My Life being Disabled 31/05/11

Yesterday morning I couldn't get the Windows operating system DVD to run so I loaded another free operating system called "Ubumtu" and I got my computer working. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch and I told my carers I wanted to go to Netto's. I went to my room to watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I told the carers I was ready to go to Netto's but they said there were busy and they'll take me later. At 15:30 I said I would go by myself but they said one of them will take me. We couldn't find him so I went by myself. In Netto's I couldn't reach the Pringles sour creams but while I was looking for an assistant the carer found me. I bought 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 boxes of Pringles sour cream and 2 packets of wine gums. When we got home we unpacked and went to tea. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream and went to the computer room. I logged out at 17:21 and went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I watched Wigan beat Hull KR 40 - 6. At 22:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:20 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I didn't have any shampoo, support stocking or cream for my legs. I got up and went to the dining room to have my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00.

On Saturday I went for lunch and went to my room to watch Hull FC lose to Huddersfield 20 - 34. I watched the television, exercised(x2) and read my book. I went to the dining room and had my tea. I went the computer room until 17:30 and I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television until 22:30 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

On Sunday morning I woke up at 07:00 to watch the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and decided to re-install my software because my computer was very slow. I went for lunch and went back to the computer room but the process had failed because the DVD containing the software for the system didn't load. I used our homes computer instead while I started again. I went to my room to watch the television, exercised(x2) and read my book.I went to the dining room and had my tea. I went to the computer room but the process had failed again. I logged at 17:45 and went to my room to tell a carer that my bowels had opened. The carers changed me but my wheelchair cover and my sling wanted washing. I agreed that the medicine I take to open my bowels I didn't want. I told the nurse who said she will the night nurse. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked the carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. IV went to the dining room where the nurse took my blood/sugar level at 7.2. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on at 10:30 and tried to get my computer running.

Yesterday I paid the nurse for my TV licence which was £7.50 by cheque. I went to the dining and had my lunch. I went back into the computer room until 13:30 when I went to my room to watch the television, exercised(x2) and read my book. I phoned Leeds RL again to ask for a parking space on the 24/06/11 and they said they will post it later on.I went to the dining room and had my tea. I went to the computer room until 17:47 when I went to my room to watch the television and put my feet up. I watch Leeds lose to Warrington 6 - 42. I asked a carer if I could go to bed at 22:00.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. At 08:30 a carer told me the nurse was busy but she'll was my bladder out as soon as possible. I had my bladder wash, got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 11:30.

Yesterday I phoned Bradford to buy tickets for the Leeds away match on 24/06/11. I bought a ticket for my wheelchair and one for a carer. I couldn't get a parking space Bradford told me to phone Leeds on 0844 2486651. I tried but had to leave a message. I logged out from the computer room at 17:47 and went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I watched Widnes beat Barrow 42 - 14. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:05 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up and would they cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room for my breakfast and a carer gave me an invoice for my television licence which was £7.50. I ate my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on 10:19

Yesterday I went to my room at 13:30 to watch the television, exercise(x2) and read my book. At 16:30 I went to the dining room to have my tea. After I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:15. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I got up and went to the dining room to have my breakfast. I went the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I asked a carer if she could find out if the driver(skills) wanted a ticket for the Leeds match on 24/06/11. Skills came to see me and said they don't want one. I went to my room at 12:00 and went the dining room at 12:30. I was having problems with my computer and was trying restore the system. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room until 13:30. I went to my room to watch television and exercise(x2). At 15:00 I went to Netto's and bought 2 packets of Pringles sour cream, 2 packets of wine gums and 2 bottles of shower gel. I had a jacket potato and ice cream for tea. After I went to the computer room.

Yesterday I went for lunch at 12:30 and went back to the computer room until 13:30. I went to my room to watch television, exercise(x2) and read my book. I received my tickets from Bradford for the match against St. Helen's but I didn't get a car parking space. I phoned them and they said they will put one in the post. I went to the computer room at 16:16 and to the dining room. I had my tea and went back to the computer room until 17:55. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 23:05 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I got up and went to dining room. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on at 10:00 but I went to my room to watch The State of Origin on television. I went to the dining room at 12:30. I went to the computer room after lunch and I got a parking pass for Bradford.

