my life being disabled december 2019

01/19 sun i used my pc up to 1200 when my bowels opened. the carers changed my pad. i used my pc. after sunday dinner i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after sunday tea i used my pc.
02/12 mon i used my pc and after lunch i used my pc until 1400 when my bowels opened. my carers changed my pad, i put my feet up and watched tv, after dinner i used my pc.
03/12 tues i got up at 0630 this morning because i was going to the service users council xmas party in stoke. we set off at 0900, picked up at castleford and got there at 1200. we had buffet, all service users got presents . it finished at 1500 and we got home at 1830. i ordered a chilli pizza & chocolate fudge cake from sopranos.
04/12 weds i used my pc all morning. after lunch I used my pc but at 1400 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. afiter I used my pc. after dinner I used my pc.
05/12 thurs I went to the post office to buy 4 2nd class postage stamps. I used my pc until lunch. after I used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner I used my pc.
06/12 fri there's no  heating & no hot water because the contractors left at 1700 yesterday. I used my pc. at 1030 I went to the Breakfast club where we made Pancakes. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. After dinner I used my PC.
07/12 Sat I used my PC all morning. after lunch i used my pc, put my feet up and watched tv. after dinner i used my pc. 
08/12  Sun I used my PC until 1130 when I got ready to the Bengal Brasserie to meet my younger brother by taxi. He was there when I got there and I ordered an orange juice and special patil curry. we finished at 1400 and i ordered a wheelchair taxi. i got at 1500 and used my pc. after sunday tea i used my pc.
09/12 mon i used my pc until lunch. after i used my pc. after dinner i used my pc.
10/12 tues i used my pc until 1200 when activities took me to the deer park in roundhay for christmas lunch. i had tomato soup, turkey carvery and xmas pudding. we got home at 1500 and i used my pc. my bowels opened at 1515. the carers changed my pad and my trousers. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
11/12 Weds I used my PC After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV but at 1600 my bowels opened my carers changed my pad, trousers and my shirt. I used my PC.
12/12 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After lunch at 1330 I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
13/12 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the Breakfast club where I had 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and some tinned tomatoes. It finished at 1130 and Iwent to my room where I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
14/12 Sat I used my PC in the morning. i used my pc in the afternoon. after dinner i used my pc.
15/12 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC but at 1500 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I used my pc. After tea I used my pc.
16/12 Mon I used my PC and after I used my PC but at 1500 I went to the Activities room where the Service Users had a questionnaire. After dinner I used my PC.
17/12 Tues I phoned Sky because my limit on my viewing card £25 had run out and I increased it to |£100. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. They changed my Urine bag to a bigger one because I'm going to the Allerton at 1830. I've booked a table for 1900. They changed my shorts to trousers and my shirt. I watched TV.
18/12 Weds I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
19/12 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and user my PC.
20/12 Fri I used my PC and at 1130 I went to the Xmas Fair in the Activities room. After lunch I used my PC but at 1400 my Bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. At 1430 I went to the Xmas party. At 1615 I went to my room and used my PC.
21/12 Sat I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
22/12 Sun I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/12 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
24/12 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
25/12 Weds I used my PC and after Xmas dinner I used my PC. After I used my PC.
26/12 Thurs I used my PC but at 0930 I went to Castleford with my driver to watch Castleford v Bradford in a friendly. It only cost £10 which I bought a few weeks ago. We arrived at the Mend a Hose stadium and parked my Motability car in the Disabled section which was near to the railway. We went to the front of the main stand and parked near to the half way line. My driver got me a Cheeseburger and cup of Coffee. Our view was crap because Danny Orr and several officials stood on the pitch. This disrupted our view. At half time the score was 04 - 04 and full time the score was 14 - 20. When I got home at 1430 my Bowels opened and carers changed my pad. I watched TV and put my feet up. After dinner I used my PC.
27/12 Fri I used my PC but at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club were I had Sausages, bacon, 2 fried eggs and tomatoes. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
28/12 Sat I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
29/12 Sun I used my PC and starting changing my passwords. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After Sunday tea I used my PC.
30/12 Mon I used my PC but at 1030 my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. I resumed using my PC.
31/12 Tues I used my PC but at 1100 my bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
