My Life being Disabled 31/01/12

Yesterday I went my room at 18:20 and put my feet up to watched the television. At 21:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:05 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer that I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I gave a carer a list of items that I want from Morrison's and a request to cook a Chicken Vindaloo in the Therapy kitchen to pass on to Skills. I went to the computer room but the internet wasn't working. I went to my room to watched the television and exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and logged on at 13:00. I received a vmail about passing my course and it gave me some other courses. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, watched the television. I got a call from Barnsley Council about my complaint the hedges blocking the footpath at the end of Elizabeth Street. I exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 15:15 and the physio's assistant came for me to stretch my hand in hot water. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:10.

Yesterday I went my room at 17:30 taking my computer with me. I set the computer to work on my television, put a film on and put my feet up. I watched two films and watched the television. At 21:30 my bowels opened and I told the nurse I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:20 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, got dressed and asked the senior carer to get me a Complaints Form because I wanted to complain because I am unable to get on the mini-bus. I went to the dining room and breakfast. I told the nurse that I've asked the senior carer to get me a complaints form to complain I havn't been out since mid December. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:30. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Chilli con Carne for lunch. I went to the computer room and the manager with her assistant came to discuss me telling my Social worker the problems with the minibus. I went my room at 13:25, I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion plus a Spaggheti Bolognese. I came home, unpacked and went to the computer room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room, answered a questionnaire from Asda. I logged off at 18:20.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and I took my computer to watch a film. I watched 3 filmsand at 21:45 I asked a carer to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:11. I worked on my resubmitted Question 4 and went to my room at 11:30. I watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I went to Asda and bought 2 packets of ginger nuts. I came home, unpacked and went to the computer room. I finished my resubmitted assessment and sent it my tutor. I had , my own, Chicken Jalfrezi and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed. They had to throw away my jogging bottoms.
This morning I woke up at 03:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room at logged on 10:37. I spent 30 minutes working Q4 before I went to my room at 12:00. I watched the television and exercised. I had Chicken Kiev, chips and mixed vegetables for lunch. I went to the computer room and decided to look for Noel Gallagher's new ablum. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I went for some fresh air going down the High Street, up Acorn Way to Asda. I bought 2 packets of Rich Tea bisciuts, two Naan breads and a bottle of mouthwash. I came home and went to the computer room. I had Mulligatawny soup for my tea. I went to my room, watched the television and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:45 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked them would they cut hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and eat my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I went to the dining room at 12:15 because we're having 'Real Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas' for lunch. After I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 the chiropidist came and he cut my nails.At 16:00 I went to the computer room and went to dining room at 16:27. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room to cleaned my teeth and watched the television. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:30.

I set up my computer to watch a film on my television and I put my feet up. I watched 'The Artist' and 'Sherlock Holmes A Game of Shadows'. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned my eldest son because it's his birthday. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:00. I worked on my resubmitted question 4 for 30 minues. I went to my room to exercise(x1) at 11:50 and wathed the television. I had sausages, fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. My bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. The physio's assistants came for to stretch my right hand under hot water(45'C) for 15 minutes. I went to my room and asked a carer to put my scarf, my fleece, my hat and my gloves on. I went to Asda where I bought a packet of Polo's, a bottle of shower gel and some deodrant. I couldn't get down the checkout aisle because it was too narrow and when I tried to complained they gave a comments book. I came home unpacked my shopping and skills came for me to cook my Pepperoni pizza. I went to the dining room and had my pizza plus ice cream. I went to the computer room and sent to email to ASDA complaining about their checkout aisles. I logged out at 19:30 and went to my room.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:10 and set my computer up to watch a film but I realised I couldn't watched one because my Sky+ box wasn't working. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked a carer would they ask a handyman to PAT my Sky+ HD box and check my Sky co-ax leads. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned Sky to tell them the new viewing card isn't working correctly. They fixed it while on the phone. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:22. I worked on u4 q4 ethnicity for 30 minutes. I went to my room at 11:45 to watched the television and to exercised. I noticed that the handyman had PAT tested my Sky+ HD box and got both satellite feeds working. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:15 I went to the computer room and worked on u4 q4 for 30 minutes. I decided to watch a film in my room and logged out at 16:00

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:37. The nurse told me the chirpodist coming on Friday. At 10:50 my youngest came to fit another Sky+ box and he left at 11:30. I put my television on and exercised. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:35. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:20 I went to the computer room to work on Question 4 giving more details of Gender and Ethnicity. I went to my room to watch television but I pressed the wrong button on the remote so I turned Sky+ HD box off and went to the computer room. I returned at 16:00 and tried Sky+ it worked but I realised only one Sky was working. I had jacket potatoes, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to room and asked the carers to fix my Sky+. They found one lead was broken and they reterminated. I checked Sky+ was working, I cleaned my teeth, went to the computer room and logged off at 18:10.

