My Life being Disabled 30/09/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched St. Helen's lose to Warrington 18 - 36. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The senior carer asked me why had wrote another carer's details from Facebook in my notebook. I told her I didn't understand some of it. She told me off saying I shouldn't use Facebook to find carers. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I began watching the NRL Grand Final between Melbourne and Canterbury plus exercising. I texted my eldest son to ask if he want to see it. He replied saying will you save it. I had Chicken Vindaloo and Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and told my carers my bowels had opened.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wigan lose to Leeds 12 - 13. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I went to Asda where I bought a packet of Beechams powders, 2 Naan breads and a Chicken Vindaloo. I came home, unpacked my shopping and worked on my computer. I had Chicken curry, rice and Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked if someone would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). I had flan and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I didn't change my siphon bag because I was told the nurse is going to change my catheter later. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer would someone take me to Asda. I was told it will be this afternoon. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 2 physio's assistants asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm in hot water. After I went to my room and a carer told me I was going to Asda. I bought 2 pizzas, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 tins of Chilli, 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, a tin of mushy peas, 2 bottles of shower gel, a Chicken curry, some cough syrup and a packet chocolate mint biscuits. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. The manager came to tell someone from head office coming see me about a web site but she doesn't know what time. I went to the training room to see a girl singer called Leanne who was very good. She sang for 75 minutes. At 16:00 I went to the Therapy kitchen and cooked a Pepperami pizza which I had for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, logged on at 10:30 and put my leg weights on. I received a message that the manager wanted to see me. I went down and she raised 3 items, firstly my lost clothing that the staff are looking for them, secondly someone has accused me of emptying my urine bag in the dining room and thirdly I agreed  with her when she said I leave the minibus a mess with sweet papers etc.. I went to my room, watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I asked a carer to see if I was cooking a pizza tomorrow. He came back and told me I was. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. A carer asked me if I ordered the Bradford Bulls shirt via the web. I thought I had but the Bulls website is closed since they went into administration. At 13:45 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. At 14:45 I went to Fuller unit to have several games of Bingo. I had my own Lasagne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and asked a carer if skills were doing hand massage plus manicures. She came back and said skills are doing it to every resident. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I sent an email thanking my brother for the meal we had at Capri's Bistro. J \had 1.5 braised sausages, peas, carrots and mashed potatoes for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:45 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. After I went to Asda it was windy and raining. I bought an Asda Beef Lasagne, a body spray, Listermint mouthwash and a shower gel. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 17:45 I went to the Fuller unit because skills were holding a quiz. After I went to my room and logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:45, I put my up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 06:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I took my hearing aids, my false teeth, my sunglasses and both pairs of glasses because I had an appointment for a Diabetic Eye Screening at the Robert Hague Centre for Diabetic and Endocrinology at 09:30. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix and a black coffee. I waited for the transport that my nurse had ordered. It arrived at 09:30, we picked up 2 other patients and we arrived at Barnsley Hospital at 10:20. I was called into a darkened room where somebody tested my eyes and put drops in them. I waited for 30 minutes and went back in. She put a big camera in front of me and I was expected to bend my back to enable her to take photographs of my retina but I can't bend my back. I explained my Baclofin pump and how it eases my pain. She said I will have to see a consultant. We went to the Patient Transport where we waited for 30 minutes. The car took back to Dearnevale and arrived at 12:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25 and went to dining room for tea. I had Beefburger, chips and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched television. I watched Warrington beat Hull FC 24 - 12. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans because I was going out for lunch at the Capri's Bistro with my sons. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 13:00 I went down to get on our minibus. We arrived at Capri's bistro at 13:40. I ordered Ministone soup and Spicy Chicken with suate potatoes plus pete pois. I paid for everything which came £130. We went to my eldest sons home for a cup of coffee. The minibus came for us 17:30 and we got home at 18:30. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:45.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the nurse I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on  at 10:30. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda where I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and 2 packets of Sudafed. I came home, unpacked my shopping and logged off at 16:25.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her if somebody would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I looked on the web site for Manchester United because a carer has asked me to buy a gnome when I go in 2 weeks time. I received my tickets and parking space for the match. I Ihad real fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I worked on my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged of at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. The carers couldn't put my new splint on and they took me to see the nurse. While we were there the physio came and showed all the carers how it fits. She took several photos on my phone to show to carers. I asked if she had any objections by me joining the gym. She said she will have to take a Risk Assessment first(after 2 weeks because she's on A/L). I mentioned about my run in with a car park on the pavement yesterday and I contact the police on 101. I was told I should seek assistance from the home. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I was informed that skills are not available to assist me cooking my Fish & Chips at teatime. I went to my room and logged at 11:00. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. The nurse and the senior carer came to my room and said they were lending my bed to a new resident because I don't use a facility that they require. At 15:00 I went to Asda but called in New Options where I spoke to the management team. They said my membership has been on hold until my physio had done a risk assessment. I went to Asda where I bought a Cumberland Pie. I went home and asked a carer to put my Cumberland pie in my fridge. The physio's assistant took me to their room and stretched my right hand in hot water. I went to my room and asked a carer to take my Cumberland pie and cook in our microwave. I served it with a cup of coffee. I went to my room, I cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse if I and a carer can go to the gym this afternoon, she replied yes. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I asked a carer if I could speak to the manager. I had Chicken Korma and rice for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 I asked a carer would somebody take me to the gym. The senior carer said a carer won't take me and I'll have speak to the manager tomorrow. At 15:00 I went to the Post Office to post the letter back to Barnsley MDC. I bought 4 packs of Halls sugar free. I went to Asda and I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 3 Mars bars plus 2 cans of body spray. I complained to the manager because the footpath outside was closed due to painting. I had Pork Pie and mushy peas for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 03:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I was unhappy with my splint the senior carer put it on again. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. The nurse and the physio came to put my splint on. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room  and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). I used my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Chilli con Carne with jacket potatoe for tea. I went to the training room to have several games of Bingo. I went to my room  and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Hull FC beat Huddersfield 46 - 10. At 22:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 10:55 I went to the training room because skills were holding a coffee morning. I left to have lunch at 11:55 because I was going to the gym next door. At 12:40 I went to 'New Options' next door. I looked around and decided to join. It cost £19.99 for a month. I went home and went to the training room to play Bingo. I stayed there 30 minutes and went to my room. I asked a carer if she would tell Jill the manager if she would tell neice that my Birthday party is at Capris Bistro on Sunday. I got a letter from Barnsley Council about my claim for compensation when  I got stuck in overgrown hedge. Ihad my own Chilli con Carne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Warrington lose St. Helen's 6 - 28. After I watched Leeds beat Wakefield 42 - 20. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
At 02:00 I woke up because there was something in my room(Harry White the ghost). I told a carer and asked her to lock my door. At 04:00 a carer and a nurse from downstairs came in because strange things were occuring outside. I told them nothing had happened in my room. At 05:00 I asked them empty my urine bag. I didn't get any sleep and watched the television from 02:00. At 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. I felt full of cold and asked a carer if I could have a Lemsip. He came back and said the nurse has run out but he will get some later. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to Asda and bought some medicine for my cold plus body spray. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau Rice and Naan bread for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and started exercising but 2 carers came to take me to Asda. I bought a Chicken Vindaloo, a Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice, 2 Naan breads, 2 shower gels, 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 2 packet of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of Ginger Nuts, Asda Chocolate biscuits, a tin of Beef Bolognese and 2 tins of mushy peas. I had Chicken Vindaloo and a Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, tried to contact Kinsley Greyhounds but left a message and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I told her I thought my bowels had opened and would somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:00 skills came and asked me to go to a coffee morning in the training room. We had coffee and we had a quiz. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). At 14:00 I had a cup of coffee and used my computer for the rest of the afternoon. I had Quiche and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I watched television and started exercising but my bowels opened. I told a carer who changed my pad. I had Chicken Korma and rice for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I used my computer for vthe rest of the afternoon. We had a buffet tea because it was a residents birthday. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 03:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. My carers were unable to put my new splint on. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. The physio came to put my new splint. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x2). I spent the rest of the afternoon on my computer. I had sausage roll and baked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and baked beans. I went to my room, logged on at 10:30 and waited for Patient Transport to take me to Pontefract hospital. The Patient Transport came at 12:15 and we arrived at 12:45. I went to see the consultant at 13:15. He fit my new splint on and I tested it. We came out of Pontefract hospital at 13:45 and straight in the transport. We got home at 14:15 and I went my room.At 15:45 I went to Asda where I bought 6 packets of Cheese & Onion crisps and 2 packets of ginger nuts. I had a sausage and tomato sandwich for tea. I went to room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised. I had Lasagne and garlic bread for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. I went to Asda and bought 2 tins of body spray, a bottle of shower gel plus some mouthwash. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels opened again. I told a carer and they changed my pad plus my shorts. I logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:30, I put my feet and watched television. I watched Salford lose to Wakefield  34 - 42. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. At 15:00 I decided to go to Asda where I bought a Naan bread for my tea. I came home and tried to do somethig on my computer. I had Chicken Madras and Naan bread for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged on at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wigan lose to St. Helen's 18 - 26. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to give me a bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Tomato soup for lunch. After I waited until skills came to put me in the minibus.  We went to Shaw Cross and went in the clubhouse where I had a cup of coffee. At 14:10 we went down to the playing fields were the teams were warming up. Shaw  Cross were playing Elland. The match started at 14:40 and half time the score was 4 - 5. It ended up 6 - 5. After the match we went to youngest new house at Gawthorpe near Ossett and had a barbecue. We left at 18:00 and arrived back at 18:40. I went to my room and logged off at 19:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:00. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(0.5). I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I asked the nurse something because I was constipated. At 13:30 the physio's assistant came to asked if wanted to strech my right hand in hot water. We went to their room and stretched my hand under hot water for 15 minutes. I went to my room, watched television and had a cup of coffee. I sent an email to the Highways department of Barnsley Council complaing about the footpaths from Grimethorpe to Cudworth. At 15:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and after I went to Asda where I bought a Naan bread. I had Chicken Curry, rice and Naan bread for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00  I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to wash my bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:20 I thought my bowels had opened and I told a carer who put me on my bed to investigate but they hadn't. At 13:35 skills came for me to go to Moorhouse because they have mended my glasses. We got there at 14:00 and they had replaced the frame. They charge me only £10. We set off to Pinderfields Hospital at 14:25 and arrived at 15:15. The nurse told me to into bedroom and they hoisted me on to a bed. Mr Jamil, the consultant, filled my Baclofin pump up and came to 15:00. We went The Stereo Bar were my eldest son gave us all fresh orange. We came home vand arrivedat 17:00. I went to the dining room and Cornish pastie with gaked beans for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and my bowels had opened. I told a carer and they changed my pad plus my shirt. I logged off at 19:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morningI woke up 04:30 and watched television until 06:00 when a carer came to tell me to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dininig room and had breakfast at 07:30. I was waiting for Patient Transport to take me for eye screening at Barnsley Hospital. At 09:00 my nurse told me that there was a problem with Patient Transport and my appointment had been booked on 24/09/12 at 09:30. I went to my room and logged on at 09:30. I sent a email to Mr Abulsatter Ibraheim the Clinical Lead of that unit. My bowels opened at 11:30 and the carers changed my pad plus my shorts. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. J decided to go to Cudwoth. I went down the High Street, Engine Lane, Pontefract Road, turned round at Dards public house and came back stopping at Asda to buy some body spray. I had Beef Bolognese with pasta for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After  I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda. I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits and a Chicken Curry. I came home and logged on at 11:30. I had Sirloin Steak, chips, peas, onion rings, tomato and mushrooms for lunch. After I cleaned my teeth and wrote an email to the management team thanking them for the lunch. At 14:00 I decided to go out because it was sunny. I went down Elizabeth Street, St Luke's Road, round past Asda, Acorn Way, Springvale Road, Park Spring Road, went down to the pond where I watched the duck for 10 minutes, went up Acorn Way, called in Asda where I bought a packet chocolate mint biscuits and arrived at home at 16:00. I had a chip buttie for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 03/09/12

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wakefield beat Widnes  22 -  18. At 22:00 I asked acarer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer if she will put in the skills book that I would like to go to Cortonwood. I went to my room and skills told me there going this morning for another resident. At 10:00 I went downstairs to get on the minibus. We arrived at Cortonwood at 10:30 and we went to Morrison's where I bought 5 bottles of water, 5 packets of Fisherman's Friends and 5 packet of sugar free Halls. We had a cup coffee there in the cafe. We went to B & Q where I bought a picture frame. Wegot back at 12:30 and I went to the dining room. I had Cumberland sausage, chips and peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I logged on at 13:00 using my computer all afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00. I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Bradford lose to Hull FC 6 - 70. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched The Bourne Legacy all afternoon. I had my own Chicken Madras and Naan bread for tea. After I asked the nurse for something releif my constipation and she gave me some Lactose. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my urine bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room but soon the carers to me out shopping. We went to the Post Office where I bought 3 packets of Fisherman's Friends and 2 sugar free Halls. We went to Asda where I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, 2 Naan breads and some shower gel. We came, unpacked the shopping and I logged on at 11:30. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:30 I watched a movie. I had my own Chilli con Carne and Naan bread for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
