Yesterday I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I finished watching Leeds Utd v Cardiff , they drew 1 - 1. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched the television until 08:20 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:13. I completed question 17 to resubmitted to my tutor. I reviewed my Care Plan and went to the dining room. I had Cumberland sausage, chips and peas. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, exercised(x1) and watched the television. At 15:00 I went to the computer room and changed my passwords. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:15

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I asked a carer to put back my clock and asked to go to bed at 21:30.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, a fried egg and some baked beans for my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:30. I wrote a shopping list because we're going to Asda near Pugneys this afternoon. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I started watching Leeds Utd v Cardiff but skills came to tell me, we were going to Tescos in Barnsley. We picked up a carer and set off at 14:30 I bought some boxer shorts, 4 litre water bottles, 3 packets of Pringles Sour Cream and onion, some chest rub, a Fusion Shaver, 2 packets of Ginger biscuits, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 2 packets of sugar free Fisherman's Friends, 9 packets of sugar free Polo's and 2 bottles of shower gel. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday I went to my room, at 17:50 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. I watched Australia beat New Zealand 26 - 12. d At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After my nurse changed my siphon bag and I got up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The carers told me I was shopping tomorrow afternoon. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:40. At 11:30 I went to my room to watch television and to exercise but my breathing awful because I had a cold. I had sausages, egg and chips for lunch. I went to the computer room, went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched England beat Wales 42 - 6. I had my own Chilli con Carne and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:05 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. I got up, had my hair cut, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers to ask skills if they would take me to Asda near Pugneys. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:57. I completed question 16 to resubmit to my tutor. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my at 13:00. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). My tickets to wembley came and a memo from the dentist telling me my appointment on 08/12/11 at 10:00 has been changed to 07/12/11 at 10:00. At 15:10 I went for some fresh air around Grimethorpe, I went through the park down Acorn Way and back up the High Street calling Asda buying a tin of mushy peas. I got back at 16:50 and I had Cheese and Onion flan with beans plus ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:50

Yesterday I went my room at 17:30 and I cleaned my teeth. I put my feet upand watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the senior nurse if my named nurse was working today because my Care Plan is due for it's monthly review. I also told her that water bottles should renewed every month and that's due now. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I asked a carer to tell skills that I want to go Pugney's Asda to get some new water bottles, sugar free Polo's and some boxer shorts. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:05. I continued resubmitting the questions my tutor bounced at finished number 14. I had Chicken Tissa Masla and rice for lunch at 12:00 because my home were having a Halloween party this afternoon at 14:00 with the Lord Mayor coming. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:05. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I went to the computer room and worked on my assessment finishing with question 15. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 05:50 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked acarer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked the carers if I could put my support stocking because I've not been wearing it due to my right shin had been bleeding(NO). I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse to get me some more batteries for my hearing aides. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:11. I read an vmail from tutor regarding my 1st assessment and she's sent 10 questions back for me to resubmit. I finished two and at 11:30 I went to my room. I watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. I went my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I went back to the computer room and completed another question. I had my own Cornish Pasty, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. The nurse told me she'd ordered some more batteries for my hearing aides for Barnsley hospital. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

This morning I woke up at 08:05 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse had they ordered some enemas. I got dressed, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went my room because the physio is going to make a new splint for me this morning. He came with his assistant at 10:15. We went to his room and took them 2 hours to it. I asked why I get off the NHS anymore ? He said they've started using pre-moulded splints which aren't as good as the one he's making. We finished at 12:15 and went to the dining room. I had braised sausages, mashed potatos, swede and onions. I went to the computer room and went to my at 13:10. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 14:00 I went to the computer room. I went to my room and asked a carer to put my fleece on. I went to Asda and bought an Asda Cornish Pasty, 2 tubes of Pringle Sour Cream and onions. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:35.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15 a carer cameinand said they hadn't done the handover yet because some other work. I noticed, last night, somebody being dropped off at 22:00. They came for me at 08:35, I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:38. I finished my assessment at 11:30 and emailed to my tutor. I had Oxtail soup for lunch and I went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15 to watched the television, exercise(x1) and to read. The physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. After I went to the computer room. I had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:30

