Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and the nurse took my blood/sugar which was 11. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. I phoned the dentist to get a prescription for some mouthwash but it was closed until 02/01/14. I had 2 fried eggs, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up qnd watched television. I logged on at 16:00. I had pie and peas followed ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 17:40.

Yesterday T  logged out at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television, At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 and asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a tomato. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I got a statement for my joint account with my wife. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. I went to my room, phoned Santander to tell them about the statement and she said if it's joint account they will send a copy to everyone. Skills gave me a list of dates, 04/01 14:00 Aldi & Cortonwood, 08/01 14:00 Barnsley,santander and comet 15/01 15:00 cooking chilli. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had my own Chicken Madres, pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash which the nurse does. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I asked the team leader if I could go to Asda. At 11:00 we went to Asda where I bought a Lasagne, a Chicken Madras, 4 Hot Onion Bahjiis, 4 Vegetable Samosas, 4 Vegetable Pakrodas, 2 packets of Jakeman's Lozonges, 4 packets of Ginger biscuits, 2 packets of Halls soothers, 4 bottles of shower gel, 2 cans of deodorant and a packet of digestive biscuits. We came home and unpacke00d my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I has Lasagne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I put on my Sta-pres trousers and a proper shirt because I've got an appointment with Audiology at Barnsley Hospital at 13:45. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and asked the kitchen staff if they could serve my lunch at 11:30. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I went to the dining room at 11:30 to have lunch. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 12:15 but my bowels opened. I told the team leader but she said all the carers were busy dealing with lunches at 12:30. The carera came at 13:15 and changed my pad. At 13:40 I phoned Patient Transport and they told me "No transport had been arranged". I phoned the Audiology dept. and left a message to tell them. I told my nurse what had happened. Later the nurse told me that she's arranged a new appointment on 03/01/14 at 14:45. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked  carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. The nurse came to take my blood/sugar which was 17.5(high). I had turkey, chips and garden peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I put my feet up and watched television. At 15:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had Samosas, Onion Bajhis and ice cream for tea. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. The nurse took my blood/sugar 9.5 and I logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The senior carer came and gave me a voucher to spend at Asda. I went to my room, a carer told me lunch is at 12:00. I txt my eldest son to tell him that lunch is at 12:00. He arrived at 11:30 and he gave me a Bradford Bulls home shirt and a book of newspaper headlines from Leeds United.  At 12:00 I went to the dining room where I carrot & corrinder soup, roast turkey, seasoning, yorkshire pudding, roast and mashed potatoes, parsnips, carrots and gravy. We had Xmas pudding with Brandy sauce and we all pulled a xmas cracker. I went to my room at 13:00 and my youngest son came at 13:15. He gave me some Joop after shave and a book of newspaper headlines about Bradford Bulls. At 13:45 we went down to the car park to look at his new car. I went back to my room but at 14:00 my bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad. I logged on at 15:00 and went to the dining room at 15:30 to read the newspaper headlines of Bradford Bull. We had tea at 16:00 and I had Ham sandwiches, pork pie and xmas cake. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told my carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag and got dressed. I pur my blue flowered shirt and my blue Sta-pres trousers because we're having entertainment for most of the day. I went to the dining room and had br:eakfast. I went to my room and at 10:00 I went to the training room. We played Bingo and had Quizzes. At 12:00 we went to our dining rooms.. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged at 13:00. At 13:50 I logged off and went back to the training room to be entertained by a Kareoke which lasted until 15:45. I went to my room but a carer came to tell me tea was served. I went to the dining room and had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had my own Beef and Vegetable soup with brown sauce for lunch. I went to my room, phoned Bradford Bulls trying to buy tickets for the friendly with Hull FC but to go in the Coral stand we would have pay for food which we didn't have to last season. She said she'll look into it and phone me back. I logged on and the Region Manager came and talked about various things. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 I phoned Bradford Bulls tickets and ordered 2 wheelchair spaces, 2 carers and a disabled parking space in the main stand because they're not opening the part of the Coral stand that we used last season. I had my own Chilli and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice and viennetta for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I didn't changed my siphon bag because I didn't have any. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I emailed my eldest son to ask him does he have any instructions for my new CD/Radio player because the remote doesn't work. I had Chicken Kiev, toast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and brussel sprroats for lunch. I went to my room and logged on my PC at 13:15. I went to Asda at 13:45 and bought 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 big bars of Aero, a can of Chilli, a packet of ginger biscuits, a box of ruck salt, a can of Beef and Vegetable soup, 2 packets of chocolate digestives biscuits, 4 Vegetable Pakordas, 4 Vegetables Samosas and 4 Onion Bahjas. We camd home, unpacked the shopping and I watched television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her would someone cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered  and got dressed. I went the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned my Social worker because I'd asked her a question and she'd got the answer. I logged on at 11:00 and w00.orked on my PC. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14;00 I put my feet and watched television. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:30.

I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Cornish Pastie, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked the carers if I can get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed.I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Turkey, seasoning, roast potatoes, cauliflower, swede, yorkshire pudding and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on. I started replying to an email from John my cousin but carers came to take to Asda at 13:45. I bought 4 bottles of showere gel, a can of after shave, 2 cans of deodorant, 2 boxes of thin, mint, chocolates, 2 bars of Aero, 2 packets of ginger biscuits, a Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice, 3 packets of Jakemans lozenges, tube of Sterdant, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 hot Onion Bahjas and 2 Vegetable Pakadoras. We came home, unpacked the shopping and logged on at 15:00.
I finished my email to my cousin and worked on my PC until 16:20. I had Corned Beef hash, pancake and ice cream for tea. I went to my toom, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30,  I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I didn't changed my siphon bag because I'd run out. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The acting manager told me I could buy a new purple shirt up to £20. I went to my room and phoned Santander to enquire if I could be remove from my joint account with my wife. We had lunch at 12:00 because a choir is coming at 13:30 to sing Xmas caroles. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 12:30. I went to the traing room but it was closed. I went back to my room and the senior carer told me the choir is delayed. I logged on to my PC. At 14:00 the senior carer told me the choir has come and they'll be singing in about 10 minutes. I told him I was working on my PC. At 14:30 I put my legs up and watched television. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 when I called for a carer to get me up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The nurse told me I have an appointment this afternoon with the GP because my blood/sugar is high. I asked the senior carer if I could go to the Post Office to deposit money into my Co-op bank account and to Asda. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00.I had 2 Cumberland sausages, roast potatoes, onion rings, mushrooms and garden peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. I logged off at 13:30, watched television when my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. At 14:15 the carers came to take me to the doctors surgery, the Post Office, the Pharmacy and to Asda. We went to the surgery and arrived at 14:35 with my appointment at 14:45. I went to see the nurse with my blood/sugar levels taken by Dearnevale. She took my blood pressure which was 78/145. She said the 145 should be lower and took my blood/sugar levels to Dr. Scott who gave me a prescription. The nurse asked the carers to weigh me as soon as possible. We drop my prescription off at the Pharmacy and went to the Post Office to pay into my account the money my brother gave me to buy a new fridge. After we went to the Pharmacy to collect my new drug and we went to Asda. I bought 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 cans of deodorant, 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetable Samosas and 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We went home, unpacked shopping and I went to the room. I had pasta bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:30.

