My Life being Disabled 2019 January

01/01 Tues I used my PC in the morning. After dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/01 Weds I used my PC, my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad plus my shorts before lunch. After I phoned the Bulls store but there was nobody there and I left message. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but my bowels opened again. My carers changed my pad and my shirt. I put my feet up and watch TV until 1700 when I used my PC.
03/01 Thurs I used my PC and phoned the Bulls shop to find out when they're getting 5XL shirts in - February. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowels opened. My Carers changed my pad. After put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
04/01 Fri This morning I used my PC before I went to Breakfast club. We had sausages, bacon, omelette and pepper. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
05/01 Sat There's no cook and at lunch I'm having jacket potato and baked beans. At tea I having a 9" Bolognese Pizza plus a Chocolate Fudge cake from Mojo's. I used my PC to order a new remote for my TV. After lunch I used my PC but at 1430 my Bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad. At 1615 a carer told me that dinner would be late. I had a Bolognese pizza but it was Mince Beef and Cheese on a pizza - rubbish. I went to my room and used my PC.
06/01 Sun I used my PC before I went to Odsal at 1100. We, my driver/assistant and me, arrived at 1145. We went in Southbank Centre, the Legends Suite where we had 2 course meal before the match. It was Roast Beef carvery and Chocolate Orange truffle. The 1st match started at 1300 between Batley v Hunslet and Batley won 36 - 0. The 2nd match Bradford v Halifax was closer with Bradford winning 26 - 16. When I got home I ordered 9" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake.
07/01 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I ordered a Haddock fillet, chips and mushy peas from Just Eat.
08/01 Tues I used my PC and my GP to examine my right foot because I had sore on it. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
09/01 Weds I used my PC until 1000 when my Bowels opened but the Carers were busy until 1130 when they changed my pad and trousers. At 1220 we set off for Mylahore in Cavendish street. We got there at 1300. I had Onion Bhaji(6) and a traditional Chicken Breast curry(hot). The service was good but my curry was full of oil. We finished at 1345 but our lift couldn't come until 1445. We got home at 1520. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
10/01 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC. My youngest son came for me at 1900 to take me to The Old Post Office in City Square, Leeds. I had French Onion soup and Sirloin steak with Carrots, Parsnips, Onion ring and Potatoes. I got home at 2200.
11/01 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast club where I had 3 pancakes with onions, a orange juice and a cup of coffee. After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, had my monthly Care Plan review. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
12/01 Sat I used my PC in the morning. At 1130 I had 2 Sausages, 6 rasher of Streaky Bacon, 2 fried Eggs and some tin Tomatoes. After my Bowels opened and Carers changed my pad. I used my PC until 1400 when my driver/assistant arrived to take me to Odsal. We arrived at 1500, our Hospitality meal was served at 1530. I had a Roast Turkey carvery and Strawberry & White Chocolate Cheese Cake. We had a quiz and 1720 we went outside to watched match. It was blowing a gale and very cold. At half time it was 06 - 06 and full time it was 20 - 18.
13/01 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
14/01 Mon I phoned Batley to buy Hospitality packages but they've sold out. I tried to buy a Wheelchair users place and my carers seat on their web but I couldn't. I phoned them to be told phone tomorrow. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After dinner I used my PC.
15/01 Tues I phoned Batley and ordered a Wheelchair user and carer but I couldn't order a Disabled parking because it's 1st come 1st served. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and threw most of CD's away. After dinner I used my PC.
16/01 Weds I used my PC before I went to Pizzaluxe in Trinity Leeds. I had a Carne Pizza with a cup of black Coffee. When we got home I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
17/01 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and asked the nurse when I'm having my Quarterly Care Plan review ? My youngest son came to get his new TV that I bought for his birthday. After dinner I used my PC.
18/01 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club where I had 2 Sausages, 4 rashers of Bacon, 2 fried Eggs and some tinned Tomatoes. At 1145 I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I didn't have dinner and put my feet down at 1800. I used my PC and my cleaned my teeth.
19/01 Sat I used my PC up to lunch. After I used my PC, went to Tesco's and bought some shopping. When came home to Nurse put my Compression stockings on, she redressed my wound on my right arm and she checked my feet. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
20/01 Sun I used my PC before I'm going Mount Pleasant to watch Batley v Bradford in the Yorkshire Cup final at 1400. My driver/assistant coming for me at 1230. At 1145 my Bowels opened and carers changed my pad. We set at 1245 and arrived at the Fox's biscuit stadium at 1315. We parked next to the entrance and didn't pay ?We went to the Wheelchair bit and we found a space for my wheelchair and behind was seats that driver/assistant sat. He went to get me a Cheese burger and a coffee which cost £3. It was 1345 and the teams just going in. They came out at 1400 and half time the score was 0 - 6  and the full time score was 12 - 14. I came home at 1700. At 1800 I ordered a Chicken Jalfrezi and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
21/01 Mon I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC until my Bowels opened at 1500 and carers changed my pad. I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/01 Tues I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
23/01 Weds I used my PC and at 1200 I went to Casa Colombiana in the Grand Arcade. I had Chilli con Carne and a Coffee. It was very good but there was nobody else in ! We got home and I used my PC. After dinner phoned to tell me that the TV, that I bought from ebay was broken what he opened ! I used my PC.
24/01 Thurs I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and watch Batley v Bradford on Bulls TV. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
25/01 Fri I used my PC until 1030 and I went to the Breakfast club where I an Omelette with peppers and onions. I printed the return label for my sons TV and told him he's got to post it. After lunch I used my PC but at 1345 my bowels opened. I told the carers and the nurse. They came at 1425 and changed my pad. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
26/01 Sat My youngest son came to take his broken TV to the Post Office. After breakfast I used my PC. At 1030 my driver/assistant came for me. We arrived at Odsal at 1130 and went to the Southbank Centre. We went into the Legends suite and the doorman said we're on table 2. The menu was Chargrilled Chicken breast with Creamy Leek sauce, creamed Potatoes and season vegetables. Baked Cheesecake served with Berry compote and Chantilly cream.
The match kick off at 1400 and Toronto won easily 12 - 48. I got home at 1700. I used my PC.
27/01 Sun I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC before tea. After I used my PC.
28/01 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC but later my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad and my shorts. I used my PC until dinner. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/01 Tues I used my PC until at 1030 I went to the Service User Council at Longley Park in Sheffield. We had go using a taxi because our driver was sick. It started at 1230 and finished at 1430. We got home at 1630 and I order Fillet of Haddock and mushy peas. After my dinner I cleaned my tea and used my PC.
30/01 Weds I used my PC. At 1200 I used the same taxi to take me to Bibi's Italian restaurant in Leeds. I had Minestrone soup and a pizza Americana. It was very good but expensive. We got home at 1500. I used my PC before dinner I finished the 3 pieces of pizza. I used my PC.
31/01 Thurs I got up at 0630 because I was going to discussion about Leeds Spaces in Merrion house by Leeds Citizens Panel from 1000 to 1200. We got home, again using a taxi at 1245. After lunch I used my PC.

