My Life being Disabled February 2018

01/02 I didn't get up until 1130 because I fell asleep again. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
02/02 After my shower I couldn't get up because my Sling was in the wash. The OT found another Large one that fit me. I had a Bacon sandwich at 1200. After lunch I used my PC and ordered 3 charging leads for my Mobile. I used my PC all afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
03/02 I got ready to see John Bishop at the Leeds Arena at 2000 tonight. My eldest son is taking me. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I had a Sirloin Steak, chips, garden peas and onion rings. After I watched TV until Andrew came at 1900. We parked in the Merrion Centre car park and went to Leeds Arena. It was nearly full and John Bishop's show lasted until 2230 with an interval of 30 minutes. It took us 30 minutes to get out of the car park. I got home at 2330 and I had a cup Coffee plus 6 Ginger nuts.
04/02 I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/02 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I used my PC and finished watching the movie. I  put my feet up and watch TV. At 1600 I got ready to the Cinnamon Lounge. At 1715 Activities came to take me in my car. We arrived at the Cinnamon Lounge in Horbury Bridge at 1800. We were their first customers. I had Chicken Nabawi Khaba with a Garlic Naan plus Soda water. Morgan, from Activities had a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice plus a still water. We left at 1920 and got home at 2000.
06/02 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.'
07/02 The Clinical Nurse manager tried to file my finger nail but they were too long. She decided to buy some new files. Emma, OT, reported my Wheelchair because the wheels are sticking. Wheelchair Repair are coming tomorrow. I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
08/02 The Wheelchair repair came just as I was getting my breakfast. He changed one of my wheels. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order my shopping from Asda to be delivered on 13/02 between 1300 - 1500.
09/02 This morning at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club in the Activities room. I had Bacon, Pork Sausages, Tomatoes plus 2 Bread cakes and left 2 poached Eggs. It was drawn out but Activities promised to hold it every Friday. After I used my PC. After Fish, chips and Garden Peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/02 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Hull FC v Wigan playing in Australia. After my Sirloin steak tea, I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/02 I got ready to go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Keighley. I used my PC before we, Activities and me, set off at 1200. We arrived at 1300 and I waited for Activities to park my car outside The Southbank Centre. We went the Legend's Room, the doorman told us we were sitting at table no. 1. The meal was roast Pork, seasoning, Broccoli, Carrots, roast Potatoes, cracking with gravy. After a few speeches including Gary Schofield the match started at 1500. It was close encounter with 6 cards and half time it was 10 - 10. The final score was 28 - 20 and during the match there was a blizzard.
We got home at 1745 and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza plus a Chocolate fudge cake which I had for supper.
12/02 I texted my eldest son to ask if he will take me to Keighley on 11/03. Interservehealthcare phoned to arrange for their Nurse to on 20/02 at 1130 to review my Care Plan. I arrange an appointment with the Podiatrist on 19/03 at 1320. I used my PC before lunch. After I emailed to the manager to Complained about Joyce going to sleep in my bed. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
13/02 Tues Because there was a lot Agency it took until 0945 for the handover. My eldest son phoned to ask if I was going to York this Sunday. I used my PC and ordered 15 Buxton still water because Asda only had 1. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I sent an email to Rita the Clinic manager about the catering. told I'll get a copy. After lunch I printed a list of my Complaints plus another 12 but I never saw Rita. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1615 my Bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I used my PC.
15/02 Thurs I spent all morning writing all my complaints
 on email that I sent Rita Butland, the Clinical manager and Lynda Holden the ome manager. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. But at 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/02 Fri Activities had a breakfast meeting that started at 1000. I had shower etc. and I went to the Activities room at 1100. I had a glass of orange juice and 2 pancakes with maple syrup. I went my room and used my PC. After Fish, chips and mushy peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC to Complain about Pauline a Service User that swears all time.
17/02 Sat I used my PC until lunchtime. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/02 Sun I used my PC before I and Morgan from Activities went to The Fox and Grapes for our lunch. We both had fried Cod, chips and mushy peas. We were the first customers but it soon got busy. We'd finished by 1300 and we set of to York City Knights who play at Bootham Crescent. We arrived at 1345 and  parked just outside on double  yellow lines. At 1400 we went in and went in the main stand there were a few wheelchairs at the front but it was full. Next to the main stand there were 2 bus stop covered thing with chairs for carers. We went in one and we were joined by another Bull's wheelchair user. At half time the Bulls were winning 8 - 10 and full time the Bulls scraped through a last minute penalty winning 20 22. We got home at 1800 and I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.
19/02 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
20/02 Tues I used my PC and phoned Bradford Bulls to buy 2 tickets for  the Challenge Cup tie on this Sunday. After lunch I used my PC but 1430 my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad. After I put my feet up and I watched TV. After I used my PC.
21/02 Weds I stayed in bed all morning because my Catheter was blocked. There weren't any trained nurse on site. They called for the Clinical manager from Fairview Mews, Castleford. She arrived at 1000. She and the Clinical manager from Ravendale changed my Catheter at 1100 but there were no carers to assist me in the bathroom  until 1210. When I cleaned  my teeth, shaved and showered. After lunch I found out Keighley had run out of Hospitality tickets and  I sent an email to Rita Butland, Clinical Manager, Lynda Holden, the Home Manager and Euan Craig the CEO of Exemplarhc complaining about why did I have to stay in bed this morning. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/02 Thurs I used my PC and got 2 emails from Rita the Clinical manager replying to the email I sent her yesterday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/02 My Sky went faulty last night. This morning I fixed by re inserting my Viewing card and moving all the cables. I used my PC for the rest of the morning. After lunch I used my PC, to fill in a questionnaire from Activities. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my te eth and used my PC.
25/02 I used my PC before I went to Odsal to see Bradford v West Wales Raiders. John from Inter Serve Health Care came at 1145. After John got used my car we set off. We arrived at Odsal at 1300 and the doorman told me we were sitting at table 1. The meal was served at 1330, roast Gammon, sauté Potatoes and a selection of vegetables with gravy. At 1415 Stuart Duffy, the MC, introduced a Bulls player that was injured who was injured. He answered few questions. After Stuart held a quiz containing 10 Rugby League questions and 10 general knowledge questions. After everybody went to get seats we decided to stay inside. The West Wales Raiders who play in Division 1, same as Bradford were outclassed with at half time 38 - 0 and full time 82 - 6. We got home at 1745 and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
26/02 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowel opened and my Carers changed my pad.  I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/02 Tues I told the nurse I'd run out of shampoo and toothpaste. She told me the order is monthly. Activities told me they are taking me to Tesco's to pick up my new reading glasses. We set off at 1200, picked my new reading glasses up and got home at 1300. After lunch I threw my old reading glasses away. Sorted my hospital bag and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
28/02 I used my PC and started changing my passwords before lunch. After I continued changing my password, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.

