My Life being Disabled 30/09/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:55 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. The carers came in, got me up and cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:32. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. At 13:30 I went to my room to clean my teeth. At 14:00 I went to Asda and bought a tin of Chilli con Carne plus 6 AA batteries. I came home and unpacked my shopping. At 15:00 I went into the back garden to sunbathe and read my book. At 16:20 a carer came for me to take me to the dining room. I had jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

On Tuesday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could get up.
On Wednesday I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer I was ready to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, put a leg bag on and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. At 10:00 a carer came to take me to the minibus. I was just about to be hoisted when another carer came to me I'd forgotted to my medecine. I went back upstair where the nurse told me off. I took my medecine and went down. I was hoisted on the minibus and set at 10:20 to go to The Trafford Centre. There was 3 residents, 2 skills and 1 carer. We arrived at 12:15 and we went the toilets in The Orient food hall. The carer and me went for our lunch. I had Chicken Jaifrazi, pilau rice and a pepsi. We went all round and visited several stores but in River Island I could get upstairs. I complained to the manager who went with me and we tried again, unsuccessfully. I bought a pair trousers from Mark and Spencers and som Fishermans Friends from Superdrug. We met up outside Selfridges at 16:00. We got home at 18:30 and I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:30 I asked a carer could I have some pork pies I bought from Asda. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphonbag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:12. I sent an email to Customer Services at River Island complaining about their lift. I went to my room at 11:30 to put my false teeth in. I went to the computer room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. My bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. At 14:30 I went to sunbathe in the back patio. I had omelette, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I finished session 2 of my course about Stereotyping and Labelling. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise at 11:30. I had braised sausage, carrots, peas, mashed potatoes and onion gravy for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:30 I went round Grimethorpe and went to the new Asda. I bought 4 mini pork pies and naan bread. The naan bread was advertised at 26p but they charged me 29p so I complained through their service desk who gave me 3p refund. I got home, unpacked shoppingand took the Chilli con Carne with the naan bread to the dining room. I had that but there wasn't any ice cream again. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to the dining at 16:30 and had my own Chicken Jalfrezi followed by ice cream. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Wigan beat Catalan 44 - 0 in the play-offs. After Warrington picked Leeds their opponents for the semi-finals and St Helens will play Wigan. At 22:15 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:05. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went the new Asda in Grimethorpe that opened today. It was very busy and I bought a tin of Chilli con Carne and two boxes of Pringles Sour Cream. I went home, upacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I finished Session 1 of NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Equality & Diversity - Living in a Diverse World. I had scrambled egg, baked beans and toast but there was no ice cream. I went the computer room and logged out 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room to put my false teeth in and went to the computer room where I logged in at 10:20. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise at 11:30. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room until 13:15 and went to my room to watch television and to exercised(x2). At 15:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad, my boxer shorts and my shorts. After I went to the computer room and worked on vision2learn Equality & Diversity Level 2. I completed "Getting Started" and started Unit 1 "Exploring Equality and Diversity" session 1 "Living in a Diverse World". I had hot dogs, onions and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:15.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:15 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Leigh lose to Sheffield 10 - 20. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked carer to get up. I also asked her to cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The nurse came in inspect my cut on my left leg and she decided to put a dressing on. She took my blood/sugar level which was 5.8. I went to the dining room and had weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room but I couldn't get in. I went to my room to put my false teeth in. I went back to the computer room and logged in at 10:24. I'd received an email from visaion2learn about course which gave me my logon details. I checked it and verified I could logon. I went to my room at 12:00 to watch television. I had Fish, Chips and mushy peas from the Fish & Chip shop because our kitchen was closed. I went to the computer room at 13:15 and went to my room at 13:45. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. The physio assistant asked me if I wanted my right hand stretching in hot water. We went to their room and finished at 15:10. I went to my room and went to the computer room befor going for tea. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. The carer weighed me at 92.2 kgs. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:30. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch televisaion and to exercise. I had sausage, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 14:20 and went back to my room where I had a cup of coffee. I went for some fresh air round Grimethorpe and came back at 15:40. I went the computer room. I had a bacon and egg sandwich plus ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. She said they were using the hoist but somebody brought it to my room at 08:30. The carers came in at 08:40 and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:19. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and exercise. I had fish fingers, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:05 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse if the nurse that reviews my Care Plan is working today because the review is due. She said she will find out. After my bladder wash I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:28. At 11:15 the chiropodist came and he cut my toenails plus my finger nails. He only charged £10. After I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:15 I went to the computer room just to check a program I was running. I went back to my room and watched the television. Just before tea I went to the computer room and I had jacket potatoe, baked beans plus ice cream. I went to the computer roomand logged off at 17:45.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse to tell if she had any Cavilon and she said she has. I asked her to put some in my room. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:09. Somebody from Skills asked me what I wanted from the fisf and chip shop on Friday because the kitchen is closed for a deep clean. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:20 to watched the television, exercise and read my book. I went to the computer room and went to the dining room at 16:30. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out 18:00.

Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room to clean my teeth and to watch television. At 18:00 a carer came to take me to the minibus. We set off to Barnsley and we arrived at the library at 18:40. We found the room that the meeting was and waited for others to turn up. The meeting started at 19:00 with about 15 attendees. On the table there was,the chairman, the treasure, the temporary secratory and Michael Dugher MP. The chair explained the purpose of the meeting to hear Michael monthly report and to ask any questions. The meeting finished at 17:45 and we got home at 20:20. I went to my room, put feet up and watched television. I watched Warrington beat Huddersfield 47 - 0. I asked a carer at 22:15 if I could go to bed.
I woke up this morning at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse in at 08:40 to tell me they hadn't any bladder washes. I changed my leg bag to a siphon bag, got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:24. I had lasagne and peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watch the television. I went to the computer room at 15:00. I had Hot Dogs and ice cream for tea. I went back to the computer room and logged off at 18:00.

I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:24. I went to my rom at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth at 13:15. I exercised(x2) and watched television. My bowels opened at 14:55 so I told a carer. They changed my pad, my shorts to jogging pants, my polo shirts to a shirt because after tea I'm going to the East Barnsley Labour CLP at Barnsley Library. I went to the computer room and logged of at 16:30.

I went to my room at 11:45 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 becauswe it was sunny I decide to out. I went down the High Street and came back on Acorn Way. I turned at Cemetry Road and went in the Co-op. I didn't buy anything and came home. I went to my room to watch television. I had jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream. I asked a carer could she move the wheelchairs in the computer room because I couldn't get in. I got in and logged in at 10:01. I checked the restaurant Spicy Hut and found it doesn't open until 17:00 on Saturday. I found Mughli restaurant which opens at 15:00 on Saturdays. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:40.

This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked a carer if he could move some of the wheelchairs in the computer room because I couldn't get in. I went to the computer room but someone had shut the door. I asked a carer to open it and open the window. I logged on at 10:09 and found a curry house in Manchester's Curry Mile. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 the physio assistant came to stretch my right hand in hot water. I went to the physio's room and stretch my hand for 10 minutes. I went to my room to watched television. I had a sausage sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room, at 18:00, and cleaned my teeth. I put my legs up and watched television. I decided to order a pizza from Grimethorpe Pizzas so I asked the carer to order a Bolognese thin. It came after 30 minutes and it cost £5. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and asked a carer if she would move some wheelchairs because I couldn't get to my desk. I logged on at 09:56 and the nurse came in to give me my pills. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch the television and to exercise. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x3). I started to watch a DVD but it hadn't finished at 16:30. I had scrambled egg, tomatoes, toast and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

Yesterday I had Fish Fingers, chips and ice cream for tea. I went back to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Hull KR beat Castleford 26 - 24. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 09:59. I printed the minutes of the Barnsley East Constituency Labour Party meeting for July because I'm attending the meeting on Friday. I went to my room at 11:00 to exercise(x1) and watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watch my televcision while I was waiting for my eldest son to arrive. He came at 14:30 and leftat 16:00. I was suppose to have Chicken Jafrezi but the carers forgot to take it out of the freezer. I had ice creamfor my tea and went to the computer room. I called for a carer because another resident had closed the door, closed window, closed the blinds and I logged off at 18:00.

