My Life being Disabled 30/11/11

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:15 and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer who changed mypad, boxer shorts and jogging trousers. I had to put shorts on because I didn't have any boxer shorts. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I can go to bed. My bowels had opened again.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:14. I did some of my vision2learn project about Barnsley Counciland their accessibilty. I went to my room at 11:30, exercised and watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch after I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15, exercised(x2) and watched the television.The senior domestic asked me where I had found the waste care bin and I told her on the web. At 15:00 I went to Asda, bought three pairs of boxer shorts and two tubes of Pringles Sour Cream. I came home, asked a carer to get somebody to put 38 button on my boxer shorts and went to the computer room. I filled in questionnaire for Asda and logged off at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.

This morning I woke up at 03:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse come in. She washed my bladder. A carer came and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and I got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:21. I sent an email to the manager telling her my choice of bin for the disabled toilet is a waste care bin from Hychem. I tried to find where my computer is with UPS but I couldn't find the reference. I finished a quiz in my vision2learn about Diversity in Barnsley council. I went my room at 11:50 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched televisionand exercised(x2). The physio came to ask me if I wanted to stretch myt right hand under hot water. After my computer came back from Toshiba and I unpacked it. A carer took it the computer room and checked it. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.

Yesterday I went to my room at 16:11 to watched my television. I had my own Chilli con Carne

for tea. I didn't have any ice cream but I was offered choc ices but refused. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 my bowels opened and I told a carer I would go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked on Toshiba's web site to see what my computer's doing today. It going to be returned by URL. I worked on my vision2learn project reading about Support Services and Networks. I wrote down all the rugby league matches that I want to in the skills book. I went to my room to watch television and put my weights on. I had Cumberland sausage, peas and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room to let my lunch settle. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise(x1). At 14:00 I thought my bowels had opened and I told a carer but when they lifted me up in the hoist they found my bowels hadn't opened. I had cup of coffee and watched the television until 16:10 when somebody from skills took me into the Therapy kitchen to cook one of my pizzas. We found out that the freezer had been turned off by another home about 1 month ago and skills had thrown my pizzas away. I went back to my room and asked the carers to warm up some Bolognese mince for my tea. The manager asked me to to see her about an email I'd sent about the Service User Guide that she is going review next month. I came away with 1 action point to investigate a siutable waste paper bin for the disabled toilet on Darbyshire. I had Bolognese mince beef and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room, found a suitable bin and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I had an omlette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:40 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse took my blood/suger levels it was 8.6. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:27. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x3). I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:11.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:15 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 20:30 the nurse came to review my Care Plan. We agreed that I insert one about having Mulligatawny soup most days and she'll tell the kitchen. We agreed to stop taking Enemas. She'll rebrief the staff about knoncking on my door before entering and I need a new plan because I've got a new hoist. I asked her to give me a new copy. At 21:15 my bowels opened so I told a carer and said I will go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to give me a bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse told me there is a coffee afternoon in our dining room at 14:00. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:36. I went my room at 12:00 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup although I asked for Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and to my room at 13:00 where I cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and boxer shorts. At 14:00 I went to our dining room to the coffee afternoon organised by the senior nurse. I A caffetiere black coffee and a piece of chocolate cake. I went to my room and sorted out my drawer to my pedesral and went to the computer room. I was going to read my care plan with Social Services but it was dated 2008. I sent an email to the management at Dearnevale regarding the review of the service users guide seeking clarifcation of some points. I went to the dining room for tea at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. My bowels opened at 21:00 and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed. I told the nurse I didn't my Enema tomorrow morning and she told me she going to review my Care Plan tomorrow.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked him to cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I studied exercise 4 on my vision2learn project about intolerance. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x2). I reviewed my Care Plan and the chiropidist came to cut my toenails. The physio's assistant came to see if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. After I watched the television and I had Broccoli flan, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:15.

