My Life being Disabled 30/07/13

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my syphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, watched television and logged on at 11:00. I had Turkey, seasoning, roast potatoes, a jacket potato, new potatoes with their skins on, new potatoes, cauliflower, carrots and gravy for my lunch. I went to room at 13:15 and watched television until 16:00. I had a chip butty and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off  at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Hull FC beat Warrington 16 - 12. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. She said my right leg is swollen and felt hot. She told the nurse who said I should elevate it and she would call my GP. She arrived at 13:00 and said it was Cellulitis and prescribed some anti-biotics. When she had gone I asked my carers could I get up. At 13:30 I got dressed, put in my wheelchair and went to the dining room for lunch. I had Tomato soup forb lunch. I went to my room, logged on and at 14:00 I watched television to elevate my legs. At 16:15 the movie finished, I turned television off and went the dining room. Where I had Pork Pie and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my tea and logged off 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:25 and went to the dining room to have tea. I had my own Tomato and roasted vegetable soup with ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and watched Wigan thrashed London 70 - 0. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room to have lunch. I had my own Minestrone soup. I went to my room and watched television. My bowels opened at 15:00 and carers changed my pad. After I watched television until 16:20 when I went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup, sandwiches and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I  logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up an d watched television. At 22;30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, txt Jay Willey to invite her to Shaw Cross ARLFC next Saturday to watch my eldest son. I logged on at 11:00 and worked on both laptops. I had my own Tomato and Roasted Vegetables soup for lunch. Skille came to tell I could go to watch Leigh v Shaw Cross on 14/09. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 14:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 16:25 I logged off and went to the dining room.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked her would somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked my carers would they take me to Asda. I went room and logged at 10:30. After a carer came to take me to Asda where I bought 2 Onion Bahjis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas, 2 bottles of Shower Gel, 2 big bars of Aero and 2 boxes of Thin Mint Chocolates. We came home and packed my shopping. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and to have my tea. I had my own Tomato and Roasted Vegetable soup followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06;30 and watched television until 08;15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the ining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Chicken curry and boiled rice for lunch. The nurse gave me 2 letters, 1 from Pinderfields giving me an appointment for 03/09/13 at 10:00 with Mr Jamil and the other was from Dr Kent about my treatment with my right arm. I phoned Plnderfields to enquire if transport been booked - it has. I gave my appointment to the nurse. I went back in my room and used my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room for tea. I had a Bacon sandwich and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned m teeth and my bowels opened at 17:30. The carers came in and checked me. I didn't open my bowels and I used my laptop until 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 13:30 because I was going to Wakefield with another resident at 14:00. 2 Skills came for us at 14:00 and put us in the minibus. We arrived at 14:45 a parked in Wood Street. We crossed Westgate and I went into Superdrug where I  bought a bottle of Superdrug Aftershave. I went in Peter Jones where I bought 4 glass Coasters. We walk through The Ridings, our Skill/Carers had to look at every £ Shop and we walk to The Trinity shopping centre. We stopped for a coffee at a Burger joint, looked in Next to find some shorts. We went to The Ridings through Boots but I couldn't use the lift because it was too small. We went outside to the car park and use The Riding lift where I bought 10 packets of sugar free Polos, 5 packets of sugar free Halls, 2 cartons of soup, a bottle sun cream, 4 bottles of water ad 2 packet of baby wipes. We went through The Ridings to Wood street snd went to The Walnut Tree(Fayre and Square) our tea. I had an All Day Breakfast but complained because my butter was liquid. They changed it, it was full of noisy babies and there was only 1 waitress. We got home and 19:00, I unpacked my shopping, put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00  asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a syphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining and had breakfast. I went to my laptop and logged on at 10:30. I ad Mulligatawny oup for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop until 16:40 when a carer told me to go to the dining room for tea. I had Omelette, baked beans and ice cream. I went my room, cleaned teeth and logged off at 18:?00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:00 I watched St Helen's beat Wigan 22 - 16. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready forv my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag for a leg bag because I'm shopping in Wakefield this afternoon, and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room where I had Rump Steak, Onion rings, chips, mushrooms and garden peas. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 13:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room an  d had breakfast. I  went to my room and phoned my GP to asked for a referral to the Orthotics. The receptionist gave me an appointment for 12:00. I went to tell the nurse that I had an appointment at my GP's for 12:00. I went back to my room, tidied and had a cup of coffee. At 11:35 I went to find the carer who was taking me. When I found him we went to the Grimethorpe Surgery at we arrived at 11:55. I had to report to the receptionist because the machine didn't work again. I saw Dr Ramulu who gave me a referral to the Orthotics and Pontefract Hospital. He said give this note to the receptionist to deal. We went straight home because it was lunchtime. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and the assistant physio asked me if I wanted stretch my right arm under hot water. She came back for me at 14:00, we went to their room and she stretched my right under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room and logged at 14:30. A carer came to take me to Asda where I bought 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, a pasta meal, 2 onion bajhas,2 vegetable samosas and 2 vegetable pakordas. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I used my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room. I had a jacket potatoe with baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to nmy room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I logged off yesterday at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I getup. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I'd asked the night staff to put it in the dairy that I wanted to go to the duck pond. A carer told me skills would take me this afternoon. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and watched television. I had Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice and ice cream for tea. I logged off in the dining room at 17:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Bradford beat Hull FC 19 - 12. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 07:15 when the night nurse came to wash my bladder out. She said the day nurse had to look after 2 units. At 08:15 I  called the carers because I wanted to get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 11:00. At 12:25 I went to the dining room to have Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and watched a movie until 15:00. I worked on my laptop but at 15:45 my bowels opened, I told my carers who changed my pad. I had an Omelette with baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked the carer if I could get up. I asked her will somebody cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. I wrote a note to Skills telling the matches that Shaw Cross have t play. I gave it a carer to pass on to Skills. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I  went to my room and used my laptop. I had Fried Fish, Chips and Musy peas for lunch. I went to my room and decided to go out in the garden to read. I asked a carer to assist me in taking my buffet and my water. I stayed in the garden until 15:20 when 2 carers came to take me to the Dentist where I got a presciption for a bottle of mouthwash and a tube of toothpaste. We took it to the Pharmacy vja the Post Office. After the Pharmacy we went to Asda where I bought a Chilli con Carne with rice, 4 Vegetable Samosas, 4 Vegetable Pakordas, 1 packet of Chocolates Digestives and 6 Caramel Wafers. We came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had a plain omelette with baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 16:20 and I went to the dining room to have tea. I had 2 slices of Pork pie and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, put my legs up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my sphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I reminded the nurse that I have to pick a prescription up from the dentist. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 the physio's assistant came and asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. She came back after 10 minutes and led me to their room. She worked on my right arm under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room and worked on my laptop. I went to the dining room at 12:25 and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room but my bowels opened at 13:30. The carers changed my pad and at 14:00 I went to read in the garden. I finished my book 'Grimethorpe Revival' by Mel Dyke. I stayed in the garden until 16:40 and went to the dining room. I had scrambled eggs, 2 hash brown, tomatoes and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and my eldest son phoned me to asked what I wanted shopping. I told him I wanted sugar free Polos, Fisherman Friends and sugar free Halls. He told me he'll be here in about 30 minutes. At 11:30 he arrived and he used my big laptop to get The Origin match from Australia piped to my TV. We watched te the first half but I went to the dining for my lunch. Andrew watched the second half and I had Turkey, seasoning, Yorkshire pudding, Brussel sproats, mixed vegetables and gravy. I went t my room and Andrew left to wash his car. I logged on and the physio's assistant told me she's going to stretch my right arm later. At 16:00 the physio's assistant came and told me she'll stretch my right arm first thing in the morning. I logged at 16:20 before tea.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:00 I watched Wigan beat Widnes 48 - 4. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I said to the carer I'm ready for my bladder wash. She couldn't wash my bladder out because my catheter was blocked. She changed my catheter. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got up. I went to the dining room and had00_00 breakfast. I went to my room, watched television and log00ged on at 12:00. I asked a carer what time are we going to the dentist and she replied this afternoon. I had  Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, asked a carer what time are we going to the dentist and he replied 15:00. I decided to go out in garden. I went out in the garden at 13:30, sunbathing and reading. I came back at 15:00 when the carer told me she's having her lunch and taking me to the dentist. At 15:30 we went to the dentist but the receptionist apologised because he hadn't signed the prescription. She told me to come back on Thursday. We went to Asda where I bought big bar of Aero, 2 packets of original Halls, a bottle of Vitamin C pills, a packet of ginger biscuits and a packet of chocolate digestives. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I went to the dining room. I had jacket potato, chilli con carne and ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Warrington beat Huddersfield 44 - 24. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carer I'd run out of mouthwash and I'll phone the dentist later on. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and phoned the dentist. The receptionist said my prescription will w he ready tomorrow. I told a carer that my prescription will be ready tomorrow and I will go for it. I logged on and starting my blog 15/07/13. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. At 14:00 I was told that Skills were having a games of bingo outside in the garden. I went outside to find they had already started. I joined in on the next game and they played another one. After I stayed in the garden until 16:00 and I went to my room. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and had Fillet of Salmon, new potatoes, garden peas followed by ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:45.