Yesterday I went to the dining room to have my lunch at 12:30. I went back to the computer room until 13:40 then I went to my room to watch television. At 14:00 the physio's assistant came to ask if I wanted my right hand stretching under hot water. I went to their room and stretched for 10 minutes. I went to my room to watched television and read my book. At 16:20 I went to the computer room and at 16:30 I went to the dining room. After tea I went back to the computer room until 17:45 I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:20 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 to watch television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. Yesterday I went for lunch at 12:30 and had Mulligatawny soup. I went back to the computer room until 13:30 then went to my room to watch television and exercise(x2). I watched Bradford lose to Wigan 22 - 26. I stayed in my room for Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. After tea I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:37. I went my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched television until 08:25 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and the nurse took my blood/sugar level 7.6. I had my breakfast, went to computer room and logged on at 10:27.

Yesterday I went for my lunch at 12:30 in the dining room. I went back to the computer room until 13:30 then I went my room watched television and exercised(x1). I watched Wakefield lose to Castleford 18 - 20. I went to tea at 16:30 and went back to the computer room. I logged out from the computer room at 17:30 and went to room, put my feet up, watched television. At 22:15 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched television until 08:15 I asked the carers if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:01.

Yesterday I logged out from the computer room at 17:45 when I went to my room, put my feet up and watch television. I noticed that my shorts were wet again. I told the carers to tell the nurse who came and found a pipe to my bag was loose. They changed my bag and I watched television. At 23:20 I told the carers I was ready to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:45 watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready to have my bladder wash. After I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room to have my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:15.

Yesterday I went to the dining room at 12:30 where I had my lunch. I went back to the computer room until 13:30 when I went to my room to watch television and exercised(x2). I noticed my short were wet again so I told the carers who changed me. At 15:00 I went to the physio's room to have my right hand stretched under water with a temperature of 45'. I went back to my room and watched television. I had my tea and went to the computer room until 17:40. I went back to my room, put my feet up and watched television. I watched Batley beat York 50 - 16. At 22:00 I asked the carers if I could go to bed. I noticed my shorts were wet again so I told the carers who told the nurse and the put my pipe on a towel.
This morning I woke at 05:45, I noticed the towel was wet and watched television until 08:15 when I asked the carers if I could get up and could they cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed but I couldn't get up because there was only one hoist for the building(there should be four). When I got a hoist they weighed me 92.6 kgs. and I went to the dining room to have my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:06. I came out at 12:30 and had my lunch Mulligatawny soup. I went back to the computer room until 13:30, went to my room to watched television and to exercise(x1). I notice that my shorts were wet again so the carers changed me and I asked them to tell the nurse. At 14:30 I said I was ready to go to Netto's where I bought 2 packets of ginger biscuits, 2 packets of Pringles Sour Cream, 1 packet of fruit pastilles and 1 packet of jelly babies. We got back at 15:15, I had a cup of coffee and watched the television. When I finished my coffee I went back to the computer room. At 16:25 a carer told me my fish and peas were ready. The management decided to buy real fish and chips because the kitchen was being cleaned. I had ordered Cod but I got ordinary fish which I didn't eat. I went back into the computer room at 16:55.

Yesterday I went to the dining room at 12:30 and had pasta bolognese for my lunch. I went back to the computer room until 13:30. I went to my room to watch television and exercise(x2). At 16:30 I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room until 18:30 then went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed. They noticed that my shorts were wet and they thought my catheter was by-passing. The nurse investigated and decide to watch overnight.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. My bed was wet but nurse didn't notice it. When the nurse had finished I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 09:55.