My Life being Disabled Jan 2018

01/18 I used my PC this morning but last night I went to bed at 2230. I found my bed was deflating but my Carers fixed it. The menu is Lunch Beef stew and Tea Corned Beef hash. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and sent email to Chris about the Issues/Complaints I want to discus.
02/18 I used my PC while I was waiting for my transport to take me Pinderfields hospital in Wakefield to get my Baclofin pump filled up. I asked for a Bacon sandwich but they didn't have any Bacon. I had a Sausage sandwich instead at 1100. After I used my PC until 1300 when my transport. We arrived at Pinderfields at 1345 and we saw the Consult at 1400. He filled my Baclofin up, which took 20 minutes. After we waited for my transport in the waiting room. It came at 1530 and we got at 1600. I took my shoes off and my coat off. I used my PC, I ordered an 11' Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.
03/01 This morning I tested my Sky because my Viewing Card was faulty. My TV read Please Insert your Viewing Card on Saturday when I passed to Sky who told me they will get me new Viewing Card that should get to me on Tuesday but when I tried it worked. I checked that I had Premier Sports and Sky movies. I phoned Inter Serve Health Care about not turning out on Boxing Day and they said put it down on an email. After lunch I used my PC, py feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC'.
04/01 I was informed that I are going to my GP's surgery because I've an appointment to see the nurse about my Diabetes, my blood pressure and take some blood. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC before we went to GP's surgery. The Grange Surgery in York Road. We saw the nurse who took some blood, take my blood pressure and took some urine. We came back and I use PC. At 1700 I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala plus a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
05/01 I slept in this morning and I didn't get until 1030. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/01 I used my PC and told the nurse plus the carer I was have to be changed before 1800 because I'm going out to Mumtaz in Leeds. My eldest son is taking me. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV.  At 1600 the Carers came to change me. After I watched TV. At 1800 James my youngest son phoned to tell he was lost in Kirkstall. I gave him my Post Code and g ot here at 1825. We arrived at Mumtaz at 1900. Andrew, Ben and his wife were sat in the reception. We went to our table, ordered our meals plus non alcoholic drinks. I had Murgh Makhani, hot Chicken Tikka Masala. We finished at 2130 and I was home at 2200.

08/01 I reported my Wheelchair to Wheelchair Repair because my right arm rest was loose. They are coming on Wednesday afternoon. I phoned Bradford Bulls about my new shirt and season tickets. Bradford Bulls are dealing. I asked Activities, Morgan is taking to me Odsal on Sunday. I used my PC tried to get my Amazon Gift Card but it didn't work. I tried to Hide My Ass working but it didn't work. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

10/01 I got a letter from GP asking for sample of Urine in a months time. I got my Halls Citrus sugar free in the post. I sent an email to Chris Dawson the home manager about my air filled mattress which has been faulty since last Thursday. There isn't Semi  Skimmed Milk. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/01 I used my PC while my carers changed my mattress back to my Air Filled Mattress. After Fish, Chips and Processed Peas I used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
12/01 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch, Fish, Chips and Processed Peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order 2 felt tip pens.
13/01 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
14/01 I used my PC before going to Odsal to watch Bradford v Sheffield at 1500. We, my driver/carer set off at 1200 and arrived at Odsal 1300. The Doorman told me we were sat on table 1 as I waited for my Carer/driver to park  my car. I asked one of the manager if we could my car in the Disabled spots and she said yes. But my driver had to wait until one of stewards checked to see if I had parking allocated. She came  after 20 minutes and we went to Table 1. There was 7 places and as usual next to the door. The meal was Roast Beef, Carrots, Potatoes with gravy. After two Again the ex-players from Sheffield answered questions and 2 injured players from Bradford answered questions from Robbie Hunter Paul who was the MC. We had a quiz, 10 Rugby League questions and 10 General Knowledge questions. The match started at 1500 and half time it 0 - 6. The second was much the same until the 69th minute when Bradford scored. Bradford scored again in 71st minute. It ended Bradford 12 Sheffield 6. We came home and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.
15/01 I asked if I could see my GP because my eyes were weeping and my right leg was blistering. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

17/01 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I read my League Express and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
18/01 I used my PC in the morning and we had no Cook. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea, I got a Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice plus Onion Bhajee. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
19/01 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching the movie. I felt sick and I went to bed until 1645. After tea I used my PC.
20/01 My Sky was faulty last night. I used my PC and reported my Sky to Sky who will send a new viewing card. I should receive it on Tuesday. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put   my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my Shorts and my Pad.