Yesterday I had a jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 06:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. I watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. Somebody from skills came to tell me I'm cooking a pizza on 28/11/11 at 16:00, I'm going to Cortonwood on 02/12/11 at 14:00 and I'm going to the CLP on 20/01/12. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:00. I tried looking at data from the Census 2011 but it didn't on this computer. I looked the status of repair of my computer with Toshiba and it was still waiting a part(21/11). I went to my room at 12:00 to put leg weight on and to watched the television. I had pasta bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and I watched television. I exercised(x1) and my bowels opened. The carers told me my bowels were still open and the put me on the toilet for 30 minutes. I had a cup of coffee and I asked a carer to go with me to Asda. I bought 3 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits and a Xmas card for my wife. We came home and we unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and filled a questionnaire from Asda. I had bacon, fried egg, baked beans and ice cream. I went to the computer room and sent an email to Asda Customer Services about all the checkouts in their Grimethorpe store are on my right. I logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I had Oxtail soup because there was no Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 06:30 when the nurse came in to give me an Enema. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:56. I looked at my vision2learn project and found I needed some statistics about my community. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup because the kitchen didn't have any Mulligatawny. I went to the computer room to let my lunch settle. I went to my room to watched the television, to exercise(x2) and to read my new book. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:35 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 06:35 when I asked a carer to put my heating on. I asked him to tell the nurse that I ready for my Enema. The nurse arrived at 07:15 and inserted my Enema. At 08:15 the day nurse came and gave my bladder wash. After I asked a carer to put me on the toilet but she told me my bowels had opened already. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:40. I checked on the Toshiba web and that my computer is waiting for a part. I tried working on my vision2learn project but this computer does not work when using Word. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had braised sausages, mashed potatoes, carrots and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x1). I finished reading my book "The Red Queen" and went to the computer room. I logged out at 16:10 and went to my room.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I told a carer my bowels had opened again. I said I will go to bed after they changed my pad.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room but saw the nurse and asked her why didn't I get an Enema this morning ? She said because my bowels had opened last night. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged in at 10:06 and read an email from paypal. I went to my room at 11:00 to watch television and to exercise. I had Oxtail soup because there wasn't no Mulligatawny. I went to the computer room and went to room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised. I went to the Post Office to changed my pin. I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatawny soup, a tin of Bolognese mince and a bottle of water. I came home and unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had scrambled egg, beans, toast and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:15 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched England lose to Australia in the final of the Four Nations 30 - 8. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 06:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could they would put me on the toilet. I sat there for 35 minutes but nothing happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the senior carer if she would two tasks for skills, to cook a pizza and to file my finger nails. I went to the dining room and had Bran Flakes for my breakfast. I went the computer room and logged in at 11:16. At 11:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer who told me to go to my room. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and jogging pants. I put leg weights on, watched the television and exercised(x1). I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 14:30. I cleaned my teeth, updated my points for the Residents meeting and watched television. At 16:00 I went to the computer room. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 07:00 when the nurse gave me an Enema. At 08:15 I asked a carer would they put me on the toilet. At 09:00 I asked to put at my sink because the enema didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, had a bladder wash, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. The nurse told me the kitchen has run out of Mulligatawny soup and I said I'll have Oxtail instead. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:44. I went to my room to listen to a CD and to exercise. I had Oxtail soup because there wasn't any Mulligatawny soup. I went to computer room and went to my room. I watched the television and exercised(x1). I went out for some fresh air. I went down Elizabeth St., St Luke's Rd., across Queensway, down Acorn Way, down Springvale Rd., across Park Spring Rd and back up the High St.. I called in at Asda where I bought 2 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and a packet of Wine Gums. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had my own Bolognese mince and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:15.

Yesterday after lunch I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I watched the television and exercised(x1). The physio's assisant came at 15:00 to stretch my right hand under hot water. I went to Asda to buy 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese and Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had bacon, fried egg, tomatoes and ice cream for tea. I went back to the computer room and completed a questionnaire about my experience with Asda. I logged off at 17:30 and went to my room where I cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I asked the nurse if my Care Plan review was upto date. She said it was but she had some photocopying to do for me. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15. At 10:45 I went to my room and asked a carer would help me to my fleece on because I have doctor's appointment at 11:10 to get my flu jab. I asked who was going with but she said nobody. I said who will take my fleece off and she said she get skills to go with me. We set off at 10:50 and I saw the nurse at 11:00. We got home at 11:15 and after I had taken my fleece off I put my legs weights on. I exercised and watched the television. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). After I'd watched a film I went to the computer room for 10 minutes. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 12:15 to watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went back to my to watch television. I had a cup of coffee at 14:30 after I told the carers I wanted to get ready to go out. I changed my siphon bag to a leg bag, changed my trousers and put a polo shirt on. At 15:55 skills came for me to put me in the minibus and I took my fleece with me. We went to Barnsley and via the A628 Woodhead pass to Manchester. We stop at a McDonalds first in Staley Bridge for 45 minutes and we arrived at 19:30. The show was very good and it was sold out with 8,000 people attending. We set off at 11:30 but the A628 closed so went Oldham, M62, Huddersfield, Flockton, The Haigh to Grimethorpe and got home at 01:30. I had a cup of coffee and asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse if she would check with my doctor that I'm down for a flu jab. I entered to wishes in the skills book, got to the CLP meetings and go to Cottonwood to buy some new polo shirts. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:54. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told them I wanted to get changed at 15:00 because I'm going to the MEN Arena in Manchester at 16:00 to see Jason Manford. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:30. I worked on my project for vision2learn for one hour.