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:15 my bowels opened, I told a carer and said I wanted to go to bed. They were busy and the came to put in bed at 21:45. When they started to undress my I was blathered. It took 30 minutes to clean me up and my sack was bleeding with all the rubbing. The nurse inspected it and to put Cavilon cream on it. I went to bed at 22:15.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and had my breakfast. A carer asked me if I wanted a Halloween custome getting for our party on 27/10/11. I told him to go 'Bollox' and said I was 57 not 7. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:13. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to the computer room. I went to my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). I went to the computer to work on my assessment at 14:30. I had my own Jalfrezi, pilau rice and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:30.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when the nurse came to give me a bladder wash. After she changed my catheter and the carers came in to get me out of bed. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had Weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:12. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercise but I thought my bowels had opened. I told the carers who checked my pad but they hadn't. At 14:30 I went to Asda with a carer because I bought a Chicken Jalfrezi meal for tomorrow, two garlic naan breads, 6 packets of Polo's and two brushes for my electric toothbrush. We came home and unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and went to dining room. I had hot dog, chips and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 18:30 and I cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. Before going to bed they weighed me I was 94.8.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could get up. I asked the carers would they weigh me again and I was 92.2. I asked him to cut my hair, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and started with assessment 1. I finished question 4 and logged on at 10:37. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup for lunch and asked a carer if the kitchen staff have no Mulligatawny soup to tell me so I'll get some. I went to the computer room and I went my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). My bowels opened at 14:30, I told a carer and they changed my pad. I went to the computer at 14:50 and went to my at 15:05. I went to Asda and bought a tin of Mulligatawny soup. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went the computer room. I completed a survey about my visit to Asda. I had my own tin of Chilli con Carne and ice cream. I went to the computer room and worked on my assessment until 18:30.

Yesterday I had Cheese and Onion flan, jacket potatoe, baked beans followed by ice cream for my tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I asked the nurse did she order some Enamas ? She said she had. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and the nurse told me somebody will change my catheter today. I said I'm going to the Residents Meeting today at 14:00. She will arrange my catheter change around it. I logged on at 10:15. I started on my 1st Assessment of my course Equality and Diversity. I answered 1 question that took 1 hour to complete. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I went the computer room and went to the Residents meeting at 13:55. There was the manager, her assistant, skills, head of domestics, handyman, carers, assistant to the physio and about 10 residents. The manager told us the format of these meeting has changed. It NOT a complaining meeting but for staff to tell residents there plans for the month. It finished in 5 minutes but skills gave overview of the planned events up to Xmas. The date of the next meeting was 08/12/11. Skills informed me that tomorrow evening I was going to the CLP in Barnsley has been cancelled.I went to the computer room at work on my assessment. I had a sausage sandwich and ice cream. I went to thecomputer room and logged at 18:30.

I went to the computer room and logged on 09:51. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Muligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:10. I watched the television and exercised(x2). At 14:45 I decided to go out for some fresh air. I went down the High Street and through Acorn Centre car park. I went up Acorn Way and called in Asda where I bought 2 tubes of Pringle Sour Cream and onion. I came back, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room where I logged off at 16:30.

Yesterday the nurse took my blood/sugar level it was 5.8. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I told a carer that my bowels had opened and they changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. They couldn't change my siphon bag because I didn't have any. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged in at 10:20. I continued with my Vision2learn course on Equality and Diversity and vmailed my tutor with a weekly update. At 12:10 the physio and his assistant came to my room to try a new sling on but it was too small. I had a powdery Tomato soup. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x1). The physios assistant came for me to stretch my right hand in hot water for 10 minutes in their room. I came back to my room to watch television but my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and I went to the computer room. I went to my room and asked a carer to put my fleece on. I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Prinlges Sour Cream and Onions. I came back and unpacked my shopping. I had jacket potato, chilli and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged at 18:00.

