and icecream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:52 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag because I didn't have any siphon bags and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth again because I'd an appointment to see the dentist at 11:10. At 10:50 I asked a carer if I could get ready. We set off and told the receptionist at 11:03. The dentist gave some filling in front teeth, I got my next appointment for 13/06/12 at 11:00 and got home at 12:00. I went to the computer room and logged on at 12:10. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went back to the computer room and somebody from skills came to tell me we were not cooking Chicken Jalfrezi today because she was too busy. She arranged it for Sunday. I went my room at 14:15 to clean my teeth and to watch the television. I went to the computer room and logged out 15:45.

Yesterday I went to my room at 16:00 to watched the television. At 16:20 I asked a carer if she would take my Chicken Jalfrezi out my fridge and would she microwave it. I had that and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:07. I started working on my final assessment with vision2learn. I went to my room at 11:20 to watched television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I \went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I went to Asda and bought a bottle of Asda shower gel. I came home, unpacked shopping and went to the computer room. I had an ommelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. The carers came hoisted me out of bed and I asked if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:30. I worked on vision2learn until 11:00. I went to my room at 11:30, to watched the television and to exercise. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to room at 13:15. Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. My bowels had opened but I didn't feel it.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:36. I checked with "fatbrain" web site to find out if they wanted to buy 2 hardback books but they didn't. I checked with 3 more but they didn't want to buy them. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Cheese, Tomatoe and Onion Quiche with chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:05. I cleanedmy teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 13:50 I went to the training room to attend the Residents Forum. They were reports by Kitchen, Skills and the Handymen. The chef told us we're having a forum to discuss menus on the 14/12/11 at 14:00. The meeting lasted 30 minutes and I went to my room and watched a DVD called "Another Earth". I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00

Yesterday I had corned beef hash and ice cream for tea. I told a carer that I wanted to get up at 07:00 tomorrow because I have an appointment for the dentist.I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 06:50 when the carers came to get me up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room at 08:05 and had breakfast. A carer told me my appointment card from the dentist quoted tomorrow but she'll check later. I went to the computer room and logged at 09:15. The carer told me my appointment had been rescheduled to 13/12 at 11:10. I went to my room at 10:30, watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:00. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to Asda at 14:30 and bought 1 packet Pringles Sour Cream,a shower gel, 2 packets of ginger biscuits. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I went the computer room and went to the dining room at 16:30. I had 2 sausages, fried egg, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and worked on my vision2learn. I completed an Asda questionnaire and logged off at 18:00.

I went to my room, watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised. At 15:00 I went to the Post Office to post a Xmas Card for my wife. I went to Asda and bought a six packet ofd Polo's and 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I asked the nurse if she would get me a complaints form. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:42 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who said they were busy but they'll deal with me as soon as possible. They came at 21:50 and when they pushed my bed it collapsed. A handyman was working on in the morning. They told me they didn't have another bed but at 22:15 they found one. They put in my bedroom and put me on it. They undressed me and cleaned me but I noticed when I raised my head my feet moved. They put the bed upside down ! They changed it round while I was in the hoist and finally got in at 22:55.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called a carer. I told her I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:59. I work on my vision2learn for 30 minutes. I went to my room at 12:00 to watched the television and put my leg weights on. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x1). The assistant physio came to stretch my right hand under hot water. After I went to my room where I watched a DVD. I had Mulligatanwny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:10 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed as my bowels had opened but she said they were busy and they will deal with me as soon as possible. At 21:50 they came to put me on my bed but the bed collapsed. One of the handyman was working on it this morning. At first they couldn't find one but eventually they found one. They put it up and put me on it. They undressed me and change my pad but when I tried moving the head part of the bed my feet moved. They had put the bed the wrong way. They took me out and changed the bed around and it 22:55 when I got settled.
This morning I woke up at 08:10 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room because my brother and his wife are coming at 10:30. They came in his new Bentley Cotinental GT. They stayed for 1 hour and left. I went to the computer room and logged on 12:06. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went back to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:05 and cleaned my teeth. I watched the television but shortly my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad, my boxer shorts and my trousers. I watched The Immortals and went to the computer room. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:42.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to give a bladder wash. She changed my siphon bag. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse to take my temperature as I felt hot and it was 37.5'C normal. I went to the computer room to get my keys but there were not there. My door was open and somebody had moved my bed. I went back to the computer room and called a carer who explained the handyman was working on my bed. He said it would take about 15 minutes. I went to my room before I went to lunch where I had Chicken Kiev, garden peas and chips. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:00 skills came for me and carer because I wanted to go to Cottonwood. They had borrowed a minbus from another home in Sheffield. I bought a tub of Vic(Morrison's), 2 packets of Original Fisherman's Friends, 4 bottles of water and 5 packets of sugar free Polo's mints from Morrison's. I bought 3 pairs of boxer shorts from Matalan.We came home I went my room to unpack and I went to the computer room. I had a fishfinger sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged of at 18:10.

