Yesterday a carer shut my computer off because I felt funny and my blood pressure was high at 17:00. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth but my electric toothbrush was flat and I used my old toothbrush, shaved, showered and got dressed. I put my new Chinos and a new shirt because I was having my yearly NHS Funded Nursing Care Review with Sue Robson at 10:30. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I stayed in the dining room waiting for Sue Robson until 11:00 when the nurse told me that the meeting has been cancelled. I went t my room and logged on 11:45. I had Pasta Bake for lunch. I went to my room and watched television until 14:30 when I decided to go to Asda. I bought a packet of Ibuprofen, a bottle of Balsam, a bottle of shower get and 6 Indian snacks. I came home, unpacked shopping and told the carers that my bowels had opened. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and finished watching 'American Pie Reunion'. At 18:30 I watched Salford beat Wakefield 34 - 30. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went my room and exercised x1. I logged on at 12:00 and went to the dining room at 12:25. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and watched Bluestone 42 on BBC Iplayer. Yesterday I logged off at 16:20, I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched a movie on television. At 20:00 I watched Widnes lose to Wakefield 26 - 28. At 23:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carers I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. I had a big chunky soup from Aldi and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30 to finish watching 'American Pie Reunion'.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered in the communal shower which has been refitted and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:15. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and at 14:30 I decided to go to Asda because my eldest son was working. I bought 2 Onion Bajhas, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakoras, a box of thin, dark, mint chocolates, big bar of Aero and bottle of Asda Balsam. I came home, put my shopping away and logged off at 16:20.

I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, got my DVD R/W external working and logged off at 18:00.

We went to their room and stayed for 20 minutes. I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. When I got home I had 2 Onion Bajhis and a cup of Coffee. At 16:25 I went to the dining room, had a jacket potato with Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, asked Skills if I could go watched London v Bradford on 12/05/13 and cleaned my teeth. Skills told me they were busy on 12/05/13 and I logged off 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth but I'd run out of mouthwash, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned my dentist to get another prescription for my mouthwash. The receptionist told me to come for it after lunch. I logged on at 11:15 and Jay Willey phoned to ask the reason I only attend 10 matches per season. I told her it was because of the minibus allocation. I copied the two hairy bikers recipe for Chilli con Carne off the BBC website because I'm cooking it this afternoon. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. My youngest son phoned to let me know he's coming after tea. At 13:00 I went to the dentist to get my prescription for my mouthwash but it was closed. I went back and at 13:30 the physio's assistant came to ask me if I wanted to stretch my right hand under hot water. We went to their room for 20 minutes. After I went my room until 15:00 when Skills came for me to go shopping for the ingredients for Chilli con Carne. We went to Asda but I went to the Pharmacy to get my mouthwash. I went to Asda to find Skills just finishing the shopping. We came home, went to the Therapy Kitchen and made my Chilli con Carne with Naan bread. but at 17:10 my youngest son and his girlfriend came to give new sunglasses. My Chilli con Carne was ready at 17:30 and I gave a portion to my son. We went to the dining room and they left at 18:00. I went to my room, I cleaned my teeth and I logged out at 19:00.