I went into the dining room and had 2 sausages, a rasher of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans for breakfast. I went to my room at 11:00 and tidied it. I had Tomato soup for lunch and went to my room at 13:00. I logged on and work on my PC until 14:00. At 16:00 I put my feet down and logged on my PC. I had Creme of Mushfoom soup, sandwiches and ice creme for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 the nurse came with my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, showered, changed my leg bag for a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. My younger brother had txtd me to tell me he's coming at 10:30. He arrived at 10:30, gave me some chocolates for the staff and left at 12:00. I had Mince beef, mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy for lunch. I went to my room, tidied it, watched television and logged on at 14:00. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 06:30 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and dressed because I'm going to Manchester shopping. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 08:30. At 10:00 Skills came for me to go to Manchester.We arrived at 11:30 and we went down Market Steer. My carer and I went Tesco's where I bought 4 bottles of water and 2 batteries for my CD/RADIO player. We went into Boots and I bought a bottle of Burbery after shave. We were going into the Arndale Centre but the others carers txt to say they were going in The Food Court for something to eat. We joined them and I had Haddock, chips, mushy peas and cup of coffee. After we went round the Arndale Centre and went in Primark. We left Manchester at 14:30 and arrived home at 17:00. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed. I reminded them that I wanted to get up at 06:30 in morning.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 06:30 when I a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The senior carer asked me why had I got up early because my trip to Manchester is tomorrow. He went to check with Skills who confirmed its tomorrow. I asked him to put it in the diary that I want to get up at 06:30 tomorrow. I went to my room, watched television and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 13:30 I put my feet up, read my book and watched television. I had a bacon with fried egg sandwich and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. He said my right leg is swollen and I said I'll put them up this morning. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told my carer I had run out of mouthwash and I will be phoning the dentist later. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, put my feet up and logged on at 11:00. I left a message on the Audiology answer machine that I have run of batteries for my hearing aids. I had Cornish pastie, chips, carrots, peas and gravy for lunch.  I went to my room and watched television. At 13:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. My carers took me to the dentist where I got a prescription for my mouthwash. We went to the Post Office where I bought 3 second class stamps and posted my Xmas card. We went to Asda where I bought 4 tins of Celebrations, a box of chocolates, a bottle of chewable Vitamin C tablets, 2 packets of digestive biscuits, 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 packs of batteries and 3 packets of Indian snacks. We went to the chemist to get my mouthwash. We came home, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 16:00. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and at 17:30 my bowels opened. I told my carers who changed my pad and I logged at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on and wrote the way to Manchester for Thursday. I had Steak, onion ring, mushroom, peas and chips for lunch. After I went to my room and logged on. At 14:30 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off 18:00. I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered. changed my siphoned bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I changed my bag and put my clothes on because we're going to The Norman Inn for our(Darbyshire Unit) Xmas lunch. I going on the first bus at 11:15. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:15 Skills came for me and 2 more residents to take us to The Norman Inn we arrived at 11:45 and Skills left because they had 2 more journeys to get all the residents who wanted come. Our lunch was going be served at 13:00 and I had Carrot and Corrinder soup, Turkey, new potatoes, roast potatoes, seasoning, carrots, cauliflower and gravy plus Christmas Pudding. I came back on the last minibus and I got home at 17:15. At 17:50 I went to the Training room to listen to 4 players from a Brass Band. It lasted until 18:45 and I logged off.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:@15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. My eldest son told me he is comingthis morning. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 fried egg, tomatoes and mushrooms because the senior carer had ordered me a full breakfast. After I went to my and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and my eldest son phoned me to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at 13:30 and he brought a new CD/radio player but the remote wanted a new battery. He left at 14:15 and I logged on.  I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau Rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, my bowels opened at 17:30. My carers changed my pad and I logged off at 18:00.

I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15. I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went the dining and had breakfast. My sister and her husband came at 10:30 and we all went to my room. She brought me a Poinsettia and her husband brought some books. They stayed until 11:30 and I logged on. I had a Cornish Pastie, peas, chips and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda and she said I could go. At 14:00 I had cup of coffee while watched television. At 15;00 I logged on and at 15:15 my eldest phoned to tell me he was coming tomorrow morning. I asked the senior carer if he had any news about my purple shirt and he told me he'll take me to Asda today. At 15:30 we went to Asda where I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice, 10 blank CDs, a box of Xmas cards, 2 packets of Jakemans Lozenges, 2 packets of Chocolate  digestive biscuits, a box of Roses a can of deodorant and 3 tins of Celebrations. We came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer ifI could get up. I asked her if somebody could cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 somebody from Skills asked me if I had a recipe for Chicken Vindaloo. I gave it to her and went to the Therapy kitchen to find out what I needed to buy from Asda. We went to Asda where I bought 3 packets of Lozenges, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 cans of deodorant, a bottle of wine vinegar and some flexident. We came home, unpacked our shopping and mixed all the spices, cut the chicken and mixed together to marinate. I had fried haddock, chips and mushy peas for dinner. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 15:00 Skills for me to cook my Vindaloo. We went to the Therapy kitchen and started preparing it. Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07;45 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room where a carer had found my blue trousers in somebodies room. The acting manager came to ask me why I'd escalated my mssing clothes to my Social worker. I told her I thought her staff should have told her but they hadn't. I logged on and sent a secure message to Santander. Ihad Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went my room and at 13:15 my bowels opened. My carers changed my pad and at 13:45 I went to the Training room to attend the Residents meeting. It lasted for a hour, I went to room and I logged on. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. I phoned Santander to find out how I remove my name of the joint account I have with my wife. I tried email my Social worker but I didn't have address. I had Roast Chicken, stuffing, brussel sproats, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. My bowels opened, my carers changed my pad and I logged on again at 15:00. I had pie, peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room where the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm in hot water. I said yes and she said she'll be ready in 15 minutes. At 10:15 she came for me to go to their room. The new physio, Akanksha, was there and took over when her assistant was called away. She told me she was born in India and practices Hindu. She came to Sheffield to get her Masters Degree. After my hydrotherapy I went to my room and logged on at 11:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, my carers told me they were too busy to take me to the Post Office. At 13:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched television until 15:00 when I logged on. I had a jacket potato, chilli and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on and sent an email to Heather our teacher to ask if we're having lesson today. She replied at 14:00 in the training room. At  12:25 I went to the dining room where I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for tea. I went to my room and watched television until 13:30 when I thought my bowels had opened but it was a false alarm. At 13:50 I went to the training room to have a lesson with Heather. It lasted until 15:30 and I went back to my room. I logged on and worked on my PC until 16:25. I had Salmon Fillet, new potatoes, processed peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