I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, put some Vic on my chest and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse for some paracetmols because I had a cold. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:34. I looked on the web to find out when The Tops are appearing at Sheffield Arena 16/03/12. I put this in the Residents Activity Wish List. I went to my room at 11:55 to watch television and put my leg weights on. I had fried fish and gardend peas for lunch. I went the computer room to change some of passwords and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, exercised(x2) and watched television. I watched SAW 7 and went to the dining room. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:00 a carer came to tell me there was a singer performing in the conference room. I went it was a male singer who performed for 60 minutes. This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:14. I did some of my vision2learn project about Barnsley Counciland their accessibilty. I went to my room at 11:30, exercised and watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch after I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15, exercised(x2) and watched the television.The senior domestic asked me where I had found the waste care bin and I told her on the web. At 15:00 I went to Asda, bought three pairs of boxer shorts and two tubes of Pringles Sour Cream. I came home, asked a carer to get somebody to put 38 button on my boxer shorts and went to the computer room. I filled in questionnaire for Asda and logged off at 16:30.

This morning I woke up at 03:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse come in. She washed my bladder. A carer came and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and I got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:21. I sent an email to the manager telling her my choice of bin for the disabled toilet is a waste care bin from Hychem. I tried to find where my computer is with UPS but I couldn't find the reference. I finished a quiz in my vision2learn about Diversity in Barnsley council. I went my room at 11:50 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched televisionand exercised(x2). The physio came to ask me if I wanted to stretch myt right hand under hot water. After my computer came back from Toshiba and I unpacked it. A carer took it the computer room and checked it. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.

Yesterday I went to my room at 16:11 to watched my television. I had my own Chilli con Carne

