01/16 I used my PC and sent an email to the manager Rachel and Linda Loines complaining about my Care Plan Review process, staff shortages and equipment in our dining room. Linda's email is not working. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
02/12 I used my PC in the morning and there wasn't a Coffee Morning because the Activity staff were absent. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. One of my cousins John who is 68 sent me a Christmas Card. After fish, chips, mushy peas I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
03/12 I used my PC in the morning. After Brunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
04/12 In the morning I used my PC. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.put
05/12 The Nurses on nights tried to change my Catheter but they couldn't. Eventually they phoned 999 to get an Ambulance. They took me and my Carer to St. James to A & E where we booked in at 0100. We were taken to a cubicle and nurse took my stats. At 0500 we were to Surgery Assessment where we stayed in the reception for a hour before being put in Bed 16. I stayed there with no pillow and no medicine until 1000 when a doctor from Catheters came and changed my Catheter. My transport came at 1200 and got home 1230. I got changed and set my PC up. After my lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/16 I sorted my top drawer out and used my PC before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/12 I spoke to Helen the North East Operations Manager. I spoke to my named Nurse Peter about my Care Plan Review because we had a Quarterly Review in October which should have been in September and we have not had one since. He said he'll arranged a Quarterly Review. I told him I want a Property Check because all my clothes need sorting out. I texted my son Andrew to find out when I are getting my car back. I used my PC before lunch. I posted 2 Christmas Cards, my Sister Jean and James Riley plus my Cousin John Furness and Sheila. I distributed the Chocolates to Management, Admin, Carers, Nurses, Activities, Domestics, Kitchen plus the Handyman. With my Air Handling Unit on it is 25' in my room ? After lunch I went to a session run by MotivationCo but they didn't turn up. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
08/12 I used my PC and I got reply from Tracy Clarkson giving her apologies because she can't attend tomorrows Service Users Forum. I found my brother's Peter address and sent him a Christmas Card. After Brunch I used my PC, met with Racheal the Catering Manager after I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
09/12 I used my PC and at 1130 I went to The Service Users Forum held in the Activities room. There was 4 Service Users including me who was the Chairman. There were 7 staff and 2 student Nurses the meeting finished at 1200. We had a 40 question quiz. After lunch I used my PC to tell Emma which Rugby League matches I want to go to. She told me I have 7 hours of Activity time per week in Service Users Forum. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1700 I used my PC and checked via Just Eat that The Fisherman's Wife starts delivering at 1745. I put my ordering Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas and first Just Eat told me my order would be delivered at 1830 but The Fisherman's Wife put another 30 minutes. It should be delivered at 1905. The for delivering is 1 pound and my Haddock and Chips is 5.39 and Mushy Peas are 0.99 plus paying by card an extra 0.50 total 7.88. It arrived at 1840 early. The Haddock was small over wise it was OK and I couldn't eat all the chips. I went to my room and used my PC.
10/12 I used my PC and started sorting my Hospital bag in the morning. I talked to my son via Facebook who lives in Tenerife. After Brunch I finished sorting Hospital bag and tested my mobile DVD player. My wife phoned to tell me she's going to James's for Xmas and her flight was 80 pounds return. I started to sort my Coin Collection. After tea, I had a Sirloin Steak, used my PC to write down the fixture list for The Bulls.
11/12 I finished sorting my Coin Collection out. I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC and started sorting my small top drawer. My carers tidied my wardrobe. I updated my blog My Life 1971 - 1980, put thing away because I didn't finished. My carers told me they are going to sort my drawers with clothing tomorrow. After tea I put my items in my small top drawer because I didn't finished. I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
12/12 I used my PC in the morning. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth, sent to email to the RLF ticketing asking Hospitality prices for The Grand Final on 07/10/17 which is my 63rd Birthday. While a carer listed my Property.
13/12 I used my PC, my carers started on my drawers and discussed with James Holliday the Hospitality packages for Old Trafford on 07/10/17. I emailed my son, Andrew, to let him know I'm considering getting one of the packages. Old Trafford told me he doesn't know if Electric Wheelchair can be accommodated in Hospitality packages but he'll find out. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC, emailed Old Trafford about Electric Wheelchairs in the Hospitality areas.
14/12 I used my PC but it was playing up. I told Geoff our Handyman about the heating which last night at 2100 was 25'C and went up at 0100 to 30'C. He said he'll raise the issue with the contractors who look after the heating. After lunch I used my PC, I went to Motivation at 1400 but the trainer come until 1415. At 1515 I went room my room and had cup of Coffee plus 4 Chocolate Digestives. I used my PC until 1700. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
15/12 The doctor from St Mary's Hospital Chapeltown Mental Health came to see me and she signed me off. I started tidied the top of my bookcase and used my PC. My PC was making errors and I couldn't get the page right. I restarted it. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC working on my Blog 'My Life'.
16/12 I used my PC to pay Jacoman's bill. At 1130 I went to the Coffee morning where we had a quiz. I went to my room and used my PC.  After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/12 I spoke to my youngest son James via Facebook but he was busy and he asked me to contact him on Monday. I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/12  I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
19/12 I used my PC, ordered a Disabled Car Parking Space for Wembley on 26/08/17 and an electrician came to see my room to measure for 4 double sockets. I asked the Handyman to look at my DVD player because there is no power. After I read the noticeboard to see there was Christmas Zoolab at 1500. After lunch I went my room and used my PC until 1455 I went to the Activities room to see Zoolab that lasted until 1615. I went to my room because my light didn't work because electricians were working on them. Before tea my lights worked and I used my PC. After I used my PC.
20/12 The Unit Manager saw me this morning about my Complaint to tell me my Care Plan Review will be held monthly on the same date. She told me I can't have Special Diet ! She gave my Property List which I am going to check. After breakfast I used my PC and I finished my Property List. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC, cleaned my teeth and phoned my youngest son James who lives in Tenerife via Facebook.
21/12 My eldest son phoned to tell me he's fallen out with his Finance who lived with him and they were going to get married in May next year. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/12 I used my PC, I phone Sky to order Sky Fibre Broadband. I asked the Handyman to change my batteries on my Christmas Tree and to PAT my new DVD Player. After lunch I had my Care Plan Monthly Review where we, my named nurse Peter and the senior carer Jayne discussed having my feet up when watching my feet up, temperature of my room 27'C last night at 2100, Emergency Bag being checked Monthly with my Property Check, my Wheelchair Cleaning every Wednesday night and Carers using the Emergency Release on the Hoist. After I went to my room and used my PC.  I put my feet up and watched Shameless Versions 1 & 2. After tea I used my PC and I noticed that the new owner of Bradford Bulls is going to named tomorrow.
23/12 I used my PC, I attended the Coffee Morning where we had a quiz and I filled my questionnaire about Ravensdale and I asked for feedback from Exemplarhc. After I used my PC and bought a It UK 10.1" Google Tablet from Amazon which should be here on 03/01/17. I asked my carers to get my coins out to enable me to Catalogue them. After lunch I started to catalogue my coins. After tea I cleaned my teeth, carried on Cataloguing my coins and used my PC. 
24/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I began cataloguing my coins but at 1430 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1530 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I started Cataloging my Coins. After tea I finished Cataloguing my Coins and used my PC.
25/12 My eldest son came before I had breakfast. He gave me a tin of cookies and said he will buy a Bradford Bulls new home shirt when they become available. I got a Bionic Finish ECO Jacket and an Amazon Gift Voucher for 15 pounds. My eldest son phoned my youngest son via Facebook to wish him a Merry Xmas and I talk with him. When my eldest son left I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, used my PC, found out the price of my new jacket (25 pounds). I transferred my Amazon Gift Card to my Amazon account. After Christmas Dinner I used my PC to prepared an email to send to Rachael the manager complaining about the Christmas Dinner. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I thought my bowels had opened, I told carers and they checked but my bowels hadn't opened. I used my PC before tea. After I used my PC and my eldest son texted me to tell me he couldn't go tomorrow.
26/12 I had difficulties with my carers because their first language wasn't Englsh. I used my PC before my lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened, I told my carers who changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
27/12 I checked with Zip Yard to see if they were open but I got answering machine. I used my PC to find my Sky Fibre order which I couldn't find and I sent an email to Sky. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
28/12 I used my PC, sent an email to the OT to ask her for a driver to drive my car to Zip Yard. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/12 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. My bowels opened at 1600, I told the carers and changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/12 I used my PC, I tried to use my Santander account but failed. I got my Tablet and put it on charge. I got my Markers before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After Fish n Chips I used my PC.
31/12 I tried to get my Sky working because it went faulty last night. I couldn't and I phoned my eldest son who said he'll come tomorrow. I tried to phone my youngest son, via Facebook, in Tenerife but he didn't pick up. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I fix my Sky and used my PC.