01/02 Fri I used my PC until 1100 when I went to the Breakfast club. After I used my PC. After lunch I had my Quarterly Care Plan review. After I used my PC where started changing my passwords. After dinner I used my PC.
02/02 Sat I used my PC before my sister plus her husband, Jim, and my brother came at 1100. They left and I used my PC. After lunch my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad. I used my PC. At 1600 I was sick and to bed.
03/02 Sun I stayed all day/night just drinking water.
04/02 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After dinner I used my PC.
05/02 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
06/02 Weds I used my PC before going Saltaire Mills. We set off at 1200 and arrived at 1300. We had Haddock and chips plus a pot of tea in Salts diner. We spent 2 hour going round the museum/art gallery. We went through the village. We got home at 1715. After tea I used my PC.
07/02 Thurs I used my PC. I tried to contact Sheffield Eagles. The man in charge of Sheffield Eagles phoned me back to tell me everything in place and he's sending email next week. After lunch I went to Tesco's shopping. When I got home I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
08/02 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club. After lunch I used my PC.After dinner I used my PC.
09/02 Sat I used my PC until lunch. After I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1515 my bowels opened and my carer changed my pad plus my Polo shirt. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
10/02 Sun I used my PC but at 1100 my driver/assistant came take me to Swinton. We arrived at 1230 and we went upstairs to the Hospitality suite. We were on table 10 with 3 more Bradford supporters. The meal was Roast Chicken and everyone got a whole Chicken but there wasn't any Dessert. At half time the score was 12 - 12 and full time it was 12 - 31.
11/02 Mon I used my PC and I felt poorly. After I used my PC and at 1400 my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad and my polo shirt. After I used my PC drinking water.
12/02 Tues I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
13/02 Weds I used my PC until 1215 when my Bowels opened and Carers changed my Pad. After I decided not have lunch. I used my PC and reported my wheelchair. I spent all afternoon using my PC.  After dinner I used my PC.
14/02 Thurs I was suppose go to Thames House Rochdale but the nurse told me I couldn't go because had shits. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
15/02 Fri I used my PC before I went to Breakfast Club  After I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and Carers changed my trousers and my shirt. At 1730 my eldest son came to take me to The Olympic Legacy Park in Sheffield where Sheffield Eagles are playing Bradford Bulls. We arrived at 1830  and we went in a bar called The Library to have a 2 course meal. 2 (cheap)sausages, mashed potatoes, dried tomatoes, onions and gravy plus  Lemon cheesecake. After we went across the road to the ground. We the wheelchair platform BUT the ramp was in mud. I couldn't use it. We went to the end the pitch to watch the match. At half time it was 6 - 10 and the final score was 24 - 10. Disappointing.
16/02 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
17/02 Sun I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/02 Mon I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
19/02 Tues I used my PC and after lunch my Bowels opened. My Carers told me to stay in my room.

21/02 Thurs I used my PC and I won nearly £200 on the Lottery. Again I was forced to stay my room. After lunch I watched a movie on my PC. After I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
22/02 Fri I used my PC before I went to Breakfast Club at 1030. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
23/02 Sat I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. My Bowels opened and carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
24/02 Sun I used my PC before my driver/assistant came to take me to Odsal where Bradford were playing York. We went in the Southbank Centre Hospitality where had Roast Beef carvery and Raspberry Cheesecake. At half time the score was 4 - 12 and at full time York won 14 - 24. I got home at 1745.
25/02 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I texted my eldest son to asked him would he take me to the Summer Bash on 18/05 and would he take me to the Grand Final on 12/10 ? I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
26/02 Tues I used my PC until noon when I went to Ask Italian in Leeds town centre. I had Lasagne and glass of Lemonade. After I went to TSB where I withdrew my compensation out. We got home at 1530 and I used my PC. After dinner my Bowels opened and the Carers changed my pad.
27/02 Weds I used my PC until 1030 when my Bowels opened. The Carers changed my pad. I carried on using my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC but my Bowels opened at 1600. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
28/02 Thurs I used my PC until 1200 when Emma came to tell me Julie their driver was stuck in Bradford. We decided to go to Franco's in Thorpe Park by taxi. I had a Toscana pizza and cup of café. We used the same taxi and arrived at home at 1430. I used my PC before dinner. After I used my PC.