Yesterday I logged out from the computer room at 12:30 and went to the dining room for lunch. I had Mulligatawny soup then I went to my room to watch television and exercised(x1). At 15:30 the physio's assistant came to ask if I wanted my right hand stretching. We went to their room and she stretched my right hand under hot water for 10 minutes. I went to my room and told the carers I wanted to get changed before tea. I went tea early because my chip butty was ready and I had some ice cream as well. At 17:00 I asked a carer to take me to the lift. I went down but there wasn't anyone else ready.
At 17:20 we were in our minibus, skills(driver), one carer and three residents. We set off to Bradford but one of the residents kept talking stupidly until he went to sleep. When we arrived at the Alhambra in Bradford at 18:40 the road was blocked because outside the theatre were two fire engines and a lot of people standing outside. Eventually we were told it was a false alarm and we parked our minibus outside the theatre. We went in and found our places and the show started. The show lasted 2 hours, it was very good and we went to our minibus. We got home at 23:30 and I had a coffee then asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I wanted to get up but the carer told me they were having difficulty with the hoist again(flat batteries ?). I got up at 08:40, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the dining room and logged in at 09:55.

Yesterday I went to the dining room at 12:30. I had Cumberland sausage for lunch after I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I asked a carer if I could go to Netto's. At 14:00 a carer came to tell me we were going to Netto's. I bought 2 packet of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 boxes of Pringles Original( I wanted Sour Cream but the assistant told me there wern't any), 2 bottles of shower gel, one can of Chilli con Carne and one packet of fruit pastilles. When wqe got home I read my book until 15:30 when I went to the computer room. I sent an email to Netto's complaining that they never have any Pringles Sour Cream in their Grimethorpe store. I went to the dining room and had pork pie and mushy peas plus ice cream. I went back to the computer room and stayed there until 18:20. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:10 I asked the carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carers I wanted to get changed before tea because I was going to The Alambra to see The Blues Brothers tonight. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:55

Yesterday I logged out of the computer room at 12:00 and I went to get ready to Hull KR after lunch. I had Mulligaztawny soup and ice cream for lunch. We set off for Hull at 13:20 and the driver use the Sat Nav. We ended up on the A1 and the Sat Nav told us to South but the driver decided to go North to the M62 ! We arrived at Craven Park at 14:40 and my carer and I went to the away disabled section. All the away supporters were not covered but the disabled section was like a bus shelter though if you had a wheelchair you couldn't get in it. Hull KR beat Bradford 46 - 16 although Richard Silverwood the referee was useless. We came home at 18:30 and I ordered a pizza for my tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched my television. My pizza came at 18:50 and I carried watching television until 22:00 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed. I watched Sheffield lose to Leigh when I was in bed.
This morning I woke up 07:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the carer I was ready to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. We had prolems with the battery on our hoist so one of the carers had to go to Ladywood to use their hoist. I went to the dining room and the nurse took my blood/sugar level 6.6. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged in at 10:15 and check my email.

Yesterday I had my lunch and went to my room to watch television, exercise(x1) and read my book. At 15:30 I went back to the computer room to work on a program. At 16:30 I went to the dining room to have my tea. I went to my room put my feet up and watched television. I watched Huddersfield beat St. Helen's 40 - 18. At 22:00 I asked the cares if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched television at 08:15 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I changed my urine bag because this afternoon I going to watch Hull KR v Bradford. I went to the dining room and had Weetabix followed by a bacon and tomato sandwich. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:27.

Yesterday at 12:20 one of the carers came to ask me what I wanted from the chippy because he was going in his car. I asked for a Cod and a large portion of mushy peas. After lunch I went to my room to watch the television, exercise(x2) and to read my book. The nurse gave me a new Care plan which she had re-written. Before tea I went to the computer room to check that the program I was running was still going. After tea I went back to the computer room. At 18:00 I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Warrington beat Castleford 62 - 0. At 23:30 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed but the battery on the hoist was flat so I had to wait until it was charged. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:16.

Yesterday I went to the dining room at 12:30 to have lunch. I went my room to watched television and exercised(x2). I opened my parcel from M & S and checked my order was correct. I went to the computer room before having tea. After tea I went back to the computer room. At 18:15 I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. When the nurse had finished I asked the carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:21.