On Friday I logged at 16:00 and watched television. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. After tea I went to Asda and bought 2 hot Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates,, 2 bottles of shower gel, a can of deodorant, a packet of mint chocolate biscuits and a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
Yesterday I woke up 08:30 when the nurse came in and told me she was washing bladder out. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put my thermal vest and my thermal long johns on because we're going to Old Trafford to watch The Rugby League World Cup Final between New Zealand and Australia which starts at 14:30. I went to the dining room and had a sausage sandwich for breakfast. I went to my room and at 10:45 I asked a carer if she would get my fleece, bulls scarf, bulls woolly hat, bulls water bottle, my theral gloves and my new england shirt. We went down to the minibus and got on. It was busy on the M62, M60 and the roads to Old Trafford. We arrived at 13:45 but the Disabled Parking is in the West Stand but all the Wheelchair spaces are in the East Stand and it took us 30 minutes to get in the East Stand. I went to our positions but the other resident had to go to the toilet. I got in my position before New Zealand performed The Ha-ka but the other resident didn't. The match was good at half time the score was 2 - 16. After half time New Zealand rallied but they didn't score and in the last quarter Australia took the final score to 2 - 34. We watched the presentation with Thurston winning the man of the match and the lap of honour. We went back to our adapted minibus but on we stopped for a cup of coffee(£2). There was about 200 supporters outside the dressing rooms waiting for the teams to come out. We set off at 17:30 and arrived home at 20:00. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I order a 14" Bolognse Pizza from Grimethorpe Pizzas. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer my catheter was by-passing. The nurse, unit manager, came and I asked her to change my catheter. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:20 I went the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I put my legs up and watched television. At 16:?25 I went to the dining room and had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I get up. I asked her would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked them to make sure my England shirt is my wardrobe. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. The handiman came to fix my light and to put my safe more secure. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I asked the senior carer if I could go to Asda. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. I started reading my book but at 15:00 the physio assistants were a lesson on Chair Zumbo from 15:00 to 15:30. After I went to my room and logged off at 16:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my bag and got dressed. I went to my room and logged on. I asked my carers if they would report my light and  my safe because it's loose. The physio assistant came to look at electric wheelchair because the carers couldn't moved the lever that allows my foot rest to move but the senior carer had move it. I complained that I havn't had any physio for 2 weeks. She explained that new physio started on Monday and she's been getting up to speed. She told me she'll give my some later and I said I'm going to see the entertainer at 14:00. My bowels at 11:30 and my carers changed my pad. l had Cumberland sausage, mashed potatoes, cabbage, swede and onion gravy for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I went to the training room to watch 2 girl singers perform. Their consisted of mostly pop, motown and a bit of rock. There dressed in black and my one complaint was I felt it was too noisy but the other resident didn't complain. There was about 15 residents and their act lasted about a hour. I came back and logged on at 15:30. I sent an email about my Disable Living Allowance - Mobility Component 44 asking for it to be paid into my bank account. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room cleaned, told the carer my bowels had opened and logged off atr 18:00

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. My catheter stated by passing and I asked the carers to investigate. They sorted it out but had to changed my jogging pants. At 11:30 I went to the dining and had Mulligatawny soup. I'd taken my coat with me to wait for my transport to arrive to take my Barnsley Hospital for my 13:45 appointment with Audiologist to fix my right hearing aid. My transport arrived at 13:15 and we arrived there at 13:40. The audiologist prescribe a gromim et to fix my hearing aid into. We went to patient transport and told control we were ready to go home. At 14:15 our transport came and we got home at 14:45. i went to my room and watched television. I had 2 slices of burnt pizza and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30, watched television and the nurse I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, got my sling and my coat because I've got an appointment with Mr Jamil to inspect my new Baclofin pump at 10:20 in Pinderfields Hospital. I logged on at 08:15 and went to the dining room at 09:00 for another cup of coffee. My transport arrived at 09:30 we got there at 10:10. I checked in but was told they are running about 30 mins late. I was called at 11:00 and Mr Jamil examined my Baclofin pump. He told me everything was O.K. and we went back into the waiting while the nurse told Patient Transport we were ready to go home at 11:10. My transport arrived at 13:30 the driver was bringing another resident from Dearnevale Nursing Home to see Mr Jamil. We got home at 14:15, I went to my room and took my coat off. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 15:15. I had fried egg, 2 sausages, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:15 and went to dining room. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau Rice and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the nurse if I could to the pharmacy after getting my prescription from the dentist. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I has Lasagne, peas and chips for lunch. I went to my room, watched television and logged at 13:45. My carers came to take me to the dentist for a prescription at 14:15. After we wenr to the Pharmacy to get my mouthwash. We went to Asda where I bought 4 Vegetable Samosas, 2 hot Onion Bahjis, 2 Thin, Mint chocolates, 2 big bars of Aero, 2 bottles of shower gei, 2 can of deodorant and 3 bars of soap. We came home, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 15:45. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 15:30 and watched television. I had Cornish pastry, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if I could put my purple shirt and my blue Sta-pres but they couldn't find them. They tried to put my splint on but they couldn't. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs plus a portion of baked beans for breakfast. I asked the unit manager to make a note my missing clothes. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I asked a carer if I could go to Asda and she said maybe this afternoon. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:30 I thought my bowels had opened, my carers put me on the bed but they hadn't. I put my feet and watched television. I put my feet down and logged on. My eldest txtd me to tell me he might come on Tuesday. At 16:15 I logged off.