01/12 Sat I used my PC to change my passwords. After I used my PC and finished changing my passwords. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
02/12 Sun I used my PC and at 1230 we went to The Penda's for our Sunday dinner. I had Chicken carvery and a Chocolate Fudge cake. We came home and I used my PC.
03/12 Mon I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
04/12 Tues I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, got on my bed for the Dopplier nurse to measure my legs for some stockings. I used my PC before tea. After tea I phoned The Old Post Office to tell them I use electric wheelchair and they told me their lift is broken but they will carry me over the steps. I used my PC
05/12 Weds I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and my urine bag I couldn't open it. I asked the carers to open it. I used my PC. After dinner I used my PC.
06/12 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. I used my PC until 1430 when we had a live singer. I used my PC. At 1530 I put my feet up and watched TV until 1830 when I got ready to the Old Post Office, restaurant in City Square Leeds. My driver/assistant arrived at 1850 but he didn't follow the shortest route. We arrived at 1910 but the wheelchair lift was broken. We were taken to the back to use goods lift. It was horrible to get the restaurant. I ordered Parsnip, Apple and Chestnut soup, Oven roast Turkey and Christmas pudding and my driver ordered Aberdeen Angus Beef burger. After we had to use the goods lift where I caught my paralysed arm.
07/12 Fri I used my PC, I went to the breakfast club at 1030. After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and ordered Haddock fillet and mushy peas from Just Eat. After dinner I used my PC.
08/12 Sat I used my PC. My sister, her husband plus my brother came to see me. After I used my PC before lunch. I went to the dining room and I was shocked because the cook had cooked my Sirloin steak instead my Mulligatawny soup. My Sirloin steak wasn't marinated in English mustard and Garlic powder and cooked for 4 minutes both sided. She had served with only peas. I emailed the assistant manager copied to the manager. After I used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After dinner I used my PC.
09/10 Sun I used my PC before Sunday dinner. The Chicken dinner was too small, I got 1 piece ofChicken, a ball of stuffing, 0.5 of carrot, rotten cabbage, 3 roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, peas and a bit of cauliflower cheese plus a Yorkshire pudding that burnt. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/12 Mon I used my PC and at 1230 Activities staff to me to The Gascoigne Arms where had Christmas lunch. I had Tomato & Red pepper soup, Turkey carvery and Chocolate cake with ice cream. We came home and I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/12 Tues I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
12/12 Weds In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner my Bowels opened, I told my Carers who changed my pad. I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

14/12 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the Breakfast club where I had a toasted Bagel, orange juice and cup of coffee. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and went to the Xmas fair. I put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
15/12 Sat I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC but at 1400 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I used my PC until dinner. After I used my PC.

17/12 Mon I left a message for Tracey, Bradford Bulls, I got an email from Individual restaurants for a complimentary visit. I watched a movie on my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/12 Tues I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC and at 1530 I went to watch Zoolab in the Activities room, After tea I used my PC.
19/12 Weds I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and at 1420 I went to a meeting with Carole Sullivan(Wakefield Social Services), Lynda Holden(Exemplarhc Support manager), Claire Pickerdike(Ravensdale Nursing manager) and the secretary Helen Baxendale. After I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I used my PC to pick 10 restaurants that I want to go next year and sent an email to the Activities.
20/12 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
21/12 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the Activities room for the Breakfast club but there was a meeting. I downstairs and a carer told me the Christmas party is in Bluebell lounge at 1130. I went to the Bluebell lounge at 1130 but nobody turned up. At 1300 I went to the Bluebell dining room and had my Christmas lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched my TV. At 1645 I put my feet down, used my PC  to order Haddock fillet and mushy peas from Just Eat.
22/12 Sat I used my PC and ordered a nail file from e-bay. After I used my PC until tea. After tea I used my PC.
23/12 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad and my shorts. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
24/12 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
25/12 Tues I used my PC and my youngest son phoned to tell he's coming over. After I used my PC. After Xmas dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
26/12 Weds I went to Odsal to watch Bradford v York in a friendly. Bradford won 20 - 12. When I got home I used my PC to order a Chicken Jalfrezi from Soprano's.
27/12 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, changed my Catheter, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC.
28/12 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the Bluebell dining room for the breakfast club. When it was finished I went back to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV.
29/12 Sat I used my PC and started changing my passwords. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After dinner I used my PC. .
30/12 Sun I used my PC but 1100 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. After I went on my PC. After Sunday dinner I went on my PC and watched a movie. After tea I used my PC.