My Life being Disabled Nov 2016

01/11 I used my PC and ordered a Disabled Car Parking space at the Ricoh Stadium in Coventry. After Brunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
02/11 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I had my quarterly Care Plan review. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
03/11 I got ready to go to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield for my Baclofin pump topping up. My transport came at 0930 and we took another 2 patients on. We got there at 1100 but the driver dropped us at the main door. He refused to take us to the Spinal Injuries which is about 0.5 away. After 20 minutes we arrived at the Spinal Injuries and were called straight away. The doctor filled my Baclofin pump and I asked if he would strengthen the dose, which he did. After we went into the waiting room it was 1200 and we asks for our transport. I asked at 1300 but no driver was allocated. at 1340. A driver came at 1420 and we left at 1440 after picking another patient up. I got home at 1515 and had Bacon and Egg sandwich from the kitchen. I used my PC before tea. After tea I used my PC. I tried to put my legs up but the carers refused and at 2100 I asked if I could go to bed.
04/11 I saw the OT about putting my legs up and she said any problems talk to her. I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/11 In the morning I got ready to go to Coventry. I had my Brunch at 1230 and at 1330 I went to Coventry We arrived at 1530 with the match to start at 1730. We parked our in Car Park A even though I booked in Car Park C but the receptionist booked me in the Disabled quite near our entrance. We went in the hotel for a sandwich and a cup of coffee because it was too busy in the bar. After we went in the Ricoh Arena our space/seat were on the try line in the main stand. They were 8 Disabled bays 4 on each side half way up. It was a good view.
    At first Scotland were winning 0 - 8 but at half time England were winning 12 - 8 and in the second half England won 38 - 12. After the match we went home and got home at 2030.
06/11 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/11 I didn't get up until 1030 and I used my PC to order shopping from Asda. After I used my PC to write my report for the RFL. After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. Before tea I phoned the RFL to find out where my tickets for England v Australia at the Olympic Stadium on Sunday at 1400. They told I should get them in the next 2 days.
08/11 I phoned the RFL again and they told me to wait until Thursday and contact them. My tickets came in the post. I sent an email to commercial at Bradford asking if they are doing Hospitality again.
After lunch I put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I used my PC.
09/11 I used my PC before lunch. After lunch I put my legs up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
10/11 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC
16/11 Problems with PC.
17/11 Cleared by cleaning the keyboard. I saw 2 Psychologists in the morning. After I went to Seacroft Hospital to have Eyes tested, because yearly for Diabetics the Doctor told me same result as last year. When I got home I used PC. After tea I used my PC.
18/11 This morning I had to charge my wheelchair because the night staff didn't. I used my PC and there was no Coffee Morning. I ordered 2 new Pouffes from Amazon. After lunch I used PC. After I put my feet up and watch TV but at 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I used my PC before tea. I used my PC after tea.
19/11 My carers told me I couldn't have shower because there were only 2 on duty. They said if I wanted to wait until 1000 another carer is coming in. I said yes but the 2 carers managed to shower me at 0930. I phoned my youngest son who lives in Tenerife via Facebook. I used my PC. After lunch I read the Xmas menus and suggested the Service Users get Fish and Chips from a Chip Shop which allows kitchen staff to clean the kitchen on a Friday afternoon. I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used  my PC.
20/11 I got ready to go to Anfield to watch the final of 4 Nations between Australia v New Zealand at 1430. After breakfast I used my PC and my son came for me at 1145. We experienced heavy round Elland road because Leeds Utd were playing Newcastle Utd at 1300. It took until 1245 to get on the M621, M62 at we arrived just after the New Zealand Haka. Our Accessible Car Park was in Anfield Road via Stanley Car Park but opposite the main stand. It took 5 mins to get to Accessible Entrance 5, we went in a lift to block L18, Row 43, Seat 49 and 49A. We arrived to see the kick off but it was all Australia who won 34 - 8. New Zealand didn't compete. We had a waiter to bring either Cheeseburger, Steak and Ale Pie or Chilli and rice plus tea or coffee for seven pounds. We had a good view although on our space/seat was behind the try line. We left before the end and got home at 1900. I ordered a Chilli Pizza and Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
21/11 I used my PC while I was waiting for transport to take me to my Podiatrist I sent my new black jackets to I wrote my report to the RFL. After I phoned Wheelchair Repair about the Control Arm(Left) keeps moving. Somebody attending on Wednesday. I used my PC and I was told my visit to the Podiatrist is on Friday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/11 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/11 I used my PC and Julie head of Domestics said she's going to sort my zip. Wheelchair repair came and sorted my Wheelchair because the left arm was loose. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/11 I used my PC and my coat from Jacomo came in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I watched a film on my PC and tidied my PC.
25/11 I used my PC this morning but I had a Bacon buttie for breakfast. At 1230 my transport came to take me to East Leeds Health Centre where I had an appointment with a Podiatrist at 1300. She cut my toenails and filed them. I was finished PC.by 1310 and transport came at 1415. I got home took my  new coat and my shoes off. I used my PC all afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
26/11 I used my PC to phone on Facebook my youngest son who lives in Tenerife. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
27/11 I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
28/11 I used my PC and at 1130 we had a panto 'Alice' by 2 young girls that lasted over 1 hour. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch a movie. After tea I used my PC.

My Life being Disabled October 2016

01/10 woops
02/10 At 0400 I woke up with headache, chest ache and stomach ache plus I felt awful. The nurse came from upstairs because we didn't have nurse on the ground floor. She took my vital statics and decided to call an ambulance. The ambulance took my vital statics and decided to take me into hospital. At 0600 we arrived at St. James but I didn't have an escort. I was taken into A and E where they took X-Rays and took a sample of my blood. My X-Rays were clear and I was moved to another part of A and E while they looked at my blood. My blood test were clear and I was giving some Codeine. At 1300 I was taken home by an ambulance. When I got home I went bed.
03/10 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched movie on my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth, phoned Brotherwood about my trim to organise a date but the man from Brotherwood didn't have his diary. I used my PC.
04/10 In the morning I used my PC. In the afternoon I used my PC, texted my eldest son, put up my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and got a Facebook message from youngest son who lives in Tenerife.
05/10 I used my PC in the morning. I used my PC, I put my feet and watched the TV in the afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/10 I used my PC and I sent a complaint to the nurse. She came to tell me she's passed it on to the manager. I watched TV in the afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
07/10 I stayed in bed all day, even it was my birthday, because my Amitriptyline the antidepressant has been stopped.
08/10 At 1100 I decided to go to Old Trafford even I didn't want to. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The cook made me 2 Bacon and Egg sandwiches and my eldest son came for me at 1530. We arrived at Old Trafford at 1700, parked in the Disabled Car Park, went to my space 61 and watched the match. The final score was Warrington 6 Wigan 12. We got home via Birch Services Burger King at 2130. I watched TV and went to bed at 2240 but didn't go to sleep.
09/10 I used my PC to email Emma Rosewarne my report for Old Trafford. After Sunday Dinner I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
10/10 Still depressed I asked the nurse to get my GP to see me. I phoned the Podiatry for an appointment on 25/11 at 1300. I phoned Paul Marshall at Brotherwood but he was driving. My GP came during lunch and he told me that my Amitriptyline has been stop because I had fit in St James. He told me to cut down on Caffine  He'll monitor my progress. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC to order a Grim Reaper costume for Halloween.
11/10 I got a call from Westminster trying to sell but I told him I will respond to the post. I used my PC and ordered my shopping from Asda. After lunch I put my feet and watched a movie on my PC. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At tea time I got a jar of Decaff coffee.After tea I used my PC to some more of the movie.
18/10 I got my PC working in Ward J Bed 7 at St James. I was admitted last Wednesday with an infection. I am on anti-botics.
20/10 I used my PC and my consultant told me I should be going home tomorrow.
21/10 In the afternoon I used my PC. After tea I went home and got home at 1930.
22/10 I used my PC in the  morning. After lunch I asked if I could go to bed where I stayed all afternoon until 1615 because my bowels opened. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
23/10 I used my PC until 1145 when bowels opened and my carers changed my pad plus my shorts. I said I wasn't having Sunday lunch and used my PC. I didn't feel good and I asked my carers if I could go to bed. I stayed in bed watching TV.
24/10 I asked the nurse if I could see my GP because I have depression. I used my PC. Before I saw my GP and he will discuss my medicine with the practice. After lunch my bowels opened and I stayed in bed.
25/10 I stayed in bed because of my bowels.
26/10 I stayed in bed again although my bowels never opened.
27/10 I used my PC, ordered 8 bottles of shower gel 1litre from Asda. I got my tickets for the England v Scotland in Coventry on 05/11 at 1730. I got an appointment to get my Baclofin pump filled on 29/11 1445. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad and my shorts. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. At 1800 I went to the Halloween party and at 1915 I went to my room.
28/10 I chaired the Service User Forum before the Friday Coffee morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/10 I got ready to go to Huddersfield to watch England v New Zealand at 1430. My son came early because he was working in Leeds. We set off at 1230 but we didn't get there until 1400. Our parking space was in the St Andrew's Road Car Park and our seat we in the main stand which took us 20 minutes to get there. Just in time of the National Athemun.
     It was a very close match with the final score 16 - 17 and a capacity crowd of nearly 25,000. It took us over 2 hours to get home. I had a 11' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.
30/10 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
31/10 I used my PC, I paid my monthly bills and opened my post. I started changing my passwords. After lunch I continued changing my passwords. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I continued changing my passwords.

