Yesterday I logged out at 15:25 and I told the carers I wanted to get ready to go to the rugby. I put on my themal vest, long johns, a t-shirt and some jogging pants. I told them to get Bradford away shirt and my rainproof fleece. I'd arranged for my tea at 16:00. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. We down to get in our miuibus at 16:45. The traffic wasn't heavy and we arrived at 18:00 and we went B & Q where I bought 2 picture frames for my certificates. We went to McDonald's to get something to eat and drink. We arrived at the KC stadium at 19:15 and we got in our places by 19:30. It was a good match but Bradford lack disipline and lost 24 - 18. We arrived home at 23:25 and I watched until 00:30 when told a carer I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched television until 08:15 when the nurse came in to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my leg bag to a siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. At 11:00 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch, I went to my room and cleaned teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and I went on the computer.At 15:15 I went to Asda and bought a Sausage n Mash plus a packet of Polomints. I came home unpacked and starting changing my passwords.I had Sausage n Mash and ice cream for my tea. I went my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off 17:25.

Yesterday I logged out at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:10 my bowels opened and I asked a carer if I coul)d go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could up. I asked her if she would cut my hair. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carers I want to get change, ready for Rugby, at 15:30 and I would like my tea at 16:00. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room but I couldn't logged on until I restored Windows eventually I logged in at 11:15. I had fried fish, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, exercised(x1). I went on my computer and logged off 15:25.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television.
At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could goto bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:55 and watched television until 08:15
when I called the nurse to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth,
shaved, showered, change my siphon bag, tried my new 3/4 pants,
shorts, jogging pants on and got dressed. I went to the dining room
and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45.
I had fried egg, chips and baked beans for lunch. I went to my room
and cleaned teeth. At 14:00 I went to the training room for the Residents
Meeting but it posponed through lack of attendees. I went to Asda and
bought 2 bottles of shower gel, 2 tins of deodarant, 2 bottles of mouthwash,
2 packets of Freegel, 2 packet of ginger nuts plus 2 packets Rich Tea.
I went home and unpacked my shopping. I went out because it was very warm
and walked down Elizabeth Street, St. Lukes Road, High Street, Acorn Way,
Cemetry Road, through the park, past Asda and back at 16:20.
I had jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream.
I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

I got home from Leeds at 19:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 20:45 I told
a carer my bowels had opened and I wanted to go to bed. My jogging pants and my boxer
shorts were covered. I told the carers my jogging pants were new and not to throw them awaw.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer
if I could get up. I asked her if she would change my leg bag for a siphon bag. I
cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. After my shower I asked to see the nurse
because my groin hurt and she said put Cavilon on. I didn't try any new clothes on because
a carer my bowels had opened and I wanted to go to bed. My jogging pants and my boxer

to wash my bladder out. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag
to a leg bag and got dressed. I put leg bag on because I've been invited to have afternoon tea
at Harvey Nichols in Leeds. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went my room and logged in at 10:33. The nurse took my blood pressure it was 163/97 before lunch. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I started watching televisiontelevision and my bowels opened. I told a carer who changed my pad. At 14:00 we set
to Leeds and we arrived at 15:00. We parked on Cookridge Street, we walked up
Great George Street, down County Arcade, down Briggate to Harvey Nichols EspressoBar.
I told a waitress that Janet Ward had booked a table and she took us to the table. She told
us we didn't have to pay. All of us ordered Afternoon Tea which consisted of your choice
of tea, 3 finger rolls each, 1 Salmon, 1 Chicken and 1 Cheese and pickle, 1 Scone with butter and jam and several cakes. We spent over 1 hour but couldn't eat everything.We went up to the
1st floor to check if I could of the lift. Everthing was O.K.. We went to JJB where I bought
some pants and some shorts. We went to The Merrion Centre to Morrison's where I bought
4 bottles of water. We went to a drug store and bought 4 packets of Fisherman's Friends.
We returned to our minibus and it nearly 18:00 and I asked if we could to the Crown Poni
Shopping Plaza. We I bought 2 pairs of 3/4 trousers in SportsDirect. We got home at 19:30 and
I went to my room.

