My Life being Disabled November

01/11 Used my PC in the morning, I watched a New Zealand v Samoa from New Zealand with New Zealand winning 14 - 12. I had Sirloin steak for tea and the cook made me garlic sauce.
02/11 Got up at 07:00 to go St James church near Tescos. The service started at 10:00 and after we went to Tescos. After Sunday lunch I went on my PC. After I put my feet up and watched TV.
03/11 I restored my PC because it had been corrupted.  In the afternoon my bowels opened and I put my feet up to watched TV. After tea my bowels opened again and my carers changed my pad plus my joggers.
04/11 Going to Asda after lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I tried to get my printer working.
05/11 Went to Seacroft hospital/Wheelchair Services to try my new wheelchair but I couldn't bring it home because the manufacturer had changed their specifications and didn't tell Wheelchair Services. After lunch I tried my printer again and got it going. I printed my return from Amazon x 3.
06/11 In the morning I used my PC and in the afternoon I watched TV.
08/11 In the morning I used my PC and in the afternoon I watched New Zealand beat England 16 - 14. Before I thought my bowels had opened but it was a false alarm.
09/11 I went to St James church for Remembrance Sunday. After we went to Tesco's to buy things. After Sunday lunch I watched the TV and put my feet up.
10/11 The OT told me she has referred me to my GP to get some physio. Larer I used my PC.
11/11 I put my Samsung Galaxy Young mobile on Ebay. In the afternoon my bowels opened, I put my feet up and watched TV.
12/11 I asked the nurse if she had organised a carer to go with me to Jinnahs tonight to meet Andrew my eldest son but she hadn't. She said she will organise one. She told me my 1.5l catheter bags are no longer supplied by Colorplast. At 18:30 we went to Jinnahs to meet my son. A carer stayed with me and I had Meat Samosas plus Chicken Nawabi Khana. The meal and the service good but I had to cope with a step to get in which was unpleasant !
13/11 My GP came this morning because my right leg was red and sore. He said it was Cellulitis and he gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I received 2 letter 1 from St James for an appointment on the 18/12 at 11:30 and 1 from the Tax office. I gave my appointment to the nurse and she must get my GP to request transport. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched my TV. After I used my PC.
14/11 I went to the Coffee morning before lunch. After I restored my PC because it wouldn't go on the internet. Later I put my feet up and watched TV.
15/11 In the morning I tidied my room and used my PC. In the afternoon I watched the final of the 4 Nations with New Zealand beating Australia 22 - 16. After tea I used my PC.
16/11 During the night I woke with stomach ache. I couldn't get back to sleep. I stayed in bed until 11:00. After lunch I used my PC.
17/11 In morning I had appointment to see a Poidintry to get the toenails at Seacroft Clinic. In the afternoon I put my feet and watch TV. After tea I had headache and right/paralysed was tingling. At 20:00 the nurse called a doctor but he didn't arrive until 23:30. By that time I'd taken my night medicine and I was barely awake. He checked my vitals and left. I slept all night.
18/11 I was alright in the morning until my cleaner asked if she could clean my carpet. I went to the dining room at noon to read my letters. Again my pains occurred but at 13.00 with the noise I went room and my carers put me in my bed. At 14:00 the nurse phoned my GP and told her told her to phone for an ambulance. It arrived at 14:45 and we arrived at St James at 14:45. I went the A&E after seeing the doctor and my chest X-Ray I was diagnosed a Chest problem. I was anti-biotics  and told I was admitted at 18:45 once they find a bed. I told them I use an Air Filled mattress and they said they would order one. From 18:45 until 23:45 I stayed in A&E. I was moved to J26 but kept near the Nurse Station. One of the notices said ' Please tell the NUSES ' ? I got a bed at 01:30 and went sleep at 02xx after I was administered Pracetamol and a Sleeping pill.:
19/11 I woke up at 07:00, I had Porridge and toast for breakfast. I told the catering staff that I had El-Hal meat. I arranged with Hospedia to have television, phone plus internet cost of  25 pounds ! I tried to contact my banks through the internet but it was too slow. I tried to get them via the phone but 0844 numbers are banned ? I phoned Service Desk to ask why they didn't know. I told them my internet was very slow. An engineer came and speeded up. I had a curry, naan bread and a dessert for lunch. At 16:00 a nurse came and told I was being discharged. At 19:00 I asked Hospedia to me of their system. About 11:00 I asked the nurse if I could go to sleep. She dispensed my night time pills and I went to sleep/ At about 01:00 someone woke me to tell me my transport was on it's way. She packed my bags and got me ready. At 01:15 my transport arrived I got home at 02:00.
20/11 I woke up at 09:30 after breakfast I used my PC. In the afternoon I put feet and watched TV.
21/11 I went to the Coffee morning where we had quizzes. In the afternoon I went Tesco's.
22/11 I used my PC in morning. I sent an email to Hospedia. After lunch I put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC.
23/11 I had to evacuate my room because the domestics were cleaning my carpet. After breakfast in the TV room because the painters were painting the dining room I went to the Activities room. I took my PC with me to tidy it up. I asked if they have heard from the council because I havn't  received my disabled bus. They were chasing it. They told me that they plan going to The Beehive, Thorner on 02/12 and they will  arrange it. I got an appointment  on 29/12 09:15 at the LGI to get my new hearing aids. I booked my transport and gave the to the nurse. After lunch I went to my room and used the internet.
24/11 I had an appointment at The Reginald Centre in Chapeltown to see a dentist. The Patient Transport arrive at 10:00 and we arrived 10:30. We guided to the dentist's surgery upstairs and 11:10 we were called. He examined my teeth. He said I want some fillings and cleaning. He said do I want a new set of my upper false teeth. I said they were loose and I wanted a new set. He said I have 6 appointments. We went to the receptionist and she put 6 appointments in their diary, giving me a printed copy. I asked her would she arrange transport. We went down stairs to wait for the Patient Transport at 11:40. At 12:40 I phoned their control who told  me they havn't allocated a vehicle YET.  My carer phoned my home and asked if our minibus was free YES. The driver arrived at 13:00 just as Patient Transport arrived. We informed the driver saying your control told me at 12:40 there was nobody allocated. We got at 13:20 but Steve our handiman took me to B&Q where I bought 2 glass shelves for my bathroom. On the way home I bought a Haddock special and mushy peas.
26/11 This morning I asked the nurse to call my GP because I had a Hernia in my chest. My advocacy came to invite me to their Xmas party. She came 13:30 and said don't bother because it's my stomach. She raised my stomach pills  I asked her to sign my disabled bus (pass application form. I told her my amaphilin(3) wasn't working. She raised to 4 pills. At 14:30 Activities were having a Rock Horror Show. It lasted until 17:00 where I changed of my visit to The Beehive and asked if they would me A4MHD for their Open Day.
27/11 I used my PC before lunch. I was going to Leeds RL and Aldi but the handyman put my glass shelves up.
28/11 I phoned Leeds RL and for person who received my scan but they were out. The activities came to ask me if I wanted to go to Crossgates. The said be ready at 11:30. In Crossgates I bought 15 boxes of Chocolate Liqueers, Xmas Tree and baubles that light up at Wilkos. In Tesco I bought 4 boxes of Pringles, a Sirloin steak and some mustard. We got home at 14:30 and had lunch. In the afternoon I used my PC.
29/11 I used my PC in the morning  Afternoon I watched England beat Australia
30/11 I used the Access Bus to take me and my carer to St James for Holy Communion and to take us back. This afternoon I used my PC.