for tea. I didn't have any ice cream but I was offered choc ices but refused. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 my bowels opened and I told a carer I would go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked on Toshiba's web site to see what my computer's doing today. It going to be returned by URL. I worked on my vision2learn project reading about Support Services and Networks. I wrote down all the rugby league matches that I want to in the skills book. I went to my room to watch television and put my weights on. I had Cumberland sausage, peas and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room to let my lunch settle. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise(x1). At 14:00 I thought my bowels had opened and I told a carer but when they lifted me up in the hoist they found my bowels hadn't opened. I had cup of coffee and watched the television until 16:10 when somebody from skills took me into the Therapy kitchen to cook one of my pizzas. We found out that the freezer had been turned off by another home about 1 month ago and skills had thrown my pizzas away. I went back to my room and asked the carers to warm up some Bolognese mince for my tea. The manager asked me to to see her about an email I'd sent about the Service User Guide that she is going review next month. I came away with 1 action point to investigate a siutable waste paper bin for the disabled toilet on Darbyshire. I had Bolognese mince beef and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room, found a suitable bin and logged out at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse took my blood/suger levels it was 8.6. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:27. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. We agreed that I insert one about having Mulligatawny soup most days and she'll tell the kitchen. We agreed to stop taking Enemas. She'll rebrief the staff about knoncking on my door before entering and I need a new plan because I've got a new hoist. I asked her to give me a new copy. At 21:15 my bowels opened so I told a carer and said I will go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to give me a bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse told me there is a coffee afternoon in our dining room at 14:00. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:36. I went my room at 12:00 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup although I asked for Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and to my room at 13:00 where I cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and boxer shorts. At 14:00 I went to our dining room to the coffee afternoon organised by the senior nurse. I A caffetiere black coffee and a piece of chocolate cake. I went to my room and sorted out my drawer to my pedesral and went to the computer room. I was going to read my care plan with Social Services but it was dated 2008. I sent an email to the management at Dearnevale regarding the review of the service users guide seeking clarifcation of some points. I went to the dining room for tea at 16:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked him to cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I studied exercise 4 on my vision2learn project about intolerance. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). I reviewed my Care Plan and the chiropidist came to cut my toenails. The physio's assistant came to see if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. After I watched the television and I had Broccoli flan, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. Somebody from skills came to tell me I'm cooking a pizza on 28/11/11 at 16:00, I'm going to Cortonwood on 02/12/11 at 14:00 and I'm going to the CLP on 20/01/12. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:00. I tried looking at data from the Census 2011 but it didn't on this computer. I looked the status of repair of my computer with Toshiba and it was still waiting a part(21/11). I went to my room at 12:00 to put leg weight on and to watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and I watched television. I exercised(x1) and my bowels opened. The carers told me my bowels were still open and the put me on the toilet for 30 minutes. I had a cup of coffee and I asked a carer to go with me to Asda. I bought 3 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits and a Xmas card for my wife. We came home and we unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and filled a questionnaire from Asda. I had bacon, fried egg, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and sent an email to Asda Customer Services about all the checkouts in their Grimethorpe store are on my right. I logged out at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 06:35 when I asked a carer to put my heating on. I asked him to tell the nurse that I ready for my Enema. The nurse arrived at 07:15 and inserted my Enema. At 08:15 the day nurse came and gave my bladder wash. After I asked a carer to put me on the toilet but she told me my bowels had opened already. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:40. I checked on the Toshiba web and that my computer is waiting for a part. I tried working on my vision2learn project but this computer does not work when using Word. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had braised sausages, mashed potatoes, carrots and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x1). I finished reading my book "The Red Queen" and went to the computer room. I logged out at 16:10 and went to my room.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room but saw the nurse and asked her why didn't I get an Enema this morning ? She said because my bowels had opened last night. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged in at 10:06 and read an email from paypal. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch television and to exercise. I had Oxtail soup because there wasn't no Mulligatawny. I went to the computer room and went to room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised. I went to the Post Office to changed my pin. I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatawny soup, a tin of Bolognese mince and a bottle of water. I came home and unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had scrambled egg, beans, toast and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:15 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched England lose to Australia in the final of the Four Nations 30 - 8. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 06:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could they would put me on the toilet. I sat there for 35 minutes but nothing happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer if she would two tasks for skills, to cook a pizza and to file my finger nails. I went to the dining room and had Bran Flakes for my breakfast. I went the computer room and logged in at 11:16. At 11:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer who told me to go to my room. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and jogging pants. I put leg weights on, watched the television and exercised(x1). I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 14:30. I cleaned my teeth, updated my points for the Residents meeting and watched television. At 16:00 I went to the computer room. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 07:00 when the nurse gave me an Enema. At 08:15 I asked a carer would they put me on the toilet. At 09:00 I asked to put at my sink because the enema didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, had a bladder wash, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse told me the kitchen has run out of Mulligatawny soup and I said I'll have Oxtail instead. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:44. I went to my room to listen to a CD and to exercise. I had Oxtail soup because there wasn't any Mulligatawny soup. I went to computer room and went to my room. I watched the television and exercised(x1). I went out for some fresh air. I went down Elizabeth St., St Luke's Rd., across Queensway, down Acorn Way, down Springvale Rd., across Park Spring Rd and back up the High St.. I called in at Asda where I bought 2 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and a packet of Wine Gums. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had my own Bolognese mince and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:15.

