After lunch Russell from Bradford Bulls told me I had to pay 200 pounds per season ticket to cover the cost of meals etc.. I paid him via my debit card. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. 03/02 I went to the Coffee morning in our lounge where we had a quiz. After nch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I ordered Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas through Just Eat. After tea I used my PC.
04/02 My eldest son phoned me and he told me he's selling his car. I used my PC and I tried to video phone my youngest son but he didn't answer. I put a bid on ebay for a bottle of Wow after shave. 05/02 At 1045 we, Activities driver, Senior . and me went in my car to filled up at Tesco. We went to Craven Road Hull to watched Hull KR v Bradford. I booked 3 packages in the SJS Flooring 1881 Suite. We went to the suite and I had to go in small lift. We were taken to our table with 2 other people. After an ex-player gave a speech we had Leek and Potato Soup, Braising Beef, roast potatoes and season vegetables followed Belgian Chocolate Fudge with Cream and Chocolate. I went to the viewing gallery to watch the match. Hull KR won easily 54 - 24. We came home after the match. We got home at 1845 and I ordered a 11" Chilli Pizza from Soprano's which arrived at 2000. It took a hour, we set off at 1300 and we got there at 1400 but the was old with an old stand with seating for about 1k. We went in the front of the stand about half way until my bag was full . We went to the Disabled Toilets but there was a step before the entrance and used a grate outside. We went behind the post outside the Hospitality building that I couldn't use for the steps. At half time Bradford had scored 4 tries and Swinton had scored 2. We had Beef pie, chips and mushy peas. The final score was 28 - 35. We got home at 1815. I had an Orange warning light on my Speedometer. I ordered a Chilli 11' Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.

24/02 I used my PC until 1200 when I went to the lounge for Coffee Morning after we had a quiz. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie on my PC. At 1615 my bowels opened and I told a carer who changed my pad. I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
25/02 My bladder wash failed the nurse sprayed all over me because she said it wouldn't go through. I used my PC and I tried videophoning my youngest son but he was RTNR. After Brunch I used my PC and watched a movie on it. After tea I finished watching the movie and cleaned my teeth.
26/02 I used my PC before Barrie my driver came at 1135. We got to Odsal at 1240. Barrie took my car down to Southbank Centre where I got and waited in dining room while Barrie parked my car. We were on table 1 right next to the viewing window. At 1300 Stuart Duffy introduced himself and told us the format of the afternoon, 1st team players, meal served at 1330, guest speaker Andy Gregory, dessert, a quiz 10 questions Rugby League and 10 questions of General Knowledge. watched 1st half, tea/coffee and entertainment, watch the 2nd half, man of the match, coaches view and entertainment. We had Honey Roast Ham with new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and gravy followed by 4 layers of Chocolate Fudge Cake with Ice Cream and Cream. Andy Gregory's speech lasted 10 minutes. We had the quiz but it was hard and we only got 3 question right.
We watched the match inside because it was raining. Toulouse scored first but Bradford scored 4 tries in the first half. In the second half Toulouse were the strongest with final score 29 - 22 to Bradford. We left just after 1700.
When I got home I order Chicken Nawabi Khan with Garlic Naan from Spicy Chicken via Just Eat.which was suppose to be delivered at 1855 but it came 1920. After I went to my room and used my PC.
27/02 I had an appointment with the Podiatrist at 1140 this morning but my carers told me nobody had booked my transport. Admin phoned the Podiatrist to book another appointment which is 06/03 at 1320 with transport. I complained to the manager. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC to write my report to the RFL about my visit to Odsal yesterday. At 1500 I went to watch a magician called Paul. His act lasted 40 minutes. I used my PC until it was tea time. I entered a bid for a Sky box + with HDM for 5.50. After New years dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