03/09 I phoned my wife because she's 60 today. I used my PC before lunch. After I put my feet up and watched Hull KR lose to  Leigh 18 - 25. After tea I cleaned my teeth, used my PC and watched Catalan lose to Warrington 22 - 26.
04/09 I went watched Bradford v Swinton at Odsal where we set off at 1130. In the Conference and Banqueting Centre we had Lemon Chicken, roast potatoes and salad. After we had Banana pie. We were sat on Table 2 but there were only 7 tables. The match started at 1500 with Tom Crashley refereeing and good crowd of 4030. After 30 minutes Bradford had scored 4 tries but a Bradford player got sent off and Swinton came back. Swinton reduced the lost to 10 but Bradford began scoring again with a final score of 46 - 28. We left at 1730 and got home at 1830. I ordered a Chilli Pizza 11' from Sopranos.
05/09 I ordered tickets for Wembley 2017 with a discount for ordering early. I used my PC before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, went to the Activity room to watch Sandra Bullock in The Heat. After tea I used my PC.
06/09 I tidied my room while my PC updated to Windows 10. After lunch I wrapped my soundbar to return to Hughes Davis. After I used my PC. After I used my PC.
07/09 I got 2 boxes of 10 syphon bags. I used my PC. After lunch I went to Motivation and Co., an outside company that gets Service Users to do things. After I went to my room and used my PC but at 1615 my bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
08/09 My eldest son Andrew came to see me before going to Dubii for 10 days holiday. I used my PC before lunch. After I put my feet and watched TV. Barrie my driver came to see me about my payment that I sent to Richard by mistake. After tea I used my PC.
09/09 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

18/09 I phoned my GP to get an appointment for my Flu Jab tomorrow at 1115. I get my tickets for The Super League Grand Final on 08/10 at 1800. I ordered tickets for Bradford v Dewsbury on 25/09 at 1500. I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I ordered a new Oral B electric toothbrush from ebay.
19/09 I went to my GP's to get my Flu-Jab at 1115. It's a long time since last time and I didn't realise how little the surgery was accessible. The doors are ordinary with no electric opener. In the nurses room I couldn't turn round. The nurse gave me my flu jab and I went to Tesco's. I got home at 1230. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. I got my tickets for Bradford v Dewsbury on 25/09.
20/09 I asked to get up at 0830 but  I didn't get up until 1015. I sent an email to Rachael complaining. I used my PC. After I used my PC. After Rachael came to see me about my complaint. I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
21/09 I used my PC to email my son Andrew a list of matches I'm going to. I went to Tesco before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

25/09 At 1130 my driver Barrie came for me to take me in my VW Caddy that was adapted for my wheelchair. We arrived at 1245 because I wanted some Diesel from Tesco's. We were on table 1 in the CTF stand. At 1330 the main course was served Beef Lasagne with Fried Potatoes plus Garlic Bread followed by Chocolate Cheesecake. After the meal we  had a quiz. At 1500 the match started with Bradford scoring 2 tries early on. At half time it was 20 - 4. In the second half Dewsbury rallied but Bradford scored in the last quarter. We stayed to allow the crowd of 2,189 to disperse and I got home at 1745. At 1830 I ordered a Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
26/09 I ordered my tickets for the final this morning. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
27/09 I have made a mistake with the dates on my Blog - corrected ! I reported my wheelchair because the left arm doesn't straighten. I used my PC in the morning.            
28/09 I phoned Motability this morning about the report from Brotherwood and asked them to explain the notes. They told me to ask Brotherwood if the rubbers and carpet is covered on the warranty ? I phoned Brotherwood and they will ring me back. I composed the Agenda for the Service User Forum on Friday 30/09 at 1130. The District nurse came to take my blood after my Kidney failure. After lunch Motability phoned to tell that Brotherwood are coming tomorrow. Brotherwood phoned to tell me they've sent the parts to the Dealer near me. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/09 I used my PC, phoned Premium Sports to get my subscription reduced from October - January when the Rugby League not on. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. The wheelchair repair  man came to mend my wheelchair. I didn't put my feet on the Pouffes and pillows because the carers had been complaining that my legs were too heavy. I saw the nurse and she's going see the OT to find out if there is something suitable. I agreed that I would only use the Pouffes. After tea I phoned Motability because Brotherwood hadn't come. I cleaned my teeth, I used my PC and started changing my passwords.
30/09 At 1130 I went to the Coffee morning in the Activities room. Firstly we had the Service User Forum, which I chair, after we had 3 quizzes. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.                                                      

My Life being Disabled August 2016

01/08 In St. James after emergency call for an ambulance because I was sick since morning when went to bed. The night nurse called for an ambulance to take me to St James where they diagnosed I had a bladder infection. They treated me with antibiotics. I had scan, an infra red scan and MRI which proved I had Kidney stone on right between my Kidney and Bladder. On Sunday night 07/08 I went to Operating Theatre to try to drain but after 4 hours they couldn't.
09/08 I'm in Ward J42 Bed 10 and have been that I could at least 14 days. I'm still getting antibiotics on a drip. Zoe brought more supplies from Ravensdale. I phoned VW Wakefield to postpone my visit on Wednesday. After lunch I used my PC and at 1400 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad.
10/08 I got out of my bed before lunch. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/08 I was told I should be discharged on Monday although they have not cleared my Kidney stone. I used my PC when I got up. After lunch I used my PC but at 1500 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad.
12/08 I had a shower at 1500 and got dressed. After tea I used my PC.
13/08 I got up at 1100, cleaned my teeth and shaved. I went to Boots and M&S. After lunch I waited until 1500 when the carers put my PC out. After tea I used my PC.
14/08 to 20/08 I had an E      fit caused by high temperature.
20/08 I was discharged and returned home.
21/08 I went to Odsal where Bradford beat Oldham 82 - 0.
22/08 I tried to catch up with my TV.
23/08 VW Wakefield took my  car in for repair. I got a new adaptor for my laptop. I used my PC in the morning. I watched TV in the afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
24/08 I telephoned VW Wakefield to find out where my car is. I used my PC. VW Wakefield phoned to tell me they have changed a part and my car will back this afternoon.
25/08 I met Barrie and we agreed to start work for me on Monday 30/08 at 1300 to go to Dewsbury. To watch Dewsbury v Bradford and to go to The Mermaid after. In the afternoon I used my  PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/08 In the morning I went to the Service Users Forum and the Coffee Morning. I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
27/08 I woke up at 0530 because I was going to Wembley to see Hull FC v Warrington in the final of the Challenge Cup. We set off at 0700, 2 drivers/carers and me and stopped at Leicester Forrest for breakfast. I had a Burgerking with bacon and cheese, a portion of chips and a cup of coffee. We set off again at 1000 and arrived at Wembley at 1300. We parked my car in the Disabled Car Park which is next to the stadium. The doors opened 1330 but a steward took us through the main door. Our places were opposite the door. When we got there I had a Sausage sandwich and a cup of coffee. Our places were on the 50 metre half line. It was a good view. After 1 hour Warrington were winning 0 - 10 but Hull FC recovered with tries from Mahefone and Shaul with both goals from Sneyd who won the Lance Todd trophy. We stayed to see the trophies and finally set off at 1800. We stopped at Leicester Forrest East at 2030 where I had Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and a cup of Tea from Harry Ramsdens. We set off again at 2130 and got home at 2300.
28/08 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/08 I used my PC in the morning. At 1300 my driver/companion took me to Tetley's stadium in Dewsbury because Bradford were playing there. Bradford beat Dewsbury 36 - 26. After we had Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and Tea.
30/08 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
31/08 I used my PC and changed my passwords. After lunch I went to Tesco's to buy cough sweets and biscuits. After tea I used my PC and bought a safe from Ebay.