01/11 Thurs I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/11 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to the dining room to attend Breakfast club. It was pancakes but the Italian cook made Crepes instead. At 1145 I went back to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 I thought my Bowels had opened. I told the carers but they hadn't. I used my PC to order a Haddock fillet and mushy peas from Just Eat. After my tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.      
03/11 Sat I used my PC and at 1100 I interviewed for a driver/assistant. At 1130 I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC  and at 1600 I waited for the driver/assistant but phoned to tell me he's stuck in traffic. We arranged to met on Monday at 1200. After tea I used my PC.
04/11Sun I got up at 0600 because my youngest was taking me to Anfield to watch England v New Zealand at 1430. I bought 2 Hospitality packages for The Chemistry suite. He phoned to tell me he's running late and he'll be here at 0930. I used my PC  until 1000 when he arrived. We got there, Anfield, at 1145. We got the lift to level 5 to the Chemistry suite and we were shown a table for 2 overlooking the pitch. We had Red pepper & Tomato soup, Lamb rump, Cap cream and Leek & Cream potatoes followed by Caramel Chocolate Pave with Salted Caramel Popcorn. After the MC introduced Andy Gregory. At 1400 I went to empty my Urine bag. We the Disabled viewing platform which was on the halfway line. There was space 2 wheelchair & carers. It was a good view.
At half time the score was 6 - 6 and full time it was England 20 New Zealand 14. We got home at 1830. We picked his girlfriend up and to Aagrah in Garforth.
05/11 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
06/11 Tues I used my PC and had my lunch at 1200 because I had an appointment at Pinderfields to fill my Baclofin pump up at 1500. My transport came at 1400 and we arrived at 1500. My appointment was at 1515 and we finished at 1600. We went the transport desk to book our transport home. It came at 1800 and arrived home at 1840. At 1900 my driver came to me to take me to the Tharavadu. I couldn't get their ramp and we went to Aagrah instead.        
07/11 Weds I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and at 1400 I went a meeting with my Social worker and Ravensdale management team. It lasted 90 minutes and after I went to my room to use my PC. After tea I used my PC.      
08/11 Thurs My Bowels opened after breakfast and my carers changed my pad. I used my PC until 1130 when a carer took me to Vision Express in Tesco's to have my eyes tested. After I bought a Gillette Fushion. We got a lift in Ravensdale minibus. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.      
09/11 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to my dining room to the Breakfast club. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
10/11 Sat I used my PC before All Day breakfast. After I used my PC and Tesco's. After tea, which the cook burnt my Sirloin steak, I used my PC.      
11/11 Sun I used my PC until 1130 when my youngest son took me to Elland road to watch England v New Zealand at 1515. I had booked Hospitality for my 2 sons, Benn and me but the RFL told me the had upgraded to a box. The RFL had given me a ordinary parking space in the Fullerton car park but we went in the Stadium Way to the Disabled parking which was empty. The Box No. 42 near to the half way line. The view was excellent and inside there was bar, with tea and coffee plus biscuits. 2 tables one set for 4 people and other down one side. The menu was Tomato & Black Pepper soup, boiled Breast of Chicken, new potatoes and vegetables plus Tri-Layer Chocolate Panna Cotta. We finished with a cup of Coffee at 1415. At 1445 we went outside there were 3 rows of 4 seats and a place for my wheelchair on the back row. It was an excellent view but the sun shone in my eyes for the 1st half.
    The match started at 1515 it was all New Zealand  and at half time it was 0 - 18. At full time the score was 0 - 34. England was presented with Trophy. After we went home and I got at 1815.
12.11 Mon I used my PC before lunch. I got phone call about my advert in the Yorkshire Reporter for a driver/assistant we arranged to meet at 1600. After lunch I user my PC until 1600 when I interviewed Dave. I arranged to go out on Thursday 15/11 at 1900. After tea I used my PC.
13/11 Tues I used my PC and booked a table at Fazenda for Thursday at 1930. After lunch I used my PC and sent a text telling me he's working in Ireland. He won't be coming to night. I ordered a Fillet of Haddock and mushy peas from Just Eat at 1710.
14/11 Weds I used my PC in the morning. Wheelchair Repair came and put a new belt on plus tightened my control arm. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
15/11 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I met with the deputy manager and the head of nursing. I put my feet up and a movie of my PC. I used my PC.
16/11 Fri I used my PC until 1030 when I went to The Breakfast Club where we were served Bacon Sausages or Egg sandwiches. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/11 Sat At 1100 we set off to Sandpipers, Southport for my holiday. We got there at 1400 we were escorted to the lounge next to the dining room. Every resident had to be there by 1600. The reception took my 2 suitcases and my holdall to my room, 10, to unpack. My driver and my carer stayed until the nurse  handed over with my medicines. The Activity leader asked what excursions I wanted go on ? I started with Liverpool city, Funny Girls Show bar, The Hive Leisure Park and Blackpool Zoo. She asked me if I wanted a Manicure and a Massage. I told her I wanted my finger nail filing and I wanted to go swimming. They left at 1700. I stayed in the lounge until dinner at 1830. I had Soup, Beef stew, potatoes and vegetables followed by Cheese cake. The beef was very fatty and I couldn't eat it. After I went my room to look round. The call alarm didn't work and my TV didn't. I reported them but the handy man doesn't on a weekends. I couldn't get out of my room. Finally some one heard me. I went upstairs to the lounge and joined in a Queen quiz. I stayed in lounge until 2330. I went down stairs and foolishly let someone open my door. I got inside and realized I let her go and not telling her I wanted to go to bed. At 0030 a carer called and I asked for the nurse and I wanted to go bed. When I'd taken my medicine I feel asleep.
18/11 Sun I woke up at 0500 and tried to get my TV working but I couldn't. I couldn't use the call button neither. At 0830 the day carers came to put me in the bathroom, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, dried me, dressed me and put me in my wheelchair. I went upstairs to the dining to have Corn Flakes, Bacon, a Sausage, 1 fried Eggs and baked Beans. After we had a Queen quiz. I went to my room until 1330 for lunch. I had soup and a slice of bread. I went my room and sorted it out. At 1600 I went upstairs to use an old PC. At 1800 I had Sunday dinner which was Tomato and Coriander, Topside of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, new potatoes, carrots and Brussel sproats. Again the Beef looked it was frozen and my Yorkshire pudding was very small. I went down to my room to see if my TV works and to check my Call button works in bathroom it does. After I went upstairs to use the PC until 0745 because there a singer impersonating Freddie Mercury on at 2000. The first he tried tried impersonate Freddie Mercury badly. In second half he impersonated different acts but finished with an impersonate of Freddie Mercury called Danny Cole. I went downstairs at 2330 and called for carer to tell the nurse I ready for my pills and told to the carers I wanted to go to bed.
19/11 Mon I woke up at 0600 and phoned to carers to asked to switch TV on also I said could I get up. She replied at 0600 they're doing their rounds but they'll come after. The came back 0630 the hoisted me on to the toilet. After 20 minutes I called and they answered at 0717. I said would they put in front of mirror to clean teeth and shave. I called again BUT nobody answered from 0745 until 0930(1 hour and 45 minutes). The nursed answered and I told her I've stood in front my mirror since 0745. The carers put me in shower, wash me, dried me and hoisted me in my wheelchair. I went upstairs because I was going to Liverpool. I rushed my breakfast and downstairs to met the drivers at 1030 but we set off at 1130. We arrived in Liverpool at 1230, we went to Superdrug to buy some Sterdant tablets. We went to Costa for a cup of Coffee but our driver called to assist other carers who's Service User was chocking in Pizza Express. When we got there he was alright. We went to Burger King but while we eating my driver up graded his mobile. We to a mobile carry case for his new mobile. Every time we went outside he smoked. We went to our minibus at 1530 and got at 1630. I went to room to if my  call buttons works and TV remote works. They didn't and I called for the carers because my bowels opened. They changed my pad and I told the senior carers that my Call button doesn't work and my TV remote doesn't work. He changed my TV remote but he couldn't get my call button to work. I went upstairs and sat for dinner but I wasn't hungry. I had soup, plain omelette and ice cream. After I went to the lounge to watch another Queen tribute act called Mercury and May they were good. After I went on the PC at 2200.
20/11 Tues I planned to go to The Hive leisure park and Widnes market and again we were delayed setting off. It should have been at 1030 but it was 1200. We went into the bowling arena and had our packed lunch in the bar. We had a game of 10 pins bowls but when we finished it was 1530. We went home and arrived at 1630. I used my PC until 1730 and went upstairs to lounge. At 1830 I had soup, Salmon and ice cream. After I went to the lounge to watch Pure Magic who started at 2015. He was very good and finished at 2200. I went my room to work on my PC but the internet wasn't working.
21/11 Weds I had 2 rashers of Bacon, 2 sausages, 1 fried egg and some tomatoes. After I tried the internet from my room but I couldn't get it working. At lunch I had Tomato soup. After I went on the PC next to the dining room. After dinner I used the PC next to the dining room. There was no entertainment, except a Service User playing his organ and the MC showing clips of U Tube.
22/11 Thurs I was left on the toilet from 0800 - 0930. I was late going to the dining room. I had 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and tomatoes. After I went on the computer to send an email to Sandpipers and the Commission of Quality Care. After lunch I used Sandpipers PC.  AT 1730 we went to Blackpool to see Funny Girl, first we went for a pub meal. I had Chicken Kiev and a coffee. After we went to watch Funny Girls it started at 2100 and the dancers performed 6 times. The finale was Sleeping Beauty and it finished at 2350. We got home 0100.
23/11 Fri We went to Blackpool Zoo, I watched the Elephants feeding, watched the Sea Lions feeding and watched Tigers & Lions feeding. We came home at 1700 and I went to my room to take my coat and shoes off  but I got stuck with my holdall and I called the carers who got me out. I went upstairs to use the Computer. I had soup, ravioli and ice cream. I went to use the computer but at 2000 the MC announced that Johnny Well was starting. He finished at 2200 and I went back to the Computer.
24/11 Sat I had 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs and 2 plum tomatoes for breakfast. At 1200 the driver and a carer arrived from Ravensdale to take me home We got home at 1400 and the carer unpacked me. I used my PC before dinner. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
25/11 Sun I used my PC before Sunday lunch. After I used my PC to order shopping from Asda. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/11 Mon I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC but at 1500 my bowels opened. I told the carers who changed my pad. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
27/11 Tues I went Odsal to the Service User Council Celebration lunch. We had a buffet and a dessert. After we came home at 1530. I used my PC to order Haddock and mushy peas. After I used my PC.