03/01 I got a letter from Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency about my vehicle to have its EA 189 NOx emission service action applied. I phoned JCT600 Van Service in Wakefield but the person who deals was not at his desk. I left a message to phone me back. Hull KR phoned about the match on 05/02 but I said I don't want to book anything until Bradford release what's happening. JCT600 phoned and I arranged to get my car in on Monday. They will pick it up and return it. I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
04/01 I got 4 letters this morning , 1 from the NHS about the service of my GP's surgery, 2 from Westminster coins and 1 Amazon with my Tablet's cover. I used my PC and completed the questionnaire about my GP's Surgery. I requested the NHS to send me a form to renew my HC2 which runs out at the end of January 2017. I used my PC and checked my bill and changed my Sky Talk from free evenings and weekends(4 pounds) to pay for all because I hardly use it. After Sunday dinner, the Beef was very tough and everybody complained, I went to my room and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1620 my bowels opened I told the carers who changed my pad. After tea which was Bubble&Squeak, which I didn't eat followed by Rhubarb Crumble. I went to my room and ordered a 11 inch Chilli Thin Pizza plus a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
09/01 I got my HC1 form but a note said if I live in a Care Home I should fill in a HC1SC form. I ordered 1. The Wheelchair repair man can to change my right foot rest. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC and my eldest son phoned to ask why was my car going round Wakefteld. Because JCT600 were doing exhaust checks. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

My eldest son phoned because Sky are setting my Broadband to Fibre today but they haven't yet. After Brunch a carer put my new Sky Fibre Broadband and tested it. The speeds are 38.8 Mbit/s down and 19.4 Mbit/s After I put my feet up and watch Shameless DVD until a carer came to sort out my bottom shelf. I asked him will he put my new laptop on my table. I used my new PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my big PC.
13/01 I went to the coffee morning at 1100 in the Activities room. After the quiz I went my room and set up both PC's. After lunch I used both PC's, put my feet up and watched TV. I ordered a Jumbo Haddock, small Chips and Mushy Peas from The Fisherman 's Wife on York Road cost 9.87 through Just Eat. I complained to our manager, Racheal, via email.
14/01 The cook, Colin, when I asked him what type of fish they had yesterday 'Ockney' he told me and the manager of kitchen has stopped buying 'Decaff' Coffee. I emailed the manager Rachael Fletcher to complain about this and to complain about the Relatives Forum, carers that can't speak English, shortage of staff. Emma said yes because it's Exemplarhc rules and it counts against my Activities spend. I phoned Wakefield Social Care Direct and told them. I used my PC and Social Care Direct phoned to tell me that she'd phoned Ravensdale Admin. They told her that it doesn't affect my Activity hours. I asked Ann the Admin. manager to speak with her and she told me later. I received 1 set of phono leads but I ordered 2. I sent a message via Ebay. 17/01 I phoned Motability Insurance to find out if the new Activities person was insured because she's 20 - yes. I used my big PC and I did a System Restore on my little PC. After Brunch I used my big PC. After I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1520 my bowels opened, I told a carer. At 1540 they changed my pad. I put on my Burganday Harrington jacket. We, the driver, the Activities and me went to Zipyard but they couldn't fix me Red jacket. We went to Franco's in Thorpe Park where I had Bolognese Pizza. After we come home and I went to my room and used my big PC.

20/01 I opened the parcel from Jacamo which was a pair of Chinos and a white shirt. I used my PC and put my new Roman coin in my big safe. After I ordered Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas from Just Eat which should be here at 1745. I used my tablet for 30 minutes. I ordered another Wheelchair Pannier Bag from Homecraft via Amazon.
21/01 I phoned my youngest son James via Facebook. He lives in Tenerife, fallen out with his girlfriend and moving nearer to town. I used my PC and tried copying to my Tablet. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.

I complained about the poor quality of food. Staff to be reminded to clean my wheelchair every Wednesday. Carers stop using Emergency stop on hoist and not warning Mick. Asked about Compression stocking ? Lift my legs with 2 pillows plus 2 little pillows Care Plan put in place. Need for 2 staff to go with Mick when goes out in his car ? Property check to be completed every month by lead carer. When is the next Relatives Forum ? Staff clean dining room before I've finished. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my big PC.
23/01 This morning the domestics deep cleaned my room. My GP came to look at my left leg because it was red. He prescribed antibiotics. Emma said yes because it's Exemplarhc rules and it counts against my Activities spend. I phoned Wakefield Social Care Direct and told them. I asked Ann the Admin. manager to speak with her and she told me later. I received 1 set of phono leads but I ordered 2. I sent a message via Ebay. They will take me to Zipyard tomorrow morning and take me to Hull KR on 05/02. They discuss with me my meal in Franco's later. At 1600 I phoned Hull KR and booked 3 hospitality tickets in SJS Flooring 1882 Suite. I used my PC.
17/01 I phoned Motability Insurance to find out if the new Activities person was insured because she's 20 - yes. I used my big PC and I did a System Restore on my little PC. After Brunch I used my big PC. After I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1520 my bowels opened, I told a carer. At 1540 they changed my pad. I put on my Burganday Harrington jacket. We, the driver, the Activities and me went to Zipyard but they couldn't fix me Red jacket. We went to Franco's in Thorpe Park where I had Bolognese Pizza. After we come home and I went to my room and used my big PC.

