01/10 I used my PC and continued changing my passwords. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
02/10 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/10 I used my PC to scan my Passport and my latest Pay slip for Ladbrokes for proof of ID. After lunch(no cook again) I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. About 1530 my youngest son came and left 1630. After tea I used my PC.
04/10 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used  my PC.
05/10 I tidied my room before using my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
06/10 I used my PC before Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up nd watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
07/10 I got ready to go to Old Trafford to watch Castleford v Leeds in the Super League Grand Final at 1800. Because it's my birthday I've bought 2 Hospitality packages, one for me and one for eldest son. He's coming for me at 1230, we set off at 1300 and arrived at Old Trafford at 1500. On our ticket we were at the Captain's suite but when we got there we found out the Disabled viewing platform was located on a different Suite. We were taken outside to the correct suite. We had Soup, Breast of Chicken, Stuffing, New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables followed Jam Roll with Custard and Coffee. There were 2 Speakers and at 1730 we went upstairs to the Disabled Viewing Platform, inside with spaces for 4 Wheelchairs. The match was all Leeds and at half time score was Castleford 0 Leeds 7. In the second half it was the same Leeds won 6 - 24. We came home straight away and got home at 2130.

13/10 I used my new PC, did my shopping with Asda to be delivered on Tuesday between 1400 - 1600. I ordered 24 Original Fishermans Friends from Amazon. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
14/10 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
15/10 I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
16/10 In the morning I used my PC to open another Bank Current Account. First I tried First Direct but because I live in a Nursing Home with no specific address they can't let me open a current bank account but the TSB allowed me to open a current account. In the afternoon I put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/10 I used my PC while I was waiting for my transport to the dentist, my appointment is at 1030. My transport arrived at 1030 and arrived at the dentist at 1100. The dentist saw me straight away. She checked my teeth and apart from the tooth which had a temporary filling in the rest were O.K. She gave me a date for me to get a permanent filling in on 17th November at 1315. We went downstairs to wait for our transport which came at 1300. We got home at 1345 and I had my lunch. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/10 My shopping appeared overnight from Asda and my carers put it away. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
19/10 I used my PC and read an email from Sky warning about using breaking Copyright. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV until 1630 when I used my PC again. I bought 20 plain white cotton hankies from ebay. After tea I used my PC and got some letters from my banks.
20/10 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
21/10 In the morning I set my Internet TSB bank account up, After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
22/10 I told the nurse, because I've an appointment at Seacroft Hospital Diabetes Eye test for 1000 I want to get up at 0700. I used my PC to find out tickets for Leeds United v Middlesboro' in the Peter Lorimer Suite. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/10 I got up at 0715 because I'd got an appointment with the Retinal Screening at 1000. My transport came at 0940 and arrived at The Reginald Centre at 1020. We went upstairs to my Retinal Screening and we explained why were late because our Patient Transport didn't arrived until 0940. The Screener took us in to her room and asked to put long distant glasses on. She screened both eyes and told me my right is OK but my left ye has worsen. Sh suggest I get my eyes test with a Optician ASAP. We down to the Cafe to wait for our Transport but it didn't come until 1215. We got home at 1300 and I took my shoes and my coat off. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
25/10 I didn't get up yesterday because I was tired. I used my PC and I emailed to my sons if they wanted to watched Leeds United v Middlesboro on 19/11 at 1300 in Hospitality Peter Lorimer Suite. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/10 I lost my remote control for my TV this morning. I used my PC before lunch. My domestic found my Remote. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
27/10 After I'd a shower, had breakfast and I went to the Activities room to chair the Service Users Forum. After we had a Halloween Quiz. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order a remote control for my TV and order a new Soundbar plus I cleaned fitmy teeth.
28/10 I used my PC and moved my clocks 1 hour backwards. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched PNG v Wales in the World Cup 50 - 6. After I sent a list of my Complaints to the new manager.
29/10 I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched New Zealand beat Samoa 38 - 8. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/10 I used my PC all morning but I had lunch at 1200, a Sausage sandwich because there wasn't any Bacon. After I went to my room to use my PC. At 1520 a carer came to tell my transport was here but by the time I put my coat on it had left. My nurse phoned the Podiatry to arrange another appointment 11/12 at 1340. I used PC and ordered a Chicken Garlic Masala and a Chocolate Fudge Cake. After tea I used my PC.
31/10 I used my PC to find that my bank switch from Co-op to TSB worked. I got a new LG Sound Bar and arranged with the Handyman to fit tomorrow morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. One of the new Activities driver came to ask me if I wanted go the Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield on Friday 03/11 at 1400. After tea I used my PC.