This morning I woke up at 04:30 when a carer came in to empty my night bag. I watched Freeview on my television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, asked a carer to change my toothbrush, showered, asked a carer when the chiropidust coming and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:10. I received Vmail from my tutor telling me to resubmit question 4 because I need to put some working examples in. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I had Cumberland sausage, chip, carrots and peas. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to the Post Office to buy 3 packets of Fisherman's Friends and went to Asda to buy 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions with a bottle of shower gel. Yesterday I went to my room at 18:40 and set my computer up to watch through my television. I put feet up and watched 2 films. When they had finished I turned my computer off and watched Freeview. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched my television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to room and phoned my youngest son to ask him if he knew anything about Sky+ boxes. He said he thinks that my eldest son might have spare one but he's still in bed. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:50. I worked on my assesssment for 20 minutes and I went to the dining room at 12:20. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:30 I went to the computer room and went to the dining room at 16:20. I had, my own, Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put Sky on BBC1, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I changed my television to Freeview and my bowels opened 22:20. I told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:50 and watched Freeview until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room, logged in at 11:00 and worked on my assessment for 30 minutes. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:10 I went to Asda and bought a ready meal Pasta Bolognese, 4 AAA batteries and 6 AA batteries. I came home and to the computer room trying to find the cheapest new Sky+ box but they were always sold out. I had Pasta Bolognese and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. Yesterday I went to my room at 17:45 and went to my room. I cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched the television. I left Sky on but watched BBC1. At 22:45 I asked a carer if I could to bed. During the night my Sky box went off and when I woke up I switched my television to Freeview. I woke at 05:30 and watched BBC1 until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked the carers would the cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, changed my razor blade, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:52. I worked on my assessment until 11:30 and went to my room. I phoned Sky to report my viewing card was broken and they said they send another which should arrive tomorrow. At 12:10 I went to the Therapy kitchen to cook my own Haddock(2) and mushy peas. At 12:45 I went to the dining room and had my lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:55 the physio's assistant came for me and took me to their room to stretch my hand under hot water(45'C). I went back to my room and went to the computer room at 16:03. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and set my computer up. I watch two films but when I tried watching Sky I couldn't. My bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to bed at 21:30.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 but my Sky wasn't working so I watched freeview. At 08:15 I called and the came in to give me a bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed y siphon bag and got dressed. I asked carer if he would unplug my Sky+. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:35. I continued with my assessment for 30 minutes and skill to tell me I was cooking my fish tomorrow plus a pizza next Thursday at 16:00. I went to my room at 12:05 and got my Sky working by cleaning the viewing card.I had Pasta Bolognese for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 13:55 I went to the training room to watch an Elvis impersonator. His show lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and I went to my room to watched the television. I went to the computer room at 16:15. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and worked on my assessment. I logged out at 17:45.

This morning at 02:45 I woke up because I soaked in urine. I told the carers who sorted my urine bag out and changed my quilt. I woke up again at 04:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers when the Chiropidist is coming, this Friday 20/01/2012. I also asked would they put a request to skills to go shopping in Wakefield as soon as the new minibus comes. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15. I worked on my assessment for 30 minutes. I went to my room at 11:45 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to the Post Office at 15:00 and I went Asda where I bought 4 tubes of Pringles, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 1 packet of ginger biscuits, 2 tins of mushy peas, a packet of Wine Gums, a bottle of mouthwash, 3 pens and 3 pairs of boxer shorts. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had Corn Beef hash with ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:42. I went to my room at 11:45 to watched the television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:42. I continued with my assessment and went to my room at 11:45. I watched the television and exercised. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:34. I continued working on my assessment for 40 minutes. Skills came to tell me they couldn't take me to the Labour Party CLP meeting on the 20th because they won't have the new minibus. I went to my room at 12:15 and went to dining room at 12:25. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x1). I stopped because I thought my bowels had opened. I had cup of coffee and waited until I felt O.K. I went to the Post Office, put £7.40 in my bank account and asked for 10 plastic envelopes. I came home and took my sweat shirt, fleece, scarf, gloves and hat off. I had scrambled egg, beans, toast and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:43.