20/01 I opened the parcel from Jacamo which was a pair of Chinos and a white shirt. I used my PC and put my new Roman coin in my big safe. I complained about the poor quality of food. Staff to be reminded to clean my wheelchair every Wednesday. Carers stop using Emergency stop on hoist and not warning Mick. Asked about Compression stocking ? Lift my legs with 2 pillows plus 2 little pillows Care Plan put in place. Need for 2 staff to go with Mick when goes out in his car ? Property check to be completed every month by lead carer. When is the next Relatives Forum ? Staff clean dining room before I've finished. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my big PC.
23/01 This morning the domestics deep cleaned my room. My GP came to look at my left leg because it was red. He prescribed antibiotics. 24/01 My room smelt of Urine this morning again. At my carers and nurse I put in a complaint and told the manager of the Domestics. She did a deep clean of my carpet. 01/16 I used my PC and sent an email to the manager Rachel and Linda Loines complaining about my Care Plan Review process, staff shortages and equipment in our dining room. Linda's email is not working. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
02/12 I used my PC in the morning and there wasn't a Coffee Morning because the Activity staff were absent. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. One of my cousins John who is 68 sent me a Christmas Card. After fish, chips, mushy peas I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.

05/12 The Nurses on nights tried to change my Catheter but they couldn't. Eventually they phoned 999 to get an Ambulance. They took me and my Carer to St. James to A & E where we booked in at 0100. We were taken to a cubicle and nurse took my stats. At 0500 we were to Surgery Assessment where we stayed in the reception for a hour before being put in Bed 16. I stayed there with no pillow and no medicine until 1000 when a doctor from Catheters came and changed my Catheter. My transport came at 1200 and got home 1230. I got changed and set my PC up. After my lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

07/12 I spoke to Helen the North East Operations Manager. I spoke to my named Nurse Peter about my Care Plan Review because we had a Quarterly Review in October which should have been in September and we have not had one since. He said he'll arranged a Quarterly Review. I told him I want a Property Check because all my clothes need sorting out. I texted my son Andrew to find out when I are getting my car back. I used my PC before lunch. I posted 2 Christmas Cards, my Sister Jean and James Riley plus my Cousin John Furness and Sheila. I distributed the Chocolates to Management, Admin, Carers, Nurses, Activities, Domestics, Kitchen plus the Handyman. With my Air Handling Unit on it is 25' in my room ? After lunch I went to a session run by MotivationCo but they didn't turn up. I went to my room, put my feet up and watched the TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
08/12 I used my PC and I got reply from Tracy Clarkson giving her apologies because she can't attend tomorrows Service Users Forum. I found my brother's Peter address and sent him a Christmas Card. After Brunch I used my PC, met with Racheal the Catering Manager after I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
09/12 I used my PC and at 1130 I went to The Service Users Forum held in the Activities room. There was 4 Service Users including me who was the Chairman. There were 7 staff and 2 student Nurses the meeting finished at 1200. We had a 40 question quiz. After lunch I used my PC to tell Emma which Rugby League matches I want to go to. She told me I have 7 hours of Activity time per week in Service Users Forum. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1700 I used my PC and checked via Just Eat that The Fisherman's Wife starts delivering at 1745. I put my ordering Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas and first Just Eat told me my order would be delivered at 1830 but The Fisherman's Wife put another 30 minutes. It should be delivered at 1905. The for delivering is 1 pound and my Haddock and Chips is 5.39 and Mushy Peas are 0.99 plus paying by card an extra 0.50 total 7.88. It arrived at 1840 early. The Haddock was small over wise it was OK and I couldn't eat all the chips. I went to my room and used my PC.
10/12 I used my PC and started sorting my Hospital bag in the morning. I talked to my son via Facebook who lives in Tenerife. After Brunch I finished sorting Hospital bag and tested my mobile DVD player. My wife phoned to tell me she's going to James's for Xmas and her flight was 80 pounds return. I started to sort my Coin Collection. After tea, I had a Sirloin Steak, used my PC to write down the fixture list for The Bulls.