29/11 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV until 1600 I asked the carers to change me because I was going to watch Jason Manford at the Leeds Arena. He came for me at 1830 and we got there at 1915. The show commenced at 1930 with a bloke playing a Beat Box and he finished at 2000. Jason Manford came on at 2030 until 2215. We got home at 2300.
30/11 Fri I used my PC until 1030 and I went to the Breakfast Club where we had savoury pancakes. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. My Life being Disabled October 2018

01/10 I phoned Tracey Erby the manager of the Southbank Centre, Hospitality and ordered 2 tickets for the match on 07/10 with Workington. I used my PC to order from Amazon, a new mobile Alcatel GSM/20.45X2045. We had an Indian dancer at 1100 for 30 minutes. After lunch I used my PC and my mobile Podiatrist came to check my feet. I used my PC for the rest of the afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
02/10 Tues I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/10 Weds I used my PC and I got a call from Revitalise about my booking form. They wanted my emergency contact number and I said to call Ravensdale. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1800 my bowels opened, I told the carers, who were going change me because I was going out, the change my pad, trousers and shirt. I waited until 1900 for Lee, my driver/assistant, to come. He didn't come I check my email because my new mobile wasn't working to find out he's stuck at Newcastle. I ordered  a Chicken Karahi and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's
04/10 Thurs This morning at 0130 I woke up because I was too warm. I called carer to check my heating was off. She read the temperature 25'C coming from the underfloor heating. She couldn't open my window so she put my fan on. I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1745 I called for the carers to change me because I was going with my sons at 1830 to the Fisherman's Lodge in Street Lane, Moortown. My eldest son phoned to tell he's busy because o2 had been down all afternoon. My youngest son phoned to tell he's running late. He came at 1850 and we arrived at 1920. We both had the Haddock fillet, chips and mushy peas. It was good and I got home at 2045.
05/10 Fri I used my PC until 1050. I w
ent to the breakfast club where we got Omelette and various filling. After I used my PC until lunch, fish, chips and mushy peas. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I was eating my tea but I couldn't because I had a pain in my right arm. I asked the nurse and she said it my wheelchair pressing into my right arm. They will sort it out after tea. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.

07/10 Sun I opened my Birthday cards(64) and used my PC. At 1130 my driver came and took me to Tesco's shopping. We got to Odsal at 1310 and our meal was served at 1330. Honey Roast Gammon carvery, Yorkshire pudding, roasted new Potatoes and seasonal vegetables(carrots & cabbage). Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake served with Fruit Coulis & Chantilly Cream. First team news, pre match analysis with injured first team players and a quiz. Bradford won 27 - 8 and were promoted to the Championship. When I got home at 1830 I ordered a Chicken Vindaloo and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.

13/10 Sat I used my PC.I ordered 2 rashers of Bacon, 2 Sausages, 2 Fried Eggs and tinned tomatoes. I had my All Day breakfast at 1200. I used my PC, until 1500 when the nurse Jess came to take me to Old Trafford to watch Warrington v Wigan in the Super League Grand Final. We arrived 1630 and parked Disabled Car Park W2, very close to the stadium. We had a Cheeseburger £6 and we went to the wheelchair entrance. We went to our places/seat Wheelchair platform Section EL 135 level 2 Seat/place 7 which behind the posts in East stand. The wheelchair platform are about 2.5 metres wide and view is unbelievable. The group performing was The Blossoms from Warrington. The started at 1800 but it was all defence no attack. It was a dour performance from both sides Wigan 12 - 4 with Stefan Ratchford won MOM. After the ceremony it was 2100. We had booked a table at Mughli's for 2100 but Jess was to tired and we went home. I got at 2215.