01/09 I used my PC and continued changing my passwords. When I finished I sent an email to Rachel Cook about all my Complaints and started watching a movie. After Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I thought my Bowels had opened but it was a false alarm. I used my PC until tea. After I used my PC.
03/09 I stayed in bed watching the TV because I was tired. I used my PC but it was 1215 before I logged on. I won 2.40 pounds on Friday's Eurolottery. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After I Sunday tea I used my PC to find Sheffield were beaten by Bradford 18 - 32.We
04/09 After I had my breakfast I went the nurse to ask time I'm going to Pinderfields she told Katie, the senior, Emma the OCP to set off. We set off at 1030 and arrived at Pindersfields at 1100. We went to the Outpatients to register and waited for the Orthotics to call me. About  3 minutes the Orthotics call me into the office. I told how my White shoes were damaged and I wanted another pair. She checked he record which showed that I got them in 2013. It didn't show what they were. She said they will have to measure my feet and it will take about 1 hour. I told her I've moved Leeds and rather use Seacroft Orthotics. .She said to informed them when the request is sent.  We went to Leeds to Jamie's Italian on Park Row but we had to park on Cookridge street which is 15 minutes. We go in the restaurant and I used their lift to get upstairs where the tables were and a bar We were giving Menus to select our meals from. Katie had The Juliette, Emma, a vegetarian, had Gnoicchi Sorrentina and I had Canneloni Al Forno. We all said they were good. For Desserts Emma and me had Molten Chocolate Praline pudding and Katie had Epic Chocolate brownie. After I paid the bill with a reduction 10 pounds which was 46.88 plus a service charge of 10 pounds. I tried to go down but the lift wasn't working. The staff moved my wheelchair making all the weight at the front. This worked eventually but it took 15 minutes. We got my car at 1500 and got home at 1530. I used my PC but at 1615 my Bowels opened. Eventually my carers came and changed my pad. After tea I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/09 I used my PC to watch the highlights of Sheffield v Bradford. I watch a movie on my PC. After lunch I used my PC but at 1400 my Bowels opened and my carers  changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and ordered a PC to Alcatel One touch lead.
06/09 I used my PC and my GP came to look at my legs. She prescribed Water tablets to reduce the swelling on my legs. I watched the full match Sheffield v Bradford where Bradford won 18 - 32. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/09 I used my  PC and ordered a Disabled Parking Spot at Old Trafford for 07/10. I started watching a movie before lunch. After I used my PC to finish the movie. put my feet up and watched TV. After tea, it was Vegetable Curry that contained Broccoli, I didn't eat it and we had no Ice Cream. I went to my room and used my PC.
08/09 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC,  put my feet up and watched TV. We had Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas for tea. I used my PC.
09/09 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching a movie and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC working on my Family Tree.
10/09 This morning I got ready to watch Dewsbury v Bradford at 1500. My eldest son is taking me to Dewsbury. He arrived at 1315 and we went to pick my youngest son up before travelling The Rams Stadium on Owl Lane. My eldest son told me he'd shared a box. We parked outside the main entrance and used the lift and went to level 2. Our box on the 20 metre line and drinks and sandwiches. The Bradford team were warming up. The match kick off at 1500 and Bradford scored first but at half time it was Dewsbury 12 Bradford 12. In the second half Lee Smith scored the only try with the final score Dewsbury 12 Bradford 16 with an attendance of 1,300. I suggested we go for Fish & Chips at the Mermaid but the boys wanted to go home We got to my home a 1800 and I ordered 11'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.
11/09 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching the movie but at 1415 my Bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV before tea. After I used my PC.
12/09 I used my PC to email Lynda Holden, the new Operations Manager, a list of my Complaints. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and joined Labrokes.
13/09 I used my PC and found I'd won 7.50 pounds on Leeds United beating Birmingham. Lynda Holden the temporary manager came to met me to introduce herself. After I sent an email to Social Care Direct at Wakefield and Lynda came back to give me a copy of ExemplarHC's Complaints Procedure. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie on my PC. After tea I used my PC and got a reply from Social Care Direct Wakefield asking me to give them more information.
14/09 I used my PC to reply to Wakefield MDC. I began watching a movie. During lunch 2 nurses came to take some Blood for my Water tablets. After lunch I asked my nurse if I could get my Sleeping tablet strengthen. I used my PC and finished watching the movie. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and tried join the Health Lottery by Direct Debt.
15/09 I used my PC and tried to join The Health Lottery continuing via Direct Debt and failed again. I spoke to the help desk and they told me it's because I live in a Nursing Home but if I want to join I can by sending my Passport via email. I decided not to. I opened a Santander Zero Credit Card. I started watching a movie. After lunch I decided not to watch it. I used my PC,
put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to bet on Leeds beating Millwall.
16/09 I used my PC and wrote email to Lynda Holden listing all my Complaints since 24/01/17. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1630 my Bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. After Sirloin Steak for tea I used my PC.
17/09 I used my PC before we(me and a driver/carer from Interservehealthcarer) go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Rochdale at 1500. He arrived at 1100 to read my Care Plan and test my Car. At 1200 we set off but he missed York Road instead he went through Leeds to join the M621. We arrived at Odsal at 1245 and got a black Coffee, a glass of water and a coke for my driver. We sat at table 1 and the meal, Honey Roast Gammon, Buttered New Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables followed with Lemon Tart. At 1500 we sat in the viewing platform inside because it kept raining. Bradford were hot and at half time it was 46 - 6 and at full time it was 72 - 16. After we went home where I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and Chocolate Fudge Cake.
19/09 I decided to stay in bed yesterday because I was sleepy. I used my PC to ordered my shopping from Asda to be delivered tomorrow at 1400 - 1600. I replied to Liz Stonehouse apologising for not being at her meeting yesterday because I stayed bed. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/09 I used my PC to do my Lottery. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