My Life being Disabled October

• 01/10 I LOST ALL MY BLOGS FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER In the afternoon put my feet up and watched TV. My eldest son came and brought my mobile - repaired.
• 02/10 I had a bladder wash and my blood/sugar was 9.5. After lunch my bowels opened and carers changed my pad. Somebody from Activities asked what I wanted from my birthday I told her I wanted a new pocket for my wheelchair. At tea time I felt sick and went to my bedroom.
• 03/10 I was weighed at 88.7kgs. I phoned my wife to inform her that my spending money hasn't been paid in.
• 05/10 I'm having problems with my laptop.
• 06/10 Trying to change my passwords. In the afternoon we went to Poundland and Tesco.
• 07/10 My 60th Brithday presents and cards. We went to Capri Bistro at 19:00 and met my two sons and their girlfriends.
• 08/10 I met somebody who told me, she had informed the manager and she wanted interview me. She asked me a few questions and asked me if I would like my benefits paid into my own account. I phoned the RFL to find out why my tickets havn't arrived. The ticket were sent to Dearnevale but the ticket office will have a duplicate copy on Saturday. I ordered a Lenovo G50-30 from Amazon.
• 12/10 We(myself,a driver and 2 carers) went to Old Trafford yesterday to watched Rugby League Grand Final between St. Helens and Wigan we set at 13:30 and got there at 16:00. I had to pay £9 for a parking space and we had to go to the ticket office because my tickets didn't arrived. They me a duplicate copies and we went through the wheelchair entrance. We went to the Ability Lounge where I got a steak pie, a packet of crisps and cup of coffee. (a special deal). We went to our places in front of wheelchair spaces behind the posts. There was entertainment until the match started and after 2 minutes a Wigan player got sent off for punching somebody. At half-time Wigan were winning at 6 - 4. The final score was Wigan 14 - 6. After the presentations it took 45 minutes to get out of the car park. We got home at 22:30.
• Mon 13/10 I went to the Pedaitory to get my toenails cut. My appoitment was for 08:40 but didn't arrive until 09:00 because our minibus was in use. We caught a bus to Seacroft and walked to The Grange Medical Centre but we arrived at 09:00 and was told we had missed my appointment. We went to Tescos shopping and caught a bus back home.
• Tues 14/10 Nicholas Flether from Leeds City Council came to investigate 2 problems I had flagged up to him. I started using my new PC all afternoon. 
• Weds 15/10 I tried to get my new PC going but in the afternoon I went to the LGI to have my ears tested. My appointed was at 16:15 but I went in early and finished 16:45. Our transport came at 17:40. We got at 18:30 and I oRdered a Bolgnese pizza.
• Thurs 16/10 Myself, another resident, our driver and 2 carers went to White Rose shopping centre. I bought 2 polo shirts from BHS and I went with the driver to Frankie & Bennys for lunch. We got home at 15:30.
• Fri 17/10 My GP came because my blood/sugar was high, about 20 when it should 5 -10. We decided to reduce my biscuit and crisps. I order a wheelchair bag from Amazon. I enquired about a Mobility Car, Dacia Logan MCV Ambiance 1.2 16.
• Sat 18/10 I used my new PC during the day and after tea I put my feet up and watched TV.
• Sun 19/10 I'd asked the night staff to get me up at 07:00 but they didn't get me until 07:30 which was too late to go to church. I feel asleep again and woke up at 09:00. My carers told me my mattress was deflated and changed it for a normal one. I used my PC all morning, I watched a movie in afternoon but before tea my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad.
• Mon 20/10 I went to The Thackray Museum this morning and got Fish 'n' Chips plus mushy peas for lunch. After lunch I used my PC.