01/07 I used my PC and finished changing my passwords. In the afternoon somebody phone me interested in my driver/carer from Sherburn and tomorrow at 1200 he's coming for job interview. I put my feet up and used my PC. After I used my PC.
02/07 I interviewed this morning and somebody from Sherburn in Elmet was successful. He starts on Weds 06/07 at 1830 to take me to Franco's in Colton. After lunch I put my feet up and use my PC. After tea I used my PC.
03/07 I got ready to go to Leigh who are playing Bradford at 1500 today. At 1130 my carer came to drive my adapted Volkswagan Caddy 1.6. It took us 1.5 hours and we went to Morrison's Café to have breakfast. After we went to the reception to ask where we should go ? A steward took us to the front of South Stand where there was 3 places for Wheelchairs/Carers. Our view was quite good considering we weren't elevated. After the match it took us 30 minutes to get of the car park and got home at 1900. My carer told me of an orange light in my speedo that began just before we got in Leigh. It started as soon as started my car and lasted all the way home. I ordered a 11' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.
04/07 This morning I reported my car to Volkswagon Assistance and their van came at 1130. He diagnosed that my engine was not talking with the computer. He found a wire that could have caused it which he repaired. He said if it happens again tell Volkswagen Vans on 01274 985253. After I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
05/07 I used my PC after my PC had upgraded. After lunch I used my PC, I emailed Totalcare about pending summons for spending and asked to check the driving licences if there are any convictions. I email PAL about my  visit to the Eye Clinic on 30/06.  At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used PC.
06/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used PC and put my feet up. At 1600 my bowels opened I told my carers who changed me to out to Franco's. I only had an Egg Custard and a cup of Coffee. I went to my and watched TV until at 1830 Richard my new carer came to take me to Franco's at Thorpe Park in Coulton. The restaurant was big and there was about 30 people dining. I ordered a Pizza Americana and Richard ordered a Lasagne al Forno. The waiter brought us bead, butter and a selection Olives etc.. After 20 minutes he brought our main course. We said it wad very good but I couldn't eat Pizza. Richard asked a box to take to his wife. We got home at 2045.
07/07 I went to the Activities room where I made 2 picture frames. After lunch I used my PC and put my feet up.  After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.             
08/07 I used my PC and ordered a Clipper/Cutter from Ebay. At 1130 I went to the Activity room to join in the Coffee morning. We had 2 quizzes. I went to my room. After lunch I used my PC, checked my Care Plan and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
09/07 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
10/07 At 1130 Richard, my companion came to take me Odsal. We got there at 1215 and went to Conference and Banqueting Centre. We were allocated table 2. The meal was Cottage pie, carrots and cabbage with gravy followed jam roly-poly and cream. The match kicked off at 1500 and at half time the score was 52 - 0. The new Bull Dane Chrisholm playing at Scrum Half had a good game playing the first match for Bradford. We went outside for first half but we came in because it started to rain at half time. We stayed after match to see Dane get the MOM and to listen to Rohan Smith give his report. We got home at 1825 and I ordered Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake.
11/07 At 1130 we all gathered in the 1st floor lounge to see Motivation Company where we excercised and play games for 1 hour. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. I emailed Richard to ask him if he will be my companion for Bradford v Oldham on 17/07 at 1130, to watch Shaw Cross v Elland play on 23/07 at 1430 followed by Mermaid and to go the Grosvenor Casino Leeds Westgate on the 03/08 at 1930. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
12/07 I should have my Monthly Care Plan Review at 1100 but Linda the nurse told me she's having Quarterly Care Plan Review with another Service User. She told me she'll do it later. After breakfast I used my PC. Linda came for me at 1105 because the other Service User didn't feel so good. My monthly Care Plan finished at 1215, I went to my room and used my PC. After Brunch I used my PC and put my feet up. After tea I used my PC.
13/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
14/07 I used my PC and complained because my wheelchair wasn't cleaned last night. After lunch I put my feet up, used my PC ad watched TV. After tea I used my PC and got a reply from my younger brother when I asked him if everything was OK.
15/07 I went to Coffee morning from 1130 to 1300. I met with my Social worker Michael Harrison and my advocate. My eldest son phoned because he was stuck in traffic near to Tescos.Michael began stating that Sherwood Court is for older people that are low level requirement. He said this an inter stage before they are moved into Care homes. My needs are too complex to Sherwood Court. We discuss Ravensdale's plan to move me into the house opposite. Michael said he would speak with Linda when she come back A/L. Andrew came at end but Michael summarised for him. Andrew came to my room to discuss my options. Moving across path is best option. After I put my feet up, used my PC and watched TV but at 1615 my bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. I attempted to print the agenda for the Service User Forum.
16/07 I used my PC and I spoke to my youngest via Facebook, he lives in Tenerife.  I got a questionnaire about my Capability to Work but I need somebody to help me. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV After tea I used my PC.
17/07 I got ready to go to Odsal because Bradford are playing Oldham at 1500. I used my PC until 1130 when my driver/companion Richard came for me. When arrived Odsal at 1215, Richard dropped me off at the Conference and Banqueting Centre. When he had parked my car we went into The Legends Bar. We sat at table 2 and I bought us drinks. At 1310 the Turkey and Beef carvery was served. After the guest speaker got up and spoke 20 minutes. The dessert was served. About 1430 we decided to get out because it was sunny and hot inside. The final score was 44 - 12 with an attendance 4235. After we went inside but it was too hot. We got home at 1755 and I ordered a 11' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake.
18/07 I arranged to get up at 0700 but my carers told me they dealing with an emergency. they came for me at 0730, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room for my breakfast and after I used my PC. My transport came at 1020 with my appointment with Dr. Kent in Pinderfields. We got there at 1130 and waited for my turn. Dr Kent saw me 1150 and finished my assessment 1210. She discharged me and we went to the reception to wait for our transport home.
We got home at 1430 and I had lunch. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
19/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I went outside in the garden because it was sunny. After tea I used my PC.
20/07 My catheter was blocked at 0400 this morning. The nurse in changed it before 0800. I ordered another ticket for the Challenge Cup final on 29/08 for the extra driver. After lunch I tried to scan my entitlement for my DLA but my scanner didn't work. After tea I used PC.
21/07 I got the OT to scan my entitlement for DLA. I used my PC, I ordered a pair of Charcoal trousers from Jacamo and I got my Silver coin from Westminster. After lunch I put my feet up, used my PC and watched my TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/07 I used my PC and ordered a ream of A4 paper from Ebay. At 1130 I went to the Coffee morning. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
23/07 I used my PC and got ready to go to Shaw Cross where my oldest son is playing. My carer/driver Richard and we set off at 1330 and got Shaw Cross at 1415. The match started at 1430 Shaw Cross playing Elland but it was all Shaw Cross. Elland were not in the match because Shaw Cross have signed 38 year old Lee Gilmour ex Super League player. Shaw Cross won 80 - 4. After the match we went to The Mermaid for Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and a cup of Tea. I got home at  1900.
24/07 I, my carer from Activities and driver went to Featherstone to watch Featherstone v Bradford in last match of The Championship. Whoever wins goes into the playoffs. I booked for 3 places in the Hospitality and we had to be there before 1300. We arrived at 1215 and parked my car in the Disabled parking space near to the entrance. We were told that the Hospitality was on 3rd floor in the Cappers Bar. We took he lift, which was locked to stop children playing in it, to the 3rd floor. I could only fit in it with my carer. They told us the Cappers bar had extended for Bradford spectators. We sat on table 15 with another group of 5. At 1320 the meal was served of Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding and a mix of vegetables plus gravy. The dessert was Cheesecake and cream but some sitting n table complained because their Cheesecake was still frozen. My driver is a vegetarian but Featherstone had a menu for vegetarians. There was a guest speaker but all the Bradford spectators could hear him. After we went to our seats which were on the 1st row of the main stand. We sat opposite 40' line and the Bradford sat in the stand to our left. Their stand was full and there was  a crowd of 5454. The match started but Bradford didn't it was all Featherstone and final score was 20 - 0. In the car park it was chaos with no stewards, it took us until 1730 to get out. We decided to go to Mamtaz in Leeds. It's an Indian restaurant in Leeds near to The Amourories. We got  there at 1800 but we had go in the multi-storey car park. We went to Mamtaz and was surprised how elegant it was. I order Chicken Karahi with Garlic and Coriander Naan plus a Perrirey Sparkling water. We finished at 1930 and got home at 2000.
25/07 This morning I got my tickets to Wembley but didn't get my parking. I used my PC and asked the senior carer if somebody could file my finger nails. After brunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
26/07 I ordered a disabled parking space for Wembley from RFL costing me 15 pounds. This morning I went out with my eldest son and his fiancée to look at Saltmarsh Hall near to Heworth. After we went to Bridlington for Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and Tea. We got home at 1800.
27/07 I used my PC and changed password for grosvenorcasinos. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