21/01 After getting to go Dewsbury to watch Bradford my eldest phoned to tell me it was -1'. We  decided not to go. I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched. After tea I used my PC.
22/01 I tried my Sky TV but it was saying my Viewing Card was not working. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened and Carers changed my Pad. After I watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/01 I tried my Sky TV again it was faulty. I took a form from my GP to the Nurse. I told that I am expecting a new Sky Viewing Card today. I used my PC and my new Sky Viewing Card came. I set the pin and check the stations. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I didn't tea I decided to have a Pizza from Soprano's. I ordered it at 1745.
24/01 I used my PC My Carers in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowels opened. My Carers changed my Pad. After I asked the Senior Carer if I could have a cup Café. She never brought it and I didn't put my feet. Before tea I didn't my Insulin because there was no Nurse. After tea I didn't my Medicine because there was no Nurse. I used my PC.
25/01 My Nurse tried to wash my Bladder out but she couldn't. She changed my Catheter by herself because only 1 Nurse on duty doing 2 floors ! I emailed York City Knights to asked what facilities they have, they play at Boondrytham Crescent same as York City. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/01 Texted my eldest son to wish him a Happy Birthday, he's 32. I used my PC and the Activity people brought a questionnaire. I used my PC before lunch. The Fish, Chips and the Peas, the Fish was poor and the Peas were Garden. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to respond to the questionnaire from Activities.
27/01 I used my PC in the morning and after lunch I used my PC. put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
28/01 After having a shower my Carers couldn't find my Sling. I stayed on my bed until 1230 until my Sling was dried in the Laundry. When I got up I used my PC. I went to the Dining room to be told Sunday dinner would be served at 1330. Sunday dinner was served at 1340. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/01 I used my PC to send an email to York City Knights asking how to buy Hospitality tickets for the match on 18/02. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After teasswordsa I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/01 I went Dearnevale Nursing Home in Grimethorpe to attend The Services Users meeting Nationally. It started at 1200 and during meeting there was snacks and drinks. It was the first one I've attended. After one hour we'd We discussed the Action Points from the last meeting. We worked through the Agenda until we finished at 1430. We, the driver Activities, Emma the OT and me got home at 1600. I used my PC to order Haddock, Chips and  Mushy Peas from Rockfords.

My Life being Disabled Dec 2017

01/12 Last evening I and Morgan, Activities, went to The Capri Bistro in Horbury Bridge. We set off at 1745 but didn't get there until 1845 because it was snowing. It was busy but it took some time because the staff couldn't open the double doors. I had Minestrone soup and Pollo Merinato, breast of Chicken, Olive oil, Cajan spices, herbs and grilled roasted Peppers. Morgan had Pizza All'glo e Pomodoro with Tagliatelie alla Stroanoff. It was delicious. We got home at 2100. This morning I used my PC to send an email to Chris, the manager, to thank Morgan. I was informed by Emma the driver last night is called Julie not Morgan. After Haddock, chips and mushy peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC to write an email to our manager with a list of Complaints from 22/11
02/02 I watched Australia v England in the World Cup Final this morning but Aeanustralia won 6 - 0. I used my PC. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/12 I asked youngest son if he wanted to go to The Majestic, Mumtaz in Leeds on 12/12 at 1900. He said yes. I used my PC to order my Xmas shopping from Asda to be delivered on 12/12 at 1200 - 1400. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I ordered a 11" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.  These were suppose to delivered at 1730 but they have not come 1745 and I've complained on the live chat ? They came at 1745 and I ate the Chilli pizza  and put my Chocolate Fudge cake in the fridge. I used my PC.
04/12 I used my PC to amend my Asda order to include a packet of AAA batteries. After lunch I phoned Bradford Bulls and ordered 2 Hospitality tickets for 14/01 Sheffield and 2 for Keighley on 11/02. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch(Tomato soup) I used my PC, put my feet up, watched TV but my Catheter was leaking and my nurse straigthtened up. After tea I used my PC and the Nurse came into my room to give answers to Chris email.
06/12 My nurse changed my Catheter because it was blocked. After breakfast I used my PC to get the receipt Amazon for the Call Button/Lead for the nurse. A Carer did my Clothes Property list. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
07/12 I used my PC, I phoned Interservehealthcare to see if I produce a list Bradford league 1 home fixtures they can start planning. I phoned The Fox and Grapes to book a table for 2 Activities and me to go next Wednesday at 1200 for Christmas dinner. After lunch I got my League Express and I used my PC. I put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I read my League Express, cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