23/09 I stayed in bed yesterday because I was tired. This morning I used my PC and paid my bill to Interservehealthcare for taking to Odsal last Sunday. I checked my emails from VIPMATCHDAYS to find out that my ticket should arrive in 1 - 2 weeks before the match on 07/10. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/09 I used my PC to buy a Black Shirt from Jacamo's. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
25/09 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/09 In the morning I used my PC to watch a mo vie. After lunch I sent an email to Emma the Occupational Therapist asking for a copy of August Service User Forum minutes because I don't have one. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
27/09 I phoned East Leeds Health Centre to book an appointment to see the Podiatrist and they gave me 30/10 at 1500. I used my PC and composed the Agenda for the Service Users September's Forum. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. While I was watching TV I reset my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/09 I stayed in bed yesterday because I was tired and didn't feel like getting up. This morning got my vipmatchdays tickets and the itinerary for the Grand Final of the Super League on 07/10 at 1800. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
30/09 I used my PC and found out it takes 90 minutes to get to Old Trafford. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

My Life being Disabled August 2017

01/08 I was supposed to see the homes manager at 1000 but I was in the shower. She moved our meeting to 1300. I phoned Interservehealthcare to ask if they had a driver/carer for this Sunday 06/08, Bank Holiday Monday 28/08 and Sunday 17/09. They said they will get back to me. I phoned VW Wakefield to ask for my Motability Caddy for it's 2 year service. Paul is going to phone me back. I used my PC. At 1300 I went to the manager's room to discuss my Complaints with her Rachel and Katy the Unit Manager. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used.
02/08 I phoned Paul at JCT600 to book my car in for its 2 year service on  8th August. Iused my PC until 1215 when the Wheelchair repair came to fix my wheelchair. After lunch I sent an email to the manager commenting on her email about the quality of the food. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth, sorted crates out and used my PC.
04/08 I didn't get up yesterday because I felt sick in the morning. This morning I used my PC to enter the date of Bradford's play offs in my mobile. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
05/08 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Featherstone lose to Leigh 12 - 38. After.  my tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/08 I got ready to watch Bradford v Toulouse at Odsal kick off 1500. A new driver/carer is coming at 1100 to read my Duty handbook. I asked the nurse yesterday to ensure I got up at 0830 but my carers came in my room at 0815. After breakfast I used my PC and found out I won a free draw on the Lottery. At 1115 my driver/carer came to do some paperwork in my but she went to the toilet(smoke) break and phoned Interservehealthcare. We set off at 1200 and arrived at Odsal at 1250. She parked my car while I stayed outside The Southbank Centre. We went inside to be told our table was No. 1. There was only another 2 people on table 1. Table 2 was empty and a few tables had empty places. Robbie Hunter-Paul was the MC and read the menu and welcomed every one. The meal was served at 1330, it was Honey Roast Ham Carvery, Minted New Potatoes, Carrots and Cauliflower Cheese followed by Strawberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake. From a Bradford point of view it was a poor performance. At half time it was 10 - 16 but in the 2nd half Bradford failed to score and the final score was 10 - 24. We headed back home arriving at 1745. My driver/carer completed her logs and went. I ordered a 11'' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's. Mbowels opened and I told my carers who changed my pad. At 1900 my Pizza arrived and I ate it in the dining room.
07/08 I used my PC and subscribed to The Genealogist. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I used my PC to find where Oldham play their home games because my eldest son is going take me on Sunday. It's Bower Fold Stalybrige SK15 2RT.
08/08 I used my PC and started drawing my family tree using TheGenealogist. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
09/08 I used my PC and tried to use my Genealogy. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/08 I used my PC to order a box of Halls Citrus and 5 pads of A4 refills. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened. I told my carers who changed my pad.  After tea I used my PC.
11/08 I used my PC to watch a movie. After I used my PC until 1430 an entertainer called Andy Lloyd came singing for 2 hours. I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
12/08 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Leigh v Hull KR. After tea I finished watching Leigh v Hull KR, Hull KR won 16 - 20. I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
13/08 I got ready to go watch Oldham v Bradford K.O. 1500 and my eldest son taput king me. He told me be ready at 1230. I used my PC until 1100 when I went to the Dining room where I'd ordered a Bacon sandwich. After I used my PC but at 1145 when my eldest son phoned to say he had Stomach Ache and he wouldn't be travelling today. I carried on using my PC, put my feet up an d watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
14/08 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC to finish watching a movie.