The physio's assisant came at 15:00 to stretch my right hand under hot water. I went to Asda to buy 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese and Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had bacon, fried egg, tomatoes and ice cream for tea. I went back to the computer room and completed a questionnaire about my experience with Asda. I logged off at 17:30 and went to my room where I cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I asked the nurse if my Care Plan review was upto date. She said it was but she had some photocopying to do for me. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15. At 10:45 I went to my room and asked a carer would help me to my fleece on because I have doctor's appointment at 11:10 to get my flu jab. I asked who was going with but she said nobody. I said who will take my fleece off and she said she get skills to go with me. We set off at 10:50 and I saw the nurse at 11:00. We got home at 11:15 and after I had taken my fleece off I put my legs weights on. I exercised and watched the television. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). After I'd watched a film I went to the computer room for 10 minutes. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 12:15 to watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went back to my to watch television. I had a cup of coffee at 14:30 after I told the carers I wanted to get ready to go out. I changed my siphon bag to a leg bag, changed my trousers and put a polo shirt on. At 15:55 skills came for me to put me in the minibus and I took my fleece with me. We went to Barnsley and via the A628 Woodhead pass to Manchester. We stop at a McDonalds first in Staley Bridge for 45 minutes and we arrived at 19:30. The show was very good and it was sold out with 8,000 people attending. We set off at 11:30 but the A628 closed so went Oldham, M62, Huddersfield, Flockton, The Haigh to Grimethorpe and got home at 01:30. I had a cup of coffee and asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse if she would check with my doctor that I'm down for a flu jab. I entered to wishes in the skills book, got to the CLP meetings and go to Cottonwood to buy some new polo shirts. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told them I wanted to get changed at 15:00 because I'm going to the MEN Arena in Manchester at 16:00 to see Jason Manford. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:30. I worked on my project for vision2learn for one hour.