This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I put my new England shirt on because they're playing New Zealand in the semi-finals of the World Cup at Wembley this afternoon. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I had a cup of coffee and watched television. At 11:30 my eldest son phoned to tell he'll be late because he's just got up. I had Chicken Kiev, processed peas and chips for lunch. I went to my room to watch England v New Zealand at Rugby League in the 1st semi-final of the World Cup. England lost 18 - 20 and after I logged off at 15:30.

This morning I woke at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her would she cut my hair and could I go to Asda. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered and got dressed.  I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer if  he could change my memory card into my new mobile. I went to my room, tested my new mobile, tidied up and logged on at 11:00. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. I went to Asda at 14:00 and bought 2 boxes of thin, mint chocolates, 2 big bars of Aeros, 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakorodas, a Chicken Jalfrezi a Spagetti  Bolognese and 2 packets of Ginger Nuts. We came home, I put my feet up and watched television. I had my own Beef soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my toom, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I sent an email to the manager of Dearnevale to ask for a bigger wardrobe. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to room and logged on. At 14:30 Skills came for me to go the Cudworth Clinic to an appointment with Podiatrist at 15:30. We got there early but the Podiatrist show me early. She said she only cuts toenails and my fingernails should be filed. She cut and filed my toenails and I should an appointment for next February. We came and I went to the dining room. I had Corned Beef hash, a pancake and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

At 10:45 I had a cup of coffee and watched television. At 11:45 I logged on and started tidying my laptop. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and carried on tidying my PC. At 14:30 I went to Asda and bought 2 Samosas and 2 cans of deodorant. We came back, unpacked my shopping and I logged on at 15:30. I email Barnsley Council about the state of the pavement in Elizabeth Street and bought 4 electric toothbrushes from Amazon. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse, the unit manager, to report my right hearing aid to Barnsley hospital because it doesn't stay in. I went to my room and opened 4 letters, 3 from the Co-op bank and 1from Orthotics with an appointment to attend Pontefract hospital on 10/01/14 at 11:40. I made sure that Patient Transport had been arranged with Orthotics. The nurse told me she'd arranged an appointment for me on Thursday at 13:00 at Barnsley Hospital to get my right hearing aid look at. I asked her  to put in the Skills wish book that I want to make Vindaloo. I logged on at 11:45 and worked on my blog. I had Cumberland sausage, chips, onion rings, garden peas and mushroom for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I went to the Training room for a lesson coimmunication. This week Lisa one of the physio assistants was teaching us about music. At 15:30 I went to my room and watched television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad and my trousers. I had my own Tomato with Basil soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

He told me he had to go to work but he took my new CD player back to Argos and took my old CD player to work. I logged on at 11:30 and started working. This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 I asked carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and carer informed me that I wasn't going to Aldi and Cortonwood until 11:00. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. Skills came for me at 11:00 and we went Aldi where I bought 2 tins of chunky soup, 2 packets of dark chocolate digestives and 2 packets of Titans. We went to Morrison's at Cortonwood retail park where I bought 2 cartons of fresh soup, 4 bottles of water, 3 packets of ginger biscuits, 3 packets of Fisherman's Friends, 3 packets of Polos, 3 packets of Halls soothers and 16 packets of Halls. We came home and I had sausage, mash, cauliflower, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. I went to my room and logged on at 13:30. At 14:30 I watched a movie on my TV. I had my own Chunky Beef soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged  off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room and my eldest son txt me to tell me he would be coming this afternoon or on Thursday to take my new CD player back to the shop because it doesn't play CD's and the remote control doesn't work. Skills came and I paid £11 for my Xmas lunch at The Norman Inn at Monk Bretton on 09/12/13. At 11:00 Patient Transport arrived to take me and an other resident to Pontefract Hospital but it couldn't get our wheelchair to fit. My transport arrived at 12:00 and we got to Pontefract hospital at 12:40. Just after 13:00 I was called to go into a room where an Orthotics person made casts of my feet. She told me they send the casts to Leeds and usually take 6 weeks. I should receive an appointment in 6 weeks. We went to the reception where the assistant physio told them we had finished and could they order our transport. About 15 minutes later the same driver came to us home. We got home at 14:30 and logged on. I had Rump steak, onion rings, processed peas, tomatoes and home made chips plus ice-cream for tea. I went to my room and the senior carer came for me to go Asda. I went to Asda while he went to the Pharmacy. He joined in Asda where I bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakardos, a bottle of shower gel, a can of deodorant, 2 big bars of Aero and 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates. We came home, unpacked my shopping, cleaned my teeth and I logged at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I had a cup of coffee and found my siphon bag was leaking. My jogging trousers, my Polo shirt and my pad were soaking. My carers changed them for me. I had Mince Beef and Onion Pie, roast potato, swede, processed peas and gravy for my lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:50 I went to the training room to learn about Communication with Heather from Exemplarhc headquarters. The other residents were late and began at 14:15. We finished at 15:15 and I went to my room. I logged on at 16:00 and worked on my blog. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged at 15:30 and continued to watch England v Fiji which England won 34 - 12. I had tomato soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and got changed to go Bradford, St. George's Hall to see The Magic of Motown which starts at 20:00. We set off Skills(driver), 2 carers and 3 residents(2 wheelchairs users) at 18:00. We arrived at the Alhambra Disabled Car Park which was about 15 mins to St. George's Hall. Where we went in bar for a drink. I'd taken my Bradford Bulls flask with water in it but a resident had a glass of Coke which cost £1.90. After we went our seats mine was U4 wheelchair which was behind the main aisle but the other resident were on the side of theatre. There were two wheelchairs in front main aisle and the same at the other side. We had good view and the theatre was full. When the show started a few people got up to dance which restricted my view and I complained to the usher who went to get the manager. He tried to clear my view but towards the end of the show nearly everybody was dancing. The 2 wheelchair users in front of me left before the finale Jackson 5 tribute because they couldn't see. The show finished at 22:30 with 30 mins break at 21:00. We got home at 00:15, I went my room, had 8 biscuits and a cup of coffee. I asked the carers could I go to bed at 01:15.
This morning woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining to have breakfast but my 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans were not ready. I had a cup of coffee and my breakfast arrived at 09:45. After I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 12:00 bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on my big PC. At 14:00 I put my legs up and watched television. I had, my own, Chicken Jalfrezi and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if I could get changed after tea before I go to St. George's Hall in Bradford to see The Magic of Motown. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room, logged on at 10:00 and watched 'Smash' on television. I had a pastie, roast potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower and gravy for lunch. I went to my room and my youngest son came. He stayed until 14:00. I watched England v Fiji and logged off at half time 15:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watch0ed television. At 23:00 I askeda carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I put shorts on because I'm doing Chair Zumba at 14:00 this afternoon. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. I phoned my wife because I hadn't got my spending money for November. She posted it on Monday. I txted my eldest son to see if he wanted my old CD player. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 13:50 I went to the training room for Chair Zumba but I waited until 14:15 and nobody came. I went my room and logged on. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watch television. I had Tomato soup, garlic bread and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and breakfast. I went to my room and phoned the dentist for a prescription for some Mouthwash but the receptionist said phone he'll phone me back. I logged on and checked my emails. I had a jacket potato and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 13:45 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had scrambled egg, hash browns and tomatoes with ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched television at v17:30.