I went to my room and finished my email. At 15:00 I listened to Rochdale play Bradford. The final score was Rochdale 10 - Bradford 70. I had Vindaloo, Naan bread and ice cream for my tea. Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put feet and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 01:30 and watched television until 07:00 I asked the carers if I couls get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I put my blue chinos and a new shirt because I'm going to Trinity Walk the new shopping centre in Leeds. I stayed in my room until 09:00 because I'd ordered 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. After I waited for Skill to tell we were setting off. Another client, me, a carer and Skills were going. We set off at 10:10 and arrived at 11:00. We went to the Trinity Walk which covered 3 floors but there were several shops were opened yet. We cover most of them and I bought a pale colour of Chinos from M & S. At 13:00 we went to Yates Wine Lodge were I bought a fish, chips, mushy peas and sparkling water. At 14:00 we went through the Victorian Quarter. We went into Primemark and finally we went the Merrion Centre. We finished at 15:15 and went to Aldi where I bought a can of Chunky Soup, a packet of dark chocolate digestives, a Beef Hot Pot, 6 Titans and 2 packets of Belgian Chocolates. We got home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room where I had the Beer Hot Pot. I went to my room. cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:15.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I'm going to Leeds tomorrow to the new shopping centre Trinity Walk. I asked the senior carer what time are we setting tomorrow. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the carer will they report my wheelchair because the arm was loose. I went to my room and logged on at 11:30. I had Chicken Tikka and Rice for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 the handiiman came, fixed my fridge door, fixed my arm of my wheelchair and put my Scart lead on my new DVD player. Skills came told me I could go to Capri Bistro on 13/05 at 18:00. I could go to return my DVD writer/reader to PC World next Tuesday 23/04 at 10:30. At 14:00 I went to Grimethorpe Dentist where I saw the Hygienist who descaled my bottom teeth. I had Chilli con Carne pasta and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I went to the dining room and had breakfast I went to my room and got ready to go to Asda. I asked the nurse if a carer will help me to sort my wardrobe out before I go shopping in Leeds on Friday. I asked if Skills will take me back to PC World because the Liteon DVD external R/W doesn't work. I asked the carers to ask the handimen if they will PAT test my new DVD player. I went to Asda where I bought a mains extension lead, 2 Vegetables Samosas, 2 Onion Bajhas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, a bottle of Balsam and a packet of Decongestion pills. I came home, unpacked shopping and 10:50 the engineer from Clarke & Partners came to change my front wheel. The carers put me on my bed while he change it. I got up and logged on at 12:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and asked the carers if they would ask the handimen if they would PAT test my new DVD player. At 14:30 a carer came in and we sorted my wardrobe out. At 14:45 the chiropidist came and cut my toenails/fingernails. I logged off at 15:15 because I had an appointment with my GP about the Iron levels in my blood. At 15:30 I went to his surgery, I reported to the receptionist and at 15;50 he came out and led me into his surgery. He gave a memory test which I scored 20/20. He said the Iron in my blood was low and prescribed some Iron tablets. I took the prescription to the pharmacy who gave me 84 tablets to take during meals 3x daily. I went to Asda and bought a tube of Steradent plus a chillli con carne pasta mix. The machines weren't working therefore I had to pay cash luckily Wendy served me and lent me 40p. I came home, took me coat off and went to dining room at 16:40. I had Chilli con Carne mix and ice craem for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:15.

I asked if Skills will take me back to PC World because the Liteon DVD external R/W doesn't work. I asked the carers to ask the handimen if they will PAT test my new DVD player. I went to Asda where I bought a mains extension lead, 2 Vegetables Samosas, 2 Onion Bajhas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, a bottle of Balsam and a packet of Decongestion pills. I came home, unpacked shopping and 10:50 the engineer from Clarke & Partners came to change my front wheel. The carers put me on my bed while he change it. I got up and logged on at 12:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and asked the carers if they would ask the handimen if they would PAT test my new DVD player. At 14:30 a carer came in and we sorted my wardrobe out. At 14:45 the chiropidist came and cut my toenails/fingernails. I logged off at 15:15 because I had an appointment with my GP about the Iron levels in my blood. At 15:30 I went to his surgery, I reported to the receptionist and at 15;50 he came out and led me into his surgery. He gave a memory test which I scored 20/20. He said the Iron in my blood was low and prescribed some Iron tablets. I took the prescription to the pharmacy who gave me 84 tablets to take during meals 3x daily. I went to Asda and bought a tube of Steradent plus a chillli con carne pasta mix. The machines weren't working therefore I had to pay cash luckily Wendy served me and lent me 40p. I came home, took me coat off and went to dining room at 16:40. I had Chilli con Carne mix and ice craem for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:15.

My Life being Disabled 16/04/13I
Yesterday I logged off at 18:30 but I didn't get my DVD/CD reader/writer working. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered in my shower, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I was informed that Heather the teacher from HQ will not be coming this afternoon. I went to my room and set my new CD/Radio up. At 11:15 I logged on and at 11:45 I started to exercise but my bowels opened. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch at 12:00. I went to my room and at 12:45 I told the carers my bowels had opened. They changed my pad and I continued working on my laptop. My new DVD player arrived at 15:00 but there was nobody to set it up. I watched part of a movie and went to the dining room at 16:25. I had home made soup, sandwiches, pork pies, chicken pieces, sausage rolls and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17;30.