I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 06:00 when the nurse came to give me an Enema but she said my bowels had opened so she left. I watched the television until 08:15 when carer came in to take my computer to reception. I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed but they couldn't change my siphon bag because there wasn't any. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 09:57. I tried to get an old laptop working to work on my Vision2learn project. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised. At 15:00 I asked a carer if the chiropidist had been and she told me he was coming on 25/11/11 at 14:00. I went the computer room to get the computer working with my google bookmarks. Yesterday I went to my room at 17:05 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Wales lose to Australia 14 - 56 at Wrexham. At 21.30 my bowels opened and I told the nurse that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 07:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. I waited to 08:15 when I asked a carer to put me on the toilet. I was on the toilet until 09:10 when carers took me off but the Enema didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:50. I started work on Unit 4 Diversity Within the Community. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and asked a carer to help me box my faulty computer. I couldn't find any bubblewrap so I went to the Post Office in the High Street. We packed the computer up ready for tomorrow.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:15 and cleaned my teeth. I checked the DVD that I made but there was no sound. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched England beat New Zealand 28 - 6. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. The senior nurse came and asked me to sign the complaint that I had made on Thursday.
This morning I got up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my Enema. The nurse came and gave me it. I stayed on my bed for 15 minutes and went on the toilet for 30 minues. The carer told me my bowels just opened so he put me the toilet for another 15 minutes. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and discovered my computer was faulty. I tried to find a contact number with Toshiba because the warranty is for 12 months. I had Vegetable soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 15:00. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:05.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:50 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready. The came and washed my bladder. She asked me if I wanted an Enema which I said yes. She gave me the Enema and left me for 30 minutes. I queried this with senior carer because I thought it should be 15 minutes. When they moved me they found that my bowels had opened already. They put me on my toilet and came for me in 15 minutes but I said they should me for 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I called for them because my bowels hadn't opened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. They couldn't change my siphon bag because I didn't have any. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to Asda to buy the ingredients for Chilli con Carne that I'm cooking this afternoon. I came back, went to the computer room and logged at 12:07. I had Oxtail soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. My son texted me to say he will be coming at 14:00. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. When son came we watched the second half of England v Australia that I went to Wembley to see. When son had gone skills came to help cook Chilli con Carne but I didn't finish because I went to dining at 16:40. I had Sausage Roll, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I asked carer if he would pack my DVD's and CD's into a box. I arranged for a carer to help me take it to the Post Office tomorrow. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened again and I told a carer and said I will go to bed. I called them again at 22:00 but they said they were still very busy. At 22:30 I asked for the nurse to complain. She came and I complained. She started to get me ready and two carers came to help her.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready. They came in at 08:35 and got me up. I asked them about my Enema but they said the senior carer said to get me up. I asked them to cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:44. I checked my vmail and read 2 from my tutor. The first one was telling me I passed my assessment. The second one was about the next stage which I must complete by 16/12/11. I had Mullitawny soup for lunch and my son texted me to me he was coming tomorrow. I went to the computer room at 12:50 and wqent my room at 13:05. I cleaned my teeth and exercised(x1). I went to the Post Office at 14:15 and went to Asda where I bought 3 packets of Rich Tea biscuits. I came home and had a cup of coffee. I went to the computer room at 15:30. Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 17:15 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and put my legs to watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened again so I told a carer and said I would go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The carer told me I had to have an Enema first because the doctor said their trying to get my bowels working first thing in the morning with me on the toilet. The nurse put the Enema in and washed my bladder out. I waited for 15 minutes and was put on the toilet for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:45. My bowels opened at 11:45 and I told a carer. I went to my room to watched the television and two carers changed my pad and boxer shorts. I watched the television. I had Tomato soup because there was no Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:20 the physio's assistant asked me if wanted to exercise my right hand under hot water. We went to their room for 15 minutes and the physio brought my new sling that cost £150. I went back to my room to watched television and to have a cup of coffee. At 15:00 I went to the computer room where I sold 24 DVD's and 2 CD's to Cashbee for £25. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:55 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told the nurse. The carers came to change my pad, clean me and put me in bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. The carer said he'll ask the nurse about my enema. The nurse came in I said my bowels had opened last night so we agreed to put the enema in at 17:00. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. Somebody from skills asked me if I wanted to go see Jason Manford next Wednesday at the MEN Arena in Manchester because a resident can't go. I said I would and told me their setting off at 16:00 and it costs £25. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:01. I checked my vmail but I didn't have any new ones. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had braised beefburgers, mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:30 to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought a tin of Chilli con Carne. The carers told me I was going to Asda at 14:00 and I asked them if I was buying the ingredients for Chilli con Carne. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:52. I read a Vmail from my tutor telling me I will get feedback for my resubmitted questions tomorrow. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13 :15 to clean my teeth and to watch television. At 14:00 I called for a carer to put my fleece on and get ready to go to Asda at Pugney's. The driver was in the minibus and we got there at 14:35. I bought some grey jogging pants, yellow shorts, 3 packets of ginger biscuits, 3 tubes of Sour Cream and Onion pringles, 6 packets of Polo's, 2 packets of Fisherman's Friends original and a bottle of Adidas after shave lotion. I bought a League Express from the newsagents. We came home at 15:20 and I went to my room to unpack my shopping. The carers put me on the toilet and it worked after 10 minutes. I sat there for another 15 minutes and told the carers I had finished. I had cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:44. I completed Q. 23, the last one, to resubmit to my tutor. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. On Friday I went to my room at 17:25 and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad, shirt and jogging pants but they had to throw my boxer shorts away. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday morning I woke at 03:00 and watched the television until 05:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put my thermal long johns and my thermal vest on because we're going Wembley today to watch Wales play New Zealand and England play Australia. I went to the dining room with my Bradford Bulls away shirt, my Corona rainproof jacket and a litre bottle of water. I had my breakfast and Adele from skills came to that I was ready. We set off at 07:15 with another resident and his carer. We stopped for 60 minutes at Watford Gap service station to have hot drink. We arrive at 11:30 to have packed lunch that Adele had provided. We got in places in Block H Section 143 Row 28 Places/Seats 525/6/7/8 at 12:15. There was Gillette group playing, some girls dancing and brass band playing with their choir singing. After two teams sang their National Anthems. New Zealand beat Wales 36 - 0. The next started at 15:30 and Australia beat England 36 - 20. After the match we stayed in our places until the crowd went and went to the toilet. We went to our minibus but the traffic was very slow and it took about 1 hour to get to the M1. We stopped at Donington Park service station again it was very busy. We had to park with the HGVs. We had a Burger King and a hot drink. I think it took us about 2 hours and we set but Adele realised we wanted to fill up. We stopped at the next services and Adele put £100 of diesel in. We set off again but I fell asleep because I woke up at Meadowhall in Sheffield. We got home at 23:00 and I went to my room and had a coffee. I watched the television until 23:50 when I asked a carer if I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 and asked my carer if I could get up. She told me I'm getting an Emema. They put me on my right, gave me the Emema and left me for 20 minutes. They put on the toilet and left for 30 minutes but it didn't work. I cleaned my teeth and shaved but the nurse said to go onto the toilet again. They left me for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I had shower and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, a fried egg and some baked beans. I went my room to watched television and to exercise. I watch the BBC highlights of New Zealand beat Wales and some of the match of Australia beat England. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watched the rest of England versus Australia. I went to the computer room and sent an email to the mangement team of Dearnevale to thank Adele for yesterday. I started watching Leeds Utd v Cardiff but skills came to tell me, we were going to Tescos in Barnsley. We picked up a carer and set off at 14:30 I bought some boxer shorts, 4 litre water bottles, 3 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and onion, some chest rub, a Fusion Shaver, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of sugar free Fisherman's Friends, 9 packets of sugar free Polo's and 2 bottles of shower gel. At 15:10 I went for some fresh air around Grimethorpe, I went through the park down Acorn Way and back up the High Street calling Asda buying a tin of mushy peas. I asked the senior nurse if my named nurse was working today because my Care Plan is due for it's monthly review. I also told her that water bottles should renewed every month and that's due now. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I asked a carer to tell skills that I want to go Pugney's Asda to get some new water bottles, sugar free Polo's and some boxer shorts. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:05. I continued resubmitting the questions my tutor bounced at finished number 14. I had Chicken Tissa Masla and rice for lunch at 12:00 because my home were having a Halloween party this afternoon at 14:00 with the Lord Mayor coming. I asked the carers if I could put my support stocking because I've not been wearing it due to my right shin had been bleeding(NO). I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse to get me some more batteries for my hearing aides. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:11. I read an vmail from tutor regarding my 1st assessment and she's sent 10 questions back for me to resubmit. I finished two and at 11:30 I went to my room. I watched the television and exercised. Yesterday I went to my at 17:30and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:05 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse had they ordered some enemas. I got dressed, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went my room because the physio is going to make a new splint for me this morning. He came with his assistant at 10:15. We went to his room and took them 2 hours to it. I asked why I get off the NHS anymore ? He said they've started using pre-moulded splints which aren't as good as the one he's making. We finished at 12:15 and went to the dining room. I had braised sausages, mashed potatos, swede and onions. I went to the computer room and went to my at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:00 I went to the computer room. I went to my room and asked a carer to put my fleece on. I went to Asda and bought an Asda Cornish Pasty, 2 tubes of Pringle Sour Cream and onions. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:35.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 a carer cameinand said they hadn't done the handover yet because some other work. I noticed, last night, somebody being dropped off at 22:00. They came for me at 08:35, I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:38. I finished my assessment at 11:30 and emailed to my tutor. I had Oxtail soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15 to watched the television, exercise(x1) and to read. The physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. After I went to the computer room. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:30