Yesterday I logged out at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse told me I was having my Catheter changed after I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and waited until 11:30 when Skills came for me to go to Asda to buy the ingredients for my Chicken Jalfrezi. Before we went to Asda we checked that in the Therapy kitchen there was any ingredients. After we went Asda and bought all the ingredients, we went home, unpacked the ingredients and arranged met at 15:00. I had, my own, Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged in at 13:15. My bowels opened at 14:00 and my carers changed my pad. At 15:30 Skills came to take me to the Therapy kitchen where I cooked a Chicken Jalfrezi and 2 Garlic and Corander Naans. It took 90 minutes and I ate in our dining room. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off st 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix because we were going to the pond to feed the ducks at 11:00. I went to my room and waited until Skills came to take me and another resident to the pond. I called in Asda for a loaf of bread, we went down the High Street across the roundabout to Ferrymoor way to the pond. We fed the ducks for about 30 minutes and returned home. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and told the carers that my bowels opened. They changed my pad and I got ready to the doctors. At 13:40 we went to the doctors where I had an appointment with the nurse at 14:00. She took some blood, examine my feet and took my BP which was 141/91. We went to Asda where I bought 2 Garlic & Coriander Naans. We came home, unpacked my shopping when Skills came and told me they were having a session of Bingo at 15:00 in the Training room. I went to the Training room and had 5 games of Bingo. I won a line plus a full house and 2 bottles of shower gel. I had Chilli con Carne, Naan bread and Parkin. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided that this afternoon at 14:00 I'm supposed to go feed ducks but Heather from HQ is coming to teach me Communication. I told the senior carer and we agreed to fed the ducks tomorrow at 11:00. Later I got to know the Heather isn't coming because she's having problems with her car. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room, watched television and logged on at 14:00. I watched The Rugby League World Cup on BBC Iplayer. I had fresh Salmon, new potatoes, processed peas and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up.  I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed.  I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. A carer told me Skills are coming to see me about going to The Challenge Cup Final at Wembley on 23/08/14 because if you book before 06/11/13 you save 30%. I had Tomato soup for lunch because there wasn't any Mulligatawny. I went to my room and worked my PC until 13:45 when my bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. From 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 Skills came for me to cook a Pizza. After we took the Pizza to the dining room. I ate it and after I had ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 06;45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my bag and got dressed. I wanted to put my new England shirt on but the carers couldn't find it. I found Dot the manager of the laundry and told her. I asked the nurse why is the light switch for the bathroom locked in the nurses station because the nurses don't trust the carers. I found my wheelchair charger in another residents room. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. I had Cornish Pastry, roast potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I watched England RL beat Ireland RL 36 - 0. I had an Omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 who I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I noticed that my electric wheelchair hadn't been charged. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, phoned my wife and logged on at 10:15. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and watch television until 13:50 when I went to the training room because the physio assistant were teaching us 'Chair Zumba'. It lasted for 45 minutes and I went my room to watch television while having a cup of coffee. At 15:15 I started changing my passwords. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17 :30.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I asked the carers would they dress me in my Freddie Kurger Halloween costume because we're having a disco this afternoon at 14:00. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I looked at some Freddie Kugger videos on You Tube. I had a jacket potato and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and watched television until 13:15 when the carers and me in my Freddie Krueger outfit. At 13:45 I went to the training room to listen Double Tee kareoke which started at 14:00. The CEO of Exemplar was the judge of the units Spooky Cemetry but my unit Darbyshire came 2nd. I didn't win the residents Halloween Fancy dress and we finished at 15:45. I went to my room and got changed. I had mince beef pie, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth,shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and logged on at 10:30. I phoned the office to get my return label printed. I went downstairs to the office and got my return label printed. I came upstairs and asked the nurse to cut and paste it on to an envelope. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and watched television but at 13:30 I logged to my PC. At 14:30 I watched television until my bowels opened at 15:15 and my carers changed my pad. I worked my PC until 15:45 when the carers came to take me to Asda and the doctors. I gave my package to the collection desk to give to Amazon, I bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, a packet of Chicken bits, 2 bottles of Shower gel and a tube Flexident. We went to the Doctor's Surgery where I had my Flu Jab. I got another appointment on 05/11/13 at 14:00 to have my blood/sugar measured. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I went to the dining room for tea. I had bacon, fried egg, baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

I emailed my brother to let him know how I enjoyed Cardiff, I sent a complaint to Burger King about the burger I got in Cardiff. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich followed by ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, tidied it and watched The Rugby League World Cup on television. After I logged on at 11:45 and I went to the dining room at 12:25 where I had Lasagne, garden peas and garlic bread. I went my room and watched television until 13:50 when I went to the training room to attend my course on Communications. KIt finished at 15:30 and I went to my room. I phoned my GP and made an appointment on Wednesday at 16:15 to have my flu jab. I informed the nurse and logged on at 16:00. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