15/08 I ordered a Bacon sandwich for 1130 because I'm going to Pinderfields hospital to have my Baclofin pump filled. My appointment is at 1415. I used my PC until 1100 when my Bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At 1130 when I went to the dining room mpto eat my Bacon sandwich. After I went to my room to watched a movie on my PC. At 1310 my transport arrived and we arrived at Pinderfields Hospital at 1400. Straight away I was called into the Outpatients room where the nurses got me ready for my Baclofin pump filling up. The doctor filled it and the nurses put me back into my wheelchair. I went into the reception where I told the receptionist to tell Patient Transport that I was ready to go home. They arrived at 1600 and got at 1700. After tea I went my room and used my PC.
16/08 I got ready to go to the Dentist because I had an appointment at 1525. I used my PC and found out I'd won on the National Lottery. I started watching a movie but it was boring. After lunch I used my PC but at 1445 my Bowels opened and I told my carers who changed my pad. My transport arrived at 1515 but the driver couldn't fit my carer in. We didn't go and Admin  said she'll phone the Dentist for another appointment. I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
17/08 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching the movie and my Bowels had opened. I told my Carers who changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
19/08 I stayed in bed yesterday because I was tired. This morning I used my PC to pay bill to Inter serve health care for 06/08. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowels opened. I told my Carers who changed my pad. They put my feet up and I watched Warrington v Halifax. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
20/08 I used my PC to do my shopping at Asda, to buy 100 blank CD'S at Amazon and to buy 8 replacement toothbrush heads from ebay. After Sunday dinner I used my PC and reviewed my Care Plan for tomorrow. I gave my questions to Katy the Senior Nurse. Before tea I restarted my PC. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
21/08 I phoned Interserve Health Care to find out if they have cover for Bank Holiday Monday and 17/09. They told me Bank Holiday Monday 28/08 is covered and they will cover Sunday 17/09.  tried to change my Asda shopping because I want some Steredant but Asda haven't any. I ordered 12 tubes from Amazon. I started watching a movie before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and got a phone call from Paul Marshall at Brotherwood asking me if he comes on Wednesday at noon to complete the annual check will it be O.K.. I told him yes.
22/08 I used my PC before lunch and order 6 tubes of Lip Balm from Ebay. I started on my Genealogist and found my Grandma's Furness family who lived in Sunderland though her Father was from Hutton Cranswick Yorkshire near Driffield. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/08 I used my PC to send the Agenda for the Service Users Forum to Emma the OCP. Interservehealthcare phoned to tell me because I'm using them on Monday(Bank Holiday) their rates are 19.50 per hour. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/08 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I shaved, cleaned my teeth, used my PC to send an email to James asking him if he wants to go to Old Trafford on my Birthday.
25/08 I used my PC before going to the Service Users Forum in the Activities room upstairs. After we held 4 quizzes. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
26/08 I got up 0700 but I arranged to get up at 0630. I had just started my when son at 0815. We got Leicester Forrest East at 1030 where I had Double Bacon Cheese Burger XL and a cup of Black Coffee. We heard the M1 was closed near jcn 14 and we came off jcn 20 and returned at jcn 10. We got to Wembley at 1345 and got in the ground at 1415. We went to the bookies and had a bet, we went to the Disabled toilets and found my place, my son's seat next me and his friend's seat in front of us. Wigan scored first but at half time Hull winning 12 - 10 and full time Hull won 18 - 14. Marc Sneyd won the Lance Todd trophy. We watched the Challenge Cup presentation and we arrived at my car at 1800. We stopped at Trowell Services to have another  Double Bacon Cheeseburger and a Black Coffee. I got home at 2230 and had a Coffee and some Chocolate Digestives.
27/08 I put my Complaint about not getting up at 0630 to the nurse and she asked me if I wanted to do my Monthly Care Plan Review this afternoon. I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC while waiting for the Senior Nurse to complete my monthly Care Plan Review. She didn't come. After tea I used PC.
28/08 I used my PC before my driver/carer from Interserve Health Care came at 1200 to take me to the Southbank Centre at Odsal to watch Bradford v Batley. We went to Tesco's first to buy Diesel and we arrived at Odsal at 1300. The doorman informed us we were sitting at table 1. Stuart Duffy was the MC and told everyone of the Itinerary. The 2 course Silver service was served at 1330, Roast Beef and Yorkshire pudding, roast Potatoes, carrots, cabbage and gravy.  The dessert was Belgian Chocolate Messe. 07/05 I used my PC and my eldest son texted me to tell me be ready at 1200 because he's picking his mate after. He arrived at 1230 and went to pick his mate up in Ossett. We went to the Rapid Solicitors stadium and arrived at 130. We parked my car and were shown into the Hospitality room. We sat next the door and the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. I had a Soda Water with my son and his mate had a Coffee. It cost 5 pounds. The 2 course meal was suppose to served at 1400 but it was served at 1425. We had Steak Pie, Chips, Mushy Peas, Gravy and Mint Sauce. After we went into the bar to watch the match. The MC told us the Dessert and Coffee will be served at half time. At half time the score was Sheffield 24 Bradford 0 and at full time it was Sheffield 52 Bradford 16. Another disappointment for Bradford. We came home and I ordered a 11' Chilli Pizza plus a Chocolate Fudge Cake at 1815 which arrived at 1915. My carer put my Chocolate Fudge Cake in the fridge and I ate my Pizza. I went to my room and I put my PC away.