• Tues 21/10 I set my alarm at 06:00 because the nurse told me at 06:30 was a busy time but carers came at 06:20. After doing my Cares I went to the dining room to have my breakfast at 07:45. At 08:05 a carer told me she was going to Pinderfields with me to see the Orthotics at 10:20. We arrived early at 09:40 but the person on Orthotics saw early. I gave him my shoes that been shrunk by the night staff who put then in the washing machine on a high setting. He asked me did I want the same style and colour. We were in his office 5 minutes and after we told the receptionist the we would transport to go home. The same vehicle came at 11:00 and we arrived at home 11:30. I spent most of the afternoon with my feet up watching TV.
• Weds 22/10 Wrote a letter to Mark Henry and PALS about my experience when the night staff put my white shoes in the washing machine. A carer filed my left finger nails. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. My eldest son came to visit me.
• Thurs 23/10 Dr Roberts is coming from Pinderfields at 13:30 to see me ?  I asked the nurse for some shampoo and toothpaste. Dr Roberts never appeared and the nurse is going to find out tomorrow. For the rest of the day I used my Lenovo PC. I asked the nurse if I can go to Jinnah Indian restaurant.
• Fri 24/10 I went to a coffee morning in the Activities room. In the afternoon I went to Tescos.
• Sat 25/10 I tried to contact Leeds First Direct Arena but I didn't through. The nurse told me I could get tickets for Paloma Faith on 21/03/15. In the afternoon I put my feet up a  nd watched TV. I got in touch with the First Direct Arena and ordered 1 wheelchair space and 1 carers seat in Block 102. After Sunday lunch I put my feet and watched TV.
• Mon 27/10 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I carried on and I got some beard shears from Amazon which I didn't want. I ordered a printer from Amazon.
• Tues 28/10 Got up at 07:00 because my GP and nurse were coming at 09:40. They didn't arrive. I got the 2015 fixtures for Bradford Bulls and asked the manager if I could go to some of them. After lunch/brunch I was sick all over and my carers changed my shirt, jogging bottoms and wheelchair cover. I put my feet up and watched TV.
• Weds 29/10 This morning the cook told me that she's got some Salmon which I can have for tea. We walk to Tesco's and Poundland to shop. After lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad and my jogging bottoms. I sent an email to Jinnah to ask if my wheelchair can in there restaurant but it failed.
• Thurs 30/10 This I made a DVD on my PC.
• Fri 31/10 In the morning we had a Halloween coffee morning and in the afternoon we had a scary movie in the Activities room. After tea I rebooted my PC because it was goiing slow.  

My Life being Disabled July

I was moved to Ravensdale Nursing home, Naburn Walk, Whinmoor, Leeds LS14 2DA on Monday 07/07/14. I am just beginning to get round the move but this home has less residents(I5).
Sat 12/07 started to changed my passwords but having great difficulty. I ordered a disabled trolley from Amazon.
Sun 13/07 I went on my computer but got tied up with my Hotmail.
Mon 14/07 same prob but getting worse. I order a footstool from Amazon.
Tues 15/07 am I tidied my room. I bought a wallet, costers and hankies from Amazon.
Thurs 17/07 at 11:30 we went shopping in Crossgate near home. I had a sausage sarnies, custard and a coffee. We in Tesco and Wilkies where I bought a mirror. Later we went in the garden where we had 2 quizzes.
Fri 18/07 quiet day watching telly and sorting my room. I emailed to my MP George Mudie to intoduce myself
Sat 19/07 I got appointment to Dr Kent next Mon 28/07 at 10:00 at Pinderfields, I got my Wembley tickets but no Car parking. My youngest came and my came with him.
Fri 25/07 somebody Comms got my feed for broadband working room but BT are coming on Mon.
Sat 26/07 bought a WPB from Amazon.
Weds 30/07 booked a taxi to take us to Headingley on Fri from Wheels.
Fri 01/08 at 18:00 our(a carer with me) the taxi from Wheels took us Headingley we arrived at 18:45 and was charged £15. We went in but a steward told us to get in lift but we came back down because my place was in front Carnegie stand. It rained all time and being at the front we with every wheelchair use got soaked. It was a good match with Bradford winning 14 - 20. We waited for taxi and he came 22:10 and we got home at 23:30. I ordered a Chicken Jalfrezi with Garlic Naan bread from Mojos.
Sat 02/08 wrote my report to Sarah Williams at the RFL.