09/12 I didn't have my Bladder wash the nurses didn't have any. I use my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my younger brother and my elder sister came. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
10/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After Sunday dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/12 I used my PC before going the Podiatry at Leeds East Health Centre. My appointment is at 1340. I had a Bacon sandwich for breakfast. My transport came 1315 and we, my carer and myself arrived 1335. We waited until 1355 and the Podiatrist took us in. He cut my toenails and put plaster on right toes because it was cut and my right leg that was cut. He told my carer to tell the nurse they should be dressed in 2 days. We went to the reception and asked the receptionist to asked for my transport. It came at 1500 and we got home at 1530. I put my feet up, had a cup of café and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
12/12 I used my PC and texted both my sons to find out what time their coming for me tonight when we go to Mumtaz for a meal. My youngest told me he's picking me up at 1900. My GP came and examine me to prescribed some antibiotics.  My shopping came before lunc h. After lunch I used my PC, checked my shopping, I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. My youngest phoned to tell me he didn't want to go to Mumtaz. We arranged to go next week. After tea I used my PC.
13/12 I got ready to The Fox and Grapes with Activities. I'd booked a table for 3 people at 1200. I used my PC and we set off at 1130. We arrived at 1150 and sat down on a round table. For starters I had Carrrot and Corinder soup, main course was Turkey, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, Cranbury, roast Potatoes, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Carrots and gravy. For Dessert I had Christmas pudding. We left at 14`5 and got home 1445. I put my feet and watched TV After tea my Bowels opened and I decided to stat in bed.
14/12 I stayed in bed all day.
15/12 I used my PC in the morning. After Fish, chips and mushy pea I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/12 I didn't have Bladder wash because we didn't have any. I used my PC to send an email to the Home manager about my Bladder washes. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch, Beef Stew, I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/12 I phoned Interservehealthcare because they left a message on my answer machine but they couldn't find it. I used my PC in the morning. Lunch didn't arrive until 1330. After I used my PC, my Bowels opened and my Carers changed pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
19/12 I was told this afternoon I've an appointment at The Grange about my Diabetes at 1450. I asked the nurse could we take my car ? I used my PC until lunch time. During lunchtime I asked the nurse if I could have my Inhaler. I said I didn't feel well and I didn't want to walk to my GPs surgery. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/12 I used my PC and sorted my access to Tesco home delivery. After lunch I used my PC and tried Tesco home delivery but I failed. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea the nurse cut my finger nails and I used my PC.
21/12 I got up at 0700 because I had an appointment at Seacroft hospital for my new shoes at 1020. After breakfast I used my PC until 1000 when my transport came. We arrived at Seacroft at 1020 and I  called in at 1030. I tried my new shoes on and kept them on. I waited in reception until 1130 when  my transport came. We got back at 1200 and I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put  my feet up and watched TV. I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala from Sopranos plus a Chocolate Fudge cake which arrived at 1730. I didn't eat all of it because it was too hot and I left my Chocolate Fudge cake until supper time. I used my PC.
22/12 I used my PC before I had my Monthly Care Plan review. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV  but at 1600 I thought my Bowels had opened. I told my Carers who told me they hadn't and  I used my PC. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
23/12 Last evening I tried to start Tesco's delivery service but my address is a Business. This morning I phoned Tesco's to delete my request. I used my PC before lunch where I just had soup because my mouth was sore. After I used my PC to order a new grabber from ebay because I'd run over my old one. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/12 I used my PC before Sunday dinner and after I used my PC. put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I  cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
25/12 I opened my presents from Ravensdale, shaving set and Amazon gift voucher. I used my PC until 1200 my eldest son came and he stayed until 1230. We had a Christmas dinner, Turkey, Carrots, Brussel sprouts, Parsley, potatoes and gravy. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/12 I got ready to go Odsal to watch Bradford v Halifax but Interservehealthcare phoned at 1030 to tell Christine couldn't attend and they were trying to find someone to cover. I used my PC and Interservehealthcare phoned to tell they couldn't resource my driver/carer to Bradford at 1200. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/12 I was woke up my Carers at 0820 because I had an appointment at my Dentist at 1030. My transport at 0945 and we arrived at 1015. We, my carer and me went into the Surgery at 1030 and the assistants were going use a hoist but they decided not to. The dentist cleaned my teeth and applied a Fluoride gel. I asked her should I get an appointment ? She said in 6 months. The receptionist phone transport to tell we were ready. We went downstairs and our transport arrived  at 1130. We got home at 1200 and I used my PC. After lunch I phoned Interservehealthcare and told them Christine didn't turn up yesterday. They apologised and said next Tuesday their manager will look into it. I used my PC and my eldest son phoned. I sent a copy of my tickets to Interservehealthcare. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
28/12 I used my PC while I was waiting for the Nurse to change my Catheter because when she did my bladder wash it didn't go through. The Nurses changed my Catheter. I used my PC before lunch. After my youngest son phoned to tell me he was on his way. I used my PC, he came and we arranged to go out for an Indian after New Year. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 Chris the Home manager came because he wanted to discus my Complaints. I told him I didn't feel good and we agreed to discus after New Year. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/12 I used my PC and phoned Sky because my Viewing wasn't working. They said my new card should here on Monday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened and Carers changed my pad. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
31/12 I used my PC and started changing my passwords. I finished changing my password. After dinner I used my PC and my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used PC.