09/05 Last night my Sound Bar failed and use the television sound. This morning I asked an agency to change the battery in the remote for the sound bar but it didn't work. When I went to empty my bag I realised that my pipe was stuck under my bum. I told a carer who told me to go to my room. After 20 minutes I went out and asked an Agency to clear my pipe. 10/05 I went to Bridlington this morning with the girls from Activities. We had Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas at the Marine Bar where we sat outside. My eldest son is coming at 1130 because we are using my Hospitality season tickets which includes a 2 course meal before the match. We had Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, roast Potatoes, pickles and gravy followed by Lemon Cheesecake. The match started well with debutant second row Cameron Smith scored early on but London scored 2 minutes after and it was downhill after. At half time it was 6 - 34 and at full time it was 12 - 56 disappointed. I got home at 1800 and I used my PC.

11/06 I got ready to go to Odsal with my eldest son to watch Bradford v Featherstone. We are setting off at 1200 to arrive at Odsal at 1300. My season tickets are for the Southbank Centre which includes a 2 course meal and entertainment after the match. I used my PC until my son came at 1220. We got to Odsal at 1310 in time for the reception. The meal was Breast of Chicken, new Potatoes, Rice and Pickles followed by Eton Mess. After the MC Stuart Duffy introduced 4 ex players who played for Featherstone and Bradford. It was raining and we stayed inside. Bradford were the dominant side in the first half beating Featherstone 12 - 10 but in second half Featherstone won easily with the final score 12 - 36. We came home straight after and got home at 1800. I ordered a 11" thin Chilli pizza plus a Chocolate Fudge Cake which arrived at 1845.

In The Armouries we saw at 1230 Napoleonic in the War Gallery Observation, 1315 1st World War in the War Gallery Stage. We went to the Café where I had a Jacket Potato with Chilli con Carne plus a black Coffee. At we went to the Tournament Gallery to see The Tudors and finally we went to the Observation Post on the 2nd floor to watch about the 2nd World War. After we walked to Mumtaz Majestic restaurant where I had Chicken Jalfrezi and a Garlic Naan. We got home at 1800.
15/06 I had my bladder wash because my nurse forgot it yesterday. After my shower and my breakfast I used my PC to complain to the manager about my new shorts. 21/06 I ordered 2 Hospitality ticket for Halifax v Bradford on 02/07. I used my PC and won 9.90 on the Euro lottery. Totalcare emailed o tell me they havn't driver/carer but try next year. I watched the State of Origin and Queensland beat New South Wales 18 - 16. After lunch which was a Chicken Thingy with Oven Chips and Baked Beans. I finished watching the Rugby, I put my feet up and watched TV. I got messsage from Interservehealthcare in Halifax. I phoned them andthey are quoting 16.50/hour. We arranged to met tomorrow at 1230. I told the nurse my tooth ached and she arranged for me to go to the dentist early on Friday morning. After tea, Fish fingers and baked Beans I used my PC.
22/06 I was informed this morning that my monthly Care Plan Review would held at 1400. I got my Car Insurance and the instructions for the ramp out to show Inter Services Health Care who are coming at 1330. I  received my new storage box and I used my PC before Brunch and after  I to went to the Quiet Lounge to meet Inter Services Health Care. To discuss my requirements for a Driver/Carer to take me to Odsal to watch Bradford Bulls v Oldham on 25/06, Hull KR on 09/07 and Swinton on 23/07 plus the play offs. They said they will phone me later. After I had my monthly Care Plan Review with the nurse and we discussed about my DNAR to remove it.  The temperature in my room was high at 25'C. My Activity hours, my shrunk clothes and dirty cups in the dining room. After I went to room and put my shopping away. I used my PC which I had Reset. Before one of Scott McCaffrey's manager came to see me about Complaints. I told that I'd had Monthly Review today, I havn't had Property Check, the Crockery on Bluebell wants renewing,  my mains sockets are in place, the temperature in my room is 25'C which too high and we're getting Haddock every Friday. She told me she will try to fix these outstanding items. At tea the manager of Activities asked me if I will accompany her to Tesco's to buy new Crockery, knives, forks, spoons etc.. tomorrow afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
23/06 I got up at 0710 because I was visiting the dentist because I had toothache. activities took me in my car and we arrived at The Reginauld Centre at 0850. I didn't an appointment but got see the dentist at 0945. She examined my teeth and said I've lost a filling. She put a temporary filling in and gave an appointment for 16/09 at 1525. After my Bacon sandwich I went to my room and used my PC. My transport arrived at 1345 and we got there at 1410. The Podiatrist examine my feet and cut my nails. He noticed a cut/blister on my left foot which he treated it and put a plaster on. He told me that I must make an appointment in 2 weeks. He finished at 1500 and made an appointment for Monday 10/07. My transport came at 1555 and we got at 1645. After tea I used my PC.
27/06 I used my PC to pick 3 sets of Crockery and 2 sets of Cutlery. I wrote the Agenda for the Service Users Forum on this Friday 30/06. I started watching a movie before Brunch. During Brunch one of the GP's came to see me about DNR and we agreed it should be discontinued. I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used PC.
28/06 I phoned Halifax because I hadn't receive any information. They said I should get an email today. I used my PC and started changing my password. I continued changing my passwords and at 1500 I watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth, use my PC to send an email to Mark Moore.
29/06 The Nurse told me she's dealing with my White Trainers that the Laundry put them in the washer. I used my PC and found I'd won 50 pounds on the Lottery. I continued changing my passwords. I texted my eldest son to tell him we have be at Halifax at 1200. After lunch I used my PC but at 1430 my Bowels opened and my carers changed pad. I had ordered Chicken Jalfezi but our cook had to go home. I had Lamb Stew for tea. After I used my PC.
30/06 I was late getting up this morning because there was a shortage of carers. I didn't get up until 1015. After shower I had my breakfast, logged on to my PC and went upstairs to the Activities room where the Service  Users Forum starts at 1130. After we held 2 quizzes. 01/04 I used my PC to pay a bill from Yorkshire Reporter. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/04 I got ready to go to Oldham to watch Bradford at the Whitebank Stadium at 1500. I've arranged for Hospitality for my driver/assistant and me. I used my PC until 1130 when my driver/assistant came for me. It took us 1 hour to get to the Whitebank Stadium but there wasn't anybody there. We checked the internet and found they had moved to Stalybridge Celtic ground. It took us another 30 minutes to get there at 1415. We parked my car in the Disabled spaces and went to find the Disabled toilets which were inside the stadium. After we went to the Disabled viewing platform which was on the opposite side of the stadium. We had a Beef burger and a cup of Coffee. The match started at 1500 and at half time the score was 12 - 14 but the final score was disappointing 26 - 22. We got home at 1830 and I ordered a Chicken Nawabi with a Garlic Naan from Just Eat.
03/04 I used my PC and realised I'd broken my mobile. I ordered a new Alcatel 20.45x from Amazon to be delivered tomorrow. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
04/04 I used my PC, I got a cheque from Motability for the loss of my car which sent it to the Co-op bank. I ordered 2 Hospitality packages for the Featherstone v Bradford match on Easter Monday. 06/04 Last night when I was being hoisted to bed I noticed my right thumb nail was bent because I had trapped it. This morning I couldn't get up at 0830 because all my slings were being tested. I got up at 1100 where the right hurt. My right thumb nail was bent over. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch my Asda shopping came and a carer put it away. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I started watching a movie on my PC and cleaned my teeth.
07/04 I got a letter from DWP asking if I had an increase in my Occupation Pension I referred them to BT Pensions. I checked my answer machine and found 2 people interesting in my part time driver/assistant. I used my PC but my Catheter was blocked and my nurse changed it. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I finished watching the movie on my PC.