She told me my bladder washes had arrived yesterday so the nurse is going to wash my bladder out. After I ask a carer if I could get up but she told me the hoist is being used by another resident who is having a bath. I got up at 09:10, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10 :52. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch because our kitchen didn't have any. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I came home via Acorn Way and Cemetry Road. I unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I had my own Chicken Jalfrezi and ice cream for tea. This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. She came back and said the nurse doesn't have any bladder washes. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:00. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had Lasagne and peas for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 14:15 I went out to get some fresh air. I went down Acorn Way, turned left into Springvale Road, turn right into Park Valley Road and back up into the High Street. I went to Asda and bought Chicken Jalfrezi and a tin of Mulligatawny soup. I got home at 16:15 and unpacked myshopping. I went to the dining room and had a plain omelette with baked beans followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged at 17:40.

I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:00. I checked the BBC News to see if there were any stories about PREJUDICES or DISCRIMINATION. There was a story about a company being accused of sacking British workers by a MP. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch my television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup because there was no Mulligatawny. I went to the Computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went round Grimethorpe, down the High Street and back up Acorn Way. I called in Asda and bought 3 pairs of Boxer shorts. I came home, gave them to a carer to put buttons on with my room number on and went to the dining room. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:00

I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked the BBC news for ' PREJUDICES' or 'DISCRIMINATION' but there were no stories. I went to my room at 12:15 and had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 13:50 I asked a carer if the Residents meeting was going ahead at 14:00. He checked and told me it was cancelled, again. At 15:00 I went down the High Street and back up on Acorn Way. I went into Asda where I bought some Asda shower gel and a tin of Beef Bolognese. I came back and unpacked my shopping. I had a bacon and egg sandwich followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had braised sausages, chips and mixed vegetables. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They put me on my bed and change my pad but I to stay there because my sling was covered in shit ! I watched my television until I fell asleep about 04:00 this morning.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. They found my bowels had opened again. They cleaned me and put me on the shower chair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had Weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:35. I checked the BBC site and found one story about "Homophobic bullying prevelant in Northern Ireland schools". I went to my room to watch television at 11:30. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30 to clean my teeth. I watched the television until 14:50 when I went Asda. I bought some Original Polo's, a tin of Mince Beef Bolognese and 2 tins of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and watched the television. I had the Mince Beef Bolognese and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

I went to the computerroom and logged on at 10:07. I checked the BBC site for any news stories about Prejudice or Discrimination and found two.

Yesterday I had ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 18:00 I told a carer that I wanted a Bolognese Pizza. It arrived at 18:45 and I ate it while watching the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I went to my room at 11:20 to watch television and to exercise. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and jogging pants. I finished exercising(x2) and watched the television until 15:15. I went to Asda and I bought a packet of Wine Gums and 2 tins Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. I came home and unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and went to the dining room. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. The cook came and he told he had ordered 24 cans of Mulligatawny soup. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 09/10/11

Yesterday I had Chicken Kiev, chips and garden peas with ice cream for lunch. I went to my room to clean my teeth and to watch television. At 14:10 I told a carer I wanted to get ready to go to Old Trafford. They change my urine bag to a legbag, put my thermal pants, my thermal vest on, a tee shirt and some jogging trousers. They got my Bradford away shirt, my Corona jacket, my Bradford scarf, my gloves and a hat. At 15:00 I told a carer I ready and went to the skills room to met our driver. I gave him the postcode for Old Trafford but their SatNav didn't recognise it ? We set off at 15:10 going through Barnsley, A628, M67, M60 but he decided to go to Chester for 10 miles. I told him he should have stayed on M60. Eventually were arrived at Old Trafford at 16:50. We went straight in and found my wheelchair space. My carer went to find the toilets but he didn't come back until 17:45. He told me he had diareah and just before the match started he went again. It started raining when match started and continued throughout. The first half was boring but at 33 minutes Rob Burrows scored the first try for Leeds. At half time the score was 2 - 8 to Leeds. The second half it opened up with Leeds winning easily 12 - 30. We stayed for the presentations with Rob Burrows winning the Harry Sutherland Trophy for the man of the match. Outside it was very busy and we got at 23:00. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:45 and watched until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. My youngest son and his girlfriend came at 18:15 and stayed until 19:30. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was readyfor my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carer I would changing to get ready to Old Trafford at 14:00. I went to dining room and had a bacon with tomotoes sandwich for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:49. At 12:15 I logged off and went to my room.