I emailed my son, Andrew, to let him know I'm considering getting one of the packages. Old Trafford told me he doesn't know if Electric Wheelchair can be accommodated in Hospitality packages but he'll find out. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC, emailed Old Trafford about Electric Wheelchairs in the Hospitality areas.
14/12 I used my PC but it was playing up. I told Geoff our Handyman about the heating which last night at 2100 was 25'C and went up at 0100 to 30'C. He said he'll raise the issue with the contractors who look after the heating. After lunch I used my PC, I went to Motivation at 1400 but the trainer come until 1415. At 1515 I went room my room and had cup of Coffee plus 4 Chocolate Digestives. I used my PC until 1700. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.

After lunch I had my Care Plan Monthly Review where we, my named nurse Peter and the senior carer Jayne discussed having my feet up when watching my feet up, temperature of my room 27'C last night at 2100, Emergency Bag being checked Monthly with my Property Check, my Wheelchair Cleaning every Wednesday night and Carers using the Emergency Release on the Hoist. After I went to my room and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched Shameless Versions 1 & 2. After tea I used my PC and I noticed that the new owner of Bradford Bulls is going to named tomorrow.

25/12 My eldest son came before I had breakfast. He gave me a tin of cookies and said he will buy a Bradford Bulls new home shirt when they become available. I got a Bionic Finish ECO Jacket and an Amazon Gift Voucher for 15 pounds. My eldest son phoned my youngest son via Facebook to wish him a Merry Xmas and I talk with him. When my eldest son left I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, used my PC, found out the price of my new jacket (25 pounds). I transferred my Amazon Gift Card to my Amazon account. After Christmas Dinner I used my PC to prepared an email to send to Rachael the manager complaining about the Christmas Dinner. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I thought my bowels had opened, I told carers and they checked but my bowels hadn't opened. I used my PC before tea. 24/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I began cataloguing my coins but at 1430 I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1530 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. I started Cataloging my Coins. After tea I finished Cataloguing my Coins and used my PC.
25/12 My eldest son came before I had breakfast. He gave me a tin of cookies and said he will buy a Bradford Bulls new home shirt when they become available. I got a Bionic Finish ECO Jacket and an Amazon Gift Voucher for 15 pounds. My eldest son phoned my youngest son via Facebook to wish him a Merry Xmas and I talk with him. When my eldest son left I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room, used my PC, found out the price of my new jacket (25 pounds). I transferred my Amazon Gift Card to my Amazon account. After Christmas Dinner I used my PC to prepared an email to send to Rachael the manager complaining about the Christmas Dinner. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I thought my bowels had opened, I told carers and they checked but my bowels hadn't opened. I used my PC before tea. After I used my PC and my eldest son texted me to tell me he couldn't go tomorrow.
26/12 I had difficulties with my carers because their first language wasn't Englsh. I used my PC before my lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened, I told my carers who changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
27/12 I checked with Zip Yard to see if they were open but I got answering machine. I used my PC to find my Sky Fibre order which I couldn't find and I sent an email to Sky. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
28/12 I used my PC, sent an email to the OT to ask her for a driver to drive my car to Zip Yard. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

31/12 I tried to get my Sky working because it went faulty last night. I couldn't and I phoned my eldest son who said he'll come tomorrow. I tried to phone my youngest son, via Facebook, in Tenerife but he didn't pick up. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I fix my Sky and used my PC.