At 1730 my bowels opened I told the carers but they were busy. They sorted me out and changed it was 1850. We, my driver/assistant, got there at 1940. I had an Onion Bajhi and Chicken Naweb Khan. We got home at 2130.
17/10 Weds I used my PC until 1130 when I had my Quarterly Care Plan review. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/10 Thurs I got my HC2 form out because I've got an appointment with my Dentist at 1455 to have a filling. I used my PC and after an All Day Breakfast at 1200 I had my flu jab. I used my PC and at 1345 my Patient Transport came to take me to me Dentist at The Reginald Centre in Chapel Allerton. We arrived at 1415 and my appointment was for 1455. The Dentist filled my tooth and cleaned my teeth. I arranged another appointment with receptionist for 6 months. We went to the Fushion Reginald café to have a Coffee. The person serving started arguing with a customer. The transport came at 1615 and got home at 1650. I used my PC to order Fillet Haddock and Mushy Peas from Just Eat. They arrived at 1800 and after I used my PC.
19/10 Fri I used my PC and at 1100 I went to the Breakfast club where I had a pancake with savoury meat, a croissant, orange juice and a cup of coffee. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, raised my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
20/10 Sat I tidied my Bathroom, I got my tickets for the test match between England v New Zealand on 27/10 at 1430 in Hull. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.

24/10 Weds I got the Itinerary and the tickets for the International England v NZ on 04/11 at 1430. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
25/10 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 the carers came to change me to go see Wayne Bennett at the Southbank Centre. It was a 3 course meal and Wayne Bennett answering questions. It finished at 2300 and got home at 2355.
26/10 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club in our dining room. It was bacon, sausage & fried eggs. After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened the carers changed my pad. I used my PC to order a Haddock fillet & mushy peas. After I used my PC.
27/10 Sat I got ready to go to KCOM Stadium to watch England v New Zealand k.o. 1430. At 1040 my eldest son came and arrived at the KCOM Stadium at 1145. We went up in the lift to level 1 and into The Circle restaurant to be shown our table No.2. The meal was Tomato & Corinder soup, breast  of Chicken, Garlic, potatoes, carrots and green beans, ice cream & cheese cake plus coffee. Andy Gregory and Lee Crooks talked and Stephan Latchford. At 1415 we were invited to take our places. We went to the Wheelchair viewing platform which is on the half way line. You could fit 3 wheelchairs and 3 carers but I and my son used it. It s brilliant view. England won 18 - 16. We got home at 1830 and I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
28/10 Sun I used my PC. After Sunday dinner which served at 1200 because the cook forgot the clocks went back, I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

01/09 Sat I used my PC before lunch. At 1330 Lee, my driver, picked up to take me Sharks Park to watch Shaw Cross play York Acorn 14 - 18. After we to The Halfway pub/restaurant. After we come at 1800. I used my PC and I cleaned my teeth.
02/09 Sun I used my PC until my driver Lee came to take to Odsal. We arrived 1240 and went in the shop. I bought a purple hoodie, a purple polo shirt, a black pair of shorts and a Bulls glass. We round to the Southbank Centre, Lee drop me off to park my car. We went the Legends Suite and we were sat at table no. 2. Stuart Duffy was our MC who welcomed us. The main course was Honey roast Gammon, new potatoes and mix of vegetables. The dessert was  Chocolate Brownies with cream. At 1455 we went outside to watch the match. At half time it was 20 - 0 and full time it was 54 - 6. I got home at 1800, I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake.

04/09 Tues I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and tried to read My Care Plan but I couldn't because the file too big. The nurse is going to get someone to help me. After tea I used my PC.
05/09 Weds I used my PC but I complained about contractors in the bathroom making loud noises. Mark and Katie moved me to the visitors room. After lunch I went to my room, used my PC and my bowels opened. I told my carers who changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/09 Thurs I used my PC and emailed Leeds Utd. to find out what they charge in the Peter Lorimer suite. I booked a table for Tuesday at 1930 Salvo's restaurant. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
07/09 Fri I used my PC and I was told the nurse haven't booked transport to take me to my dentist where I've appointment at 1315. Activities are taking me using my car. We set at 1230 to the Leeds Community Healthcare, Dental service in Chapeltown. We arrived at 1245 but the dentist is closed until 1315. We went in the café and had a cup of Coffee. We went up to level 1 and check in at the reception. The dentist took me in her's room where she examined my bottom teeth. She said 1 of my fillings has broken and she wants to replace it and she examined my false teeth. I went to the reception to make another appointment for 18/10 at 1455. On the way back we stopped at Rockford's fish & chips shop. I got Haddock fillet and a large mushy peas. I ate them when we got home. After I used my PC. After tea my bowels opened and carers changed my pad, shorts plus my shirt. I used my PC.
08/07 Sat I got ready to go to watch Featherstone Lions v Shaw Cross at 1330. I used my PC before I had my lunch. After I used my PC and 1330 my driver came and took to Featherstone Lions home pitch. It was raining and the woman's game had stopped because it was half time. After full time the match started Featherstone Lions were best team and half time the score was 16 - 0. At fulltime the score was the same. After we went to a Toby restaurant near to Asda in Wakefield. I had 4 meats carvery costing less than £7 and Lee had Prawn sandwich. Mine was rubbish and Lee's came with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. I complained to the manager and came without paying. I got home at 1800.
09/09 Sun I used my PC and had my monthly Care Plan review. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I watched West Wales v Bradford on Facebook. After tea I used my PC.
10/09 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/09 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. They put a big urine bag on, change my trousers and changed my shirt. I used my PC. At 1900 my driver arrived  to take me to Salvo's in Headingley. It was very busy, the manager brought a ramp out because I had to negotiate 4 steps. Firstly from the car onto the road, road onto the footpath, footpath into Salvo's and finally from the bar to the restaurant. I caught my elbow and waitress dress it. I order Kiev pizza which was folded with Chicken and Ham. We finished at 2030 and got home at 2100.
12/09 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and I told my carers who changed my pad, shorts and my shirt. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
13/09 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC until 1400 when my bowels opened. The carers changed my pad. After I went to the lounge at 1430 Activities had booked a singer. She finished at 1530. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
14/09 Fri I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC to send an email to Mark his carers sweeping the dining room floor, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
15/09 Sat I used my PC until 1200 when I went to the dining room and had my lunch. After I went to my room and used my PC. At 1330 my driver/assistant came for me to take Shaw Cross who were playing Ince Rose Bridge. We arrived at Shaw Cross at 1430 and the match had kicked off. The final score was 24 - 26. We went to the Wetherby Whaler in Wield for our tea. I got home at 1830.
16/09 Sun I used my PC until 1030 when my driver/assistant took me to the Vestacare stadium in Oldham. It took us 3 hours to get there because the M62 was closed from jcn 26. We used the A62. We had differculty parking until the Safety manager came and we parked inside We went to the Hospitality Sponsors Lounge and we were given Mince beef and potatoes pie with mushy peas followed Lemon cheese cake and a cup of Coffee I told Lee my urine bag was full and we went down a narrow corridor with 2 right angled turns but I couldn't get threw. I asked somebody if there was another disabled toilet they told me in the changing room in another hut. We went in changing rooms and found the disabled toilet. Lee emptied my bag and went t find the safety manager to find out where can see the match. He said there's no where wheelchair user can see the match. Lee and I place next to the path to changing rooms that the stewards don't allow spectators to stand. I could see about 40% of the pitch. Bradford won 16 - 24. We waited until crowd dispersed over 1k and we got home at 1845. I ordered a chicken madras with chocolate fudge cake from Soprenos.