My Life being Disabled June

I spent all of Sunday changing my passwords. My bowels opened at 1500 and my carers changed my pad.
Continued changing my passwords on Monday. At 14:00 I went to the training room because Heather was teaching us how to make a DVD.
On Tuesday we had a food building where every unit had build something out of food. Later I went Asda where I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice, some Samosas,  some Onion Bajhis, 4 packets of Rich Tea and 4 packets of Ginger biscuits.
On Weds 04/06 I had to go see the manager to explain whet my sons are doing on my bedroom floor. At 12:15 my new computer came. It's IBM Lenovo X60s.
On Thurs I had the physio treat my arm under hot water in mornin on my right arm under hot water. I cooked a Chilli con Carne for my tea.
On Friday I got my hair cut and I got my Lenovo laptop working.  I received a bottle of Quorem After shave and my external drive from Amazon. In the afternoon I went to my GPs who took more blood.
On Sat morning my IBM Lenono PC crashed and I asked Computer repair to ask why at 12:00. After lunch I reported it Grab A Laptop through Amazon. My bowels opened at 13:30 and my carers changed my pad. I watched Wigan lose to Castleford 4 - 16.
On Sun morning I reported my PC to Amazon and direct to "Grab A Laptop". After lunch my bowels opened and my carers chnaged my pad. I watched Bradford lose to Warrington 10 - 46.
On Mon I phoned Grab a Computer and they told me I would have to return it. After lunch I asked the carers would they parcel the PC for the post. I went Heather's class about making a DVD in which I was action to book the Residents Kitchen to make a Chicken Jalfrezi and let Heather know. After I went to our dining where the carers had pack my PC but could not take today. I asked them to put my request in Skills book(cooking Chicken Jalfrezi) and to let Heather know.
On Tues I asked if I could to the Post Office but my carers said they were too busy but they said theywill take me tomorrow. I watched TV with my feet up all afternoon.
On Weds I asked the carers if I could to the Post Office and told me, yes. I went to the Post Office to send my laptop back to Grab A Laptop and went to Asda to do some shopping.
On Thurs Grab A Laptop sent me an email asking me to remove negative comments from Amazon if they reimburse my postage costs. I replied that if they clear the fault and reimburse my postage costs I will remove my comments. I recvd 2 emails Amazon and Grab A Laptop telling me that they had reimbursed me for the laptop and my postage costs. The manager came to deliver my notice that I have gotvto leave this Nursing home because of my behaviour in 28 days 11 July.
On Sat I tried my new black shoes on.
On Sun I couldn't find my Bulls away shirt but my carers are going to  look for it.
On Mon I phoned my Social worker who said was organising a meeting to discuss me. I phoned Sky and Premier Sports to cancelled my subscriptions. I got my new raincoat from Amazon. I checked my Sky and my Premier Sports and I couldn't get on.
On Tues I got up at 07:00 to go to Brid.

My Life being Disabled 31/05/14

My eldest son came this morning and stayed until lunchtime. I had a Chicken roast with mixed vegetales and mashed potatoes. After my new mobile arrived and I am charging it.
On Thursday I stayed all day.
On Friday I started using my new mobile. I had fried haddock, chips and mushy peas for lunch.
On Saturday I asked a carer if she would put in the Skills book that I wanted go to Cortonwood. I watched The Magic weekend.
On Sunday morning I messed with my new mobile. In the afternoon my bowels opened and when the carers were changing me they soiled my sling. I stayed in bed all afternoon.
On Monday there was no class.
On Tuesday I went to my GP for her to take more blood and on the home went to Asda.n
On Wednesday I spent the afternoon sunbathing in the garden.
On Thursday I made a CD for the Sailing Competition tomorrow. I ordered a money box and some coasters from Amazon.roblemsw
On Friday we had Zumbo in the morning, after lunch my big PC bust. iI to watch the boat competiion held in garden
On Saturday afternoon I watch Catalan beat Bradford easily.
On Sunday and Monday I had problems with my small PC but a carer told me how to press "
On Wednesday I wentt to Asda Living, Matalan and Morrison in Cortonwooc.

06/05 I tried to put some Anti-virus on my computer but after 1 hour I gave up.
07/05 My eldest son came this morning and he took my new mobile to sell it. I phoned O2 to get a new SIM.. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I sorted my Co-op bank internet.
11/05 I went watch Bradford get thrashed by St. Helen's 0 - 50
12/05 I had some physio on my arm.
13/05 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy young deep biue mobile from O2. In the afternoon I went to Barnsley Hospital to change my hearing aid.

My Life being Disabled 03/05/14

Yesterday I logged off at 16:00. I had jacket potato, beans and ice cream for tea. My bowels opened during the evening so I asd my carers if could go to bed at 22:00. I didn't sleep much. This morning my carers said they would go to Asda. I had difficulty with accessing the internet via my new mobile. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I put my feet up and watched TV at 14:00. I had my tea in room but I can't remember. I went bed because I felt funny and stayed there all Friday worrying. CRAP#

On Sat morning I DECIDED to get up and do my BLOG. I tried to fix error 400 but failed.
On Sun morning T decided to stay in bed.
On Mon I decided to contact 02 TO SEE IF i COULD CHANGED MY FONE - no
I tried install virus protection failed
I had pasta bolognese and ice cream for my tea.

Today I'm changing my passwords.I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. At 13;00 I took my splint off and logged on. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 16:00 I logged off.