My Life being Disabled July 2017

01/07 I used my PC and I got an email from Halifax giving me the Itinerary for the match tomorrow. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/07 I got ready to go to Halifax to watch Halifax v Bradford at the Shay k.o. 1500 but first we'll be eating 3 course meal. I used my PC before my eldest son came at 1120. We arrived at the Shay at 1230 and the 1st course was served at 1300 which was Spanish Style Bruschettas, main course Chicken Supreme with chorizo and tomato and basil sauce, roasted new potatoes with garlic and fresh rosemary and roasted mediteranean vegetables. With a Lemon Cheesecake and cream for dessert.
We were invited to take our places at 1450, the wheelchair places were right outside the Banqueting Suite. Bradford didn't score in the 1st half but the final score was 14 -12. We set off straight after and we got at 1800. I ordered a Chilli Pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.
03/07 I tried to order my tickets from Batley but there wasn't anybody there. I used my PC and my nurse what is happening to my shrunk trainers. She's going to find out. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth, got 3 letters, 1 from the Podiatry telling me that my appointment 10/07 at 1400 has been cancelled, 1 from BT Pensions and 1 from a Coin collectors. I used my PC.
04/07 I tried to phone the Podiatry but it was RTNR. I used my PC, contacted Podiatry to change my date to 31/07 at 1320. I tried to contact Batley but there wasn't anybody there. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to watch Halifax beat Bradford 20 - 18.
05/07 I phoned Batley to see if they were selling tickets for Batley v Bradford on 16/07 but it's pay on the day. I phoned my eldest son to ask him if he will take me to Odsal on Sunday to watch Bradford v Hull KR but he's working. I used my PC and my GP came to look at the Cellulitis. He prescribed a longer course of antibiotics. He advised me to put feet up longer. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
06/07 My meals today lunch Sausage, Chips and Baked Beans and Tea Eggs, Chips and Baked Beans ! I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and Interservehealthcare phoned asking me if I could meet them at 1415 tomorrow to discuss my Care Plan. I said yes. My bowels opened at 1400 and my Carers changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea(chips and 1 egg) I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/07 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV until 1515 when Interservehealthcare came to discuss taking me to Odsal when Bradford play. They charge 16.50 pounds/hour and they are available this Sunday. We went out to my car and the driver put my seat belt on and fix me in. We agreed to met at 1200 on Sunday. Later their office phoned to tell me to make cheque out for 115.50 pounds to give their driver on Sunday. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
08/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch Interservehealthcare phoned me to tell me the driver's bringing my contract tomorrow. I put my feet up and watched TV but 1615 my bowels opened. My carers changed pads before tea. After I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
09/07 I got ready to go to Odsal where Bradford are playing Hull KR at 1500. My driver/carer is from Interservehealthcare and she's coming at 1200. I used my PC until 1135 when Christine came with some documentation for me to read and sign. She gave me a copy which I filed in my bookcase. We set off at 1200 but Christine missed the turning for York Road and we ended up lost. Christine put her satnav on and we got at 1300. Stuart Duffy was the MC and he introduced himself and went through the Itinerary. The 1st course was served at 1330, Roast Pork Carvery, Apple sauce, Sage & Onion stuffing, creamed Potatoes, seasonal vegetables(cabbage and carrots). After 2 ex-players talk about their experiences. 2nd course Chocolate Brownie and salted Caramel cream. After the meal we had a quiz consisting of 10 Rugby Leagues questions and 10 general Knowledge questions. After we were invited to our places. Christine stood next me. The Bulls were the first score and at half time is was 10 - 18. In 2nd half Hull outscored winning 10 - 42. We decided to go home and we arrived at Ravensdale at 1800. When got in I ordered a Chicken Jalfrezi and Chocolate Fudge cake from Mojo's via Just Eat.
10/07 I slept in until 1100 this morning. After my shower I got a phone call from Interservehealthcare to find out if I enjoyed my visit to Odsal yesterday. I said I had and booked them for 26/07 again. I phoned my eldest son to tell him and asked him if he would take to Batley next Sunday. He said he would and he would pick me up at 1230. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/07 I used my PC to write my report for the RFL and a report about Christine's performance on Sunday 09/07 to Interserve HealthCare. They want me to sign Clients Terms of Conditions and Clients Service Agreement. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
13/07 I didn't get up yesterday because I felt sick. I used my PC and bought a HP 3630 printer before lunch. After I used my PC, my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I put my feet and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
14/07I texted my eldest son to find out if he was taking me to watch Batley v Bradford on Sunday. He replied yes. I used my PC this morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. I found out that my printer had been delivered at 1209 to Linda the Nursing manager.
15/07 I spoke to Linda and she said it was 1700 when my printer was delivered. I used my PC to set my printer up before lunch. After lunch I continued setting my printer up, put my feet up and watched TV. I couldn't get my ink cartridges in. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/07 My eldest son phoned to tell me he can't take me to Batley because he's got a flea bite on his leg that's got infected. I used my PC to scan the Client Service Agreement for Inter serve health care. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/07 I used my PC in the morning but after lunch I felt sick. I went to bed.
18/07 I used my PC to order my shopping that is delivered on 20/07 at 1400 - 1600. I asked the nurse if someone would file my finger nails. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. While watching TV Interservehealthcare phoned to tell me I didn't scan the signed Terms and Conditions and the Service Level Agreement. After tea I cleaned my teeth, used my PC and emailed the signed copies of the Terms and Conditions and the Service Level Agreement to Interservehealthcare.
19/07 I used my PC to watch Batley beat Bradford 23 - 16 before lunch and after lunch. I put my feet up and watched TV. Before tea I told the nurse  my wheelchair footrests were worn down and right arm rest was loose. She said she will report it Wheel Services. After tea I used my PC.
21/07 I used my PC until 1220 when Christine from Interservehealthcare came to show Ali how to fasten me in my car. I ordered a small crate from Amazon. I started watching a movie on my PC. After lunch I continued watching the movie. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC to complain about Ravensdale and lack of drivers.
22/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1400 my brother and his girlfriend came and stayed until 1500. I continued watching TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/07 I used my PC while waiting for Interserve Health Care to take me to Odsal. He was suppose to pick me up at 1200 but he didn't arrive until 1230. We went to the Petrol station in Low Moor to use the ATM and arrived at Odsal at 1315. Just in time for Robbie Hunter Paul to welcome everyone.  The meal was a Roast Beef Carvery, Roast Topside of Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, New Potatoes, Carrots and Green Beans followed by Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Summer Berry composite. After the main course the guest speaker was a player for Bradford who was injured. After the dessert there was a 20 question quiz, 10 questions from Rugby League and 10 questions from General Knowledge. It was raining and we stay inside. It was a close match but Bradford got a man sent off in the 1st half for Spear Tackling. At half time it was 6 - 6 but Swinton scored in the 2nd half to win 6 - 16. We came home straight away and got home before 1800. I had a Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.

26/07 I didn't get up yesterday because I was feeling sick. I used my PC in the morning, I got my white crate and I got an email from Bradford Bulls telling me I'd won 100 pounds on the Golden Gamble. Wheelchair Repair came to tighten my right arm rest and he said he will pass the other problems to Wheelchair Services. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After brunch I used my PC, think about the Operations Managers Clinic tomorrow and produce the agenda for the Service Users Forum on Friday.
27/07 I phoned the RFL to find out if I'd bought Accessible Parking at Wembley, yes. I told the nurse I got an appointment on 04/09 at 1100 to see the Orthotics at Pinderfields. I checked with her that my appointment to fill my Baclofin pump is on 11/08 at 1415. I used my PC before Brunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC to write an email to the Operations Manager about her Clinic.
28/07 I used my PC to order a Brauns Electric Shaver 3080. I didn't have a shower because my Cellulites was inflamed. My GP's coming to look at it today. He prescribed an increase of Anti-Biotics and said I could have a shower every day. At 1130 I went up to the Activities room to chair the Service Users Forum. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my Bowels opened and Carers changed my pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/07 I used my PC to change my passwords and asked Interserve HealthCare if they would take me to Odsal next Sunday 06/08 to watch Bradford v Toulouse in the play-offs. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I saw Hull FC beat Leeds 43 - 24. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/07 This morning I used my PC. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Wigan beat Salford 27 - 14. After tea I used my PC.
31/07 I got ready to go to the Podiatrist where my appointment was at 1320 and the Nursing manager had asked them to look at White trainers after the Domestics washed them. I used my PC before I had a Sausage and Egg sandwich at 1100. After I phoned Inter Serve Health Care to see if they were dealing with my request to get a driver/carer for Sunday 06/08 to take me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Toulouse and they were. My transport arrive at 1400 and we to the Podiatrist at 1430. After 5 minutes we, me and Emma the OCP, went in. The Podiatrist examined my toe that was blistered the last time I came and told me it was O.K. He cut my toe nails and told to phone for an appointment in 2 months time. Our transport, a taxi, came at 1545. We got home at 1615 and the deputy manager told me the manager will see me tomorrow. I unpacked my electric shaver and put it on charge. After tea I cleaned my teeth and one of the Agency carers cut my finger nails. I used my PC.