01/06 I used my PC and the Unit manager showed a Continued Care form which I know it has filled in yearly. I gave it back to her and arranged to fill it in on Friday. In the afternoon I put my feet and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

03/06 I used my PC before Coffee morning where we had a 70 question quiz. After lunch I put my feet up, worked on my PC and later I watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
04/06 I had a wash in bed this morning because my Cellulitiis was getting worse again and I noticed I had no Shower Gel. After breakfast I went to Tesco's and bought 3 bottles. I came home and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/06 I used my PC before getting ready to go Odsal where Bradford are playing Dewsbury k.o. 1500. Tony my driver/carer came at 1130 and we got to Odsal at 1230. We went into CTF Legends Suite where I bought drinks. At 1300 Robbie Hunter-Paul went on the stage, as compere and told ever body the itinerary for this fternoon. At 1320 our meals were served, lemon Chicken, roast potatoes and pickles. After the 1st course Robbie introduced a old player Wayne Goodman who played for several teams in Super League. After the 2nd course, Strawberry Cheesecake, he held a quiz. For the match we went outside because it was sunny. At half time it was 6 - 14 and at full time it was 12 - 18. We came home because too warm to go inside. When I got home I order a 11in Chilli Pizza with Pepperoni which I had in the dining room.
06/06 I phoned Social Care Direct this morning but they didn't answer about my Independent Living. I used my PC and email our OT to ask her if I can go to Oldham on 15/06, Leigh on 03/07 and Featherstone on 24/07. In the afternoon my bowels opened and my carers changed pad. I went in the gardens where I put my feet up to read a book. At 1700 I had my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/06 This morning I tried to use my PC but my Windows upgraded and it 2 hours. I tidied my room and went out the garden. At 1130 I went back to room and my landline started to ring. It was Social Care Direct who told me their delaying with my request and I should have a Social Worker in a few weeks. My PC had finished upgrading and I use my PC. In the afternoon I went in the garden sunbathing until 1500 and I went to my room. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
08/06 I used my PC this morning. After lunch I put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
09/06 During my bladder wash, which didn't work I felt my catheter was blocked. I told the nurse and she told another nurse who said she'll change my catheter. After breakfast I used my PC and after brunch I went in garden because it was warm and sunny. I put my feet up and read my book After Shock. At 1600 I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
10/06 I had a meeting about my Activity time and Scott the acting manager told I only 4 hours per week. We sorted my visits to Leigh and to Featherstone but we didn't sort anything else. I went to the Coffee Morning. After lunch I got 2 packages from Westminster, 1 was The Chinese Lucky Coin and the other was 3 2002 Golden Jubilee Coin. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. Before tea I reset my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/06 I sent the parcel back via Hermes at the Co-op. James the Welsh carer took me in my car. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

13/06 I phoned Leigh to ask if they were selling tickets for the Bradford match on 03/07 but they said they have sent them to Bradford. I phoned Bradford and they received on Friday. 14/06 The nurse told me my Quarterly Care Review is being held at 1100 today.I used my PC, I  asked if the office would buy some flowers for the Lady Mayoress and for Councillor Pauline Grahame for the Open Day on Friday. I decided to load Windows 10. I had my Care Plan Quarterly Review. After Brunch I put my feet up and used my PC. I ordered some shopping from Asda. I watched my TV but at 1630 I got an email from the councillor to say she can't come on Friday. I put my feet down and I told the office. I used my used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
15/06 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC to send an email to the LGI complaining about my visit on 13/06. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/06 I phoned the Co-op bank to find out why somebody has set up a direct debit to Camelot Group plc A00151/2991. The Co-op bank deleted and I sent email to them. After lunch I put my feet up, watched England beat Wales 2 - 1.I phoned Bradford Bulls for tickets Leigh away. I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
17/06 I went to the Coffee Morning this morning after I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and at 1430 I went to watch Elvis in our TV lounge. He played until 1520 when the Lord Mayor, Lady Mayoress and local councillor Pauline Grahame with drivers. 18/06 I used my PC and I found out the freezer in the kitchen had defrosted. I phoned my youngest son via Facebook in Tenerife. After Brunch I used my PC and put my feet up. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
19/06 I got ready to watch Bradford v Batley from the Conference and Banqueting Centre in Odsal  We set off at 1130, my carer/driver and I, arrived at Odsal at 1215. We were allocated on table 2 but the room was filled with 19 tables. The time there were 9 tables but today is Father's Day. On the menu the main course was Pork Snhnitzel with new potatoes and Mushroom sauce. After the speeches from Old Players we had Trio Chocolate Delice. After quiz we went outside to watch the match. Although it was raining I keep dry on the back step. At half time it was 10 - 6 and in the 2nd half in a very close match Bradford got a drop goal 3 minutes from the final whistle winning 17 - 16. We got home at 1815 and I ordered a Chilla Pizza.
20/06 I went to Seacroft hospital because I had an appointment at 0915 to get my new splint. When I got at 1030 I used my PC. Before lunch my eldest son with his Fiancee after going to Saltmarshe Hal where he's planning to hold his Wedding reception after their Wedding in Howden Church. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. A carer came to tell me Activities a holding a movie show at 1500. I went and the movie was Daddy's Home. After tea I used my PC.
21/06 I went to Tesco's to buy some Lambs Liver for tea. When I got home I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
22/06 I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and put my feet up. At 1515 my bowels opened and my changed me because I was going to the Bullbuilders Race Night at Odsal after tea. After tea we went for some diesel before going to Odsal although the traffic was busy we got at 1845. It began when 2 Bullbuilders explained the process, there were 7 horse races and 1 pig race. The betting was Tote where you could bet 1 - 5 pounds per/house/race and some races you cloud buy a 2 horse forecast. I put 5 pounds on number 7 for every race and bought 7 forecasts. I spent 16 pounds on food and drink. It finished at 2200 and we got home at 2245.
23/06 I used my PC, I wrote an agenda for the Service Users meeting tomorrow at 1100 in the Activities room. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
24/06 I went to the Activities room about 1030 to prepare for the Service Users Forum that's beginning at 1100.Julie the Domestics Manager came at 1100 but nobody else came. At 1110 she left about 1115 the Activities group with 1 Carer. At 1130 I started the meeting. Apologies from Scott the Manager and Colin from Catering. The lasted for 30 minutes with NOB and the Next Meeting on 29/07 at 1100. After lunch I went to see Scott and Emma in his office to discuss my Complaints. Scott informed me that new manager Rachel was joining Exemplar on 02/07 with an Induction first and come here 09/07. After the meeting I went to room, put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used PC.
25/06 I used my PC after breakfast. After lunch I put my feet and watched the TV but at 1600 my bowels opened and carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
26/06 I used my PC before I went to watch Bradford v Halifax ko 1500. Tony my driver/carer from Totalcare came for me at 1130 and we arrived at the Provident stadium at 1215. We went into the Conference and Banqueting Centre and were allocated table 2. We went to table 2 and I asked Tony to get a pint of Soda water. He had half of Coke which cost me 3.50 pounds. At 1320 Robbie Hunter-Paul invited my table to collect our main course, it was Chicken, mashed potatoes and mixed veg with gravy but the head of catering gets mine. After the main course the speaker is introduced which was Tom Orbison a Bradford Bulls player. We had a trio of Chocolate for our dessert. After Robbie held a quiz. When it was finished we went outside to see the match. The final score was 24 - 32 with 5232 attending but the Bulls had 10 players were injured. We went back inside to see the MOM and Rohan Smith give his report but it was too nosey. We left and got home at 1745. Later I had a Chilli 11' Pizza and a portion of Chocolate Fudge cake.
27/06 I used my PC and in my post I received a letter from West Police saying they are going to charge Tony, my driver, for speeding on 19/06 on the Inner Ring road because his speed was 51 mph. I emailed Totalcare to give his details. I asked the nurse if I can have my Care Plan and I got all my coins to make list. After lunch I put my feet and used my PC.
28/06 I tidied my safe this morning and I found my tickets for Leigh which were missing. I used my  PC. After Brunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
30/06 I used my PC but cursor button was faulty. I vac my keyboard and it worked again. At 1100 I had 2 Bacon sandwiches because I had an appointment with the Eye Clinic, which I have every year, because of my Diabetes, at 1345. My transport arrived 1415 and we arrived at the Eye Clinic in St. James. We went into the waiting room which was overflowing and nurse called out people that didn't have an appointment to go to the café because there was 120 people in the waiting room with only 80 seats. They move me to the front and a nurse tested my eyes and put some drops in  both eyes.

