My Life being Disabled July 2015

01/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watch TV. Before tea my bowels opened and I told the carers who changed my pad. After I used my PC.
02/07 In the morning I got the handyman to fill in his details for my Motability Insurance. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and tried to order a Nokia 130 with a 16g memory but I failed. After I used my PC and tried to order a Nokia 130 with a 16g memory but I failed again.
03/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my legs up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
04/07 In morning I had my weekly bladder wash and after breakfast I used my PC. In the afternoon my eldest son came and filled the Motability form for insurance purposes but he didn't sign it. I texted him and he said he'll come over later. After tea I used my PC.
05/07 I used my PC in the morning before going to Parkside to watch Hunslet v Bradford where I booked 3 Parksider Matchday Packages, which included a 2 course carvery, a programme, a team sheet and a cup of coffee/tea at half time. We got there at 1230 we were showed our table 5 which sat 8 people and we got a drink. The Vegetable soup was served to us and the carvery we had go outside the Director's Lounge to get it. After our meal and old Bradford and Hunslet player gave good after dinner speech. We had to go to the Disabled viewing area which was on the side of the running track with the pitch inside running track. It was very difficult to see the match because the substitutes and coaches went on the running track to hinder our view plus we were about 10 metres from the pitch. At half time Bradford were winning 6 - 38 but we didn't go back to the Director's Lounge because t was too far. We didn't stay for all of the 2nd half because with 10 minutes to go and Bradford winning 6 - 68 it started to rain and we left. We got home at 1730 and I ordered a Chilli Pizza from Soprano's via the internet.
06/07 I went to Seacroft Hospital in the morning where I ordered 2 new splints. After lunch I used my PC before going to Tesco's. After tea I used my PC. 
07/07 I booked a Wheelchair space, a carer and my driver plus a Disabled parking space. I used my PC in the morning and after lunch I used my PC. My bowels opened and my carers changed pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
08/07 I watched the State of Origin 1st half before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched 2nd half with Queensland beating New South Wales the score was 52 - 6, After tea I used my PC.
09/07 In the morning I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. After I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/07 I had my haircut before breakfast and I used my PC in the morning. I gave my Motability form to the office to write a letter that anybody can drive my car and post it. After lunch I went in the garden and finished reading my book at Paras. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/07 I had my weekly bladder wash and after breakfast I used my PC. Later that morning I started by-passing I told the nurse who said we'll look after lunch. After lunch they changed my Catheter and my urine bag. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
12/07 I used my PC in the morning and I found out I've got an appointment with the East Leeds Podiatrist on Tuesday 14/07 at 1420. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon . After tea I used my PC.
13/07 Activities informed me that my trip to Wetherby this afternoon has been cancelled. I used my PC in the morning.
14/07 I saw my GP this morning about my weekly Bladder Washes and we agreed to up them to 2 washes on Wednesday and Saturdays. I asked my eldest son if he wants to go to The Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford on 10/10 at 1800. After lunch I used my PC while I was waiting for my transport to see my Podiatrist to have my toenails cut. I have an appointment for 1420. It didn't arrived and my nurse said she will chase it up. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1620 my bowels opened \and my carers changed my pad. I went on my PC after tea.
15/07 The RFL phoned to tell me to phone 0161 8688111 to get a Disabled parking at The Grand Final on 10/10 but this number gets Rachel Croft voicebank. I left a message to contact me and I emailed Sarah Williams at the RFL.In the afternoon I went to the Post Office to put some cash into my Co-op bank account. I went to Tesco's I tried to convert my Euros in to Pounds Sterling but my Amex travellers cheques were duds. I did some shopping and got home at 1600. After tea I used my PC.
16/07 I went to the Carers Forum at 1300 and when it finished I had my lunch. After lunch I scanned my Evidence of Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance to Jo at Brotherwood. I used my PC after tea.
17/07 I used my PC and tidied my paperwork in my room. After lunch I used my PC and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
18/07 I had a bladder wash this morning. After breakfast I used my PC. In the afternoon I used my PC and my younger brother came to see me. He left at 1630 and I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
19/07 I got ready to go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Leigh at 1500. I've told the driver we're setting  off at 1300 and I've told the kitchen that I want a Bacon sandwich at 1200. I used my PC until 1150 when a carer told me my Bacon sandwich was ready. After my lunch I waited in my until the driver came at 1250. We got Odsal at 1345 and directed into Car Park B. Ii's not tarmac and it full of potholes and my electric wheelchair bounced in the baked mud. Our seats were in The Provident Stand where wheelchair space are at the back with carers sat next to them and our driver sat in front. When found my space there was a match between The Royal Engineers v The Royal Artillery. After that match  a band played leading several junior teams round the pitch. At 1500 the  match started and Bradford scored straight away. At half time it was 20 - 12 and at full time it was 36 - 36. The attendance was 9,181and we got home at 1800. Later I had a Chilli Pizza from Soprano's.
20/07 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and watched a movie in the Activities room. After tea I tried ordering a Nokia 130 via O2's website..
21/07 In the morning I used my PC. After lunch my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I went to Tesco's to buy tea. I got home at 1600, unpacked my shopping and gave my Chicken Jalfrezi,
 Naan bread and my Indian mix to a carer to give it to the cook. I had my Chicken Jalfrezi and 1 Naan for tea. I used my PC.
22/07 I had a bladder wash this morning. I used my PC and the nurse told me we're having my monthly Care Plan review today. I completed my application for a Blue Badge. After lunch I used my PC and had my Care Plan review. After tea I used my PC.
23/07 I used my PC and found out I won 25 pounds on the lottery. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie on my PC. After tea I used my PC.
24/07 I used my PC and set up Skype. After lunch I used my PC.
25/07 This morning my bladder wash didn't work. My nurse told me she's going to tell my GP. After breakfast I used my PC but I was still bypassing. I told the nurse, she told the other nurse who decided to have a meeting after lunch. After lunch I used my PC but at 1500 I was soaking and carers decided to put me in bed. They took all my clothes off and changed my pad. I stayed on my bed, watching TV and sleeping until the next morning.
26/07 I used my PC after breakfast. We has a Roast Pork dinner for lunch. I used my PC, my bowels opened and carers changed my pad. I put legs up and watched TV. After tea I put my legs up and watched TV.
27/07 I got my new mobile which I put on charge. I asked the OT to put my new splint together. I asked the handyman if he could move my Air Condition Unit to be nearer the window, to change my certificates to black frames and  put them on one wall. After lunch I used my PC and I took my Leedsware Bell which I sold on ebay to the office to post. After tea I used my PC.
28/07 I used my PC and tidied my personal draw in the morning. After lunch I saw my GP who told the nurse to give me 3 bladder washes per week and prescribed some anti-biotics to deal with my Cellulitus. I used my PC while the handyman put my certificates on 1 wall. After I tidied my top desk and put my shopping away that Asda had delivered. After tea I used my PC.

29/07 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watch movie on my PC. After I used my PC.
30/07 After loading Windows 10 I sent an email to my Social worker because Ravensdale have decided that my contribution has increased since April ? After lunch I used my PC, I asked my eldest son if he will take me to Wakefield v Bradford on Saturday 15/08 at 1500 and I asked Ravensdale if they would take me to Bradford v Sheffield on 09/08at 1500 and Bradford v Salford on 23/08 at 1500. I was told to see Steve because he's joining Activities on Monday.
31/07 I went to The Service Users Forum as I was chairing. We discussed the Purpose of the Forum, to meet every 2 months, Staff Resources and to inform staff to provide a report for the meeting. After lunch I used my PC to change my passwords.