01/11 I used my PC, I got my spare remote for my TV from Amazon and the Handyman is going to fit my new Soundbar today. Problems he's taken it. After lunch I replied to an email from Chris Dawson inviting me to a meeting next Tuesday afternoon to discuss my complains. After lunch the Handyman tried to fit my soundbar but we didn't know that it was Bluetooth. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I read my Soundbar was Bluetooth. I tried it but I didn't have enough time. I used my PC.
02/11 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/11 I tried to get my Soundbar working and I tried to get my printer working. At 1300 I used my PC. My Catheter was changed this morning it was blocked last night. The nurse from upstairs was going to changed it but when she came I was asleep. The two nurses changed it this morning. I'm going to the Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield this afternoon. I used my PC until 1415 when the  new driver from Activities, an Agency Carer and me set off to the Wetherby Whaler. We stop for Diesel and arrived at the Wetherby Whaler at 1500. It was busy but most of the customers were getting ready to leave. We sat in the back room which was fairly busy but there was more room. We had Regular Haddock, Chips, Mushy Peas and Tea, costing 33.00 pounds. It was delicious and we all enjoyed it. I paid using my TSB debit card but I couldn't leave tip. We got home at 1700 and I used my PC.
04/11 I used my PC before Brunch this morning. After I ordered a spare remote for my TV and a lead for my printer. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/11 I started changing my passwords and finished them after Sunday dinner. I put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened. I called for the Carers who told me they were busy dealing with the woman in bedroom 3. They will deal with me after. At 1650 they came and changed my pad. After I filled a Complains form about this woman in bedroom 3 and used my PC.
06/11 The Agency Nurse woke me at 0820 to ask if I wanted to get up. I said yes but I went back to sleep because she didn't tell the Carers and she turned my heating on full. I woke again at 1130, told my Carers, cleaned my teeth, shaved and showered. My Carers told me my heating is full and told them to turned off. I told the Nurse that she must not turn my heating without my knowledge. I went to the Dining room, had my breakfast followed by my lunch. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/10 I used my PC to sort out my Santander accounts. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 the manager came to se me about my Complains. He was going to send me an email to state what progress they are in. After tea I used my PC.
08/11 I used my PC in the morning. I sent an email to Andrew asking for his assistance with my Printer and my Soundbar. I ordered my shopping from Asda to be delivered on Monday 1300 - 1500. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

11/11 I stayed in bed yesterday and used my PC this morning. I cleaned my teeth and shaved BUT I couldn't have a shower because it cold. When I was going to lunch, the old woman from room 3, stopped me in my doorway. She refused to move until 1320 when at least 6 carers moved her. During lunch time she never stop shouting in the corridor eventually she went to her room. After lunch I used my PC and read a email from Andrew telling he's coming tomorrow to fix my Sound Bar. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and sent email to the manager about my shower and the new old woman  in NO. 3.
12/11 There was no hot water and no heating this morning. Kevin our Handyman was called out but he couldn't fix it. He passed to our Maintenance firm who said they look at it today BUT they didn't. I used my PC in the morning before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched The Rugby League World Cup on TV. My eldest son came at 1500 and stayed until 1630. At 1700 I asked the Nurse what was happening with the Heating. She told me it might get fix tomorrow. After I phoned Social Care Direct (Wakefield) to tell them about the lack of Heating. I used my PC.
13/11 Last night I had use a Duvet because of the cold. I phone Social Care Direct Wakefield to tell them the Heating and Hot Water is still broken. They passed it on the Chris our Manager who told them our Maintenance people will be dealing before Noon. Chris, our manager, came to see me, nobody had Escalated over the weekend. The maintenance people should be here by Noon. I used my PC and the maintenance man cleared the fault before lunch. After I used my PC to order an Optical lead for my Sound Bar. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
14/11 I told my Carers I was going Mumtaz at 1630 and I want to get change before. They said see us at 1530. I used my PC but my phone charger wasn't working. I charged it via the mains and ordered 3 leads from Amazon. After lunch I used my PC until 1500 when I got ready to go to Mumtaz in Leeds.
We, my Activity driver, my Carer plus me set off at 1650 and arrived at Mumtaz  at 1730, we parked in the Disabled parking outside Tesco's. It was nearly empty on we sat on table where we could see The Armouries on the other of canal. We all ordered Murgh Makhani Chicken with Garlic Naan, Salad plus various sauces. My driver had a Diet Coke, my Carer had an Orange and I had Soda Water. Everyone enjoyed the meal and we left at 1900 to arrive home at 1930.
15/11 I used my PC and I got my Optical lead for my Sound Bar from Amazon. I texted my sons to ask them if they will fix it. My eldest said he'll fit it. After lunch I used PC, my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad. I put my feet and watched TV. After tea I tidied my top drawer and used my PC.
16/11 I met with Chris, the new manager, this morning to finish our meeting about my Complaints. He said he will summarise by email. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/11 I used my PC while I was waiting for Patient Services to take me to the Dentist at Harrogate Road in Chapel Allerton. It came at 1230 and we arrived at 1300 with my appointment at 1315. I was called at 1330, at first the Dentist was going to hoist into the chair. They decided to use my wheelchair because it can be moved until I'm nearly flat. She filled the tooth but she tried to scrape my other teeth but she couldn't get to some. I got another appointment on 14/12 at 1045. We left to find our transport was waiting outside at 1400. We got home at 1430, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/11 I used my PC in the morning and my eldest son phoned to tell he's playing for Ossett this afternoon but he's coming over after. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. My eldest son came at 1615 and put my Sound Bar. He ran my car because it's stood for at least a month. After tea I used my PC.
19/11 I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Leeds United beat Middlesboro 2 - 0. I won 15.75 with Ladbrokes. After tea I used my PC.
20/11 I phoned Intraservehealthcare  to ask if they had a Driver/Carer on Boxing Day from 1200 to 1800. They said they'll get back to me. I used my Puntil 1430 I went to our lounge to watch Jack and the Bean Stalk. It finished at 1530 I went to my room, put my feet up, watched TV and had a Coffee. After tea I used my PC.