The Podiatrist called me in at 1300 and she cut my toenails but she cut the skin on one toe. She'd finished at 1310 and we got home at 1345. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
09/05 I used my PC in the morning, I didn't use my PC over the weekend because I had to stay in bed because my electric wheelchair was broken. In the afternoon I put my legs up and used my PC.  After tea I used  PC and cleaned my teeth.
10/05 In the morning I used my PC. I had a Bacon sandwich at 1200 because I had an appointment at Pindersfields at 1400 to have my Baclofen pump filled. My transport came at 1215 and arrived at Pinderfields at 1300. We were called at 1330 and at 1405 we went to the waiting room to wait for our transport. It came at 1600 and got home at 1645. After tea I used my PC.
11/05 I got up at 0630 and got washed in bed. I got dressed in my bed and cleaned my teeth. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. At 0845 my transport came to take me to Chapel Allerton hospital where I had an appointment with a Dermatologist at 0940. He looked at my mole and he told me is was benign. He asked another doctor to confirm it was benign. We got home at 1130. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
12/05 I used my PC and the nurse told me we're having my Care plan 3 monthly Review. I asked her for a copy of the minutes. She gave me  copy and I added some action points. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet and  I watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
13/05 I used my PC before I went to Care Plan Review 3 monthly. After I went to the Coffee morning. After l felt sick and went to bed. I had my tea in bed and after I feel asleep. I woke up at 2200 and asked the nurse if I might have my night time medicine. He gave me it and I said I couldn't breathe. He took relevant tests and decided to phone 999. I was taken to St James to the A and E where I saw a doctor and had a X-Ray on my lungs. I was told I had an infection on my lungs and I was moved on to Ward 29 bed 4 the older persons ward. In Ward 29 there is 1 TV but the patient all sleep all the time. There is no facility for TVs for your bed. I said I only eat Halel food. Also when I got my PC I could access the Hospedia Hospital Wi-Fi. Before on Saturday and Sunday I read my  book. On Monday a carer brought my PC. On Tuesday I was discharged and got home at 1800. I had a pizza delivered. I spend the night in a decent  place.
18/05 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon   I put my feet, use my PC and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
19/05 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I went to Tesco's to order another pair of reading glasses and do some shopping.  I came home, unpacked my shopping and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/05 I used my PC before going to the Coffee Morning. After Coffee morning and lunch I put my feet and watched TV. At 1600 I told my carers bowels had opened. They changed my pad and I got ready to watch Sheffield v Bradford at The Oasis Academy Don Valley Leeds Road, Sheffield, S9 3TY. After tea we set off there wasn't a lot of traffic but we turn off at jcn 34 and we headed toward Sheffield on the wrong road. We eventually found the ground at 1915 with a kick off at 1945. There was little facilities. Wheelchair users were parked down the side on a path which ran up to the dressing rooms. At one end most of the supporters sat but they were covered. In was very close at half time it was 10 - 6 but at full time Bradford won 14 - 25 and crowd was 995. We got home 2300 because the M1 was closed near Leeds.
21/05 I used my PC and checked there were other Care Services in North Leeds. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and spoke to my youngest son in Tenerife via Facebook.
22/05 I went to Tesco's to get my new reading glasses. I put 3 requests to Activities, to go to the Race night on 16/06 at Bradford Conference and Banqueting Centre, to go to Bridlington on weekday and to go to Pontefract Racing on 19/06 at 1300. They told me I couldn't go to Pontefract but I could go Bridlington and the race night. After lunch I went out in the garden but it was cold and raining. I came in put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/05 This I went to Seacroft centre shopping. After I used my PC and I phoned Totalcare to see if they had someone to take to Blackpool on Saturday. After lunch I used my PC and at 1400 I went to our lounge to listen singer called Nigel play his guitar and sing for a hour. I came back to my room and use my PC. After tea I used my PC.
25/05 I spent most of my time trying to get someone to take me to Blackpool on Saturday but as yet I havn't succeed. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and looked for a driver to take me to Blackpool on Saturday. I asked Stacey, a carer who works in Ravensdale and she will tell me later. .1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC .
26/05 I spent most of the morning finding out if a carer can take me to Blackpool this Saturday. James will take me if there's no emergencies. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

28/05 My nurse told me it was unlikely that James will be taking me to Blackpool because he worked until 0400. My phoned Social Care Direct about this and emailed Wakefield MDC Social Care asking if I could Live Independently. They should get back to me on Tuesday. After lunch I used my PC, put legs up and watched but at 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
29/05 I used my PC to order a Battle of the Somme Centenary Silver 5 pound Coin.. After Sunday lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
30/05 I used my PC to work out the mileage to Workington Town Zebra Claim Stadium. I texted my eldest son to asked him to take me there on Sunday 12/06. I sent an email to ask the Bradford Bulls asking why they took 13 pounds on 27/06. This morning I used my PC. After lunch I asked the catering manager if I could have a Salmon fillet, Lamb's liver, sirloin steak cooked medium to rare with battered onions rings every Saturday. I went to my room, used my PC, Social Care Direct phoned to say they were investigating and they would get my Social Worker to phone tomorrow.I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC and clean my teeth.

02/04 I used my PC to send an email to the manager and the Operations Manager because the driver is leaving and I want to know what's happening with my Rugby League visits. I got an email from the Chairman of Halifax thanking me for writing my report to the RFL. After lunch I put my feet up, used my PC and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/04 I used PC and got ready to go to Odsal. The Totalcare driver/carer came 1140 and we . set off to Odsal We arrived at 1230 and my driver drop me off at the Conference and Banqueting Centre. I went in and waited for her. The doorman told we were sat on Table 1 and we order 2 drinks. The room filled up and at 1300 the CEO began MCing. At 1330 our meal was served it was Gammon, new potatoes and gardens peas followed by Treacle sponge and Custard. After the main course the speaker Nobby an old coach gave speech about being a coach in Rugby League. Before kick off we had a quiz. At half time we had cup of coffee and full time score was 28 - 46. We had the MM and the coaches thoughts. We got home 1830 and had a Chilli pizza.
04/04 I used my PC to complain about staff shortages over the weekend and I asked London Broncos what time does Hospitality start. Activities asked about my email that I sent to Mark because they are unable to cover Sheffield v Bradford on 20/05 at 1945. They asked me if I could contact Totalcare to see if they would take me to London to see Broncos v Bradford on 01/05 at 1500. I emailed Totalcare. After lunch I went to Tesco's to pick up my glasses. After tea I used my PC and my bowels opened with my carers changed my pad.