Yesterday I logged out from the computer room at 12:30 and I went to the dining room to have lunch. I went to my room to watch the television and exercised(x2). I asked the carer if I could go to Netto's. When I finished my exercised I asked the if I could go to Netto's but she said they were very busy and they will take at 15:30. We went to Netto's and I bought some Ginger biscuits, two cans of Chilli con Carne, a can of mince beef with onions, a packet of jelly babies and a packet of fruits pastilles. I was going to buy some Pringles Sour Cream but there wasn't any and I didn't ask anyone because it was very busy. We came home and I read my book until tea time. After tea I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up 06:45 watched television until 08:15 when I asked the carers if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:42. A carer brought me a parcel from M & S while I was in the computer room.

Yesterday I logged out from the computer room at 12:30 and went to the dining room to have my lunch. After lunch I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). One of the skills came to tell me they were having a quiz at 14:00. It was in our dining room and their were approx. 20 people attending. There were 50 hard questions and only scored 19/50 but I came joint second. We finished at 15:30 and went to my room to watch television. I went to tea which was scrambled egg and beans followed by ice cream. I didn't eat all my scrambled egg and went back to the computer room to check something I did earlier. At 18:19 I logged out and went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 21:20 I told the carer that I wanted to go to bed but she said they were very busy. At 23:20 I told the carer I was still waiting but she told me they were putting me bed.
This morning I woke up 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told the carer that I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse completed it but I couldn't get up because our hoist was being used in another unit. I got up at 09:05, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my urine bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:25

Yesterday I logged out from the computer room at 12:00 and I went my to get ready to go out after lunch. The carer emptied my leg bag and went for lunch. I had Mulligatawny soup and after lunch somebody from skills came to see if we were ready. We set off at 13:05 and arrived at The Xscape near Castleford at 13:55. We went to the cinema and we got in our places at 14:00. It was empty except for 1 couple but by the time the adverts started it was nearly full. We watched the movie 'Insidious' and left the cinema at 16:10. We got home at 16:50 and I had Chicken soup and 2 choc ices. I went to my room, put feet up and watched the television. I watched Halifax lose to Bradford 34 - 46. At 22:00 I asked the carers if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I called for a carer to ask if I could get up. They changed my leg bag to a siphon bag, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, the nurse took my blood/sugar level which was 7.6 and I had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:02. I checked email and read two from M & S about the order I placed with them yesterday.

Yesterday I logged out of the computer room at 12:30. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup. I went my room to watch television and exercise(x2). I watched QPR lose to Leeds United 1 - 2. Also I watched Leeds beat The Crusaders 30 - 20. I went to the dining room and had my tea. I went back to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:45, I texted my brother to wish him a happy birthday and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I changed my siphon bag to a leg bag because after lunch I'm going to the cinema at Xscape near Castleford. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:06. Somebody from skills was there so I asked her when we go to see The Blues Brothers can we go to Omar Khans restaurant. She said she will discuss on Wednesday when the other skills is here.

On Thursday I logged out from the computer room at 12:30. I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup. I went to my room to watched television and exercised(x1). At 14:00 I went to the training room because it was one of the residents 50th birthday. The Karaoke was suppose to start at 14:00 but it didn't start until 14:40 although it didn't finish while 16:25. I went to the dining room and had Chilli con Carne with a jacket potato and ice cream. I went to my room, put my feet up watched the television. At 23:00 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
On Friday morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15. I asked the carer if I could get up and would she cut my hair. I went to the bathroom, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went back to my room to watch the ANZAK Test match. Australia won 20 - 10. At 12:00 I went to the dining room to have Fish and a large mushy peas from the fish and chip shop on the High Street which cost me £3.65. I went back to my room and finished watching television. I exercised(x1) and the physio assistant told me to met her in their room in 15 minutes. I went to their room but she wasn't there so I went back to my room and watched television. She came for me at 15:30 and stretched my right hand for 10 minutes under water with a temperature of 45'C. I went back to my room to watched television. An assistant to the manager gave me a questionnaire asking me what I thought of the standard of care in our home. The notes said it must be returned by 30/04/11 ! I went to dining room and had Ravioli, garlic bread and ice cream. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the television. At 23:30 I asked the carers if I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:04. A skills came in and told me she went to the cinema last night to see Insidious and the cinema was full. We decide to set off tomorrow after lunch.