On Friday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. I didn't take any sleeping pills because I had to wake up at 04:00 in the morning to go to Cardiff.
In morning the carers woke me up at 04:00 and I went into my bathroom to clean my teeth, shave, shower, change my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put my thermal vest and long johns on and my new grey jogging bottoms. I took my new England shirt and my Gill fleece with my Bulls hat, scarf,gloves. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. At 05:50 Skills for me and went to our adapted minibus. There was another resident Dave who was in the minibus. We set off at 06:00 travelling down the M1 onto the A42, M42, M5 where stopped at a Sainbury's Welcome Break where I had a sausage sandwich and a cup of coffee(£4.50). We stayed there for approx. 1 hour the we arrived Cardiff at 11:30. I had booked a Disabled parking space which was under the Milliennium Stadium. We found the entrance and park our minibus but the gates didn't open until 12:30 but we saw a Burger King just outside. It was very busy but managed to get over the road and find a table in Burger Kind. I order a plain burger, regular fries and a regular coke(over £5) but the burger was burnt and I couldn't eat it. My false teeth couldn't bite through it. At 12:30 we went back to our minibus and asked a steward where our spaces/seats where. He told us to wait outside the office because another steward will take to our places. While we were waiting the England and Australian bus went pass us and we saw both teams go into the stadium. The steward came and took us to our places/seats via a lift. There were 6 places for wheelchairs and behind there were 6 seats for their assistants. We were right at the front of the 2nd tier on a side the pitch near to the posts. It was about 13:00 and the first 2 tiers were filling up. There was somebody entertaining the crowd playing music. At 13:30 the openng ceremony, see rlwc2013.com, and finished at 14:15 The 1st match kicked off at 14:30, see BBC iPlayer, England v Australia with final score 20 - 28. At 16:30 the 2nd match kicked off Wales v Italy with a final score 16 - 32. After both matches we went our adapted minibus but we had to wait until the stewards opened the gates. It was quite busy in Cardiff and I slept until we stopped at another service station. It was difficult to find where to because there was a newagents, a Starbucks, another cafe type but no one was serving there but Skills found somebody who wasn't interest what wanted. I just bought a black coffee and everyone else didn't know what they have. Skills found a Burger King where they had a meal that cost £10. We stayed there for 1 hour and Julie drove all the down and back. We arrived home at 00:30 and I \had a coffee and some biscuits. I went bed 01:00 after getting my carers to put my clock back 1 hour.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag for a siphon bad and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I started doing my blog and stopped at 12:25. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I logged on at 13:00 and worked my blog again. At 14:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At 14:30 I put my feet up and watched television. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Naan bread and Viennetta for tea. I went my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I reminded the carers I wanted to go Asda. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I told the nurse that I would like to get up at 04:00 tomorrow because we're going to Cardiff at 06:00.She said she'll put in the diary. I went to my room but on the way the physio.s assistant asked me if I wanted to strech my right arm under hot waster. We went into their and exercised for 10 minutes. I changed my alarm to 04:00 and opened my new grey jogging bottoms from Amazon. I logged at 11:00 and worked on my small PC. I had fried haddock, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on my big PC to see if it was working. I could use by extending the screen to my television. At 14:30 we went to Asda where I bought 2 Naans, 2 packets of chocolate digestives, a can of deodarant, 2 onion bahjis, 4 vegetable samosas, 2 vegetable pakordas, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, pack of funsize mars bars and a pack of envelopes. We came home and I watched television. I had omelette, baked beans and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, got my clothes out for tomorrow and I logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag, checked I had a leg bag for Saturday and got dressed. I reminded the carers that I have a prescription to pick this afternoon from the dentist but the senior carer told me that another carer going to the dentist and they will pick up my prescription. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and tried my Toshiba laptop but it only works when extending it to my television. At 14:00 I put feet up and watched television. At 15:30 I got my alarms on both CD players set to 08:15. I logged on at 16:00 and found out that Asda is the collection point for my memory card. I had Cornish Pastie, baked beans and ice-cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18;00.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked my carers would they ask Skills that I want to go to Cotonwood to buy some jogging bottoms because I've only got 2 pairs. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I phoned the Dentist to get a new prescription for my Mouthwash. I tried to get though to the Doctor's but it was busy. My son rang at 11:17 because he wanted to see me. He came at 11:45 and left at 12:30 but he forgot to take my old, big CD player. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. Skills gave me a list of dates where they are doing something with me. I went to my room and used my PC. At 13:45 I watched the television until 15:00 when Skills came to take me to Cortonwood where I bought 2 pairs of jogging bottoms. We came home at 16:40 and I went to my room. I put the jogging bottoms on my bed and took my coat off. I had Mince Beef hash, a pancake and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 nd watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room to have breakfast. After I went to my room, tidied it and logged on at 11:00. I order a pair of jogging bottoms through Amazon. At lunchtime I ordered Mulligatawny soup but the senior brought me Cream Mushroom instead. She said the kitchen must have run out of Mulligatawny. I told her I didn't like Mushroom soup. I finished my coffee and was about leave when a carer told me my Mulligatawny was in the microwave warming up. After I had finished I went my room and a carer came to ask me what I wanted tomorrow. Turkey lunch and Corn Beef hash with ice-cream. I reminded him that I want to go to Asda for my tea this afternoon. At 13:45 my bowels opened and I told the nurse who got a carer to change my pad. I asked the nurse should I see my GP my fear of ducks. She said she'll put in Skills wish book for me to go to the Duck pond. At 14:30 2 carers took me to Asda where I bought 2 boxes of Thin Mint Chocolates, 3 cans of Deodorant, a bottle of Shower gel, 4 vegetable Samosas, 2 onion Bahjas, 2 vegetable Pakordeas, 1 big bar of Aero, a Chicken curry and 2 bags of Jakeman's. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I watched television. At 16:25 I went to the dining room where I had my Chicken curry and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. My carers couldn't find any jogging bottoms in my room and got 1 pair from the laundry. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, tidied up and the RFL ticket line to enquire where's our Disabled Parking Ticket they said it's with them but they're posting today but if I don't receive by Wednesday let them know. I was on the phone for 25 minutes. I asked the nurse if I could have an enema on Friday to empty my bowels before going to Cardiff on Saturday. He said he'll investigate. I had Cumberland sausage, breaded mushrooms, chips and peas for lunch. I 9 to my room and at 13:30 I went to the Training room because Heather our tutor had said we'll be going out to look at the signs. I waited until after 14:00 and phoned the office who said Heather in the building but they don't know where she is. A physio assistant came to tell me to put a coat because we're going out. We went to my room and I put my Gill fleece on, gloves and a haf. We went downstairs where Heather and other residents were waiting for me. Heather gave us a copy of photos she took yesterday of 10 signs in Grimethorpe and while went round we had to spot where the photos were taken. It took us about 1 hour and after we went into the Training room where Heather gave us 30 minutes lesson. After I went to my room and logged on at 16:00. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. My carers couldn't find any jogging bottoms but they found a pair in laundry. The been having problems with GAS tumble drier. After I went to the dining room where I had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and tested my new CD player but it still couldn't read a CD. i told my 2 sons because they bought it for my birthday. It was faulty and I txt'd them. I got my old CD player out and set it up with alarm on for 08:15 to play Miguel. I had my own Tomato & Basil soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged at 13:00. I tried setting the FM radio on my new Alcatel mobile. I contacted 02 who I bought from and their helpdesk told me what I should do. I had my own Chilli con Carne, Naan bread and ice-cream for tea. I wentto my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and tidied it. I had a cup of coffee, 4 chocolate digestives and logged on at 11:30. I had my own Tomato and Basil soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 the carers came and told me we're going to Asda. I bought 4 slices of Garlic & Coriander Naan bread,  a big bar of Aero, 2 Onion Bahjas, 2 Vegetables Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakadoras, a box of thin  mint chocolates, a packet of Jakeman's and a can of deodarent. We came home, unpacked shopping and I watched television until 15:30. I logged on and used my laptop. I had Chicken Jalfrezi and 2 Naan breads for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked a her would they cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer would my named carers bring my property list up to date and make sure that all clothings has a 38 button on it. I went to the dining room room and had my breakfast. On my table there a letter from the RFL containing my 2 tickets in row 1, 2 assistants tickets in row 2. In phoned the RLWC customer service and after 10 minutes I got through. I asked the tickets on row 1 are for wheelchairs and where is a parking ticket. He told me yes 2 wheelchair spaces on row 1 and the parking ticket is with the printers. I told the RFL to revert this Client No. back to me. I asked him to check the tickets and parking are in hand. I got another letter to let me know I had an appointment with Mr Jamil on 26/11/13 at 10;20. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right in hot water. We went to their room and she stretched my right arm in hot water for 20 minutes. I went back to my room and finished watched television. At 15:45 I logged on to laptop and caught up with my blog. I had flan, baked beans and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved , showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to th dining room and had breakfast. I reminded my carers that I wanted to go to Asda before lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I got the Asda Service teams phone number and phoned them because I was unhappy with the manager at their Grimethorpe store when I went  in this week to complain that I couldn't open their Asda Menthol Lozenges Honey and Lemon. I told them I thought that he wasn't listening etc. They promised to deal with it at HQ and give me a refund. We went to Asda where I bought a bottle of brown sauce, a box of thin, minty chocolates, 2 onion bahjas, 8 chicken thingies, chicken madras, a packet of Jakeman's lozenges, a packet ginger nuts and 2 packets of Hall soothers. I had Aldi Chunky Beef soup with brown sauce for my lunch. I went my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I had a Bacon with tomatoes sandwich and ice-cream for tea. I went my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18;00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer if my named carer will check my clothes. She said she will and I asked her if I can go to Asda. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned my wife to tell Dearnevale are thinking about staying overnight when we go to Cardiff on the 26/10/13. I logged on at 11:00 and emailed my sons about what my said. I had Cornish pastie, cauliflower, cabbage, mashed potatoes and gravy for my lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. I was suppose to go Asda shopping but it was raining and we didn't go. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:30 the night nurse brought my medicine and I asked for 2 Amitriptytiline(sleeping pills). At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready fr y bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I asked my carers if they would take me to Asda before tea. They said they would and I went to the dining room where I had my breakfast. I went to my room and Julie from Skills asked me if I wanted my fingernails filing. After I tidied my room and logged on at 11:15. I email my homework to Heather Johnston my teacher in Communications. Julie, Skills, came to ask me what I wanted for my lunch on 09/12/13. Imy own Mexican Chilli  soup for lunch. I went my room and logged on at 13:15. At 13:30 I and 2 carers to Asda where I bought 2 vegetable Samosas, 2 vegetable Pakordras; 2 onion Bahjas, a Lasagne, a tube of Flexident, a packet of Jackman's Lozenges, packet of Ginger nuts, packet of Chocolate digestives and a box of Thin Mint Chocolates. We came back, unpacked my shopping, I put my feet up and watched television. Chris my named carer checked all my clothes to see if they had a no. 38 button on because if there wasn't 1 on she put 1 on. At 16:00 I logged on until 16:30 when I went to the dining room. I had my own Lasagne with ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18;00.