My Life being Disabled Nov 2016
01/11 I used my PC and ordered a Disabled Car Parking space at the Ricoh Stadium in Coventry. After Brunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
02/11 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I had my quarterly Care Plan review. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
03/11 I got ready to go to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield for my Baclofin pump topping up. My transport came at 0930 and we took another 2 patients on. We got there at 1100 but the driver dropped us at the main door. He refused to take us to the Spinal Injuries which is about 0.5 away. After 20 minutes we arrived at the Spinal Injuries and were called straight away. The doctor filled my Baclofin pump and I asked if he would strengthen the dose, which he did. After we went into the waiting room it was 1200 and we asks for our transport. I asked at 1300 but no driver was allocated. at 1340. A driver came at 1420 and we left at 1440 after picking another patient up. I got home at 1515 and had Bacon and Egg sandwich from the kitchen. I used my PC before tea. After tea I used my PC. I tried to put my legs up but the carers refused and at 2100 I asked if I could go to bed.
04/11 I saw the OT about putting my legs up and she said any problems talk to her. I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/11 In the morning I got ready to go to Coventry. I had my Brunch at 1230 and at 1330 I went to Coventry We arrived at 1530 with the match to start at 1730. We parked our in Car Park A even though I booked in Car Park C but the receptionist booked me in the Disabled quite near our entrance. We went in the hotel for a sandwich and a cup of coffee because it was too busy in the bar. After we went in the Ricoh Arena our space/seat were on the try line in the main stand. They were 8 Disabled bays 4 on each side half way up. It was a good view.
At first Scotland were winning 0 - 8 but at half time England were winning 12 - 8 and in the second half England won 38 - 12. After the match we went home and got home at 2030.

07/11 I didn't get up until 1030 and I used my PC to order shopping from Asda. After I used my PC to write my report for the RFL. After lunch I put my feet and watched TV. Before tea I phoned the RFL to find out where my tickets for England v Australia at the Olympic Stadium on Sunday at 1400. They told I should get them in the next 2 days.
08/11 I phoned the RFL again and they told me to wait until Thursday and contact them. My tickets came in the post. I sent an email to commercial at Bradford asking if they are doing Hospitality again.

18/11 This morning I had to charge my wheelchair because the night staff didn't. I used my PC and there was no Coffee Morning. I ordered 2 new Pouffes from Amazon. After lunch I used PC. 19/11 My carers told me I couldn't have shower because there were only 2 on duty. They said if I wanted to wait until 1000 another carer is coming in. I said yes but the 2 carers managed to shower me at 0930. I phoned my youngest son who lives in Tenerife via Facebook. I used my PC. After lunch I read the Xmas menus and suggested the Service Users get Fish and Chips from a Chip Shop which allows kitchen staff to clean the kitchen on a Friday afternoon. I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/11 I got ready to go to Anfield to watch the final of 4 Nations between Australia v New Zealand at 1430. After breakfast I used my PC and my son came for me at 1145. We experienced heavy round Elland road because Leeds Utd were playing Newcastle Utd at 1300. It took until 1245 to get on the M621, M62 at we arrived just after the New Zealand Haka. Our Accessible Car Park was in Anfield Road via Stanley Car Park but opposite the main stand. It took 5 mins to get to Accessible Entrance 5, we went in a lift to block L18, Row 43, Seat 49 and 49A. We arrived to see the kick off but it was all Australia who won 34 - 8. New Zealand didn't compete. We had a waiter to bring either Cheeseburger, Steak and Ale Pie or Chilli and rice plus tea or coffee for seven pounds. We had a good view although on our space/seat was behind the try line. We left before the end and got home at 1900. I ordered a Chilli Pizza and Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.
21/11 I used my PC while I was waiting for transport to take me to my Podiatrist I sent my new black jackets to I wrote my report to the RFL. After I phoned Wheelchair Repair about the Control Arm(Left) keeps moving. Somebody attending on Wednesday. I used my PC and I was told my visit to the Podiatrist is on Friday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

She cut my toenails and filed them. I was finished PC.by 1310 and transport came at 1415. I got home took my new coat and my shoes off. I used my PC all afternoon. My Life being Disabled October 2016
01/10 woops
02/10 At 0400 I woke up with headache, chest ache and stomach ache plus I felt awful. The nurse came from upstairs because we didn't have nurse on the ground floor. She took my vital statics and decided to call an ambulance. The ambulance took my vital statics and decided to take me into hospital. At 0600 we arrived at St. James but I didn't have an escort. I was taken into A and E where they took X-Rays and took a sample of my blood. My X-Rays were clear and I was moved to another part of A and E while they looked at my blood. My blood test were clear and I was giving some Codeine. At 1300 I was taken home by an ambulance. When I got home I went bed.
03/10 I used my PC in the morning. In the afternoon I used my PC, put my feet up and watched movie on my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth, phoned Brotherwood about my trim to organise a date but the man from Brotherwood didn't have his diary. I used my PC.
04/10 In the morning I used my PC. In the afternoon I used my PC, texted my eldest son, put up my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and got a Facebook message from youngest son who lives in Tenerife.
05/10 I used my PC in the morning. I used my PC, I put my feet and watched the TV in the afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