Yesterday I went to the dining room at 12:30 I didn't log out because I was trying to download some music from 'imesh'. I had Oxtail soup for my lunch because there was no Mulligatawny or Tomato. I went back to the computer room and logged out at 13:04 and I went to my room to watched the television and exercise(x2).I received a parcel from Amazon with the DVD I had ordered 'Hardcore XXX Hollywood Wives'. After I went into the garden to read because it was very warm and sunny. I had Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked the nurse if I could go to bed but at 01:00 I woke up because I was wet. I found my day bag was full and there was no night bag. I called the carers who changed my bed and my pad. I could get to sleep again so I spent most of the night watching my new DVD and masterbating .
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watch television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for bladder wash. After my bladder wash I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:04.

Yesterday I recieved a reply from Netto's informing me that they have Pringles Sour Cream in their store in Grimthorpe. I logged out from the computer room at 12:30. I went to the dining room and had Tomato soup for my lunch because there was no Mulligatawny. I went to my room to watched the television and exercise(x1.5) but during my second round the physio assistant came to get me to stretch my right hand. We went to their room, I put my hand in water at 45' and they stretch it for 10 minutes. After I asked carer if I could go to Netto's but she said there wasn't any carers available. I went to Netto's by myself and bought 2 packets of Sour Cream Pringles, 2 bottles of shower gel and two packets of wine gums. I came home and read my book. I had Chilli con Carne with a jacket potato and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked the nurse if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watch televion until 08:15 when I asked the carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:59. I sent an email to Netto's thanking them for getting Pringles Sour Cream in their Grimethorpe store. A carer told me there wasn't any Mulligatany or Tomato soup so I said I'll have Oxtail.

I logged out at 12:30 from the computer room and went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup for my lunch and I went to my room, watched the television and did my exercises(x2). At 14:30 I watched Hull draw with St Helens 24 - 24. I had my tea and came back to my room. I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:10 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched television until 08:15 when I told the carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse finished and I asked the carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:09. I started looking for overclips rimless sunglasses but only BOOTS make them at £20.

I logged out from the computer room at 12:30, I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room to watch television and exercise(x1). At 13:50 I went to the Fuller unit because they were having a quiz. There were 20 questions but I only got 7 right. After we had a game were somebody drew and the rest had to say what the drawing was. I went to my room and read my book. After tea I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked the carers if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30, watched television until 08:15 when I told the carers I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room where the nurse took my blood/sugar level it was 8.3. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged on at 09:58 and continued changing my passwords.

My Life being Disabled 01/05/11

Yesterday lunchtime I logged at 12:30 and went to the dining room to have Mulligatawny soup. I went to my bedroom to get ready to go Shaw Cross. It was sunny but I took my fleece just in case. We went up to jcn 40 on the M1 then on the Ossett by pass through to Shaw Cross. We arrived just in time to see the start of the match. I'd forgotten how amateurish their Rugby League was and the players look so young. There were about 200 spectators, there was an official referee and two linesmen and the match was worth watching. It was free but I bought 5 raffle tickets. East Leeds won but only just. When the match finished we went to Morrison's and I bought an air fresher, 2 packets of Fisherman's Friends and 3 packets of Polo's. We got home at 17:10 and I had a chip butty and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched television I watched Harlequins lose to Salford 16 - 34. At 22:00 I told the carers I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I wanted to get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and carried on with updating 'ubuntu'. I ordered some Fusion power blades from Amazon and bought 8 weeks of Saturday lotto tickets. I started updating all my passwords
