07/09 I phoned the Police because Jane flat 3 had come into my room at 2015 last night and hit me 5 times. I phoned Leeds Social Services as well. I used my HP PC before lunch. After I got my Satnav but I couldn't work it. At 1400 I went to Tesco's to do some shopping and got back at 1500. I used my HP laptop. After dinner I used my HP laptop.
08/09 Sun I used my PC until 1200 when my new driver/assistant came for me. We went to Rochdale to watch Rochdale v Bradford. We arrived at 1300 and went into the Hospitality. There were 6 tables and 4 places. The first was Chicken Provincial served with new potatoes , green beans and carrots. Followed by Eton Mess. At half time the score was Rochdale 0 Bradford 46 and at full time it was 0 - 82.
09/09 Mon I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
10/09 We went to Bridlington and had Fish and Chips at Baynhams. When we coming home I was sick and didn't feel well. When we came home the nurse called an ambulance  They took me to A&E at James after 9 hours I was admitted to ward 28 bed 15 because I had Pneumonia. I stayed there until Sunday 15/09 at 1930. I came home and to bed.
16/09 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I put my feet and watched TV. After dinner I put my feet up and watched.
17/09 Tues I used my PC and my GP said all vital signs are O.K.  After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels, the changed my pad for M again. I emailed my Social worker to Complain. After I used my PC.
18/09 Weds I used my PC and phoned Old Trafford to book a Disabled Car space for the Super League Grand Final on Saturday 12/10. It cost 7.50. After I used my PC to write the agenda for the National Service Users Council. After I used my PC.
19/09 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC until 1430 when bowels opened the carers changed pad(from M to L). After I want in the garden to read until 1645 I came in and used my PC.After dinner I used PC.
20/09 Fri I used my PC and 1030 I went to tHe Breakfast club. Where we had pancakes, I went to room and used my PC. Lunch was late. After I went to read in the garden. At 1600 my Bowels and I told the Carers who changed my pad, my shirt, my short and my sling. After I used my PC.
21/09 Sat I used my PC but ordered a another PC because I couldn't read. After lunch I used my PC. At 1400 my bowels opened my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad and my Polo shirt. I went out in garden, sunbathe and took run a book. The Nurse did my monthly Care Plan review while we were the garden. After dinner I used my PC.
22/09 Sun I used.my PC to increase my Credit limit on my cr tv. edit card. After Sunday I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV until 1600 when Bowels open. My Carers changed my pad and my shirt. After tea I used my PC.
23/09 mon i used my new pc and after lunch i used my pc and sorted my days out for a meal. after dinner i  used my pc
24/09 tues  I went to the Service Users Council in Sheffield. we got home at 1500 and i used my pc. after dinner i used my pc.
25/09 weds i went to copperfield to have a shower because ravensdale have no hot water. we got there at 1030 i had shower, dried and put on bed,  where i got dressed.  we went back ravensdale
in time for lunch. after i put feet up and  watched tv. after dinner i used my pc.
26/09 thurs i used my pc all morning and after lunch i put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner i used my pc.
27/09 fri i went to the breakfast club and after i used my pc. after lunch i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner i used my pc.
28/09 sat i used my pc all morning and after lunch i put my feet up plus watched tv. after dinner i used my pc.
29/09 sun i used my pc before lunch. after i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after sunday tea i watched  tv.
30/09 mon i used my pc and after lunch i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner i used my pc.