Yesterday I went to Asda at 15:30 and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, a packet of Polo's and a Chilli con Carne with rice ready meal. I came home, unpacked and watched the television. I had my Chilli con Carne with rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and asked a carer if they would take my computer to my bedroom. I asked if they would set it up, I put on a film, put my feet up and watched it. I watched two films and after I closed my computer down. I watched the television but at(approx. 21:15) my bowels opened so I told a carer and said I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:05 and when I watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:30. I worked on my assessment for 30 minutes but stayed in the computer room until 12:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned myteeth and put film called 'Hereafter'. My youngest son with his girlfriend came at 13:45 and they stayed until 15:00. At 15:30 I went to the computer room and I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi with ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and asked a carer to take my computer to my room. I set it up and set a film going. I put my feet up and watched 2 films. At 21:20 I turned my computer off and my bowels opened. I told a carer and said I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:29 and watched the television until 08:15 I called when the nurse came in. She wash my bladder out and waited until 08:35 when I called for carer. They came and hoisted me out of bed. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:00. I worked my assessment for 30 minutes and I told the nurse I wanted to cook a pizza that's in the Therapy kitchen freezer. I went to my room at 12:00 to watched the television and put my weights on. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I watched film ' Hereafter' while I cleaned my teeth and exercised(x2). I went to the computer room at 14:50 and logged off at 15:10.

Yesterday I went my room with my computer at 17:30. I a film called 'War Horse' on, put my feet up and watched it. At 21:15 my bowels opened and I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:55 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked them to cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and signed in at 10:05. I continued working on my assessment for 30 minutes and Skills came to tell me I cooking one of :15my Haddock fishes and mushy peas at 12:30. At 11:45 I went to my room to watched the television and put my leg weights on. At 12:15 after starting my leg exercises I decided to take them off. I went to the computer room to wait for skills. At 12:45 a carer from Fuller came to supervise me cooking. It took over 20 minutes and I my lunch in the dining room. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:50 to wait for the physio's assistant. She came at 14:30 and went to their room. She put my hand in hot water(45'C) and stretched it for 15 minutes. I went my room and went to the computer room where I logged off at 16:30.

Last I took my computer to my bedroom at 16:43 and cleaned my teeth. I watched a film through my computer and put my feet up. At 21:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and signed in at 10:19. I asked a carer for the Skills book but she said I must get a carer to fill it in. I told her that I wanted my fingernails filing. One of the handymen asked to use the bathroom toilet as when I use the disabled toilet I'm scracthing the rail in the corridor. I worked on my assessment for 30 minutes and went to my room at 12:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went out for some fresh air, I went to Adsa where I bought 3 pairs of Boxer shorts, I went down Queensway, up Acorn Way and down Cemetry Road. I got home at 16:05 gave my Boxer shorts to a carer and went to the computer room. I had bacon, tomatoes, fried egg andice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and logged off 17:30.

Yesterday I had omlette, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I set up my computer to watch a film through my television. I put my feet while watching it and when it finished I closed my computer down. At 21:15 I told a carer that my bowels had opened and I said I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:25 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room but I didn't sign the book because I didn't have a pen(10:00). I went to my room at 11:00 to watched the television and to exercise(x2). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and signed in at 10:00. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to Asda to buy 2 750ml bottles of water but they didn't have any. I walked down the High Street, up Acorn Way, down a path that leads to Carlton Street, up the High Street and home. I had a cup of coffee and went to the computer room. I worked my assessment and went to the dining room. I had Pork Pie, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and packed computer up to take it to my bedroom. I logged out at 16:43.