Interservehealthcare phoned me to tell me that Christine will tak e to Odsal  on Boxing Day to watch Bradford v Halifax at 1500. My transport arrived at 1000 and we arrived at Seacroft hospital at 1030. We went into the waiting room and waited for my name to called out. I went to the Surgery C in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/11 I used my PC  in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and a woman ask me a few questions. She introduced a student who took  moulds of my feet. The other woman booked another appointment 21/12 at 1020. We went back into the waiting room and our transport arrived 10 minutes later. We got home at 1200, I ordered 2 Hospitality tickets in the Legends Suite for the Friendly on Boxing Day Bradford v Halifax at 1500 and I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I used my PC to order 3 Kidney Dishes because I'd lost mine but later a Carer found it in bathroom.

25/11 I watch Tonga v England this morning at 0500. England won 18 - 20. After breakfast I used my PC and texted my eldest son to asked him if he wants to go see Bradford v Toronto on his birthday 26/01 at 1945. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

28/11 I asked the Nurse if somebody would cut my finger nails this morning. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. I started changing my passwords.

30/11 This morning at 0130 I woke up because my Air Filled Mattress was flat. The Nurse advised to sleep  in my Wheelchair. The Handyman changed it this morning and I emailed the manager. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I got changed to go to Capri Bistro in Horbury. We're setting at 1730.

07/10 I got ready to go to Old Trafford to watch Castleford v Leeds in the Super League Grand Final at 1800. Because it's my birthday I've bought 2 Hospitality packages, one for me and one for eldest son. He's coming for me at 1230, we set off at 1300 and arrived at Old Trafford at 1500. On our ticket we were at the Captain's suite but when we got there we found out the Disabled viewing platform was located on a different Suite. We were taken outside to the correct suite. We had Soup, Breast of Chicken, Stuffing, New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables followed Jam Roll with Custard and Coffee. There were 2 Speakers and at 1730 we went upstairs to the Disabled Viewing Platform, inside with spaces for 4 Wheelchairs. The match was all Leeds and at half time score was Castleford 0 Leeds 7. In the second half it was the same Leeds won 6 - 24. We came home straight away and got home at 2130.

16/10 In the morning I used my PC to open another Bank Current Account. First I tried First Direct but because I live in a Nursing Home with no specific address they can't let me open a current bank account but the TSB allowed me to open a current account. In the afternoon I put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/10 I used my PC while I was waiting for my transport to the dentist, my appointment is at 1030. My transport arrived at 1030 and arrived at the dentist at 1100. The dentist saw me straight away. She checked my teeth and apart from the tooth which had a temporary filling in the rest were O.K. She gave me a date for me to get a permanent filling in on 17th November at 1315. We went downstairs to wait for our transport which came at 1300. We got home at 1345 and I had my lunch. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/10 My shopping appeared overnight from Asda and my carers put it away. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
19/10 I used my PC and read an email from Sky warning about using breaking Copyright. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV until 1630 when I used my PC again. I bought 20 plain white cotton hankies from ebay. After tea I used my PC and got some letters from my banks.

22/10 I told the nurse, because I've an appointment at Seacroft Hospital Diabetes Eye test for 1000 I want to get up at 0700. I used my PC to find out tickets for Leeds United v Middlesboro' in the Peter Lorimer Suite. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/10 I got up at 0715 because I'd got an appointment with the Retinal Screening at 1000. My transport came at 0940 and arrived at The Reginald Centre at 1020. We went upstairs to my Retinal Screening and we explained why were late because our Patient Transport didn't arrived until 0940. The Screener took us in to her room and asked to put long distant glasses on. She screened both eyes and told me my right is OK but my left ye has worsen. Sh suggest I get my eyes test with a Optician ASAP. We down to the Cafe to wait for our Transport but it didn't come until 1215. We got home at 1300 and I took my shoes and my coat off. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
25/10 I didn't get up yesterday because I was tired. I used my PC and I emailed to my sons if they wanted to watched Leeds United v Middlesboro on 19/11 at 1300 in Hospitality Peter Lorimer Suite. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/10 I lost my remote control for my TV this morning. I used my PC before lunch. My domestic found my Remote. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
27/10 After I'd a shower, had breakfast and I went to the Activities room to chair the Service Users Forum. After we had a Halloween Quiz. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order a remote control for my TV and order a new Soundbar plus I cleaned fitmy teeth.
28/10 I used my PC and moved my clocks 1 hour backwards. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched PNG v Wales in the World Cup 50 - 6. After I sent a list of my Complaints to the new manager.
29/10 I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched New Zealand beat Samoa 38 - 8. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/10 I used my PC all morning but I had lunch at 1200, a Sausage sandwich because there wasn't any Bacon. After I went to my room to use my PC. At 1520 a carer came to tell my transport was here but by the time I put my coat on it had left. My nurse phoned the Podiatry to arrange another appointment 11/12 at 1340. I used PC and ordered a Chicken Garlic Masala and a Chocolate Fudge Cake. After tea I used my PC.
31/10 I used my PC to find that my bank switch from Co-op to TSB worked. I got a new LG Sound Bar and arranged with the Handyman to fit tomorrow morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. One of the new Activities driver came to ask me if I wanted go the Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield on Friday 03/11 at 1400. After tea I used my PC.