19/09 Weds I used my PC. I ordered a memory card & tripod for my digital camera. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV.. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/09 Thurs I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and went upstairs to the Activities room to test my power point presentation on their over head display. I used my PC before dinner. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
21/09 Fri I used PC to make a complain about last nights carers and 1030 I went to breakfast club. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/09 Sat I used my PC until lunch. After I used my APC, put my feet up and watched TV, After tea I used my PC.
23/09 Sun I used my PC until 1200 when my driver/assistant came for me to take me Odsal. We got there at 1240 and it was full in the Legends suite. We were allocated table 2. We ordered our drinks only to find they were free because last time we came I complained the beef was tough. We got Roast Loin of Pork, Yorkshire pudding, roast new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Apple sauce and Sage & Onion seasoning. Dessert was rich chocolate mouse  served with Honeycomb Chantily salted Caramel shards. After Robbie Paul interviewed a player, We had a quiz and we were invited to go outside to watch the match. The final score was 52 - 7. When I got home I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
24/09 Mon I used my PC and tried to contact Tracey Erby to buy tickets for the play off between Bradford v Oldham. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
25/09 Tues I went to the Service Users Council, yesterday, at Scotia Heights Stoke. The meeting started at 1230 with lunch. The meeting lasted until 1500 and we got home at 1830. I ordered a large haddock fillet and a large mushy peas from Just Eat.

27/09 Thurs The night nurse told me, he can't get me up at 0700 because his carers are too busy. I called 0830 and had my breakfast at 1030. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, After tea I used my PC.
28/09 Fri I used my PC and Helen Baverdale, a director of Exemplarhc visited me. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/09 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
30/09 Sun I used my PC before my driver/assistant came at 1200 to take me to Odsal to watched Bradford v Oldham. The meal was Roast Beef carvery, Yorkshire pudding, roast new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The dessert was Apple & Berry crumble served with cream. At half time the score was 19 - 0 and the final score was 47 - 0. We got home at 1800 and I ordered a Chicken Chilli Garlic Masala and a Chocolate Fudge cake.