09/04 I used my PC before going to Odsal to watch Bradford v Sheffield. At 1130 my driver/assistant called for me and we went to Odsal. We arrived at 1215, my driver got held up in the car park because the attendants wanted to talk about Antiques. Finally we got in the Southbank Centre where I had Soda water and my driver a shandy. The meal was served at 1330, Roast Beef, roast potatoes, cabbage and carrots with Yorkshire pudding plus gravy. For dessert it was Millionnaire's Lemon Cheesecake with Ice cream. The match kick-off at 1500 and at half time Bradford were winning 24 - 12. The final score was Bradford 48 to Sheffield 16. We came home and I ordered a Chicken Nawabi with Garlic Naan from Just Eat cooked by Spice Zone but they delivered a Lamb Nawabi.
10/04 This morning I used my PC and got a letter from the NHS telling me that the Diabetic Eye Screening Assessment is moving. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1630 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC and tried to contact my youngest son who lives in Tenerife via Facebook but I couldn't.
11/04 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I continued watching the movie.
12/04 I was informed that my eye test is due by the nurse. I made an appointment at Tesco's for 25/04 at 1530. I used my PC to order 2 bottles of Eau de Toilette from Ebay. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1620 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
13/04 This morning Activities told me Friday Coffee morning is starting again replacing Thursday Afternoon tea. I used my PC to watch a movie but when I came back from lunch my PC was upgrading. After I finished watching my movie. I put my feet and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. Before tea I sent an email to Westminster to close my account. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
14/04 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC until 1530 when I got changed to go see Bradford v Halifax at Odsal. My driver came at 1630 and we arrived at Odsal at 1730. We went in the Southbank Centre where our meal was served at 1815. I had Steak and Ale pie, with Carrots, French Beans and new Potatoes followed by Strawberry Cheesecake with cream. The match started at 2000 and half time Halifax were winning 0 - 10. Bradford made too many errors and the full time score was 12 - 22. We left straight away and got home at 2245.