Yesterday I finished packing my faulty computer and went my room to watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. The nurse told me, tomorrow, she's giving me an Enema at 06:00.
I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 06:00 when the nurse came to give me an Enema but she said my bowels had opened so she left. I watched the television until 08:15 when carer came in to take my computer to reception. I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed but they couldn't change my siphon bag because there wasn't any. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 09:57. I tried to get an old laptop working to work on my Vision2learn project. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised. At 15:00 I asked a carer if the chiropidist had been and she told me he was coming on 25/11/11 at 14:00. I went the computer room to get the computer working with my google bookmarks. I had a jacket potatoe, Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:05 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Wales lose to Australia 14 - 56 at Wrexham. At 21.30 my bowels opened and I told the nurse that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 07:30 when the nurse came to give me an Enema. I waited to 08:15 when I asked a carer to put me on the toilet. I was on the toilet until 09:10 when carers took me off but the Enema didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:50. I started work on Unit 4 Diversity Within the Community. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and asked a carer to help me box my faulty computer. I couldn't find any bubblewrap so I went to the Post Office in the High Street. We packed the computer up ready for tomorrow.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:15 and cleaned my teeth. I checked the DVD that I made but there was no sound. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched England beat New Zealand 28 - 6. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. The senior nurse came and asked me to sign the complaint that I had made on Thursday.
This morning I got up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my Enema. The nurse came and gave me it. I stayed on my bed for 15 minutes and went on the toilet for 30 minues. The carer told me my bowels just opened so he put me the toilet for another 15 minutes. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and discovered my computer was faulty. I tried to find a contact number with Toshiba because the warranty is for 12 months. I had Vegetable soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 15:00. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:05.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:50 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready. The came and washed my bladder. She asked me if I wanted an Enema which I said yes. She gave me the Enema and left me for 30 minutes. I queried this with senior carer because I thought it should be 15 minutes. When they moved me they found that my bowels had opened already. They put me on my toilet and came for me in 15 minutes but I said they should me for 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I called for them because my bowels hadn't opened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. They couldn't change my siphon bag because I didn't have any. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to Asda to buy the ingredients for Chilli con Carne that I'm cooking this afternoon. I came back, went to the computer room and logged at 12:07. I had Oxtail soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. My son texted me to say he will be coming at 14:00. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. When son came we watched the second half of England v Australia that I went to Wembley to see. When son had gone skills came to help cook Chilli con Carne but I didn't finish because I went to dining at 16:40. I had Sausage Roll, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:15.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I asked carer if he would pack my DVD's and CD's into a box. I arranged for a carer to help me take it to the Post Office tomorrow. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened again and I told a carer and said I will go to bed. I called them again at 22:00 but they said they were still very busy. At 22:30 I asked for the nurse to complain. She came and I complained. She started to get me ready and two carers came to help her.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready. They came in at 08:35 and got me up. I asked them about my Enema but they said the senior carer said to get me up. I asked them to cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:44. I checked my vmail and read 2 from my tutor. The first one was telling me I passed my assessment. The second one was about the next stage which I must complete by 16/12/11. I had Mullitawny soup for lunch and my son texted me to me he was coming tomorrow. I went to the computer room at 12:50 and wqent my room at 13:05. I cleaned my teeth and exercised(x1). I went to the Post Office at 14:15 and went to Asda where I bought 3 packets of Rich Tea biscuits. I came home and had a cup of coffee. I went to the computer room at 15:30. I had an omelette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 17:15 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and put my legs to watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened again so I told a carer and said I would go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The carer told me I had to have an Enema first because the doctor said their trying to get my bowels working first thing in the morning with me on the toilet. The nurse put the Enema in and washed my bladder out. I waited for 15 minutes and was put on the toilet for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:45. My bowels opened at 11:45 and I told a carer. I went to my room to watched the television and two carers changed my pad and boxer shorts. I watched the television. I had Tomato soup because there was no Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:20 the physio's assistant asked me if wanted to exercise my right hand under hot water. We went to their room for 15 minutes and the physio brought my new sling that cost £150. I went back to my room to watched television and to have a cup of coffee. At 15:00 I went to the computer room where I sold 24 DVD's and 2 CD's to Cashbee for £25. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:55 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told the nurse. The carers came to change my pad, clean me and put me in bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. The carer said he'll ask the nurse about my enema. The nurse came in I said my bowels had opened last night so we agreed to put the enema in at 17:00. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. Somebody from skills asked me if I wanted to go see Jason Manford next Wednesday at the MEN Arena in Manchester because a resident can't go. I said I would and told me their setting off at 16:00 and it costs £25. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:01. I checked my vmail but I didn't have any new ones. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had braised beefburgers, mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:30 to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought a tin of Chilli con Carne. When I got home I unpack my shopping and I went to the computer room. I logged off at 16:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:25 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash and my enema. After waiting for 15 minutes I was put on the toilet and after 30 minutes I was taken off but the enema didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. The carers told me I was going to Asda at 14:00 and I asked them if I was buying the ingredients for Chilli con Carne. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:52. I read a Vmail from my tutor telling me I will get feedback for my resubmitted questions tomorrow. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13 :15 to clean my teeth and to watch television. At 14:00 I called for a carer to put my fleece on and get ready to go to Asda at Pugney's. The driver was in the minibus and we got there at 14:35. I bought some grey jogging pants, yellow shorts, 3 packets of ginger biscuits, 3 tubes of Sour Cream and Onion pringles, 6 packets of Polo's, 2 packets of Fisherman's Friends original and a bottle of Adidas after shave lotion. I bought a League Express from the newsagents. We came home at 15:20 and I went to my room to unpack my shopping. I went to the dining room at 16:00 to read my paper until I had a sausage sandwich and ice cream for my tea.I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:55.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my Enema. The nurse inserted it with me on my left side and I laid on back for 15 minutes. The carers put me on the toilet and it worked after 10 minutes. I sat there for another 15 minutes and told the carers I had finished. I had cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:44. I completed Q. 23, the last one, to resubmit to my tutor. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and read my book. I had fish fingers, beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:20.

