Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned the dentist because I'd run out of mouthwash. The receptionist told me the prescription will ready after 14:00. I told the nurse that I will get it. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I emailed Wakefield MDC Social Care Direct to asked to my Social worker. I had Chilli con Carne and rice for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my laptop. At 13:55 a carer and me went to dentist to collect my prescription. We went to the Pharmacy to get my mouthwash. We went to Asda and I bought 2 Onion Bahjas, 2 Vegetabled Samosas and 2 Pakodras. We went to New Options to find what prices are for their gym. We came home,unpacked my shopping and my Mouthwash. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and a Bacon with Egg sandwich and ice crean. I went my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 29/05/13
Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my Corona coat and to Asda with 2 carers. I bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakoras, a Cumberland Pie, a tin of Baked Beans, a packet of Orange Breakways and a tube of Steradent. I came home unpacked my shopping and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. Somebody from Skills told me that the Sponsored Walk on the 07/06/13 at 13:00 had been cancelled. Due to the long range weather forecast but the BBC forecast for next Friday 07/06/13 is Cloudy with a temperature of 12'C. I recieved my tickets from St. Helen's and gave them to Skills. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I told Harry the senior carer that Skills hadn't returned my St Helen's tickets. My eldest son came at 13:20 and we watched 2 Rugby League matches. We discussed my Care Plan and Assisted Living. He left at 15:30 and I worked on my computer. At 16:25 I went to the Dining room where I had Cumberland pie, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 28/05/13
Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked the carers if I could go to bed but when they were hoisting me they had put my right arm inside my sling. It hurt and I told the carer but she hoisted me on to my bed. I demanded to see the nurse who examined my right arm and gave 2 paracetamols. It was after midnight before I went to sleep.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer that I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room, texted my sons asking them if I could go to Manchester City Centre once I get my car. My eldest son said he wants to go. I phoned St. Helen's and bought 2 wheelchair users, 2 carers and a disabled parking space. I had Sirloin Steak, chips, peas and onion rings for lunch. I went to my room and the physio's assistant came for me( again ) to ask me if I wanted to go to their room. We went to their room and she stretched my right hand for 10 minutes. I went back to my room and asked a carer if I could go to Asda. She came back and said after tea. I had my own Pasta Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse if I could go to the pond this afternoon because it's Holiday Monday and it's sunny. I went to my room and the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted some hot water treatment on my right arm. We went to their room and I had the treatment for 20 minutes. I went to my room and at 12:25 I went to the dining where I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and asked a carer if they would take me to the pond this afternoon. At 14:00 we went down the High Street across the road to the pond. We stayed there for 30 minutes but it wasn't very busy. We came along Springvale road, through the industrial estate up Acorn Way through the park past Asda and back home. I went my room and asked the nurse to put my request of 'I would like to go to Morrison's in the Ridings(Wakefield) in Skills book. My Life being Disabled 26/05/13
Last yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched Catalan beat London 46 - 18. I also watched Castleford beat Wakefield 49 - 24. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I watched Hull FC beat Hull KR 22 - 16 and St. Helen's lose to Warrington 22 - 48. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 rashers of Bacon, 2 Sausages, 2 cfried eggs and a portion of Baked Beans. I went to my room, logged in at 11:0 and put my feet up. I opened a Savers Account with Santader. I had my own Chilli con Carne soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 the nurse she was going to changed my Catetheter at 15:00 but my Bowels opened at 14:30. I told a carer and 2 carers put me on my bed and changed my pad. I waited until 15:00 and 3 nurses came, 1 to supervise, 1 to be the clean nurse and I to be the dirty nurse. They changed my Catheter and got up from my bed. At 16:25 I went to the Dining room and had Chilli con Carne with fluffy Rice and Ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18;30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 my wife phoned to asked me why I soaked the bathroom floor. I told her I had taken my sedative and was in bed. I told her I would phone her later. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 by the nurse washing my bladder out. After I feel asleep until 07:45 when I watched television until 08:15 and I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered in my shower and got dressed. I couldn't use the communal shower because the workmen were working there. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda to buy 2 Vegetable Samsomas, 2 Onion Bahjis, a meal for tomorrow, a packet of Ginger biscuits and a bottle of shower gel. The nurse examined my legs for Cellulitis and said she will report it to my GP. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 11:30 an emegency GP came and prescribed more antibiotics. I had Cornish Pastie, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. I went to my room and asked if she would someone to Cudworth Co-op's Pharmacy because it's open on a Saturday until 17:00. Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I getup. I asked them would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I looked at all car manufactorers that make Mobility Cars, Peugeot, Toyota, Chrysler, Renault and Fiat. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and went on my laptop. At 15:15 I texted my youngest son because nobody had arrived. He phoned me to tell me that the meeting has been delayed until 17:00. I read my new book 'Grimethorpe Revilal' by Mel Dyke. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for my tea. A carer told me that youngest son was here. Jill the manager told me that he was in the office. After tea I went to her office and said would I like to go on Supported Living. I said would rather live in a nursing home. She said she will organise a meeting with my sons, my nurse and myself to discuss this. Outside the demonstation car arrived and we went out try it. It had 4 passanger seats, with 3 seats in the back which folded down/ 2 seats in the back which folder down but my right didn't fit in. The rep told my son if he asks for a demonstration car that has only one seat at back. They will provide it. I was cold and suffering from overload. I went inside while my son had a test drive. After we went to my room and he stayed for 15minutes. I cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:15, I went to the dining room and had Omelette, baked beans plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched television until 18:15 when 2 carers came to take me to Asda where I bought 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 Onion Bahjas, a Chicken Jalfrezi, a packet of Lozenges, packet of Orange Breakaways and a packet of mint biscuits. We came home, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning at 07:30 Iwoke up and watch television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for vmy bladderwash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 11:30. I got our office to print out the form at Barnsley MBC for obtaining a Blue Badge and the guidelines. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my went to my room and somebody from our office brought the printout. At 13:45 I decided to go to the dining room to fill the form in but our dining room was being used to train assistant physo's because Skills were using our training room for a Coffee and Bingo afternoon. I went to the training room and played Bingo until 15:30. I went to the dining room and the physio assistants had just finished. I filled as much as I could before tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 07:30 when the nurse and a carer came toget blood from me again because the sample she took yesterday was congealed. After I watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and my youngest son phoned about a Blue Badge we'll have to get if I get a Mobility Car. I logged on at 12:00 but my eldest son phoned about my benefits because my wife has got a detailed form to fill in. He proposes to see me to help fill it in this week. I had Roast Chicken, Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes, Cauliflower, Yorkshire pudding and lots of gravy for lunch. I went to my room and phoned the Orthotics to find out if they had arranged an appointment for me to get some new shoes. I left a message for them. They phoned me back at 14:00 and gave me an appointment for 02/07/13 at 10:20. I asked them to provide transport and to send me a letter confirming this. I asked a carer if they would put that I want to go to Bridlington in the Skills wish book. At 16:15 I logged off before going to the dining room and having tea.

My Life being Disabled 18/05/13
Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet and watchedctelevision. I watched Warrington lose to Hull FC 16 - 26. At 22:30 I started to feel funny and I told a carer who told the nurse. She phoned for an ambulance because my blood pressure was very high. A paramedic came first and she took my blood pressure, temp. etc. while the ambulance arrived. They took me and carer to Barnsley Hospital and left in A&E. A doctor examined me while asking me loads of question. After about 2 hours whilevmy blood was tested the doctor decided to admit me. I was taken to the 4th floor and put in room by myself at 03:30. The nurses watched me and gave me paracetmol and codine to ease the pain.I was kept in until 10:30 and taken home. I was put in my bed for 45 minutes and was hoisted into my wheelchair. I had Chilli con Carne soup for lunch. After my eldest son came to visit and stayed until 14:30. I logged on my laptop until 16:00 when Skills came for me to go to the Therapy kitchen to cook a pizza. It was ready at 16:25 and I went to the dining room. I ate the pizza and had ice creamafter. I went to my room, cleaned myteeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The carers showed my right leg to the nurse because it was red and inflamed. The nurse examined it and said she will report it to my GP. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The nurse said I have an appointment with my GP at 12:10. My tutor from HQ had come to finalise my book on Food & Hygene before go to City & Guilds to examine it. That took 30 minutes in our training room and after I went to room. At 11:50 I and a carer went to see my GP. She prescribed some antibiopics because my right leg had Cellulitis. She told me I had this in February and it went in a week with antibiopics. We went to the chemist to get presciption. We went home and I went to the dining where I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on my laptop at 13:30. At 14:15 I went to Asda where I bought a box of thin mint chocolates, a big bar of Aero, 2 cans of deodarent, 2 vegetable samosas, 2 vegetable pakodas, 2 onion bahjis, 2 garlic and corinder naans and chicken madrash. I came home and looked up the Peugeot Horizon from Allied Mobility. I had Chilli con Carne soup, naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 20:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and logged on at 10:30. My youngest son phoned about the Mobility car he's going to get for me and wants to speak to brother. I had 2 sausages, mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots and Yorkshire pudding for lunch. I went to my room and went on my computer. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I wore 3/4 length shorts and my Bradford away shirt because I'm going to Aldi and Cortonwood retail park this afternoon. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room waiting for Skills to take me to Aldi and to Cortonwood retail park at 14:00. At 14:20 Skills to Aldi where I bought 2 cans of Chunky soup, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, 2 packets of Titans and can of deodarent. We went to Asda Living where I bought a pair of shorts and I had a coffee. We went to Matalan where I bought some coasters, a pair of swim shorts and a vest. We went to Morrison's where I bought 6 packs of tissues, 2 Chilli con Carne soups, 5 boxes of Fisherman's Friends, a marker pen, some baby wet ones, 3 red Halls, 3 blue Halls, 3 orange Halls and 5 packets of Sugar Free Polos. We came home at 18:30 and I took my coat off. I went the dining room and had Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 20:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 07:10 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I got up early because my nurse had booked an appointment at the Audiology department at Barnsley district hospital for 11:30 but my transport could arrive at 10:00. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room, fixed my new wheelchair bag on and put my hearing aides, my mobile, my wallet and the other things that I carry in my bag. I logged on at 10:00 and watched for my transport. It came at 10:40 and we arrived at 11:10. We saw the Audiology student who examined my hearing aides and changed the batteries plus the tubing. We finished at 11:40 and went downstairs to inform the transport control that we were ready to go home. At 11:50 we set off and arrived at Dearnevale Nursing Home at 12:20. I went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup. I went to my room to wait for 14:00 because the physio and her assistants are the residents round Grimthorpe. I went downstairs and joined the residents, carers, handimen and physio's assistants etc.. We went down The High Street, across Park Spring Road to Ferrymoor Way stopped to fed the ducks at pond. Came back through theindustrial estate joining Acorn Way, Queensway, called in Asda where I bought 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakardos, a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice, a box of thin mint chocolates, a big bar of Aero, a bottle of shower gel and a can of deodarent. Wecame home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had a sausage with tomatoes and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. A carer told me the assistant psychiatrist was coming to see me at 11:00. At 11:00 I went to the quiet lounge where Rebbeca asked some questions about my life in Dearnevale and how it can be improved. I told her if I got more trips out would improve my life. We finished at 11:30 and I went to my room. A carer told me I was going out for lunch. I told her my prescription is ready at the dentist and would she picked it up and get my mouthwash at the chemist. Skills came for me at 13:00, took me to the adapted minibus with another resident and we went to the Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield. We arrived at 13:45 and my youngest son joined us. I had a large haddock, chips, mushy peas and warm Chocolate Fudge Cake with Cream. My son paid for this and left at 15:30 arriving back at 16:20. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup with ice crea for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

I had Chicken Vindaloo, Naan bread and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

I went to my room and phoned the dentist who said the prescription will ready on Monday. I told the senior carer to put it in the diary. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I asked a carer if I had any Indian snacks but I didn't and I asked if I can go to Asda. The senior carer said I can go after lunch. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. The nurse told me the Community Mental Health Team are coming to see me on Monday 20/05/13 at 13:00. I watched movie Iron Man x while waiting to go to Asda. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. After I went to Asda where I bought 4 Onion Bajhis, 4 Vegetables Samosasa, 4 Vegetable Pakodras, 2 Coriander & Garlic Naans, a Chicken Vindaloo, a big bar of Aero, a packet of Mint biscuits, a box of thin mint chocolates, a box of Asda Lozenges, 2 packets of Jakeman's Lozenges and 2 packets of Halls Soothers. We came home and unpacked my shopping. I cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 the senior nurse gave me my call button back. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45, sent my younger a text wishing Happy Birthday and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. The carers weighed me at 91.5 kgms. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room, asked the nurse if she had ordered any support stockings and watched television because my eldest son was coming at 11:00. I logged on to my new laptop but he's fetching my old laptop. He arrived at 10:50 and set up my old laptop. He asked me if he could borrow my new laptop while his goes repair at PC World. He stayed until 12:10 and at 12:20 I went to the dining room. I had Turkey, stuffing, baked potatoes, cabbage, broccoli and Yorkshire Pudding. After I went to my room, watched television and used my old laptop. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came and she asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. We went to their room and it lasted for 15 minutes. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, phoned my dentist because I wanted some more toothpaste and mouthwash and logged on at 11:00. The receptionist told me the presciption will be ready this afternoon. I told the nurse but one of the carers told me I had an appointment with Mr Jamil to fill my Baclofin pump up at 14:00. I asked her to arrange for a carer to pick my prescription up. At 12:30 I started my lunch which was Cumberland sausage, chips, peas and onion rings but the P atient Transport came at 12:45. I left my lunch, got my carer, got my sling and we went to our transport. We arrived at Pinderfields early about 13:30 and the driver said he would wait for us. I reported to the receptionist who told us to wait in the waiting room. A nurse called for at 13:45 and we went into a room where the nurse and my carer hoisted on to a bed.Another doctor came in and filled my Baclofin pump up. I asked if he would increase the dosage. He increased from 400 to 450. The nurse gave me my next appointment to 29/08/13. We went out, saw our driver and came home at 15:00. I went to my room, logged on and watched television. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I asked the carers if I could to Asda because I wanted some shower gei. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. After I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. The senior carer and told me we're going to Asda at 11:15. At 11:00 2 carers took me to Asda where I bought 4 vegetable Samosas, 4 vegetable Pakoras, a big bar of Aero, a box of thin mint chocolates, a pasta bolognese bake, a bottle of shower gel, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 2 packets of Jakemans Throat and Chest menthol sweets. We came home at 11:40 and I put my weights on. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, watched television and exercised(x1). At 15:00 I read Paul O'Grady's 'Still Standing'. My eldest son phoned to tell me he's coming either tomorrow or Wednesday. I asked a carer if they would put 'Cook a Pizza' and 'file my fingernails' in Skills wish book. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until the nurse came in at 08:10 to give my pills when I asked her could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if I could to Asda because I wanted some shower gei. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. After I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. The senior carer and told me we're going to Asda at 11:15. At 11:00 2 carers took me to Asda where I bought 4 vegetable Samosas, 4 vegetable Pakoras, a big bar of Aero, a box of thin mint chocolates, a pasta bolognese bake, a bottle of shower gel, 2 packets of Halls soothers and 2 packets of Jakemans Throat and Chest menthol sweets. We came home at 11:40 and I put my weights on. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, watched television and exercised(x1). At 15:00 I read Paul O'Grady's 'Still Standing'. My eldest son phoned to tell me he's coming either tomorrow or Wednesday. I asked a carer if they would put 'Cook a Pizza' and 'file my fingernails' in Skills wish book. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 05/05/13
Yesterday I logged off at 16:25, went to the dining and Pasta Bolognese bake with ice cream for tea. I ent to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched Wakefield beat Catalan 30 - 12. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 when the nurse came to give me my pills. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and baked beans. I went to my room and finished watching the movie I fell asleep with. I exercised and went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room exercised(x2) and watched a movie called 'Ted'. A carer told me skills were having quiz on Fuller at 15:00. I logged on at 14:30 and 14:50 I went to the Fuller unit where we had 3 quizzes. Our unit won one and I got some shower gel. I went to my room and at 16:25 I went to the dining room. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged of 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:00 I watched Bradford lose to Leeds 22 - 42. At 21:30 I took my sedative and went to bed at 22:15.
I slept most the night and woke up at 08:00. At 08:15 the nurse came to give me a bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 11:30 I exercised x1. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, watched Watford lose Leeds 1 - 2 and exercised x1. At 15:00 I read my book 'Still Standing' by Paul O'Grady. I worked on my Laptop until 16:25 and logged off.

My Life being Disabled 03/05/13
Yesterday I logged off at 17:15, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. Again I had restless night.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:30 when the nurse came to me my first pill that I must take before eating. I asked her if I could get up and she said she'll tell the carers. I asked the carers if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth but my electrical toothbrush didn't work, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if I could go to Asda to buy a hew electrical toothbrush because I've got an appointment with my GP at 15:50. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. My eldest son texted me to tell me he was coming. I went to my room and watched television. At 10:00 my eldest came and stayed until 10:40 because he had a delivery at 11:00. I had a cup of coffee and 2 Vegetable Pakoradas. I logged on at 11:30 and went to the dining room at 12:25. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. One of the carers said she'd look in Asda but she couldn't see any electrical toothbrushes. I went to my room and logged on at 12:45. I started to watch 'War Horse' on my television at 13:15 and finished at 15:20 before I go to my GP to discuss my depression. My appointment was for 16;10 but my carer and me decided to go to Asda where I bought a new electric toothbrush and Pasta Bolognese Bake. In the surgery I saw another GP who prescribed my anti-depressant to be doubled, a new pill that I on the evening and she's going to refer me to the Mental Health. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, brushed my teeth with my new toothbrush and logged off at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 02/05/13
On Monday I logged off t 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I carer if I could to bed. During the night I didn't sleep and took 8 Ibrofen tablets.
At 08:15 I told the what I done and she phoned an ambulance which took me to AMU at Barnsley hospital. We arrived at 09:00 and taken into the AMU where I was put on drip for 2 hours. At 12:00 I was taken to the Admlssions ward, giving bed 13 and waited for a doctor. He came at 12:45 and said my blood showed that I have OD by 2 Ibrofin only. He told me another doctor would me to discus my OD and I would be discharged. The other psysoanalysis came at 16: 45 and discuss my OD until 17:15. She told I would be discharged and providing transport is available I could go home. At 19:15 I was told I'd have stay overnight. I hardiy slept again but 13:30 my transport arrived. We got back to Dearnevale at 14:30 and I put on my bed. The manager told me I was on report and if don't behave I'll get kicked out ! I stayed on my bed watching television.

I started to watch a movie but I to the dining room at 16:25. I had a bacon and egg sandwich followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:15.