16/04 I used my PC and I ordered an Amazon Fire Stick before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order 2 pairs of shorts from Jacamo's and cleaned my teeth.
17/04 I got ready to go to the LD Nutrition Stadium in Featherstone to watch Featherstone v Bradford. I used my PC and 1200 we set off. We arrived at 1300 we were escorted to the lift. I had problems before with lift because my carer has to go with me to hold a bar down to move the lift. We managed to get to the 1st floor and we were escorted to the Bradford table near the viewing window.  A waitress took our drinks order. The 3 course meal was served at 1330, Spicy Tomato soup, Roast Beef, mixed vegetables and new potatoes with gravy and Ginger cake with custard. After the MC introduced a Featherstone player who gave his thoughts of the match. At 1450 we moved to the viewing window, although others went into the stand. From a Bradford point of view it was poor because at half time it was 38 - 0 and full time it was 44 - 18. We got home at 1800 and at 1830 I ordered a Chilli Pizza from Soprano's but it didn't arrive until 2015.
18/04 I used my PC to order tickets for Bradford v Hull KR on 27/05 at 1900 in Blackpool. I asked my eldest son if he would take me to watch Sheffield v Bradford on 07/05 at 1500 in Wakefield. 24/04 I used my PC and I ordered 3 Hospitality tickets for the Sheffield v Bradford match on 07/05 at 1500 at Belle Vue, Wakefield. My GP prescribed some anti-biopics because my legs had flared up Cellulitis. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. At 1615 my bowels opened and my cares changed my pad. 25/04 I started using my big PC but the cursor  was missing. I used my little PC but I got my big PC working. I ordered 12 Men's Hankerchiefs from ebay. After lunch I used my PC but at 1430 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/04 I had my bladder wash at 0900 but there shortage of carers and I didn't get a shower until 1030. After breakfast I used my PC. After I used my PC.I entered a competition run by Blackpool FC about the Summer Bash.

28/04 I used my PC and asked the person who's going to modify my Fire Stick when will I get back. He replied to say I hadn't  put my return address in it. I replied giving him my address. 29/04 I used my PC and started changing my passwords. I got my Hospitality tickets for Sheffield v Bradford on 07/05 at 1500 in Beaumont Legal Stadium, Wakefield. 01/03 I used my PC before meeting with Scott McCaffrey the Operations Support Manager at 1100. We met in the manager's office and discussed my complaints. Scott told me he would send me a summary of the meeting by 10/03. I went back to my room and open my post. I got a letter from the Co-op bank asking me send them a copy of the newspaper cutting of Bradford Bulls have been liquidated. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC and I sorted my CD's out.
02/03 I didn't get up until 0930 because the carers had to get other Service User up first. After my shower and breakfast I used my PC. I got a phone from the Bulls Golden Gamble telling me their phone number. I bought from Westminster A NUMIS Proof First to commemorate Her Majesty the Queen Sapphire Jubilee. After lunch I used my PC, put feet up and watched a movie. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used PC.
03/03 I used my PC and order The 1977 Silver Jubilee Silver Crown from Westminster. At 1130 I went to our lounge for the Coffee Morning where we had coffee, cake and 2 quizzes. I came back and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, Activities came and filed my finger nails. Later I put my feet up and watch a movie until 1620 when my bowels opened. I called my carers who changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
04/03 After my bladder wash I noticed that my Catheter was by-passing. I cleaned, shave and showered. I told the nurse who changed my Catheter. After breakfast I used my PC to order 3 UK Sapphire Jubilee 5 pound coins from Westminster. After Brunch I used PC, put my feet and watched TV. At 1600 I told the carers I wanted to get changedl. I put my light brown Chinos, my White shirt and my Black shoes because my eldest son is coming at 1830 to take me to Franco's where we are meeting my younger brother at 1900. I used my PC before my eldest son came at 1855. I'd already texted my brother to tell him Andrew was running about 15 minutes late. We got to Franco's at 1915 and met my brother in the bar. A waiter took us to our table and the restaurant was very busy. I ordered a Palma Ham with parmesan shavings, Breast of corn fed Chicken Milanese and Italian ice cream. We finished at 2130 and Andrew took me home. My brother was staying at the Thorpe Park hotel and I agreed to give him a lift. We got home at  2200 and Andrew stayed until 2230.
05/03 I used my PC until 1300 I went to the dining room for Sunday dinner. I complained because the Lamb was too tough and it looked like Mutton. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC and finished watching the movie.
06/03 I got ready to go to Podiatrist as I had an appointment at 1320. I used my PC until 1300 when my transport arrived. It was difficult getting up the ramp and positioning myself the vehicle The driver contact his control to tell them not to allocate this type vehicle anymore. We arrived East Leeds Community Health Centre at 1320 and I reported to the receptionist. I was called in after 5 minutes. The Podiatrist cut my toenails which only took 10 minuetes. I went to waiting room to wait my transport home. A taxi arrived at 1430 to take home. I got put my feet up and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/03 I used my PC and phoned Laura from Bradford Bulls about the tickets for the Challenge Cup against Featherstone on 18/19 of March. After lunch I tried to fit my disc drive to my PC. At 1530 I asked the senior carer if a carer would move my sling because it's blocking my view of my TV. I used my PC and started watching a movie. After tea I used my PC to continue watching the movie.
08/03 I got my result of my Bowel screening and it was normal. I used my PC and watched a movie. The Wheelchair repair man came at 1215 at fixed my control knob but he's going to come back with a new cover. After Brunch I used my PC and finished watching the movie. At 1430 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1620 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.

10/03 I opened several letters this morning and 1 from Experian asked me my net pension. I emailed btpensions to ask them. After lunch I had to go to the TV lounge because the electricians were working in  my room. After tea I worked on my PC.