On Friday I went to my room at 17:25 and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad, shirt and jogging pants but they had to throw my boxer shorts away. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
Yesterday morning I woke at 03:00 and watched the television until 05:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I put my thermal long johns and my thermal vest on because we're going Wembley today to watch Wales play New Zealand and England play Australia. I went to the dining room with my Bradford Bulls away shirt, my Corona rainproof jacket and a litre bottle of water. I had my breakfast and Adele from skills came to that I was ready. We set off at 07:15 with another resident and his carer. We stopped for 60 minutes at Watford Gap service station to have hot drink. We arrive at 11:30 to have packed lunch that Adele had provided. We got in places in Block H Section 143 Row 28 Places/Seats 525/6/7/8 at 12:15. There was Gillette group playing, some girls dancing and brass band playing with their choir singing. After two teams sang their National Anthems. New Zealand beat Wales 36 - 0. The next started at 15:30 and Australia beat England 36 - 20. After the match we stayed in our places until the crowd went and went to the toilet. We went to our minibus but the traffic was very slow and it took about 1 hour to get to the M1. We stopped at Donington Park service station again it was very busy. We had to park with the HGVs. We had a Burger King and a hot drink. I think it took us about 2 hours and we set but Adele realised we wanted to fill up. We stopped at the next services and Adele put £100 of diesel in. We set off again but I fell asleep because I woke up at Meadowhall in Sheffield. We got home at 23:00 and I went to my room and had a coffee. I watched the television until 23:50 when I asked a carer if I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 and asked my carer if I could get up. She told me I'm getting an Emema. They put me on my right, gave me the Emema and left me for 20 minutes. They put on the toilet and left for 30 minutes but it didn't work. I cleaned my teeth and shaved but the nurse said to go onto the toilet again. They left me for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I had shower and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, a fried egg and some baked beans. I went my room to watched television and to exercise. I watch the BBC highlights of New Zealand beat Wales and some of the match of Australia beat England. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watched the rest of England versus Australia. I went to the computer room and sent an email to the mangement team of Dearnevale to thank Adele for yesterday. I had Vegetable soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:45.

Last night I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her would she cut my hair but she said I'm getting an Enema first. I have stay on my bed for 15 minutes and go on the toilet. I stayed on the toilet for 45 minutes wher my bowels opened and had my haircut. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:58. I completed Q 22 of the resubmitted assessment. The physio came in to tell Dearnevale are buying me a new sling as I requested one in my Care Plan review. I had fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went back to the computer room and went to my at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x1). At 15:15 I went to Asda and bought some Polo's. I came home and went to the computer room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:25.

This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:39. I completed Q 22 of the questions that I have to resubmit. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise@(x1). I had sausages, chips, fried egg and beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:20. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 13:50 I went to the conference room to watch an entertainer who pretended hewas Elvis. He lasted until 15:15 and I went to my to watch television until 16:00 when I read my book. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Last night I went to my room at 18:30 and I cleaned my teeth. I put feet up and watched the television. Skills brought me a printout of the parking reciept for Saturday which I put in my safe. At 22:05 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15. I completed Q19 and started on Q21 on the questions that my tutor asked me to resubmit of my 1st assessment. I went to my room at 12:00 to watch television and to exercise. I had Pasta Bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad(x2), my boxer shorts and my jogging trousers. At 16:00 I went to the computer room and told skills I'd sorted out a parking space for Saturday and the other resident owes me £8.87. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:50.

This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse changed my siphon bag and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:19. I booked a parking space at Wembley with CSP over the net but I could the ticket because the printer has run out of ink. I completed question 18 to resubit to my tutor. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:05. I cleaned my teeth, watched television, exercised(x2) and read my book. At 16:00 I went to the computer room. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:30.