I had a big breakfast this morning but I couldn't eat it all. I asked the carers if I could go to Asda today. I asked my eldest son if he would train me with my new Nokia Lumia 925. I stayed my room most of the dy until my bowels opened and I decided to go to bed at 16:00.
On Monday I felt crap so I decided to stay in bed all day. On Tuesday I went to Ponte hospital where they asked how my new shoes and they told me they're getting me some black ones. I put my feet up and watched TV afternoon. At 16:00 I LOGGED OFF.

Asked O2 to change my mobile, they said it'll be completed in 24 hours at 10:00, completed 13:00.
While I was in the toilet another resident closed the door result I couldn't get out. I watch Leeds v St Helens in the afternoon. I logged off at 17:30.

my carers put my new splint on but the physios took it off and put my old splint on.
On Thursday my carers put new splint on and I kept on until 14:00.
On Friday my carers put my old splint on but after lunch I was told off because I was supposed to put new splint on. I had my splints changed after lunch. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room, logged on at 13:00. I tried to get my new mobile working but at 13:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream 4 t. I logged off at 17::30.

Thing of note:
Yesterday: I went Pinders and got a new splint to use overnight.
Today: trying the new splint. I wore it from 11:30 - 18:00 because physios forgot to take off.

My Life being Disabled 20/04/14

On Friday I logged out at 16:00 and  told my carers I didn't feel tight. They put in bed and I stayed there until Saturday.
I woke up at 04:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I did my usual tasks. I went to the dining room and had  my breakfast. Skills came for me to take to Ajdi and Morrison. I spent approx. £5 at Aldi and £35 at Morrisons.  I had Cornish pastry, mash and gravy for lunch. I put my feet up and watched TV. I had Tomato soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, logged off, put my feet up, watched TV at 17:30.

On Wednesday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet and watched TV. At 21;00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday I didn't feel well and stayed in bed all day watching TV.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer could get up. I asked her would she cut my hair. After I brushed my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room, put my feet and watched TV. a 16:00 I logged off.

My Life being Disabled 16/04/14

Yesterday I logged off at 13:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 14:45 my transport came to take me and carer to Pinderfields. We arrived at 15:15 and went into the treatment room to wait for Mr. Jamil he came at 15:45. He filled my Baclofin pump and I'd asked the nurse to increase the amount it dispenses. We came out and waited for our transport. We got home and I went to this dining room where I had spam fitter, chips, baked beans and ice cream. After I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet and TV. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until I asked if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the my room and logged on 10:30. I went to the dining room at 11:45 where I had Tomato soup. After my carer took me to the GP'S surgery where I saw a nurse to take some blood. After we went to Asda where I spent over £35. We came home, put my feet up to watched TV. At 14:15 eldest son came and left at 15:30. I had a bacon & tomato sandwich followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:15.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25, I went to the dining but I didn't feel good. I told the carers that going to my room. The nurse came in and gave my tablets. At 18:30 I went bed to watched television.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to give me a bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The nurse told me she's got me an appointment with my GP at 11:30. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 we went to GP's and she said I will have to have some blood samples. We went to the receptionist who gave an appointment for tomorrow at 12:30. We came home and I went to the dining room. I had sausage, mash, carrots, brocolli and onion gravy for lunch. I went to my and logged on 13:00. I logged off at 13:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25, I went to the dining room and had home soup,  sandwiches and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. My bowels had opened and they cleaned me. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I has Lasagne, peas and garlic bread for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 16:25 I logged off.

On Friday I logged off at 13:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. After I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and got changed to go watch Bradford v Salford. We set off at 18:00 and arrived at Odsal at 19:15. We went to Disabled entrance were our driver let us(2 wheelchairs and a carer) out while she parked our minibus. We had a good view but Bradford lost 24 - 38. After a steward advises to go to our minibus because it was too busy to bring it to the disabled entrance. We et off it was about 500 metres but the last 100 metres were on mud. It was difficult to negotiate but we got there. We got home at 00:15 and I tired went to bed.
Yesterday I didn't so good and stayed in bed watching TV.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged in 13:00. At 15:45 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I logged on and logged off at 16:25.

Yesterday I logged at 17:15, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I also asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked them that I want changing because I'm going to see Bradford v Salford tonight. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. At 11:45 it seemed my internet had locked up. The handyman told me that our minibus was leaking water overnight but he's taken it for repair. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch but I didn't eat it. I went my room and logged on at 13:00. I logged off at 13:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:15, I put my feet and watched TV. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I called the nurse came in to wash my bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room,had breakfast and skills told me I was going Aldi/Cortonwood on the 19/04 plus Dewsbury on the 26/04. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. I had a Turkey lunch, went to room and logged on at 13:00. At 13;30 I put my feet up and watched TV. I had Cornish pastry, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:30.

On Sunday I logged off at 17:20, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Cumberland sausage, chips, onion rings, mushrooms, peas and carrots for lunch. I went to my room and skills came for the ingredients for my Chicken Madras. At 13:50 I went to the training room where 5 of us residents were making a film about Dearnevale Nursing home. At 15:15 I went to the Therapy kitchen were skills were assisting me to make Chicken Madras. It took until 16;15 after I went to our dining room but I couldn't eat it because it was too hot. I had my ice cream and went to my room. At 17:15 I put my feet and watched the TV. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go
to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room and logged 13:35. At 14;00 I told the carers I didn't feel right. They put feet up and I watched TV. I didn't have tea and stayed in my bedroom. At 17:15 I noticed I was by-passing. I told the carers who found a kink in my catheter pipe. They straigtened  and changed my pad plus my jogging trousers. I put feet up and watched TV. At 20:10 I noticed my catheter was by-passing again. I told night nurse who changed my catheter. I stay bed and watch TV until 04:00
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had mince beef and onion pie, chips and peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00 At 13:30 I put my feet and watched TV. I had Beef stew, dumpling and ice cream for tea. I went to my toom, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:15.