12/03 I got ready to go to Odsal where Bradford were playing Batley. My driver/carer came for ma at 1140 and we went to Tesco's to get some Diesel. We went to Bradford calling at a Petrol station because I wanted some cash. We arrived at Odsal in the Southbank Centre at 1245. We were sat at table 1 and the meal of Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables with gravy were served at 1330. After some old players were introduced. For dessert we had Raspberry Cheesecake. After we had a 20 question quiz. We took our place inside and watched the match. At half time it was 18 - 18 but in the second half it was all Bradford winning 44 - 22. We came home and I ordered a 11' Chilli Pizza and Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
13/03 I phoned Bradford Bulls Commercial to order 2 Hospitality packages for the Challenge Cup next Sunday where the Bulls are playing Featherstone. I used my PC and carer did my property before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I ordered 10 packets of Jakemans. After tea I used my PC but my fibre broadband was disconnected. I restarted it and cleaned my teeth.
14/03 I couldn't get up because both shower slings were in the laundry. While I was getting dressed a carer pushed my stereo on the floor and it doesn't work. After breakfast I used my PC and started watching a movie. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie. After I watched TV. After tea I used my PC, started watching a movie and cleaned my teeth.
15/03 I took my car keys to the reception because Wakefield VW Vans were coming at 1100 to check why an Orange light kept coming on in my Speedometer ? I tidied my large drawer in my desk. 16/03 I phoned JCT600 Wakefield VW vans this morning to find out what's happening with my car. They said Paul's dealing and he will ring me. I used my PC. Paul phoned to tell me they've found a fault with wiring and they will return it tomorrow. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC, watched more of the movie and cleaned my teeth.
17/03 I was shocked when I read my bank account to find I had been credited 1,045 pounds which I paid to Bradford Bulls for 2 season tickets in the Southbank Centre before they were liquidised. I phoned JCT600 VW vans at Wakefield to ask if my car was ready. They told me it'll be ready after the weekend ! I told them I was going to Bradford v Featherstone on 19/03 at Odsal in the Southbank Centre costing 34.95 each. They said they will pass this to Motability. Motability phoned asking what my requirement were to go to Odsal on Sunday by Taxi but my requirements meant it would take Motability more than 2 days to organise. We agreed that Motability should pay for my tickets. I texted Barrie to tell him we couldn't go on Sunday. After lunch I used my PC and Motability phoned saying was I happy with the outcome I said NO. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my little PC and my big PC.

20/03 I tried to ask Sophie if she was taking me to Oldham. I ask Kirsty on Activities who told me Sophie's on leave this week. Kirsty's going to try to contact Sophie who's going to take me to Oldham on 02/04. I used my PC before lunch. After I told the senior carer that my wheelchair control arm(left) was loose. She was going to put it in the Handyman's book. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
21/03 While I was waiting for transport to take me to Pinderfields to get my Baclofin pump filled I tried phoning Oldham to buy tickets for Oldham v Bradford on 02/04 but I didn't get through. I used my PC. At 1300 my transport arrived and we got there at 1345 which was the time of my appointment. I went to see the doctor but my bowels had opened. The carers changed my pad before the doctor filled my Baclofin pump up. I went into waiting room to wait for my transport. It came at 1545 and we got home at 1630. The carer put my Asda shopping away and I noticed my Jakemans Cherry Menthol Lozenges were missing. After tea I used my PC to email Asda.
22/03 I phoned Motability to complain that my Motability car had been in JCT600 VW Vans at Wakefield since last Wednesday 15/03. They are dealing. I texted my eldest son to find out whether he's taking me to Oldham on 02/04. I used my PC to email Asda to complain that my home delivery was missing 8 packets of Jakemans Menthol Lozenges. After lunch I used my PC until 1500 I went to the Activity room where Zoolab gave a demonstration of Tortoises, Lizards and Snakes. Motability phoned to tell me that JCT600 VW vans are bringing my car back tomorrow. My eldest son texted me to tell me he won't be taking to Oldham 02/04. After tea I prepared for the Care Plan Monthly Review, I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

My car returned from JCT600 VW vans at Wakefield after a week faulting an electrical fault. After lunch I used my PC and at 1400 I had my monthly Care Plan review with the Senior Nurse where we discussed my complaints. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV before tea. 24/03 This morning it was 1230 when I finished my breakfast because all my slings were in the laundry. I complained to Linda, our nurse and deputy manager. The manager apologised. 26/03 I woke up at 0930 because I forgot to change my clocks because it's BST. I used my PC before I went to Odsal to watch Bradford v Dewsbury where Bradford won 56 - 18. When I got home I ordered Chicken Nawabi and Garlic Naan from Spice Zone that arrived 10 minutes early. After I used my PC.
27/03 I used my PC and spoke to Oldham about getting Hospitality for Sunday's match. He took my name and told him I was a Wheelchair User with my carer. He told me turn up at 1230 and pay in cash. I sent a complaint to Bradford Bulls about the Southbank Centre can't hear the MC. After lunch I used my PC put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