08/10 At 1100 I decided to go to Old Trafford even I didn't want to. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The cook made me 2 Bacon and Egg sandwiches and my eldest son came for me at 1530. We arrived at Old Trafford at 1700, parked in the Disabled Car Park, went to my space 61 and watched the match. The final score was Warrington 6 Wigan 12. We got home via Birch Services Burger King at 2130. I watched TV and went to bed at 2240 but didn't go to sleep.
09/10 I used my PC to email Emma Rosewarne my report for Old Trafford. After Sunday Dinner I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.
10/10 Still depressed I asked the nurse to get my GP to see me. I phoned the Podiatry for an appointment on 25/11 at 1300. I phoned Paul Marshall at Brotherwood but he was driving. My GP came during lunch and he told me that my Amitriptyline has been stop because I had fit in St James. He told me to cut down on Caffine He'll monitor my progress. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC to order a Grim Reaper costume for Halloween.
11/10 I got a call from Westminster trying to sell but I told him I will respond to the post. I used my PC and ordered my shopping from Asda. After lunch I put my feet and watched a movie on my PC. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. At tea time I got a jar of Decaff coffee.After tea I used my PC to some more of the movie.
18/10 I got my PC working in Ward J Bed 7 at St James. I was admitted last Wednesday with an infection. I am on anti-botics.
20/10 I used my PC and my consultant told me I should be going home tomorrow.
21/10 In the afternoon I used my PC. After tea I went home and got home at 1930.
22/10 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I asked if I could go to bed where I stayed all afternoon until 1615 because my bowels opened. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

I got an appointment to get my Baclofin pump filled on 29/11 1445. After Brunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad and my shorts. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. At 1800 I went to the Halloween party and at 1915 I went to my room.

29/10 I got ready to go to Huddersfield to watch England v New Zealand at 1430. My son came early because he was working in Leeds. We set off at 1230 but we didn't get there until 1400. Our parking space was in the St Andrew's Road Car Park and our seat we in the main stand which took us 20 minutes to get there. Just in time of the National Athemun.
It was a very close match with the final score 16 - 17 and a capacity crowd of nearly 25,000. It took us over 2 hours to get home. I had a 11' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.

After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. At 1800 I went to the Halloween party and at 1915 I went to my room.
28/10 I chaired the Service User Forum before the Friday Coffee morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/10 I got ready to go to Huddersfield to watch England v New Zealand at 1430. My son came early because he was working in Leeds. We set off at 1230 but we didn't get there until 1400. Our parking space was in the St Andrew's Road Car Park and our seat we in the main stand which took us 20 minutes to get there. Just in time of the National Athemun.
It was a very close match with the final score 16 - 17 and a capacity crowd of nearly 25,000. It took us over 2 hours to get home. I had a 11' Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.

02/09 I got ready to go to the Service Users Forum which was at 1100. After it was Coffee morning. In the afternoon I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
03/09 I phoned my wife because she's 60 today. I used my PC before lunch. After I put my feet up and watched Hull KR lose to Leigh 18 - 25. After tea I cleaned my teeth, used my PC and watched Catalan lose to Warrington 22 - 26.
04/09 I went watched Bradford v Swinton at Odsal where we set off at 1130. In the Conference and Banqueting Centre we had Lemon Chicken, roast potatoes and salad. After we had Banana pie. We were sat on Table 2 but there were only 7 tables. The match started at 1500 with Tom Crashley refereeing and good crowd of 4030. After 30 minutes Bradford had scored 4 tries but a Bradford player got sent off and Swinton came back. Swinton reduced the lost to 10 but Bradford began scoring again with a final score of 46 - 28. We left at 1730 and got home at 1830. I ordered a Chilli Pizza 11' from Sopranos.
05/09 I ordered tickets for Wembley 2017 with a discount for ordering early. I used my PC before lunch. After lunch I used my PC, went to the Activity room to watch Sandra Bullock in The Heat. After tea I used my PC.