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 my bowels opened, I told a carer and said I wanted to go to bed. They were busy and the came to put in bed at 21:45. When they started to undress my I was blathered. It took 30 minutes to clean me up and my sack was bleeding with all the rubbing. The nurse inspected it and to put Cavilon cream on it. I went to bed at 22:15.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had my breakfast. A carer asked me if I wanted a Halloween custome getting for our party on 27/10/11. I told him to go 'Bollox' and said I was 57 not 7. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:13. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer to work on my assessment at 14:30. I had my own Jalfrezi, pilau rice and ice cream. Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came to give me a bladder wash. After she changed my catheter and the carers came in to get me out of bed. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had Weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:12. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercise but I thought my bowels had opened. I told the carers who checked my pad but they hadn't. At 14:30 I went to Asda with a carer because I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi meal for tomorrow, two garlic naan breads, 6 packets of Polo's and two brushes for my electric toothbrush. We came home and unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and went to dining room. I had hot dog, chips and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and I cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. Before going to bed they weighed me I was 94.8.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could get up. I asked the carers would they weigh me again and I was 92.2. I asked him to cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and started with assessment 1. I finished question 4 and logged on at 10:37. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup for lunch and asked a carer if the kitchen staff have no Mulligatawny soup to tell me so I'll get some. I went to the computer room and I went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). My bowels opened at 14:30, I told a carer and they changed my pad. I went to the computer at 14:50 and went to my at 15:05. I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatawny soup. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went the computer room. I completed a survey about my visit to Asda. I had my own tin of Chilli con Carne and ice cream. I went to the computer room and worked on my assessment until 18:30.