This morning I woke up at 04:15 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. Yesterday I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:55(the clocks had gone forward) and watched television until 08:15 when I asked if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged at 10:15. I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad and I went out round Grimethorpe. I went down Elizabeth Street, St Lukes Road, Acorn Way, Springvale Road, Park Spring Road, stopping at Park Springs, up the High Street, Acorn Way, called Asda and back home. When I got to Asda there were 2 carers looking for me because somebody phoned the home saying I was asleep. I bought a tube of Pringles Cheese and Onion and some toothpaste. I had, my own, Chilli con Carne for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off.

After I had my hair cut, I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. The senior nurse was on duty and I asked why I didn't get my antibiotics until tea time she said the nurses were very busy. I said if I'd taken one before I'd got home that would be O.K. ? She said yes. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had fish coated in breadcrumbs, chips and mushy peas. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened and Itold a carer who changed my pad. I watched television and exercised(x2). The physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to stretch my right hand in hot water. Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, put my feet up and watched television. At 22:40 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
I didn't sleep very much because I had toothache. I woke up at 05:00and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer that was ready for my bladder wash. I told her I had toothache and she said she will phone the dentist. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast and asked the nurse for some paracetomal. I went to my room and logged on at 11:00. A carer came for me to go to the dentist. We checked in and waited until 11:40 when I was called to see the dentist. He examined me and prescribe a course of antibiotics. We went to the chemist and went home. I had sausage, fried egg and chips for lunch. My carer gave my antibiotics to the nurse but when I asked for one she said another nurse has to check them in ? I asked for some paracetamols instead. I went to my room and worked on the computer but my bowels opened at 14:00. The carers changed my pad at 14:45 and I carried on working on my computer. I asked Royal Mail for a compension form because they lost the shredder which I posted back on 14/03. I had Cornish pastie, baked beans and 3 scoops of ice cream. I asked the nurse why I didn't get my antibiotics until now and she said she was too busy. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

I asked a carer if I could have lunch at 12.o0. I went to my room and logged on at 10:45. . I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:10 I asked a carer if I could get ready to go to the doctor's surgery. We got there and the nurse took my blood pressure 153/95. She gave me the result and asked if our nurse will monitor it because if it get any higher the doctor must be informed. We went to Asda and I bought an Asda meal of sausage and mash and 2 packets of freegells. We came home and I logged off at 16:25.

I went to the dining and had breakfast. I asked Skills if I was cooking Chilli con Carne and she said this afternoon at 15:00. She said we'll go to Asda this morning to get the ingrediants. I went to my room and at 11:00 we went to Asda. Dearnvale bought the ingrediants and we got in I asked the manager if she had my certificate for passing the NCFE level 2 Equality and Diversity course but she thought she gave it back to me. She said she will look for it. I went to my room and logged at 12:00. I had Toad in the Hole for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched television and exercised(x1). My carer forgot changing my siphon bag and putting on Cavilon. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch, I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They changed my pad, boxer shorts and jogging pants. I went to the dinng room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I phoned Widnes Vikings to see if they had got tickets for the match against Bradford on 09/04/12 but they hadn't. I watched television until the Chiropidist came and he cut my nails. I logged off at 16:25.

This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I asked the nurse to put that I would to go to Leeds shopping in the skills book. I went to my room, set my shredder up and logged on at 11:30. At 12:10 the handyman came to PAT my shredder. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:54 I went to the training room because 'Double Tee' were performing. The show lasted until 15:30 and I went to my room. I had bacon and fried egg plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I started working on my computer but at 18:30 my bowels opened and I told a carer. They hoisted me up and put me on my bed but my sling was covered ! I couldn't use mysling I went to bed. They were going to wash my sling overnight.

Yesterday I had fried egg, sausages baked beans and ice cream. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called the nurse came to wash my bladder out. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and get dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I asked the nurse to order some leg stockings that hold my bag and to get me a Lemsip. I went my room and logged on 11:15 and the nurse asked me to sign a form from the NHS. I worked on my computer for the rest of the morning. I had braised sausages, mashed potatoes and peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I phoned Bradford ticket office and booked tickets for the match away with Hull FC BUT I had to phone Hull FC to order a parking space. At 14:38 Hull FC phoned to ask me what the registeration is on our minibus. I told her I'll ring her back. I walk down Elizabeth Street, St Lukes Road, Acorn Way, Milefield Lane, Park Spring Road back to the High Street and bought 2 bottles of mouthwash at Asda. I went home and had a beefburger plus ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I logged off at 18:30.