This morning I woke up at 07:40 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came to give me my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I asked a carer to get me the Skills book and I put in that I wanted to cook a Haddock on Friday lunch. I worked on my assessment and went to room at 11:35. I watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went out to get some fresh air. I went down St. Luke's Road, Queensway, Acorn Way through the library car park up the High Street and back home. I got home at 15:45 and went the computer room. I logged off at 16:25.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:50 and cleaned my teeth. I set up my computer with my television to play a movie and put my feet up. At 22:10 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. At 14:30 the physio's assistant came for me to stretch my right hand under hot(45'C) water for 15 minutes. After I went to the Post Office to send my application form HC/2 and I bought 3 small packets of Fisherman's Friends. I went to the Asda, recycled my old Xmas cards and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese & Onions. I came home and I went to the computer room. I had Plain omlette, baked beans and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and bowels opened. I told a carer who got another one who change my pad and my boxer shorts. I went the computer room, filled in a questionnaire for Asda and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room to watch a film on my computer. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:30. I work on my assessment and went to my room at 11:30. I watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to the computer room and worked on my assessment.
I had myown Chilli con Carne, naan bread and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:50.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:15 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I tod a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:00. I started putting The Bulls fixtures on my phone but skills came for me to Asda because I'm cooking Chilli con Carne this afternoon. We checked in the Residents Therapy kitchen before set off to Adsa. I bought 2tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onions, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packet of Ginger Nuts biscuits and a Naan. We got home, unpacked my shopping and I went to the computer room. I had Chicken Kiev, chips and peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room and a carer told I was cooking my Chilli con Carne at 15:00. I went to the Therapy kitchen at 15:00 and we cooked my Chilli con Carne until 16:15. I made three portions, 1 for tomorrow tea and 2 to freeze. I went to the dining room for Mulligatawny soup and ice cream. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went to the computer room, filled in questionnaire about Asda and logged out at 17:35.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:25 and told a carer that my bowels had opened. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and trousers. I watched a film, television and put my feet up. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:30 and asked a carer if I could get up. I asked them if they would cut my hair. I got up, got my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:30. I worked on my assessment putting in the web addressing for information. At 11:30 I went to my room to watched the television and to exercise. I had Fried Fish and baked beans for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:20. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). I looked at the HC1 form but I only looked at it. I went to the computer room and went to the dining room at 16:30. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:15.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:00 and a carer brought my computer. I set up and watched two films. I watched the television and at 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:10 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag and got dressed. I put a leg bag on because I have an appointment for Pinderfields to have my Biclofen pump filled up at 14:00. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:37. I went to my room before going to lunch to get sling and my fleece ready. I Chicken curry for lunch but I didn't finish it because driver for the patients transport came at 12:45. I told the carer who was taking me to my sling and my fleece. We arrived at Pinderfields at 13:30 but although my appointment was for 14:00 I was seen straightaway. I was hoisted on a bed, the doctor filled my Baclofen pump and I was hoisted back into my wheelchair. I was finished at 14:00 and I told the receptionist to tell Patient Services. The same driver came at 15:15 and we got home at 16:10. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went the computer room and logged out at 17:25 because my bowels had opened.

Yesterday I went to my room at 19:05 and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
I woke up at 07:55 this morning and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse to check when my catheter is due for changing. He came back and said he'll do it this afternoon. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:11. I went to my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:15. I watched the television and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 I went to the Post Office to buy 2 packet of Fishermans Friends and went to Asda where I bought 2 bottles of shower gel, a tin of mushy peas plus a chapstick. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I started watching television and drinking a cup of coffee when the nurse to change my catheter. After I went to the computer room. I had sausage roll, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:00

Yesterday afternoon I went to my room at 15:50 and got ready to cook my pizza. At 16:00 skills came me and went to the Therapy kitchen. At 16:25 we took to my dining room and I ate it with ice cream. I went my room and tried to get my computer with my television but I could get any sound. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room to try my computer through the television but the sound didn't work. I went the computer room and logged on at 11:05. I went my room at 11:30 to watched the television and to exercise. I got my computer working through my television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room to watched television and to excercised(x2). I had a hot dog and ice cream tea. I went to the computer room with my computer room and logged out at 19:05.

Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I tried to connect my computer to my television but at 13:55 I to the training room because skills holding a quiz. At 14:30 it started, there two quizzes, one with forty questions and one with thirty questions. I won both I scored 24 in the first one and 18 in the second. I got two bottle of shower gel and it 16:00 so I went to the dining room for tea. I had a Chicken nugget, a Samosa and Onion Bhaji. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the televisionuntil 08:15 when I asked a carer if I couldget up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, told a carer to put my computer in the computer room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:07. I worked on my assessment and went to my room at 11:30. I watched the television and did exercises. I had Lasagne for lunch and skills asked me if I wanted to cook a Pizza for tea. She said be ready at 16:00 and I went to the computer room where I shredded some personal papers. I went to my room to watched the television and to exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to the computer room and logged out at 15:50.

Yesterday I went to my room at 19:30, I put feet up and watched the television. I had a cup of coffee at 20:30 but I sick again. I told the carers and said I wanted to go to bed. I feel asleep but woke up at 23:30.
This morning I woke up at 07:50 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer to get up. I cleaned teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:26. I started to changing my passwords and finished before lunch. I had ordered Mulligatawny soup but I got Mushroom. I went to the computer room and logged out at 12:50.