Yesterday at 17:30 I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened so I told a carer. They put me on my bed and started to change but my sling was dirty so I had to stay on my bed. I watched television all night only drinking water.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I caller for a carer to get up. The nurse came in and gave me a suppository as a laxetive. They put me on the toilet for 30 minutes but I do anything. I cleaned my teeth, shaved but the nurse decided to put on toilet again. I stayed there for another 20 minutes, had a shower and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room to wait for eldest son coming to wish me Happy Birthday. At 12:05 I decided to go the computer room but my son came at 12:15. We went to my room and he stayed until 12:45. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:35. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. My bowels opened at 14:30 and I told a carer. The nurse and carer came they change my but they had throw away jogging trousers and my boxing shorts. I went to at 15:30 where I bought a tin of Chilli con Carne and bottle Shower Gel. I came home and unpacked my shopping and told a carer I didn't want any tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:35 because my youngest is coming from work.

Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my urine bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:27. I looked up a recipe for Chilli con Carne on the BBC site and my youngest called to see what I wanted for my birthday(tomorrow). I told him I wanted a new wallet. I got an email from the secretary of my CLP with the details the next meeting and the minutes of the last meeting. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had sausage, chips and baked beans. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth,watched television and exercised(x1.5). At 15:45 I went to the computer room. I had Tomato soup(No Mulligatawny) and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday at 18:00 I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched the telewvision until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:06. I went my room at 11:15 to watch television and exercise. I had Pasta Bolognese for lunch. I went my room to watch television and to exercise(x3). At 14:45 I went to Asda and bought 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits and 1 packet of Ginger biscuits. I came home unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and filled a questionnaire about my visit to Asda. The nurse came said she thought my bowels had opened so I went to my room. I told a carer and they changed my pad, boxer shorts and my tracksuit bottoms. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea but there wasn't any ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:40.

I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged at 10:52. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went the computer room and went to my room to clean my teeth. I watched television and exercised(x2). I went to Asda but didn't buy anything. I came home and to the computer room. I complained to Asda because they didn't have any Asda Rich Tea biscuits and Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. I had a chipbutty and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I had (my own) Chicken Jalfrazi and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet and watched the television. I watched Featherstone beat Sheffield 40 - 4. At 20:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:22. At 11:30 I went my room to watched television and to exercise. I had Cumberland sausage, swede, cauliuflower, green beans and mashed potatoes for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). The manager and her assistant came in and asked what I'd been putting on Facebook. I told her that rarely use Facebook or Twitter but she said somebody accusing me of putting derogatory remarks about staff on Facebook. I went with her showed my Facebook. After I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese & Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I filled in a questionaire about my visit to Asda. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off 17:30.

Yesterday I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet and watched television. I watched St. Helen's beat Wigan 26 - 18. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched the television until 08:15. I watched the first half of the Australian Grand Final Manly playing New Zealand Warriors. I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:18. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room to clean my teeth. My bowels opened, I told the carers who change my pad, my shorts and my shirt. I finished watching Manly and the New Zealand Warriers. Manly won 24 - 10 and I watched Keighley beat Workington 32 - 12. I went to the computer room and logged out at 16:30.

This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, swhowered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:08. I finished Session 3 "Stereotyping and Labelling" of my NCFE level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and a bottle of Asda Shower gel. I came home, unpacked shopping and went to the computer room. I completed a questionnaire for Asda about my visit to their store and logged off at 16:30.