Yesterday I logged at 17:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer I was ready to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08;15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I finished my homework on Communications because our class with Heather is on Monday afternoon. I went to my room but a carer told me Heather's sick and we won't be having class this afternoon. I tidied my room and logged on at 11:30. I had Mince & Onion pie, Brussel Sprouts and Roast Potatoes with gravy for lunch. I went my room and opened my Fedora hat, my memeory card for my new mobile and my Freddie Kurger hand. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watch Armegeddon. After I asked a carer could she check with the nurse if she'd ordered any more amitriptyline. She went to ask the nurse but she on her lunch break. I had a jacket potato, baked beans and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22;00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. After I went my room and told firstly the senior carer that I wanted to go to Asda. When the nurse came in I asked her if I could go to Asda. At 11;30 2 carers came to take me to Asda where there was another 3 carers shopping. We came back at 11:30 and had a coffee. I had Mulligatawny soup which I didn't finish because the senior carer interrupted me by asking what I wanted to eat tomorrow. I went to my room and started working on my laptop. At 14:30 a carer came and informed me that skills would take me to Morrisons. We got there at 14:50 and got home at 15:30. We unpacked my shopping and I worked on my PC. I had Chicken Jalfezi, Naan bread and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I txd my 2 sons to find out if they had a receipt for my new CD player. I started planning my 60th Birthday party. At 11:30 I logged on and used my laptop until 12:30. I had 1 sausage, mashed potatoes, cabbage and yorkshire pudding with gravy. I went to my room and decided to ask the carers if I could go to Asda for my Sunday tea. They said they were busy and I asked the nurse who's the Unit Manager but she told me it might later today or Sunday. At 15:00 I told the carers my bowels had opened and they changed my pad I had Mulligatawny soup and ice-cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:00, watched television. At 16:20 I went to the dining room and had hash brown, scrambled eggs , tomatoes with ice cream. I went to room, cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 22:30 I asked if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07;00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if they would put a 38 button on my new England shirt and my new jogging bottoms. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I went to room and tried to speak to the Customer Services at Grimethorpe Asda but it was too noisey and I told them that I would come in later. I asked a carer if could go to Asda later and he said after tea. I got Birthday Card from my sister postmark 01/10. I complain to the Post Office ref. 1-2687874443. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went my room and logged on. At 1400 I put my feet up and watched the television. At 16:00 my bowels opened and I my carers who changed my pad. I had a omelette, baked beans and ice cream. I went my room, cleaned my teeth and used my PC. At 17:30 I went Asda and I complained to the manager about me having difficulty opening Asda Menthol Lozenges. He reported to head office. He offered me anoter pack which  refused. I bought some cheap Asda shower gel, a can of deoderant, 2 vegetable Samosas, 2 Onion Bahjas, 4 Chicken, 2 boxes thin mint chocolates, 2 bars of mint Aeros. We came back, unpacked my shopping, had a cup of coffee and logged off at 19:00