My Life being Disabled 15/04/13
Yesterday I logged off before tea at 16:15 because the nurse said she's changing my catheter after tea. I had Chicken Vindaloo, Garlic & Corinander Naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, watched television and waited for the nurse. The carers came at 18:00 to put me on my bed but had to change my pad because my bowels had opened again. They told the nurse and she called another nurse to supervise. They change my Catheter and put on a leg bag ? I asked the carers to change my leg bag to a siphon bag and they hoisted me into my electric wheelchair. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered in my shower because workmen are ripping the communal bathroom out and got dressed. I was reminded that I'm cooking a Pizza this afternoon. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda to see if they have something to get my Black Eye down. I bought a bottle of Balsam, a bottle of Vitamin C chewable pills, a pack of Decongestion pills and a box of ?/////. I came home, put these away, had a cup of coffee and did 1 round of exercises. I asked a carer if they would put me on Skills wish list because I want to go Capri Bistro. I logged on at 11:45 but the Domestics came to deep clean my carpet. I took my laptop to the dining room. At 12:00 I had Lasagne with garden peas. I continued working on my laptop and at 13:30 I went to my room. I gave a list of matches for Shaw Cross 1st team are playing to Skills and asked them to see if I can go to any. They said the match on 03/08/13 against Castleford Panthers and the match on 21/09/13 against Normanton was OK.
At 15:00 the physio's assistant came for me to go to their room and stretch my right arm under hot water for 15 minutes. After I went to my room until 16:15 when a carer took me to the Therapy kitchen to cook a Pepperoni Pizza. We warmed the oven to 200' degrees and cooked it for 10 minutes. We took it to the dining room and I eat it with ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, tried to get my DVD/CD writer/reader working and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:15 because I wanted to watched Castleford play Widnes after tea. I went to the dining room and had 2 fish fingers, chips, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. Castleford beat Widnes 26 - 24. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:40, I asked a carer would they turn my radiator on 5 and watched television. At 06:50 the carers came to get me up because I was going to PC World at 10:00. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room at 08:15 and had 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and the sentor carer told me I was going to PC World this afternoon. At 10:15 I went to Asda, it was very windy, I bought a Vindaloo, 2 Garlic & Coriander Naan breads, a big bar of Aero, a box of thin mint chocolates, a packet of Halls soothers and a box of decongestion pills. I came home, had of cup coffee and logged on to the internet at 11:15. I had my own Chilli con Carne soup and a Garlic and Corrinder Naan bread for lunch. I went my room but at 13:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. At 14:00 Skills came for me and a carer to go to PC World in Barnsley. Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:00 I watched St. Helen's lose to Catalans 12 - 22. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda. It was sunny and warm therefore I went in my Bradford away shirt. I asked my carers if they would defrost my fridge and if somebody will sort my wardrobe out before next Friday. I checked the Therapy freezer for a Pizza that I'm cooking tomorrow. I bought 4 Vegetable Pakotas, 4 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Onion Bajhas, a Pasta Bolognese, a tin of Chilli con Carne, a box of decongestion pills, a bottle of Balsam and a bottle of shower gel. I came home at 10:50, had a cup of coffee and logged on at 11:45. I had Chicken Kiev, jacket potato, cauliflower and broccoli for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00.I used my computer until 15:30, read my book Still Standing by Paul O'Grady until 16:00. I logged off at 16:15 to watched Castleford

My Life being Disabled 12/04/13
Yesterday I logged off at 17:00, I put my feet up, reviewed my Care Plan and watched television. At 21:00 the senior nurse came to take my changes to my Care Plan. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I looked on PC World web site and found a DVD writer to buy on Sunday. I looked on Footlocker and found a fleece to buy next Friday. I bought another DVD player from Amazon. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for my lunch. I went to my room but at 13:30 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. At 14:30 I watched Beneath the Darkness until Clarke & Partners came to do my annual check on my electric wheelchalr. He told me he would have to change the bearings. I went to my room, cleaned mys but it will be another visit. I finished watching the movie and went to the dining where I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 11/04/13
Yesterday I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 and told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse if a carer would sort my wardrobe out. She told me the senior nurse is going to review my Care Plan tonight. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I couldn't put my compression stocking on because I didn't have one. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my bedroom and started to tune my new CD/Radio but the post came. I had one letter from my wife to prove that I am disabled and one from the NHS about my Care Plan annual review on the 29/04/13 at 10:30. At 12:30 I went to the dining room and had Beef Stogganoff and rice for lunch. I went to my room and reviewed my Care Plan. At 13:50 I went to the training room to see Alan Turner but on the way to carers told me his shows cancelled. He will be coming next Friday. I went to see Skills to tell them I've got details of my Disability Living Allowance but they said I must give it to their leader. When she appears they'll tell her. I saw the Senior Carer and asked her to sort out my wardrobe but she said somebody will help me maybe tomorrow. I went to my room and read some of my book Paul O'Grady Still Standing. I had Cornish Pastry, baked beans, a potato wafflie and ice creme for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 17:00.