I phoned Hull FC but they told me all the tickets for away supports are to their ticket office. I phoned the Bulls ticket office who told me the tickets for Hull FC will be on sale tomorrow. I put my weights on to exercise and watched television. I had my own Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I asked a carer if they would put that I want to see 'John Carter' the movie in the skills book. After I watched television and exerciseds (x2). I started reviewing my Care Plan but the physio's assistant came and stretched my right hand. I finished reviewing my Care Plan and logged off 16:30.

Yesterday after I'd finished exercising I watched the television. I had jacket potatoe, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched Hull KR lose to Bradford 24 - 36. At 22:10 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved. showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room, had breakfast but the carers were very noisely so I told the nurse and she told them to quiet. I went to my room, logged on 10:40 and ordered a universal remote control from Amazon. At 11:20 I watched television and exercised. I had, myown, Mulligatawny soup lunch in my room because it was very noisey in the dining room. At 13:3o I cleaned my teeth and exercised(x2). I went for some fresh air and I went down the High Street, up Acorn Way to Asda where I bought 2 tins of Mulligatawny soup and a garlic bread. I came home and watched television. I had a lasagne, garlic bread and ice cream. Skills organised quiz but I left after 20 minutes because I didn't feel very good.

Yesterday at 18:00 I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 06:5o when I told thenurse I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered,changed my siphon bag to a legbag and got dressed. I went the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 09:20. At 09:55 the carer came to put my coat on and we to the minibus. The driver took us to the Owlcotes Centre, Pudsey near Leeds.We went into Asda and I bought some Joop aftershave, 4 boxes of Fisherman's Friends, 6 bottles of Buxton still water, 3 casual shirts. I didn't buy any Pringles because they were £2.69 and in Grimethorpe they were £3 for 2 tubes yesterday. We had a of coffee. We went into Marks and Spencers to buy some casual trousers with an elastic waist but they didn't have any. We went into Leeds and parked Cookridge Street just above Great George Street. We went down Park Row and into BHS to get some lunch. I had Fish and chips plus a cup of coffee. After we went to the Menswear to look for casual trousers with an elasticwaist but they didn't have any. We went into River Island but I couldn 't get in lift and I complained to the manager. We went up to Primark on The Headrow calling in at Wilkinsons. We went to Debenhams but they didn't have any. We into Harvey Nichols and we got out the lift I couldn't get through to the Menswear because there was a square rack of clothes directly in front of the lift. We called an assistant who moved it but going through the Menswear department I found it difficult because the racks were close together. I saw some managers and complained to them. When we left the square rack was in front of the lift and we got an assistant to move it. We went to T.K.Max where I bought 2 jogging bottoms and a pair of shorts. Somebody from McDonalds gave me 2 vo:uchers for a Big Mac.We went to The Merrion Centreand found Peacocks but I didn't buy anything. We went into Sainsbury's local where I bought 4 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion and 2 packets of Wine Gums. We back to the minibus and got home at 19:00. I put my feet up and watched the television. I had a Bolognese Pizza and went to bed at 22:00.

Yesterday I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed. The carers hoisted me but they positioned me incorrectly and I had a panic attack. They put me down and left me for 10 minutes.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining and found a parcel on my table. I had breakfast and went to my room. I opened the parcel which contained the wireless phone that order from Amazon. I connected it and phoned Hull FC to find out when they are selling tickets for the match against Bradford on 30/03/12. Next Monday they replied and I logged on at 11:10. At 11:30 I watched television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went to my room to clean my teeth. I watched the television and exercised(x2). My bowels opened and I told a carer who put me on my bed, changed my pad and put in my wheelchair. The engineer from Clark and Partners cam to fix my wheelchair. They put me on my bed for 30 minutes. After Dr Kent, my consultant from Pinderfields and the physio came and gave me 3 injections of Botox in my right arm. I went on the computer and went for tea at 16:30. I had Pork pie, mushy peas and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and logged off at 18:00