Yesterday I had Cheese and Onion flan, jacket potatoe, baked beans followed by ice cream for my tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse did she order some Enamas ? She said she had. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and the nurse told me somebody will change my catheter today. I said I'm going to the Residents Meeting today at 14:00. She will arrange my catheter change around it. I logged on at 10:15. I started on my 1st Assessment of my course Equality and Diversity. I answered 1 question that took 1 hour to complete. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went the computer room and went to the Residents meeting at 13:55. There was the manager, her assistant, skills, head of domestics, handyman, carers, assistant to the physio and about 10 residents. The manager told us the format of these meeting has changed. It NOT a complaining meeting but for staff to tell residents there plans for the month. It finished in 5 minutes but skills gave overview of the planned events up to Xmas. The date of the next meeting was 08/12/11. Skills informed me that tomorrow evening I was going to the CLP in Barnsley has been cancelled.I went to the computer room at work on my assessment. I had a sausage sandwich and ice cream. I went to thecomputer room and logged at 18:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked the nurse if I could go to bed because my bowels had opened again. At 21:55 the carers came to put me in bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:20 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 09:51. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I decided to go out for some fresh air. I went down the High Street and through Acorn Centre car park. I went up Acorn Way and called in Asda where I bought 2 tubes of Pringle Sour Cream and onion. I came back, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room where I logged off at 16:30.

Yesterday the nurse took my blood/sugar level it was 5.8. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I told a carer that my bowels had opened and they changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. They couldn't change my siphon bag because I didn't have any. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:20. I continued with my Vision2learn course on Equality and Diversity and vmailed my tutor with a weekly update. At 12:10 the physio and his assistant came to my room to try a new sling on but it was too small. I had a powdery Tomato soup. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x1). The physios assistant came for me to stretch my right hand in hot water for 10 minutes in their room. I came back to my room to watch television but my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and I went to the computer room. I went to my room and asked a carer to put my fleece on. I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Prinlges Sour Cream and Onions. I came back and unpacked my shopping. I had jacket potato, chilli and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I asked my nurse if she had ordered any enemas for me. She said she would contact the senior nurse. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:09. I input exercise 11 on my Vision2Learn course Equality & Diversity about reading the media looking for Prejudice and Discrimination where I found 7 stories. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had sausage, fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to the computer room and to my room to watch television and to exercise. I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatwny soup. I came home and give the tin to a carer. I went to the computer room and logged at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. She told me my bladder washes had arrived yesterday so the nurse is going to wash my bladder out. After I ask a carer if I could get up but she told me the hoist is being used by another resident who is having a bath. I got up at 09:10, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10 :52. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch because our kitchen didn't have any. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched Australia beat New Zealand 42 -6. At 15:00 I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatawny soup, a packet of Ginger biscuits and a box of Asda snack bisciuts. I came home via Acorn Way and Cemetry Road. I unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:50.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Doncaster lose to Leeds Utd. 0 - 3. At 22:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. She came back and said the nurse doesn't have any bladder washes. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Lasagne and peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 14:15 I went out to get some fresh air. I went down Acorn Way, turned left into Springvale Road, turn right into Park Valley Road and back up into the High Street. I went to Asda and bought Chicken Jalfrezi and a tin of Mulligatawny soup. I got home at 16:15 and unpacked myshopping. I went to the dining room and had a plain omelette with baked beans followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:40.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:20when I asked carer could I get up. I asked them to cut my hair. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:00. I checked the BBC News to see if there were any stories about PREJUDICES or DISCRIMINATION. There was a story about a company being accused of sacking British workers by a MP. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch my television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup because there was no Mulligatawny. I went to the Computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went round Grimethorpe, down the High Street and back up Acorn Way. I called in Asda and bought 3 pairs of Boxer shorts. I came home, gave them to a carer to put buttons on with my room number on and went to the dining room. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:00

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked the BBC news for ' PREJUDICES' or 'DISCRIMINATION' but there were no stories. I went to my room at 12:15 and had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 13:50 I asked a carer if the Residents meeting was going ahead at 14:00. He checked and told me it was cancelled, again. At 15:00 I went down the High Street and back up on Acorn Way. I went into Asda where I bought some Asda shower gel and a tin of Beef Bolognese. I came back and unpacked my shopping. I had a bacon and egg sandwich followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.