I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I asked Skills if I could go to the Challenge Cup match Rochdale v Bradford on 21/04/13 at 15:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. At 13:00 I phoned the wheelchair repairers to book my wheelchair in for it's annual check on 12/04/13 between 10:00 - 17:00. I phoned the Orthotics(shoes) to have a review because it's 4 years since my last one. They said they'll make me an appointment but get my GP to refer you. I phoned my GP and asked him to refer me. I went out because I needed some fresh air and it was sunny. I went down Elizabeth Street, St. Lukes Road, down past Asda, Acorn Way, Springvale Road, Park Spring Road, back up the High Street, St. Lukes Road and Elizabeth Street. I got my HD1 computer to my TV. I had my own Chilli con Carne, rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched television until 08:15 I told a carer i was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, sorted my stuff out and logged on at 11;30. The nurse told me I had a meeting with my Social Worker, Sue Robinson, on 29/04/13 at 10:30. The senior carer told me our MP, Michael Dugher is coming here on 03/05/13 at 11:00. At 12:00 the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to go their room and stretch my right hand under hot water for 20 minutes. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:15. At 14:00 skills came to take me and another client shopping. First we went to the bookies to get my money from the Grand National, we went to Aldi where I some chocolate, a bottle of Eau de Toilette and biscuits. We went to Cortonwood retail park, we went in B & Q but we didn't buy anything. We went to Next where I bought a pair of yellow shorts. We to Argos where I bought a CD/Radio and Clock. We went to Mataland where I bought 2 picture frames size A4. We went to Morrison's where I bought 2 bottle of Vaseline hand cream, 4 bottle of Water, 2 tubs of Chilli con Carne soup, 5 boxes of Fishermans Friends, 1 Chilli con Carne with Rice, 1 Chapstick, 15 sugar free Halls and 1 bottle of Vapour rub. I tidied my room and at 10:45 I got ready. I went to Grimethorpe and Shafton dentists on Cemetry Road. After I got my prescription I went to the chemist and to Asda where I bought a bottle of Baisam, a bottle of shower gei, a box of lozenges, a box of congestion pills and a box of Cadbury's chocolate fingers. I came home and nurse took my blood/sugar level 13.8. At 12:25 I went to the dining room and had Cumberland sausage, processed, onion rings, chips and mushroom for lunch. I went to my room and carried on using my laptop. I wrote an email to Stuart Duffy, Bradford Bulls asking him to raise my concerns at the Fans Forum. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to Asda and bought a Garlic Pizza, 4 Vegetable Samosas, 4 Onion Bajhas, a box of thin mint chocolates, a big bar of Aero, a packet of Congestion pills and a tin of Deodarent. I came home, took my fleece of and logged on at 12:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on my computer at 13:15. I messed about with my new laptop until 16:10 and Skills came to take me to the Therapy kitchen. I put Chilli con Carne on my Pizza with garlic butter on. I cooked it for 10 minutes and took it to the dining room. I ate it followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some baked beans for breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda to buy a pizza to cook in the Therapy kitchen at 16:00. My Life being Disabled 06/04/13
Yesterday I logged off at 18:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer that I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I put my new Bulls away shirt on because they ae playing at Adam's Park in Wycombe at 15:00. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and got ready to go to the dentist to get more mouthwash. I checked on the web and it said it was open until 11:30 but when I got there it was closed. I went to Asda where I bought 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetable Pakedoras, a tin of deoderant and a box of decongestion pills. I came home, unpacked my shopping and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and logged on. At 15:00 I watched Castleford v Huddersfield and at half time Huddersfield were beating Castleford 6 - 28. I had Chicken Jalfrezi, pilau rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my tea and logged off at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 05/04/13ff
Yesterday I logged off at 18:45 and watched television until I fell asleep at around 20:30.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to take some blood because my GP wants to measure the Iron in it. I asked a carer if I could get up and would they cut my hair. After I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and decided to go to Asda. I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice. 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Onion Bajhas, 2 Vegetable Paketas, a can of deoderant, a bottle of shower gei, a big bar of Aero, a box of decongestion pills, a nasal spray and a box of paracetomals. I came back and asked the staff in the office if they had anything to prove I am disabled.Skill I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and sorted my papers out trying to find a documented that will prove I am disabled. I emailed Leeds United for clarification of their requirements. I worked on my new computer the rest of the afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and started to change my passwords until 18:30 when I logged off.

My Life being Disabled 04/04/13
My new laptop arrived this morning and I've charged the battery. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and my laptop has finished downloading Chrome. At 15:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer who put me on my bed to change me but my sling was covered. I have played with my new computer since 15:30 but at 18:45 I'm logging off.