This morning I woke up at 06:50 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. The nurse told me I had an appointment diabetic nurse at 13:00 in the Doctor's surgery. I asked to get a carer to help me and getmy lunch ready for 12:00. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I cancelled my account with Lovefilms and had Tomato soup for lunch at 12:00 because I had an appointment with nurse at the doctor's surgery at 13:00. The nurse asked me a few questions and took my blood pressure which was high. She gave me another appointment on 20/03/12. We went Asda were I bought 2 tubes of Pringles Cheeseand Onion, 2 packets of throat lozenges, 2 packets of ginger nuts, 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits, 6 packets of Polo mints, 2 bottles of shower gel, 5 toothbrushes, some deodrant, a tin of Mulligatawny soup and a Beef Lasagne. When we got Skills were having a quiz on Fuller which lasted until 15:00. After they reminded me that I was cooking a pizza at 16:00. At 16:05 skills for me and took to the Therapy kitchen where Icooked a pepperoni pizza. After I had my ice cream I went to my room and logged at 18:20.

I went to my room to clean my teeth and to send an email to my brother about my busy weekend. I exercised(x2), watched the television and had a cup of coffee. At 14:45 the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to their room and have my hand stretched in hot water. I went to my room and set my computer up to watch ' Black Death'.

My Life being Disabled 04/03/12
Yesterday I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I didn't changed my leg bag because I was going out after lunch. I put my thermals on and went to dining room to have my breakfast. I was informed I didn't order any meals today and I asked the kitchen if I could have a Bacon sandwich. After my breakfast I went to my room and logged at 10:30. At 12:25 I went the dining room and had Mulligawny soup for lunch. I went to my got my jacket, Bulls away shirt, my scarf, my hat and my gloves. We set at 13:10 and arrived at Shaw Cross at 14:05. Shaw Cross were playing Widnes Bears and Shaw Cross 34 - 18. After we set off to Odsal where we arrived at 17:00. We were shown our parking space but we enquired if we could our vehicle to the enrance of The Coral Stand. We went down to the entrance and mycarer told the stewards that wanted to use the lift. We went in to the reception where we were shown to the disabled toilet. After we went into a bar were there was a viewing area where you see all of the pitch and outside were the seats with 5 spaces for wheelchairs. Because it was raining we stayed in the viewing area. At half time we were served tea/coffee. In the end Bradford 10 - 23. We waited for 15 minutes to let the traffic die down and got at 20:15. I ordered a Bolognese Pizza and watched my television until 23:00 when I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I asked if they would changed my leg bag to a siphon bag. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:20. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch, went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I watched the television and used my computer. I logged out at 16:25 and went to the dining room.

My Life being Disabled 02/03/12
Yesterday after tea I decided to pick where to go for Fish n' Chips tomorrow. I decided to go to The Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield. I cleaned my teeth, put my feet up and watched television. At 20:50 my bowels opened again and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 whenthe nurse came to changed my catheter. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, change my siphon bag to a leg bag and got dressed. I went to dining room and had breakfast. I went to my roomand texted my sons to invite them to go to The Wetherby Whaler. I logged on at 10:50. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and joined Lovefilm instant. At 14:00 I met with the Mental Health Liaison nurse, my Social worker and senior nurse at Dearnevale to discuss my annual review. The meeting last 1 hour but my review was about the same as last year.At 15:30 I, another resident, a carer and the driver took our minibus to Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield. When got there I saw my sons who came to join us with their girlfriends. We all sat on big table and I had a large haddock with mushy peas. Everybody enjoyed it and I paid for sons bills. We got home and I put legs up to watched the television. I watched Castleford lose to Leeds 14 - 36. At 21:45 my bowels opened and I told a carer I wanted go to bed.

My Life being Disabled 01/03/12
Yesterday at 17:54 I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:05 my bowels opened and I told a carer that I wanted to go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 02:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed(nobody ran water through my shower). I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room and logged on 10:30. At 11:30 I watched the television and exercised. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch but there were no napkins and the carer gave me 3 paper towels. I saw the head of domestics who told me the carers should go to another unit. A carer told me I'm going out tomorrow tea time for Fish and Chips but I'd asked to cook them ? I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. A contractor came in to fix the control on my bed but he had to order a new one. I watched television and exercised. I had a cup of coffee but my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad, threw my boxer shorts away. I went to Asda and bought some deodarant plus 6 AAA batteries. I came home and had jacket potato, baked beans and ice cream. Skills came to give me date 06/03 at 16:00 cooking a pizza and 19/03 11:00 to shop plus cook a Chilli con Carne.