I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30  I put my feet up and watched TV. I had home made soup, ham sandwiches and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:20.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and my breakfast. I went to my room, logged on at 11:00 and got the handiman to place a bet on Threefortea in the Grand National tomorrow. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 16:00 I copied a recipe for Chicken Madras for I'm cooking on Monday. I had Quiche, baked bean s and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:20, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned my dentist to get a prescription for mouthwash but he was busy. The receptionist said he'll phone me back. I phoned Bradford to see if they had tickets for wheelchair users but they said they'll phone me back. My eldest son phoned because he was coming. He got here at 11:00 and said he had a parcel to take to the Post Office. We went and went to Asda where he bought me 6 bottles of water, a bottle of mouthwash, bottle of chewable Vitamin C and a bottle of hand cream. On the way home Bradford phoned to tell me the Disabled tickets were now with them. I asked them to post them.We came home, he left and I logged on. I had Cornish pastry, mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, peas and gravy. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00.  At 14:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Corn Beef Hash and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned Bradford Bulls to enquire if they are selling Disabled Wheelchair Users. They are waiting to get their computer fixed and they will contact me ASAP. I logged on and got some music from the Grimethorpe Band. I had Sirloin steak, chips, peas, onion rings and mushrooms for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14;00 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 15:45 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:40.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. After I went t my room and logged on at 10:30. I phoned the Bulls ticket line to order tickets for the Salford match on 11/4/14 at 20:00 but their computer was down and they said they'll ring me back. I phoned the dentist but the receptionist said she'll ask him on Wednesday. I phoned the Bulls and they said I will phone back on Wednesday. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13;00. I started changing my passwords. At 13:50 I went to the Training room where Heather was teaching us how to make a movie. She decided to introduce the movie by showing parts of Grimethorpe. We went out round the village for 1 hour. We came back to discuss what we had seen. At 15:30 I went to my room and logged on. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on and noticed on my Co-op bank account Paypal had taken £59.94 for a payment to Complete Care for a sling that I returned on the 19/03/14. I emailed them asking for them to reimburse me. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched TV. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:15.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:15 and went to Asda with 2 carers. I bought 3 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 3 packets of ginger nuts, a packet of mint biscuits, a 2 cans of deodorant, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, a tube of flexident, a packet of onion bajhis and a jalfrezi with pilau rice. We came home, unpacked my shopping, put my feet up and watched TV. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

On Saturday I logged off at 16:25 and I went to the dining to have tea. I had omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watch Catalan beat Huddersfield 30 - 14. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and the nurse told me to stay in bed because she was going to call my GP to look at my right leg because it was inflammed. He came at 11:00 and decided to let me go to Hull this afternoon. I got dressed and went to the dining room to have Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and ready to go Hull. Skill came for me at 13:15 and with another resident with a carer we set off. We arrived at Hull KR at 14:30 and were shown to the North Stand that was new with a Disabled Viewing platform at the back. Our view was very good but the Rugby was poor. The match finished at Hull KR 12 Bradford 0. We waited for the crowd to thin out and we went to our minibus. We got home at 19:00 and I ordered a Bolognese Pizza which came at 19:30. I put my feet up and watched TV until 22:30 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. We had lunch early at noon. I went to my room and logged at 12:30. At 13:50 the physio came to tell me that Heather was taking our class in the training room at 14:00. I went to the training room and stayed there an hour. I went to my room and logged on. At 15:55 I went to the dining room and Pie and Peas for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke at 06:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when the nurse said there's no bladder washes. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Chicken pie, mash, cabbage, peas and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I put my legs up and watched TV. At 15:15 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At 15:30 I logged on and 16:25 I logged off.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I also asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I went to the training room because the assistant physis were doing Chair Zumbo which lasted 30 minutes. I went to my room and logged on 11:50. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went tu my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched TV. I had Quiche, wedges, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07 :00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder but the nurse didn't give me one because I was due for a catheter change. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 11:00. I had sausage, mash, cauliflower, cabbage and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I went to the training room to watch Double Tee a Karoke act which lasted until 16;,00. I went to my room and logged on. I logged off at 16:25.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when the nurse came to change my Catheter but she couldn't changed it.  I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, asked a carer if he would take me to the Post Office to return the sling that I bought from The Complete Care shop. He told me it will be later this afternoon. My eldest son txt'd me to tell me he's coming over after lunch. At 11:30 I logged on and at 12:25 I went to lunch. I had a Chicken dinner for lunch. I went to my room and logged on 13:00. At 13:30 my eldest son  came who took me to the Post Office after we to Asda. We came home and left at 15:30. I watched TV and logged on at 16:00. I had Pizza and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I didn't have shower because they were all faulty. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I waited for skills to take me to Cudworth Health Centre to see the Podiatry to cut my toenails at 11:50. She came at 10:30 and arrived at 10:50. The Podiatry saw me at 11:00 and she finished at 11:15. We came home and asked a carer if I could go to the Post Office tomorrow. I had my own soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I went to the training room to a lesson about making a DVD with Heather. We finished at 15:00 and I went to my room. At 11:30 the carers came to take me to Asda where I bought a packet of Onion Bajhis, 2 packets of Jakemans, 2 cans of Deodorant, 2 bars of Aero, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 bottles of shower gel, a packet of mint chocolate biscuits and 2 packets of Ginger nuts. We came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had Chilli con Carne for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I watched Italy lose to England 10 - 52. I went to my room and phoned Hull KR. I ordered 2 wheelchair spaces, 2 carers and a disabled parking space. I logged on 10:30 but at 12:15 I was sick and didn't have any lunch. At 13:15 skills came to take me to the Opticians to get my eyes tested. I bought a new distance glasses and the made an appointment for years time. Yesterday afternoon I watched Ireland beat Italy 46 - 7 and Scotland lose to France 19 - 17. I didn't have any tea because I had an upset stomach. I stayed with my feet up watching TV until 20:30 when I told the carers that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and I watch TV until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I  get up. I cleaned  my teeth, shaved, showered  and got dressed. I went the dining room and has 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. I asked the nurse if I could buy another sling but she told me to see the physio. At 13:30 my bowels opened and I told a darer but when they hoisted me on to my bed my sling got dirty. I had to stay on bed for my sling to get washed.