We were on table 1 in the CTF stand. At 1330 the main course was served Beef Lasagne with Fried Potatoes plus Garlic Bread followed by Chocolate Cheesecake. After the meal we had a quiz. At 1500 the match started with Bradford scoring 2 tries early on. At half time it was 20 - 4. In the second half Dewsbury rallied but Bradford scored in the last quarter. We stayed to allow the crowd of 2,189 to disperse and I got home at 1745. At 1830 I ordered a Chilli Pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sopranos.

I phoned Brotherwood and they will ring me back. I composed the Agenda for the Service User Forum on Friday 30/09 at 1130. The District nurse came to take my blood after my Kidney failure. After lunch Motability phoned to tell that Brotherwood are coming tomorrow. Brotherwood phoned to tell me they've sent the parts to the Dealer near me. I used my PC. The wheelchair repair man came to mend my wheelchair. I didn't put my feet on the Pouffes and pillows because the carers had been complaining that my legs were too heavy. I saw the nurse and she's going see the OT to find out if there is something suitable. I agreed that I would only use the Pouffes. After tea I phoned Motability because Brotherwood hadn't come. I cleaned my teeth, I used my PC and started changing my passwords.

My Life being Disabled August 2016
01/08 In St. James after emergency call for an ambulance because I was sick since morning when went to bed. The night nurse called for an ambulance to take me to St James where they diagnosed I had a bladder infection. They treated me with antibiotics. I had scan, an infra red scan and MRI which proved I had Kidney stone on right between my Kidney and Bladder. On Sunday night 07/08 I went to Operating Theatre to try to drain but after 4 hours they couldn't.
09/08 I'm in Ward J42 Bed 10 and have been that I could at least 14 days. I'm still getting antibiotics on a drip. Zoe brought more supplies from Ravensdale. I phoned VW Wakefield to postpone my visit on Wednesday. After lunch I used my PC and at 1400 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad.
10/08 I got out of my bed before lunch. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/08 I was told I should be discharged on Monday although they have not cleared my Kidney stone. I used my PC when I got up. After lunch I used my PC but at 1500 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad.
12/08 I had a shower at 1500 and got dressed. After tea I used my PC.
13/08 I got up at 1100, cleaned my teeth and shaved. I went to Boots and M&S. After lunch I waited until 1500 when the carers put my PC out. After tea I used my PC.
14/08 to 20/08 I had an E fit caused by high temperature.
20/08 I was discharged and returned home.
21/08 I went to Odsal where Bradford beat Oldham 82 - 0.
22/08 I tried to catch up with my TV.
23/08 VW Wakefield took my car in for repair. I got a new adaptor for my laptop. I used my PC in the morning. I watched TV in the afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
24/08 I telephoned VW Wakefield to find out where my car is. I used my PC. VW Wakefield phoned to tell me they have changed a part and my car will back this afternoon.
25/08 I met Barrie and we agreed to start work for me on Monday 30/08 at 1300 to go to Dewsbury. To watch Dewsbury v Bradford and to go to The Mermaid after. In the afternoon I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/08 In the morning I went to the Service Users Forum and the Coffee Morning. I used my PC. After lunch I put my feet and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
27/08 I woke up at 0530 because I was going to Wembley to see Hull FC v Warrington in the final of the Challenge Cup. We set off at 0700, 2 drivers/carers and me and stopped at Leicester Forrest for breakfast. I had a Burgerking with bacon and cheese, a portion of chips and a cup of coffee. We set off again at 1000 and arrived at Wembley at 1300. We parked my car in the Disabled Car Park which is next to the stadium. The doors opened 1330 but a steward took us through the main door. Our places were opposite the door. When we got there I had a Sausage sandwich and a cup of coffee. Our places were on the 50 metre half line. It was a good view. After 1 hour Warrington were winning 0 - 10 but Hull FC recovered with tries from Mahefone and Shaul with both goals from Sneyd who won the Lance Todd trophy. We stayed to see the trophies and finally set off at 1800. We stopped at Leicester Forrest East at 2030 where I had Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and a cup of Tea from Harry Ramsdens. We set off again at 2130 and got home at 2300.