08/04 I used my PC and I didn't go to the Coffee morning because Activities had cancelled it. After lunch I sorted my items for the meeting with Mark at 1400. We held it in Mark's office and were joined with Nursing Manager and the Activities Manager. Items we discussed were documented by Mark who said I'll get a copy. After meeting I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I used my PC and I cleaned my teeth.

10/04 I used my PC until 1200 when I started getting ready to go to Dewsbury to watch Dewsbury v Bradford at 1500. My son came at 1315 and we arrived at Dewsbury at 1400. I paid but steward told us we couldn't go to the Disabled Viewing Platform because the lift was faulty. We went to the side of pitch in front of the North Stand where my son sat but I parked my wheelchair in front of the seats. The started at 1500 and at half time it was 10 - 18 and at full time it was 18 - 52. After the match we went to The Mermaid for Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas followed by a cup of Tea. I home at 1830 and put legs up.
11/04 This morning I used my PC and started tidying my top drawer before lunch. After lunch I continued until tea. After tea I used my PC but my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad.
12/04 I used my PC but the nurse came at 1130 to tell me it was my quarterly Care Plan review with my advocate. After the meeting I used my PC. After Brunch I used my PC and put my feet up to watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

After lunch I used my PC and at 1530 I went to a meeting with Leeds City Council about the footpath between North Sherburn Road and Hebden Approach but nobody turned up. After tea I used my PC.
22/04 I used my PC and went to the Service Users Forum at 1130. After lunch I put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and watched TV.
23/04 The nurse didn't do my bladder until 0915 and the carers wouldn't do my bed wash until the nurse did my bladder which was 1000. I had a bed bath and got dressed. When I was hoisted into my wheelchair I cleaned my teeth. After breakfast I put feet up and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used.my PC.
24/04 After having my breakfast I got ready to go to Odsal and watch Bradford v Worthington. We set at 1115 because wanted some screen wash. We went into Seacroft to the 90p shop were I bought 2 bottles. We got to Odsal 1215 and we went into the Conference and Banqueting Centre and we were informed our table was 2. We had a drink before our meal which was served at 1310.Home made Cottage Pie and carrots. After the main course we had a 20 questions quiz. The dessert was New York style baked Cheesecake served with fresh fruit compote. At 1450 we were to take our seats but we stayed inside to watch the match from viewing gallery. At first it was very close but final score was 52 - 16. There were only 3467 people there.
25/04 I didn't get up until 1100 because I didn't feel good. The nurse told me he's phoned my GP. After breakfast I used my PC. My GP came in prescribed some antibiotics. After lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed pad. I put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/04 I used my PC and read my confirmation from RL to go watch England v New Zealand on 29/10 at John Smith Stadium Huddersfield at 1430, England v Scotland 05/11at 1730 in the Rioch Stadium Coventry, England v Australia on 13/11 at 1430 in the Olympic Stadium London and final on 20/11 at 1430 in Ainfield Stadium Liverpool. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/04 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I got ready to go to Leeds Arena to see Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds. My eldest came at 1745 and we set off at 1800 but the traffic was very busy and we didn't arrive at Merrion Centre Car Park until 1900. We went to the Leeds Arena and got in our places at 1930. It was very noisey and the opening band played for 45 minutes. Noel Gallangher started 2100 but by 2145 I asked my son to leave because I felt it. We got home 2230.
28/04 I woke up at 0500 unable to breathe. I told the nurse who called for an ambulance to take to St James. We got there at 0630 and went A and E. At 0800 my carer told me she was going but another carer was on her way. She arrived at 0805 and stayed with me until 0830 because Ravensdale told her I would OK because I can talk. At 1030 I was admitted into J27 bed 5. I stayed there until Saturday evening 30/04. My only enjoyment was my TV EXPIDEA.

01/03 Oldham RL phoned to ask me if I would pay 70 pounds into their bank account. I bought a red bomber  jacket from Amazon. I used my PC. After lunch I asked the nurse if I could go to the Leeds Citizens Panel on the 16/03 from 1600 at Swarcliffe Community Centre and I asked her if I could go to Aldi. When the driver came back we went to Aldi and Asda. When we got home it was 1630.  After tea we unpacked my shopping. I used my PC.
02/03 I used my PC and I joined the Bulls big lottery. After lunch I was surprised to see that The Beatles are performing at 1400. I used my PC and went to our lounge to see The Beatles which was a lady singing Beatles song for 1 hour from Cats Pyjamas. After tea I used my PC and loaded Windows 10.
03/03 I used my PC and I advertised for a driver, companion and carer on the staff noticeboard. I paid 850 pounds for 2 season tickets to watch Bradford Bulls in the Conference and Banqueting Centre. After lunch I used my PC and my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After trying my son and my wife to go and watch Dewsbury v Bradford in the Challenge Cup I got Wendi at Totalcare to go with me. I changed my PC  back to Windows 8 because I didn't like Window 10. After tea I used my PC.
04/03 I phoned Dewsbury to see if they are selling tickets for The Challenge Cup but they will sell them on Monday. I used my PC but 1120 I went to the Activities room for Friday's Coffee morning. After coffee and a big slice of cake we 2 quizzes. After lunch I used my PC but at 1430 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I used my PC and I put my feet up.
05/03 Last night I wasn't put to bed until 1215 because there was only 1 carer and no nurse on our until Bluebell. The nurse told me she's spoken to my GP who has prescribed a different antibiotic. I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC and put m my feet  up. After tea I cleaned my teeth and use my PC.
06/03 This morning after breakfast I got ready to go to Oldham to watch the match Oldham v Bradford. At 1030 somebody from Oldham rang me to tell me the match was postponed due to the weather. I got changed and used my PC before lunch. After lunch I found my new Bradford Away Shirt on the floor. I sent an email to the manager and to the Operations manager complaining about the lunch and my new Bradford Away shirt. I put my feet and used my PC but at 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/03 This morning I phoned Dewsbury Rams and ordered a wheelchair space and carer for the Challenge Cup on the 18/03 2000. I switched my PC on but Windows updating. After I replied to Goodman's about my Soundbar. After I used my PC,
08/03 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched  a movie on my PC. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

10/03 I had my Catheter changed in the morning. I got my parcel ready to send back to Amazon via DPD who are coming to collect between 1457 - 1557. I used my PC and put my feet up. After tea I used my PC.

13/03 I got ready to go to Batley where Bradford are playing. I put on my thermal underwear even though it's sunny and warm. My eldest son is taking me at 1300. I used my PC until 1230 where I watched TV. My son came 1315 we got Batley at 1400. Andrew paid 17 pounds for him and we parked next to the Disabled entrance. We went in and the was shining onto new stand and we decided to go to the old stand where there was a Disabled Viewing Platform. Wheelchairs sat in front our carers but there wasn't much room and when match started Andrew moved to sit in the seat above. At half time the score was 12 - 14 but the final score was 24 - 24 with Batley getting a penalty on 80 minutes. We left soon after but crowd about 2,500 it took us 30 minutes to get out Batley's car parks'. We got home at 1800 and ordered a Chilli Pizza.