After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:10. I went to my room at 11:10 because 2 carers were using the computer trying finds on the NHS Jobs and they disturbed me. I went to my room to watch television and to exercised. I had Chicken Kiev and peas for lunch. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise(x2). I went the computer room and logged out at 15:15.

This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had my breakfast and asked the nurse to order me some more support stockings. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:52. The nurse gave me 2 support stockings, I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room until 13:10. I went to my room to clean my teeth. I watched television and exercised(x2). My bowels opened and I tolda carer. They changed my pad, shorts and shirt. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:25.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I took my false teeth out, put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed but they were busy. They came at 22:30 and put me in bed.

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:51. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, exercised(x1) and watched the television. At 13:55 I went to the conference room to see an In House entainer who sang songs from the 1960's. He stated at 14:00 and stopped at 15:05. I went to my room and read my book. I went to the computer room at 15:50 and logged out at 16:25.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:38 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:25 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse for some paracetomals because my nose was runny. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise but I could exercise because my nose was full. I put some Vic on and watched a DVD called "Rio". I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth and continued watching "Rio". At 14:55 a carer came for me to take me to the dentist. He fit false teeth on both gums. It only took 10 minutes and gave me an appointment for 08/12/11 at 10:00. Afterwards we went to the Co-op and Netto's but I didn't buy anything. We came home, I had spagetti bolognese and ice cream for my tea. I went the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:09. I went to my room at 11:55 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, exercised(x2) and watched the television. I watched a DVD "Lincoln Lawyer". At 16:20 I went to the computer room and went to dining room at 16:25. I had Lasagne( my own) and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:35.

I had sausage, egg and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). A carer told me skills were going to assist me cooking Chicken Jalfrezi at 16:00. The came for me and took until 17:15 to cook it. I went to the dining room to eat this and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 04/09/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched Castleford lose to Hull FC 18 - 50. At 21:00 I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched Catalan lose to Hull KR 28 - 30. I called for a carer at 08:15 to ask if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and asked a carer if she would mind moving the wheelchair because I couldn't get to my computer. I logged on at 10:05. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and I watched Warrington beat Wigan 39 - 12. I went to the computer room and went to tea at 16:30.

Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I went to my room at 11:30 to do my exercises and to watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I watched television and exercised(x2). Someone from skills came and we were going to Cortonwood shopping. We went Asda Living and I bought 6 pairs of Boxer shorts at £14. We went to Morrisons and I bought the ingrediants for a Chicken Jalfrezi, 2 packets of Fishermans Friends, 6 packets(3) of Polos, a lasagne, a spagetti bologese, a chicken madras and 4 bottles of water. We came home and unpacked the shopping. I had the chicken madras and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and I signed off at 17:40.

Yesterday I had bacon, egg, tomatoes and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room, got a recipe for Chicken Jalfrezi and logged out at 17:55. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. I watched and recorded Dewsbury lose to Leigh 22 - 40. I recorded it because my eldest son wanted to watch it. He used to play for Dewsbury. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her if they would cut my hair. I got up, they cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, got shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and eat my breakfast. I went to the computer room but I couldn't get in because the hoist and four wheelchairs were there. I asked a carer if she could move them and I logged on at 10:03. I went my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth at 13:15. I watched the television and exercised(x2). A carer came to tell me we(Darbyshire) were playing Fuller at Blockbusters. We played for over 1 hour and Darbyshire won. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:13. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatany soup for lunch. I went to nthe computer room and went my room at 13:15. My eldest phone to ask me to record Dewsbury v Leigh tonight. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I went to Netto's but didn't buy anything. I went to the Post Office and bought a marker pen. I came home via Cemetry Road and went into the computer room.