Yesterday I logged at 1830, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 0500 and watched the television until 0815 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 1100. I ordered a Freddie Krugar glove from Amazon. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and told the carers my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and I went on my laptop. At 14:00 I went to the training room to attend the Residents meeting. We discussed having Haddock on Friday's, going to Cardiff to watched the World Cup opening ceremony in 1 day, do carers read my support plan, do carer/nurses know how to listen, can maintenance clear the air lock in the water system. At 1600 I logged off.                                

My Life being Disabled 09/10/13

Yesterday I logged off at 1900, put my feet and watched the television. At 2230 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 0700 and watched television until 0815 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. I was going to my room when an assistant pysio asked me if I wanted to exercise my right arm under hot water. I said yes and she she'll come fetch me after she got some hot water. We went into their room and she exercised my right arm under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room, logged on and bought a memory card for my new mobile. I looked for the price to hire a room at Dewsbury RFL Club which is about £150. I sent email to James Stott to see what facilities they are at Shaw Cross. I had Breast of Chicken, stuffing, carrots, cabbage, new potatoes, roast potatoes, processed peas and gravy for my lunch. After I went to my room and logged my PC. I bought a Freddie Krueger hat from Amazon. At 1400 I put my feet up and watch the television. I had 2 slices of Pork pie with pickle and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned teeth and logged off at 1830.

Yesterday I logged off at 1845, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 2300 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. This morning I woke up at 0700 and watched the telly until 0830 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to dining room and had breakfast. After I went with 2 carers to Asda to buy the ingredient for my Chilli con Carne plus a frozen pizza. When we came the carers put the mince in the Therapy room fridge. I went my room, logged on and composed  report for the RFL about my trip to visit Old Trafford to watch The Super League final. After I phoned the RFL to make sure we didn't get same places. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my PC until 1515 when John Skill came to me into the Therapy kitchen to cook my Chilli con Carne. John followed my instructions because I can't cut anything with 1 hand but I stirred it for a hour. It ready at 1730 and Harry the senior carer had 0.5 of a bowl. I had a full bowl and a slice of bread. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, used my PC update my blog and logged off at 1900.                      

My Life being Disabled 06/10/13

Yesterday I logged off at 1400 and told my carers that I was ready to get changed for my trip  out to Old Trafford to see The Superleague Grand Final between Warrington and Wigan. I put my thermal vest, thermal longjohns, a rugby league t-shirt and my jogging  bottoms on. I got my Bradford Bulls bottle filled with water, our tickets that included a parking space next to the West Stand W2(usually we got a place near to the disabled entrance in the East Stand but the Rugby League wrote to us stating we had to pay £9 if we wanted to park near the Disabled Entrance blaming Old Trafford.), my Bradford Bulls away shirt, my Bradford Bulls scarf, my hat and gloves. I checked everything because I suffer from OCD as well and told my carers I was ready to go at 1440. Chris was helping me and Malcom the other resident who's a lot older than had John ur driver to help him. We set off at 1500 but didn't get to Old Trafford until 1645. We parked at the front of W2 which faces the strefford end but we/the disabled have get to the East Stand which opposite the West Stand. It took us 30 minutes to get through the crowd because I went first to make room for the other resident with 2 cares helping him. We went the Disabled entrance and went the Ability room to have a pie and a cup of coffee price of £5.80. We went t our places/seats which were No. 1 & No. 2 on top tier near to were the police stand because I've had these places before and complain before only I realised now!  We settled down I looked my mobile and found it was 1750 and the singer sang Jewrusalem. The players and the Officials I commented I knew Richard Silverwood and James Child because there both from Dewsbury. The match started with Warrington Leading at half time at 2 - 16. At half time Irn Brew went round the pitch throwing T-shirts into the crowd except the Disabled section ! In second half Wigan beat Warrington with final score of 30 - 16. It was amazing to score 28 points in 1 half and not let the other team score WIGAN the Superleague winners of 2013. After the presentation we went to out adapted minibus and it took us nearly 4 hours to get back. I order a 12" Bolognese pizza which came at 0020 and I went to bed at 0130.

I  woke up at 0900 this morning and called a carer her I would like to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphoned and got dressed putting my old England shirt on because the one is being sold tomorrow my 59th birthday. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2  fried eggs and some baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 1100. I started my blog from yesterday until 1220 when went to the dining room to asked my carers if I could go to Asda this afternoon because I wanted a Vindaloo, some Garlic and Cordinder Naan bread plus a tube of Flexident. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and after I went my room to continue with blog. At 1400 I asked my carers when are we going to Asda ? They said when they finished their duties. I took my new Support Plan that another name for my Care Plan and took it to read in the dining room. At 1530 I asked the nurse if I could go to Asda to get my tea because the carers are too busy with other things. She replied no I can't allow that. I asked if another Unit has carer going to Asda to buy a Chicken Vindaloo. some Garlic Naan bread and a tube of Flexident. Somebody was going to Asda but she won't be coming back after 1630. I said that doesn't matter. She brought my shopping in at 1640 and I asked the carer would they toast my Naan bread in our toaster for 1 minute and microwave my Chicken Madras with Pilau Rice. I ate the Chicken Madras with Pilau rice but left the Naan bread because I wanted my ice cream. After I wet to my rom, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 1845.