15/03 I opened a parcel from Bradford Bulls it was my order from the shop, a scarf, a woolly hat, a pair of gloves, a car air fresher, two holders for my membership cards, a car sticker and drink dispenser. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC but I tried to load some fixes but it didn't load and switched off.
16/03 I started to sort it out but I had to reload my PC. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV until 1545 when bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
17/03 I used my PC in the morning but about noon my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/03 I got an invitation for me and 3 guests to attend a presentation at Ferham House( HQ ) on 25/04 at 1030 to presentation my Asdan certificate. I used my PC in the morning and watched a movie. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. At 1530 my bowels opened my carers changed my pad, put my thermal vest and long john on. The put my Bradford Bulls away shirt on and trousers on. They got me ready to go to Dewsbury for the match which kicks off at 2000. After tea I waited for the driver/carer to take to Dewsbury She came with another carer who showed her how to fasten my wheelchair into my car. We set off 1815 and arrived at Dewsbury's ground at 1900 because there wasn't any traffic jams on the motorways. We were directed to the Disabled Parking which was outside the main entrance. We entered an stewards asked us for our tickets and showed us a Disabled lift. I could get in but carer had to use the stairs. I got out on level 2 meeting my carer and we followed the sign for Disabled viewing. We entered and we were the only people in. Next door was the press. About 6 wheelchairs and 6 carers could fit in. My carer wet for me a cup of Coffee from the bar downstairs but they don't sell Coffee/Tea. She went outside to Burger shop. I could most of the pitch except the steel girders holding up the roof. The match started and at half time it was 14 - 12 but after thrilling second half Dewsbury won 31 - 30. We got home at 2230.
19/03 I asked the nurse if she would book me for eye test and could I go to Castleford cooking. She gave me an invitation to attend Ferham House( HQ ) on 25/04 at 1030 to receive my ASDAN certificate. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed m pad. After tea I used my PC.
20/03 I called a carer to get me up BUT she said I can't get up because she's by herself until another carer come in I'll just have wait. I fell asleep was woken by another carer at 1000 who told me there's nobody in kitchen but Terri one of carers from upstairs has volunteered to do Sunday lunch. The carer got me washed dressed and I had breakfast. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
21/03 Again shortage of kitchen and carers plus no management. I used my PC to email Helen and Amanda to escalate. I got email from Dewsbury telling me they had sold out of Hospitality for the Bradford match on 10/04. In the afternoon I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
22/03 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I some shopping ordered from Asda to be delivered tomorrow at 1200 - 1400. After tea I used my PC.
23/03 In the morning Activities asked me for a copy of fixtures for Bradford. After I used my PC. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/03 After breakfast I asked if the managers would like to go to my presentation on the 25/04 at Ferham House. I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV until 1515 when I told my carer my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and got me ready for Bradford v London which starts at 2000. My driver was Ben and we set off at 1615. We got to Odsal at 1755 with our meal planned to start at 1800. It started at 1830 because everybody was late due to heavy traffic. We had Chicken and Leek pie with new potatoes, carrots and onion gravy followed by Strawberry Cheesecake with cream. We had a 20 questions quiz hosted by Robbie Hunter-Paul. My carer and I decided to stay inside.
At half time the score was 10 - 12 and at full time it was 28 - 20. After match we sat at our table to listen to 2 guys playing guitars and singing. About 1015 Jimmy Lowes gave his thoughts on the match, After we went home.
25/03 I went to the Coffee morning. After cake and coffee we had 4 quizzes. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
26/03 I loaded Windows 10 on my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
27/03 I used my PC with Windows 10 but I decided to changed back to Window 8 because I didn't like it. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
28/03 In morning I got ready to Halifax to watch Bradford at 1500. We set off at 1100 and arrived at The Shay at 1200 with our meal in the Executive Club being served at 1245. In the room which holds 300 was full by 1230. There was a comedian as MC. The meal consisted of Chicken liver pate with pink peppercorn butter, chilli jam and melba toaster as a starter. Main course was Traditional roast beef and Yorkshire pudding served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables. Followed by Baileys cheesecake with cream. At half time we were served tea and coffee.
At 1450 we were directed to the Disabled Wheelchair Viewing Platform which was outside the dining room. It was an excellent view with 10 wheelchair spaces and 10 seats. There was plenty of room behind. The score at half time was 10 - 0 and at 14 - 10. We went back into the dining room and had a cup of coffee. The MC announced the MOM and their coach gave his thoughts. We set off at 1800 and got home at 1900. I ordered a 11' Chilli Pizza from Sopranos.
29/03 I used my PC, sent email to London Broncos asking about their Hospitality and ordered tickets for the Summer Bash Saturday and email Genealogy Jersey to stop their yearly payment. I got my glasses and my HC2 ready for my appointment at Tesco's Opticians at 1450. I set off at 1400 by myself and arrived at Tesco's at 1430. I went in the pound shops first. I went Tesco's Opticians where he tested my eyes. He told me there was little difference between my eyes 2 years ago and today. He said with my HC2 I can get both sets of glasses free. He would recommend getting new glasses because my glasses are scratch. I chose new frames to darken with the sun which cost me 64 pounds. I through Tesco's to get some shopping. On the home I skidded on the path through the park. After I went very slowly to get home. After I used my PC.
30/03 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. At 1430 I went to the manager's office to see a cook whose interviewing for the cook's job. After I went my room, put feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
31/03 I used my PC to book an appointment with East Leeds Podiatry for 06/05/16 at 1300. I phoned London Broncos and 2 Hospitality tickets for 01/05. I sent an email to the manager about my contribution for my fees to Ravensdale in 15/16 why they increased in July. He told me Wakefield MDC had reduced their contribution because my pension had gone up. I sent an email Social Care Direct for assistance. After lunch I put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I used my PC to change my passwords.

After I emailed my eldest son to asked him would he take to O2 shop on Wednesday afternoon to get new Alcatel 2045X.
05/01 Crossgates O2 phoned to tell me they can't order an Alcatel 20.45X. I emailed my eldest son to asked him if he could order one. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/01 I used my PC and emailed a request for Activities to go watch Rugby Leagues matches. I had Minestone soup for lunch but it tasted funny and I didn't eat it. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched movie. My eldest son brought a new mobile because my old mobile didn't work. I ordered tickets for the friendly between Bradford v Castleford on 31/01. I changed my order from a home shirt to a home and away shirt size 5XL. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

08/01 In morning I used my PC and 1130 I went to the Coffee morning in the Activities room. We had a bun and a coffee followed by a quiz. 09/01 I didn't have a shower because my Cellulitis was red. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I finished watching a movie and used my PC.

15/01 This morning I used my PC and ordered shopping from Asda. I ordered some Jackman's Throat and Cough sweets from ebay and 50 Business Cards from Vistaprint. During lunch my GP came look at my Cirrhosis that's developed on my head. He prescribed some shampoo for my head. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
16/01 I didn't get up all day.
17/01 I used my PC and sent an email to Totalcare telling them the procedure to use and the matches I want go to, 9 in total. After Sunday lunch I used my PC , I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/01 I phoned Leeds Rhinos because they had sent me tickets, a wheelchair space and a carer to my old residence Dearnevale. I told them my new address and mobile details and they told me that Disabled parking tickets will be sent out this week. I phoned the HC1 enquiry line to request a form because mine ran out yesterday. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and told TotalCare of my new mobile. After I put my legs up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. I got a reply from TotalCare saying my proposals are acceptable.
19/01 I ordered 2 tickets for the Bradford v Featherstone on 07/02 at 1500 in the Conference and Banqueting Centre. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched. 22/01 I stayed all day because I didn't want to get up. My GP came because I was feeling low and said she will review my medicine.
23/01 At 0830 I told the senior carer that I was ready for my bladder wash, At 0930 I told a carer that I hadn't had my bladder wash and could she tell the nurse. The nurse came and she said this is first time you've requested for your bladder wash. After my bladder wash I tried to get into shower room but I didn't have shower sling. I got dressed, cleaned my teeth and got shaved. The Cirrhosis on my head had got worse and my nurse called my GP. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1500 my GP came to look at my Cirrhosis and gave a prescription for some cream to apply on my face and some antibiotics. After tea I used my PC..
24/01 I used my PC waiting for the nurse to clean face and apply cream. The carer who was due to take me to watch Leeds v Bradford has phoned to tell he's not coming in today because he's got a family bereavement. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV Tea was not served until 1745 and although I asked for Corn Beef Hash I got a plain Omelette with baked beans. After tea I used my PC and sent an email to manager complaining about my tea.
25/01 In the morning I used my computer and I read that the fixture time for Bradford v London is changed from 1500 to 2000 on 25/03. I emailed TotalCare to tell them I won't be going. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
26/01 I phoned my eldest son because it's his 30th Birthday. I used my PC and phoned the Bulls to find out if the match on Sunday has been rescheduled to Friday. I spoke to Laura the manager and she told me to ring her Friday. She told me that tickets for Bradford v Featherstone will be posted out tomorrow. After lunch I phoned the customer helpline regarding my HC1 form which I asked for last Tuesday but I havn't got.  They are going to send me another HC1 form.  I put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/01 This morning I used my PC, to order shopping from Asda, to complain to Bradford Bulls because they have changed the friendly with Castleford from Sunday to Friday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to amend my shopping list from Asda which being delivered tomorrow between 1400 - 1600.
28/01 I used my PC and bought some chewable vitamin C pills on ebay in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watched a movie. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/01 In the morning I went to the Coffee morning. After lunch I phoned Bradford Bulls Commercial to find out they playing Castleford tonight and they are sending my tickets for next week out ASAP.  I used my PC to pay my monthly bills. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