After some discussion they decided not too because the one in situ was a size 16 and I normally used size 20. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and the nurse gave me appointment to see my GP for tomorrow at 11:00. I had sausage, mash, carrots, mushy peas and gravy for lunch. I was informed that I am going to Aldi and Cortonwood this afternoon at 15:00. At 15:00 I went to Aldi where I bought a packet Titans, 4 tins of beef and vegetable soup. We went to Morrison's where I bought 6 bottles of water, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, 6 boxes of Fishermans Friend, 3 packet Hall Soothers, 2 containers of Soup and 18 packets of Halls. We came home unpacked shopping and went to the dining room. I had ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 18:30 I was sick and my temperature was 38.2 'C. I told the nurse that I wanted go to bed. I woke up at 04:00 because I was freezing. The nurse put my continental quilt on and closed my windows.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when  I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 12:00 my eldest son phoned to tell me he was coming after lunch. I had Mulligatawny soup lunch. I went my room and came with his girlfriend. Shortly afterwards the manager came but she left while Andrew was here. They left at 14:00 and I went see Skill who were providing 2 photos to send to my brother. We downstairs to photocopy them. Andrew was in the manager office. When I'd finished taking my photos I went to see the manager. I gave everything to her to forward to my brother. I logged off at 16:20 and I went to the dining room for tea. I had some ice cream for tea because I didn't feel very well. My carers said I was suffering from man flu. I went to my room, put  my feet up and watched TV. At 21:00 I asked the carers that I wanted to go to bed. At 04;00 I woke up because I couldn't breath The nurse gave some paracetamols and made me sit up.
This morning I woke at 07:00 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The carer came the back and told me there were no bladder washes. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 10:30 I put my feet up and watched television. At 12:00 I logged on and at 12:30 I went to the dining room for lunch. It was a Turkey lunch but I couldn't eat it. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched TV until 16:20 when I went to the dining room. It was Chilli con Carne but I said I wanted some ice cream. I went to my phoned and phoned the desist to make sure my prescriptton was ready for toothpaste and mouthwash. She said it will be ready after 14:00. I told the nurse and he'll put in the diary. I logged on at 11:00. I had 2 fried eggs, chips and baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. at 14:00 I put my feet up and TV. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came to exercise my rigth arm for 10 minutes. At 16:00 I told my carers that my bowels had opened but they hadn't and logged off at 16:20.

Yesterday I logged off at 11:45, I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I put my thermals on, got my Bulls shirt, my Bulls hat, my Bulls scarf and my gloves. Another resident, a carer, skills and me were going to Odsal to watch Bradford v Castleford. We set off at 13:00 and arrived at 14:15. We had seat 106 - 114 and we were in position at 14:40. Our view was good on the 40 metre line but we were sat at the back of the main stand. I had a coffee before the start which cost £1.80. The final score was 18 - 36. We set off before the end and we got home at 18:00. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I had a Bolognese pizza 12" for my tea. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. They weighed me 94 kgs and I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered plus got dressed. Yesterday I logged off at 16:30, I went to the dining room and had pasta bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my legs up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. During the night one of the residents kept turning the sound of her's TV on full.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched TV until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room ad logged on at 12:50. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched television but at 14:30 the physio's assistant came for me to have exercises in my wheelchair. At 15:00 I put my legs up and watched television. I had pie, peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 when the fire alarm sounded hut it stopped after 10 minutes. I watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:20. At 11:30 I asked Skills if I can order tickets for The Grand Final. I ordered 2 wheelchair spaces, 2 carers and parking space. I had Cumberland sausage, chips, garlic mushrooms and peas for lunch. I went to my room, logged on at 13:15 and my bowels opened. My carers changed my pad, I put my feet up and watch television. At 16::00 I logged on and tried to use Asda click and collect. I got an email from the RFL confirming that I'd booked the tickets.