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Catalan lose to Hull FC 13 - 24. At 22:30 I asked a carer could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer coud I get up. The nurse gave me an Enema, I stayed on my bed for 10 minutes before being placed over the toilet. I stayed there for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved,showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashersof bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:30. I asked the nurse if I could go to Asda for some water. She told me later when the carers can take me. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and studied some notes that the tutor sent me on Behavioral Science. I went to my room and the carers told me we were going to Asda at 15:00. I went to Asda an d I bought a bottle of water, a box of thin mint chocolates, 4 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetable Pakordas and a big bar of Aero. We came home, unpacked my shopping and I went to the dining room at 16:25. I had Oxtail soup, sandwiches and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday  I logged off at 19:00, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Sheffield lose to London 10 - 29 in the Challenge Cup. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse gave me an Enama first and wash my bladder. After 10 minUtes I called the carers to put me over the toilet but after 40 minutes I decided nothing was happening and I was put in front of the wash basin. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Cornish pastie, mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy for lunch. I went to my room until 13:30 when Skills came to take me and a carer to the BBQ that my MP is organising. We set off at 13:40 and arrived at 14:15. We had a beefburger in a bun and a drink. At 15:00 we phoned Skills and told her we are finished. Skills arrived at 15:30 and got home at 16:00. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and had a plain omelette, baked beans plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 08:15 and watched television. I called for my carers asked them could I get up. I asked them will they cut my hair I got up, they cut my hair, I shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and logged on at 11:00. I asked the senior carer will somebody take me to Asda. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop. I got a email from Steve Correne, the manager of Pugneys, saying I must submit a reciept for my taxi fare. My bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad.  The carers came to take me to Asda and I asked if I could go to the Post Office as well. We went to the Post Office where I posted my receipt and we went to Asda where I bought 6 Samosas and 2 Vegetable Pakordas. We came home and unpacked shopping. At 16:25 I went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 19:00.

This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The carer said we've no nurse and I'll get my bladder wash later. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, the nurse gave my bladder wash, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 the physio assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right arm under hot water. We went to their room and stayed there for 30 minutes. I went back to my room and used my laptop. I had jacket potato with baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 17:45 because my bowels had opened. I told a carer who changed my pd and my shorts. After I put my legs up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 07:00 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room at 09:30 because I'd ordered 2 sausagesAfter, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. After I waited for my eldest son who was accompanied me. The taxi was ordered at 10:00 but an ordinary taxi arrived at 10:10 not a wheelchair one he radioed for a wheelchair one. This arrived at 10:25 ndc we set off at 10:30. We arrived at Pugney's at 11:00 and Steve Correne, the manager, came out greet us and give a detailed overview of the proposals. The meeting only lasted 10 minutes and we were back in Dearnevale at 12:00. We went to Asda where I bought a packet of Polo mints a tube of Pasta and Andrew paid for it. When we got back I went for lunch while Andrew watch television. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and watch television with Andrew until 13:30. Andrew left and I logged on at 13:45. I had pasta and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 09:00 and told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked a carer if I was going to the Acorn Centre today but I wasn't. I asked him to put in the diary that I would like to get up at 07:00 tomorrow. I went to my room and logged on at 12:00. I had Chicken Kiev, new potatoes and garden peas for lunch. I went to my room and asked a carer if  could go to Asda this afternoon. They said later and I went out in the garden at 13:30 sunbathing. The physio came and stretch my right arm for 20 minutes. I read my book until 15:30 and went back to my room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, my bowels opened and I told a carer. I logged off at 17:45.

This morning I woke at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse if I could go to The Acorn Centre to volunteer to assist. She told me someone will go with me later. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 12:25I went to the dining room. I had Lasagne, garden peas and garlic bread for lunch. I went to my room and at 14:00 I asked the nurse could I go into the garden. I stayed sunbathing and reading until 16:40. I had Tomato soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. The nurse gave me an enema but it didn't work. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a portion of baked beans. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and sent a text out Thanking Everyone because we raised |£1500 from the Summer Fair. At 13:45 I went to the garden to read my book 'Grimethorpe Revival'. At 15:45 I asked a carer if they would take me upstairs. I had Chicken Madras, Naanand ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30. I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Warrington beat Leeds 19 - 18. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for bladder wash. I'd spoken with the nurse on night saying I wanted an Enoema this morning. The nurse gave me a bladder wash and tried placing an Enoema up my bottom. I had stay on my bed 15 minutes and I was hoisted on to my shower chair. I was put over the toilet and after 30 minutes I was put next to the sink. Nothing had happened. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. I asked the nurse could a carer go with me Asda. At 11:00 the nurse and a carer came with me to Asda. I bought a bottle of water, a bottle of  shower gel, a Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice, 4 Pakordas and 2 Garlic and Coriander Naans. We came home, unpacked shopping and I was informed that lunch is at 12 noon. At 12 noon I went to the dining room and had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and used my laptop until 12:55 when I asked a carer to take me to the Summer Fair. There was about 10 stalls, a bouncy castle, an ice cream van and a café. We stayed until 15:30, I won/bought a Nao statue, a Leonafdo teapot, a picture frame, 2 bottles of shower gel, a fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a clock. After we had to go to the garden because the lift wasn't working. Shortly after we were told it was and I went to my room until 16:25 when I went to the dining room. I had Chilli con Carne with fluffy rice and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 05/07/13

Yesterday I logged off at 17:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer could I go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I asked my carers if they would help me to sort out my clothing. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetabix for breakfast. I went to my room but the nurse came and she told me the manager wants to see me. I went to her office where the manager, the senior nurse and the physio were sat. The manager told me about an incident where I had difficulty getting down Elizabeth Street and my carers had to put my wheelchair on manual but I created a minor storm. They put an incident form in and manager has speak with me. We talked about me volunteering at Acorn Centre and she said a carer will take me to see the manager this afternoon. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and logged on at 13:00. The manager from Pugneys Country Park arranged a meeting on Wednesday 10/07/13 at 11 :00. I told my eldest son who said he'll accompany me. I arrange a wheelchair taxi from Alpha Taxis to pick us up at 10:00. At 14:00 the physio and her assistants came and took the residents to the park. We stayed for 45 minutes and got home at 15:00. I went my room and worked on my laptop. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth but my bowels opened and I told a carer who they were very busy. I logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse would aarer take me to Asda this morning. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. Shortly after a carer turned my fridge off to defrost it. Another carer came at 11:00 and we went to Asda where I bought 2 bottles,  of wine for our Summer Fair, a box of Cotton buds, 2 packets of Ginger nuts, 1 packet of Chocolate Digestive, a bottle of Shower gel, 2 packets :of Halls original, 4 Mars bars, 2 boxes of thin mint chocolates, 2 big bars of Aero, a packet of chocolate mint wafer biscuits, 2 Onion Bajhis, 2 Vegetable Samosas, 2 Vegetabie Pakoras, a Chicken curry with rice, a packet of Asda Honey and Lemon Menthol Lozenges, 2 packets of Halls Soothers and a tin of Chilli con Carne. We came home and didn't unpack my shopping because my fridge was defrosting. I had 2 sausages, chips and a fried egg for lunch. I went to my room and started working on my laptop. At 13:50 I went to the Training room because Alan Turner was performing but I was informed it's in the garden. I went to the garden and Alan Turner performed for 1 hour. I came upstairs and went to my room. At 15:30 the physio asked me if I wanted the stretch my right hand under hot water for 20 minutes. I went to my room and worked my laptop. At 16:25 I went to the dining room and had a cheese & ham pastry with baked beans plus ice cream. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, opened a new remote from Amazon and logged off at 17:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went into the dining room, had breakfast and reminded a carer that I have to the dentist for a prescription for my toothpaste. At 11:00 I asked the nurse if I could to my dentist. A carer went with me to the dentist to get my prescription. We went to the chemist and got 3 tubes of toothpaste. We went home and my eldest phoned to tell me he is on way in. He arrived at 12:00 and we watched Hull FC lose to Wakefield 26 - 27. He watched it while I went to the dining room. I had Turkey, stuffing, cabbage, carrots, new potatoes, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. I went to my room and finished watching Hull FC lose to Wakefield 26 - 27. At 15:00 Skills for me to cook Lasagne. It took nearly 2 hours. We took into the dining room and ate it. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. I watched Hull FC  lose to Wakefield 26 - 27. At 23:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I got up at 06:00 and watched television until I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The nurse told me I had an appointment at Pontefract Hospital for 14:00 and I was having my lunch at 11:00. I went to my room and logged at 10:30. At 10:55 I went to the dining room where I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and worked on my laptop. At 14:20 my transport came to take me to Pontefract Hospital. We got there at 14:55 and I went to see the consultant who said she expected my right arm to loose. I said that wasn't explained in the letter. She took some measurements and booked me in for another appointment. The driver had waited outside and we arrived at Dearnevale at 16:00. I had a chip butty and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 07: 00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the office because I'd asked them to print the email from Steve Cerrone, the manager of Pugneys my Country Park inviting me to meet him to discuss their plans next week. I took it to skills and they said they'll look at it. I went to my room and phoned my dentist to get some more toothpaste. I logged on at 11:30 and went to the dining room at 12:25. I had Cumberland Sausage, chips, peas, mushrooms and onion rings for lunch. I went to my room and reported my call button because it wasn't working. At 14:00 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad plus my shorts. At 14:40 I went to my GP's surgery to get the results from my blood tests. She said everything was O.K. but my long term Blood/Sugar was too high. She prescribed some medicine and I went to the Pharmacy for it. I went to Asda where I bought 2 cans of deodorant, 3 bottles of shower gel, 4 vegetable Pakordas, 2 Onion Bajhis and 2 packets of Halls. I came home unpacked my shopping and went to the dining room. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:30.