My Life being Disabled August 2018

01/08 I used my PC, sent a text to LEE about Saturday and left a message to North Wales about Hospitality. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/08 I had my monthly Care Plan review for July first thing. After I used my PC in the morning and my GP called because I had stabbing pain in my right leg. After lunch I put my feet up and watched the TV and 1630 I tried to contact the Employment and Support Allowance. After tea I tried to contact the Employment and Support Allowance and use my PC.
03/08 Fri I told the Employment and Support Benefits that I've changed my bank details. I used my PC until at 1100 I went to the breakfast club. After lunch I used my PC to vote for Labour party members standing for xxxx. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my tea.
04/08 Sat I went to Odsal at 1200 to watch Bradford v Whitehaven. My Hospitality meal was Roast Pork carvery followed Strawberry Cheesecake. Bradford won 46 - 0. When I got home I ordered a Chilli 9" pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
05/08 Sun I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I put my feet up and St Helen's lose to Catalans 16 - 34. I used my PC before tea. After I used my PC.
06/08 Mon I used my PC and reported my Wheelchair because the front left wheel has no tread but the front right wheel has a tread. They are coming on Thursday. After lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I put my feet up and watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
07/08 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. At 1440 I went to the Activities room to make Cards. At 1615 I went to my room until 1655. After I used my PC.
08/08 Weds I used my PC until 1200 when my eldest son took me to the TSB in The Headrow, Leeds and to the Pendas Arms in Whinmoor Leeds where we had lunch. When I got home I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
09/08 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After the wheelchair repair came and changed my front wheels. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/08 Fri I used my PC and at 1030 I went to the Activities room to join the Breakfast club in theme was Continental. I had pieces of Salami and thin Ham with a Croissant also Orange juice. After I used PC. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. At 1630 I had my monthly Care Plan review. After tea I used my PC.
11/08 Sat I used my PC and after lunch I got ready to go to Shaw Cross who were playing Pilkington. We set off at 1330 and arrived at 1415. The kick off was 1430 and nearby the Summer Fair was going. We parked on the field and went Shaw Cross bench. It was close game with Pilkington winning 16 - 24. After we went to Asda and The Mermaid fish restaurant. We got home at 2000.
12/08 Sun  At 1000 my driver came to take me to watch North Wales v Bradford. They play in Wrexham at Queensway stadium. We got there at 1230 and went to the Hospitality tent ! There were 6 tables each with 8 places. I got a Coffee and a pint of lager. We picked an empty table to drink at. I enquired what time does the food get served.  The CEO of the North Wales told me it's an outside firm but usually bring it 1330. My bag was full and I asked where is the Disabled toilet. It's under the main stand. 1 toilet for Ladies, 1 toilet for gents and 1 toilet for Disabled. It was dirty and very small. To get there I had to over cut grass and tarmac path about 200 metres. We back to the Hospitality tent and the caters arrived 1345. I told my driver to tell them I need my food ASAP because I'm Diabetic. It arrived after 10 minutes it was Chicken pasta with sauce and Olives with lettuce. It wasn't worth £10. After we found the wheelchair viewing platform at the front of the main stand. It was 2 metres above the 2 running tracks before the Rugby League pitch. The match started at 1430, half time 0 - 20 and full time 0 - 48 with crowd of 886. We waited the crowd dispersed and went to the Disabled toilet under the offices but there was a wheelbarrow. We went inside and found a clean Disabled toilet. After at 1700 we left to go home and got home at 1930. I ordered a chilli, garlic masala from Sopranos.      
13/08 Monday At 1030  Service User, 3 carers and a driver for our mini bus left Ravensdale to go to Bridlington. We got there at 1300 and parked next the Spa. We went to Baynham Fish restaurant because they have a ramp. After we went down to South side and had an ice cream it was warm. 2 carers put nuts theirs which the salt on the nuts melted their ice cream. We set off at 1500 and 1715 we got home. After tea I used my PC.
14/08  Tues I used PC but at 1200 the OT came to change my slings for new ones. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
15/08 Weds I used my PC in the morning and in the afternoon I used my PC, saw Zoolab at 1515 to 1615, The OT came to sort out my new slings. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/08 Thurs I got my MOT certificate via the post. JCT 600 at Wakefield took it yesterday. I didn't get up until 0830 because the night staff were busy at 0700. I used my PC until 1200 when the Senior Carer came to cut my hair. After I used my PC all afternoon. After tea I used my PC.    
17/08 Fri I used my PC and 1100 I went to Breakfast club with an Indian theme we had Samosas, Onion Bhajis, various curries and naan bread. I left at 1200 to get ready to go Franco's in Thorpe Park. We got to Franco's at 1245 and ordered a Calzone Kiev and Soda water, my carer ordered a 55 orange. It was very busy and my Calzone Kiev came 1325. It was large and left 50% of it. I asked waiter for bag to take it home. I asked for my bill which was £18.30. I gave him £20 and we went outside to wait for my driver. She came at 1400 and we got home at 1430. At 1500 I went to the Activities room for the Food forum. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
18/08 Sat I used my PC to order my Braford Bulls 2019 Hospitality season ticket(£1,022.95) and a Shaw Cross sharks leisure shirt from Ravensports. After  my all day breakfast I used my PC. At 1330 my driver/assistant called to take me to Shark park to watch Shaw Cross v Lock Lane, Castleford. We watched all the match next Shaw Cross's dug out but Shaw Cross lost 6 - 58. After we went to The Wetherby Whaler in Wakefield. After we went home and I used my PC. I cleaned my teeth.
19/08 Sun I used my PC until my driver/assistant called for me at 1200. We went to Tesco's to fill my car of diesel. We arrived at Odsal at 1300 and Tony the doorman greeted us and told we were stting at table 2. We had a roast Beef carvery followed a strawberry cheesecake. At 1455 we went outside to watch the match. Bradford were terrible and the half time score was 12 - 12 but the full time was 18 - 24. We went home and arrived at 1800. I ordered a 9" chilli pizza and chocolate fudge cake from Soprano's.
20/08 Mon I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.  
21/08 Tues Yesterday I had problems with my Catheter not draining. Early this morning the night nurses changed my Catheter but it didn't stop by passing. I asked the Bluebell nurse to take off my day bag, which the day carers had put on, my Catheter started draining.  In the morning I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After dinner I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.

23/08Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC. After tea I got ready to go to Aagrah in Leeds City centre. At 1930 my youngest son come and we went Aagrah's St. Peter's Square, Quarry Hill opposite the bus station. We got there at 2000 and my eldest came later. I had Onion Bhaji and Laksen Chicken. After I got home 2215.
24/08 Fri I used my PC until 1100 when I went to the Coffee morning in the Activities room. I had 2 rashers of bacon, a sausage, a fried egg and tomatoes, orange juice and a cup of coffee. At 1230 I went my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
25/08 Sat I tried to book my holiday with Revitalise but their offices are shut. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.  
26/08 Sun I used my PC until my brother and his girlfriend came at 1215. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.      
27/08 Bank Holiday Mon I used my PC before a Turkey carvery. I used my PC and started to read my Care Plan. After tea I used my PC.
28/08 Tues I phoned Revitalise to book a holiday from Sat 17/11 to Sat 24/11 at Sandpipers Southport. They are sending the details. I used my PC to book a table at Capri's. After lunch I used my PC to change my passwords until 1800. I watched TV until Lee, my driver, came with his wife to take me to Capri in Horbury Bridge. We arrived at 1930, I ordered a Soda water, Minestrone soup, Chicken Cesare. It was served about 20 minutes after, my Minestrone soup used fresh vegetables, my Chicken Cesare was excellent. I got home at 2130.
29/08 Weds I got confirmation for my holiday with Revitalise. I took insurance with Age UK. I used my PC. After my lunch I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/08 Thurs I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
31/08 Fri I used my PC. At 1100 I went to the Breakfast club where it was a Contintal.  After I went my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and put feet up. I watched TV but at 1600 I remembered to phone Ravensport about the order I placed with them on 18/08/18. At 1740 they answered and Brett told me they sent it out yesterday. I ordered a Chicken Jalfrezi and a Chocolate Fudge cake.