I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had soup, ham sandwiches and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

On Thursday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 and I told a carer I didn't feel good. The nurse came and examined me and told me I had a high temperature. We decided I should stay in bed and during the day the nurse will monitor my temperature. I stayed in bed all day and had a fish and some biscuits. They took my temperature at 18:00 and it was normal. I watched Wigan lose to Huddersfield 8 - 24. I feel asleep about 23:46.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I got 2 letters, Bradford Bulls with our tickets and NHS HC2. I had Mince and mash for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13;00. At 13:15 I watched Yeovil lose to Leeds United 1 - 2. Shortly afterwards my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I logged on at 16:00. I had  Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned Bradford Bulls to order 2 wheelchair spaces, 2 carers and a disabled parking space for the match against Castleford on 16/02/14 at 15:00. It took over 10 minutes and I booked in the Provident stand. I wrote a letter to Accenture to delete my wife as my Power of Attorney. I logged on at 11:30 and went to lunch at 12:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. The carers took me Asda after lunch where I bought 2 bid bars of Aero, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 4 packets of chocolate digestives, a packet of mint biscuits, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 cans of deodorant and 2 packets of Jakemans lozenges. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I logged on at 13:45. At 14:15 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Quiche, baked beans and Viennetta for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to my room and phoned Bradford Bulls to buy tickets for the Castleford match on 16/02 at 15:00 but their computer was down. They took my details and said they'll phone back. I logged on at 11:00 and went to lunch at 12:25. I had Sirloin steak, onion rings, ships, garden peas and garlic mushrooms. I went to my room and my eldest phoned to tell me he's coming tomorrow.At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched. At 14:50 the physio came to ask me if I wanfed to go to their room to stretch my right arm under hot water. After I finished watching the movie. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. The physio came to tell me my training this afternoon is cancelled and the next session is on 17/02 at 14:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 13:45 I put my feet up and watched tejevision. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. I sent an email to the Disability Benefits and BT Pensions telling them that my wife does not have my Power of Attorney because we don't speak to each other. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had home made soup, sandwiches and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag for a siphon bag and got dressed. I 30. went to dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I was asked to see the manager about my finances that my brother had discussed with her. I went to her office and signed a form that my brother and asked me to sign it. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television, I had Chilli con Carne, jacket potato and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30. I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my eeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on and phoned Santander. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I told the nurse th00. phoned the dentist for a prescription for some toothpaste and some mouthwash. The receptionist told me they'll be ready this afternoon.  I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag and got dressed. I put on Coffee Chinos and a shirt because this afternoon we're going to the Cinnamon Lounge in Horbury Bridge. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and my eldest son phoned me and said he would join me this afternoon. I logged on at 11:00 and I received 2 parcels containing a pair of scissors snd some Vitamin C pills. I had Roast Chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, brussel spraots, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:30 my bowels opened and I told the carers. They changed my pad and got me ready to go to the Cinnamon Lounge. We set off at 16:30, went to another nursing home and got to the Cinnamon Lounge at 17:45. We went in and were  shown our table. I told our waiter that my 2 sons might be coming which they did 10 minutes later. I had Chicken Nawad Khana with a drink of sparkling water. My eldest son paid our bill and we got home at 20:30.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. My youngest son came shorrtly afterwards and he stayed until 14:00 when I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:45 a carer took me to Asda where I bought 2 cans of deodorant, 2 packets of Jakemans lozenges, a packet of blank DVDs, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packets of chocolate biscuits, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 big bars of aero, 4 vegetable samosas, 4 onion bahjis and 4 vegetable pakodas. We came back and went to the dining room where I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

At 11:00 the cleaners asked me if I would go to the dining room because they wanted to clean my room. I went to the dining until 12:00 when they told me they had finished. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I asked the senior carer if I could go to Asda tomorrw. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched my television but I noticed that 1 of my Sky feeds wasn't working. At 08:15 I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and asked the nurse if he could fix my Sky. He reterminated it and it worked. I logged on at 11:30. I had sausages, mash, peas, carrots, cabbage and onion gravy for lunch. I went to my room and at 13:30 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad at 14:00. After I put my feet up and watched television. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18;00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. My Sky didn't work since my carers put my new DVD in and we agreed to leave it until this morning where I found the satellite lead was broken.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse changed my catheter because it was by passing. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and a carer came to look at my Sky. He tried but he couldn't and I txt my eldest son who said he'll come tomorrow. I put my feet and watched television until 16:00 when I logged on. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25, I went to the dining room and had Green Pea soup followed by Ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened at 17:30. My carers changed my pad and I ut feet up. I watched television until 22:30 when I told my carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag for a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:00 the physio assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. We went to their room and my arm hurt. She told me she'll come tomorrow and do it again. I had Lasaagne and garden peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13;50 I went to the training room to meet with Heather our lecturer where we discuss what we are doing next. We finished at 15:20 and I went to my room. I put my feet up and watched television. I had an omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to leg bag and got dressed. The nurse examined my iegs and she told me to elevate them. I changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and put my thermals on because I'm going to watch Bradford Bulls play Hull FC this afternoon at Odsal. I had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and baked beans for my breakfast. I went to my room, put my legs up and watched television. Skills came and told me weren't going to Odsal because our replacement minibus is leaking oil. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13;00. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 I logged on and at 16;:25 I logged off.

At 14:00 I put my feet  up and watched television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had my own Beef & Vegetable soup plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