My Life being Disabled September 2017

01/09 I used my PC and continued changing my passwords. When I finished I sent an email to Rachel Cook about all my Complaints and started watching a movie. After Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I thought my Bowels had opened but it was a false alarm. I used my PC until tea. After I used my PC.
03/09 I stayed in bed watching the TV because I was tired. I used my PC but it was 1215 before I logged on. I won 2.40 pounds on Friday's Eurolottery. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After I Sunday tea I used my PC to find Sheffield were beaten by Bradford 18 - 32.We
04/09 After I had my breakfast I went the nurse to ask time I'm going to Pinderfields she told Katie, the senior, Emma the OCP to set off. We set off at 1030 and arrived at Pindersfields at 1100. We went to the Outpatients to register and waited for the Orthotics to call me. About  3 minutes the Orthotics call me into the office. I told how my White shoes were damaged and I wanted another pair. She checked he record which showed that I got them in 2013. It didn't show what they were. She said they will have to measure my feet and it will take about 1 hour. I told her I've moved Leeds and rather use Seacroft Orthotics. .She said to informed them when the request is sent.  We went to Leeds to Jamie's Italian on Park Row but we had to park on Cookridge street which is 15 minutes. We go in the restaurant and I used their lift to get upstairs where the tables were and a bar We were giving Menus to select our meals from. Katie had The Juliette, Emma, a vegetarian, had Gnoicchi Sorrentina and I had Canneloni Al Forno. We all said they were good. For Desserts Emma and me had Molten Chocolate Praline pudding and Katie had Epic Chocolate brownie. After I paid the bill with a reduction 10 pounds which was 46.88 plus a service charge of 10 pounds. I tried to go down but the lift wasn't working. The staff moved my wheelchair making all the weight at the front. This worked eventually but it took 15 minutes. We got my car at 1500 and got home at 1530. I used my PC but at 1615 my Bowels opened. Eventually my carers came and changed my pad. After tea I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/09 I used my PC to watch the highlights of Sheffield v Bradford. I watch a movie on my PC. After lunch I used my PC but at 1400 my Bowels opened and my carers  changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and ordered a PC to Alcatel One touch lead.
06/09 I used my PC and my GP came to look at my legs. She prescribed Water tablets to reduce the swelling on my legs. I watched the full match Sheffield v Bradford where Bradford won 18 - 32. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/09 I used my  PC and ordered a Disabled Parking Spot at Old Trafford for 07/10. I started watching a movie before lunch. After I used my PC to finish the movie. put my feet up and watched TV. After tea, it was Vegetable Curry that contained Broccoli, I didn't eat it and we had no Ice Cream. I went to my room and used my PC.
08/09 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC,  put my feet up and watched TV. We had Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas for tea. I used my PC.
09/09 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching a movie and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC working on my Family Tree.
10/09 This morning I got ready to watch Dewsbury v Bradford at 1500. My eldest son is taking me to Dewsbury. He arrived at 1315 and we went to pick my youngest son up before travelling The Rams Stadium on Owl Lane. My eldest son told me he'd shared a box. We parked outside the main entrance and used the lift and went to level 2. Our box on the 20 metre line and drinks and sandwiches. The Bradford team were warming up. The match kick off at 1500 and Bradford scored first but at half time it was Dewsbury 12 Bradford 12. In the second half Lee Smith scored the only try with the final score Dewsbury 12 Bradford 16 with an attendance of 1,300. I suggested we go for Fish & Chips at the Mermaid but the boys wanted to go home We got to my home a 1800 and I ordered 11'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.
11/09 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I finished watching the movie but at 1415 my Bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV before tea. After I used my PC.
12/09 I used my PC to email Lynda Holden, the new Operations Manager, a list of my Complaints. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and joined Labrokes.
13/09 I used my PC and found I'd won 7.50 pounds on Leeds United beating Birmingham. Lynda Holden the temporary manager came to met me to introduce herself. After I sent an email to Social Care Direct at Wakefield and Lynda came back to give me a copy of ExemplarHC's Complaints Procedure. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie on my PC. After tea I used my PC and got a reply from Social Care Direct Wakefield asking me to give them more information.
14/09 I used my PC to reply to Wakefield MDC. I began watching a movie. During lunch 2 nurses came to take some Blood for my Water tablets. After lunch I asked my nurse if I could get my Sleeping tablet strengthen. I used my PC and finished watching the movie. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and tried join the Health Lottery by Direct Debt.
15/09 I used my PC and tried to join The Health Lottery continuing via Direct Debt and failed again. I spoke to the help desk and they told me it's because I live in a Nursing Home but if I want to join I can by sending my Passport via email. I decided not to. I opened a Santander Zero Credit Card. I started watching a movie. After lunch I decided not to watch it. I used my PC,
put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to bet on Leeds beating Millwall.
16/09 I used my PC and wrote email to Lynda Holden listing all my Complaints since 24/01/17. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1630 my Bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. After Sirloin Steak for tea I used my PC.
17/09 I used my PC before we(me and a driver/carer from Interservehealthcarer) go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Rochdale at 1500. He arrived at 1100 to read my Care Plan and test my Car. At 1200 we set off but he missed York Road instead he went through Leeds to join the M621. We arrived at Odsal at 1245 and got a black Coffee, a glass of water and a coke for my driver. We sat at table 1 and the meal, Honey Roast Gammon, Buttered New Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables followed with Lemon Tart. At 1500 we sat in the viewing platform inside because it kept raining. Bradford were hot and at half time it was 46 - 6 and at full time it was 72 - 16. After we went home where I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and Chocolate Fudge Cake.
19/09 I decided to stay in bed yesterday because I was sleepy. I used my PC to ordered my shopping from Asda to be delivered tomorrow at 1400 - 1600. I replied to Liz Stonehouse apologising for not being at her meeting yesterday because I stayed bed. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/09 I used my PC to do my Lottery. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

23/09 I stayed in bed yesterday because I was tired. This morning I used my PC and paid my bill to Interservehealthcare for taking to Odsal last Sunday. I checked my emails from VIPMATCHDAYS to find out that my ticket should arrive in 1 - 2 weeks before the match on 07/10. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/09 I used my PC to buy a Black Shirt from Jacamo's. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.

26/09 In the morning I used my PC to watch a mo vie. After lunch I sent an email to Emma the Occupational Therapist asking for a copy of August Service User Forum minutes because I don't have one. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
27/09 I phoned East Leeds Health Centre to book an appointment to see the Podiatrist and they gave me 30/10 at 1500. I used my PC and composed the Agenda for the Service Users September's Forum. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. While I was watching TV I reset my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/09 I stayed in bed yesterday because I was tired and didn't feel like getting up. This morning got my vipmatchdays tickets and the itinerary for the Grand Final of the Super League on 07/10 at 1800. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
30/09 I used my PC and found out it takes 90 minutes to get to Old Trafford. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
