My Life being Disabled July 2018

01/07 Sun My nurse changed my Catheter this morning because it was bi-passing. After breakfast I used both PC's to change my passwords. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC's and cleaned my teeth.
02/07 Mon I used my PC until lunch. After I used  both PC's. After tea I used both PC's.
03/07 Tues I ordered 2 Hospitality tickets from Hunslet. I phoned Ross Wheelchair repair because my changer isn't working. They're coming tomorrow. I used my PC's before lunch. After I posted a photocopy of my passport, a photocopy of  my entitlements and a passport size photo.I used my PC's after tea.
04/07 Weds My wheelchair is on 2 reds and 1151 Wheelchair maintenance aren't here ! I checked our handyman and he's got it. I put my electric wheelchair on charge. After lunch I used my PC and put my electric wheelchair on charge  After I cleaned teeth and used my PC.
05/07 Thurs The OT who's in charge of the Activities told me to bill Ravensdale because I'm getting my driver to take me to Hunslet on 15/07. After lunch I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC's  
06/07 Fri I used my PC and lunch, I bought a Haddock fillet and mushy peas through Just Eat. After I used both of my PC's but 1500 my Bowels opened. I told the carers who change my pad and put my shoes on.  At 1600 my driver and his wife came to take me to Odsal to watch Bradford v Newcastle at 1945. We arrived at Odsal at 1700 and went into the Trevor Foster suite for a drink which we had outside watching the under 19's play. We went to the Legends suite for our meal at 1815. We had Steak and Ale pie,  mustard mashed potatoes, carrots, garden peas and gravy. My pie was very large I couldn't eat it all. The dessert was Raspberry cheese cake, ice cream and cream. After we took our seats outside. The sun was shining from the west opposite the Southbank Centre. At half time the score  was 14 - 4 and at full time the score was 24 - 4. The was over 3,000. We got home at 2245.
07/07  Sat I used my PCs in the morning. After lunch I watched England beat Sweden 2 -0. After I used my PCs.
08/07 Sun I used my PCs before Sunday dinner. After I used my PCs. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PCs.
09/07 Mon I used my PCs before lunch. After I used my PCs all afternoon. After tea I used my PCs.
10/07 Tues This morning at 0830 I called for the nurse for my bladder wash. When she had finished I asked her to ask the carers if I could get up. The carers told me I was having a bed wash and I said I want a shower to which responded if your having shower you'll have wait until 1000. At 1000 I called the carers to take me into my bathroom to clean my teeth and shave. After I called the carers to put me under my shower and put shampoo in my hair plus wash my left arm and hand. I washed every thing else and rinse me. After I called my carers to me into my room, hoist me into my bed and dry me. They dressed me, hoisted me into my electric wheelchair and left me. I tidied my table and went to the dining room where I had breakfast. After I went to my room and use my PC. After lunch I went to my room until 1350 when I went to find out where I was interviewing. It was in quiet lounge with a carer that already works here. At 1430 I went upstairs to the Activities room to attend the Food Forum, After I went to my room and used my PCs.  After tea I used my PCs.    
11/07 Weds I used my PC. After lunch I went into the garden to read my book. At 1630 I went to my room and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
12/07 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I went into the garden to read my book and sunbathe.  After I felt sick and told my nurse. She phoned 999 for an ambulance because my temperate was really high(40') but they didn't come. At 1945 she phoned again and they took me to St James A & E at 2015.  Later they transferred me to ICU and about 0300 they transferred me to ward J26 bed 14. I stayed there until Tuesday 17/07 when I was discharged. The NHS paid for a taxi and I got home at 1900.
18/07 Weds I used my PC in the morning. I used my PC, put my feet up and  watched TV. After I used my PC.,
19/07 Thurs I used my PC and after lunch I put my feet up and I watched. After tea I used my PC.
20/07 Fri I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I use my PC.
21/07 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV, After tea I used my PC.
22/07 Sun I went to Odsal because Bradford playing York. Bradford lost the score was 28 - 30. When I got home I ordered  9 inch Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano.
23/03 Mon I used my PC until lunch and after I put feet up to watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/07 Tues I visited Lakeview nursing home in Leigh that just been built. Sophia Feurtado the Service Users Engagement manager said I could. After we, my driver and me went to the Parsonage for lunch.  I  got home at 1600 and used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
25/07 Weds I used my PC to compile my report to Sophia. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/07 Thurs I used my PC and at 1100 I went to Tesco's. After lunch I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/07 Fri I used my PC and at 1100 I went to the Service Users breakfast club. After I put my feet up and watched TV until 1800 my Bowels opened. I told my carers who changed pad and shirt. At 1900 my youngest son came to me to take me to the Fox and Grapes for a meal. Is was rubbish.
28/07 Sat I used my PC before lunch. After I put my feet up and watched London Skolares lose to Bradford. After I used my PC and I cleaned my teeth.
29/07 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
30/07 I phoned JCT to rearranged my MOT to next Monday. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC until tea. After I used my PC.
31/07 I went to the Service Users Council at the Mour Hotel in Nottingham.

My Life being Disabled May 2018

01/05 Tues I got up at 0700 because I was interviewing for the cooks job. I used my PC and at 0950 I went to the home managers office. At 1015 we decided that she wasn't coming. I went to my room to use my PC and at 1100 the Incontinence nurse came because this home had request to review my pads. She asked me to try another make. After lunch I went to Tesco's to get some bottles of water and a packet of crisps. When I got home I went to the Activities room to see Julie about this Sunday she's taking me to Odsal and on 22/05 she's taking me to the Service Users Council but she was out.  When I was out I got an email from Tracey Bradford Bulls telling me The Masquerad------------------e Ball has been postponed and new date will be published later. I went to the Activities room to tell Julie about the Service Users Council that I've booked a table after the council but she wasn't there. After tea I used my PC.
02/05 Weds I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC to change my passwords. I tried to buy from Tesco's a TV Sharp 55" LC-55CUG8052K SMART 4k U HD TV  with Freeview  HD for £399 and a Laptop HP17-BSO24NA but failed. After tea I used my PC.
03/05 Thurs I used PC and got letter from DWP about my DLA being replaced by Personal Independent Panel. I phoned PIP and answered few questions. They said an Investigator would contact me.  After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
04/05 Fri I went to the Breakfast Club in the Activities room at 1100. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and a movie on my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
05/05 Sat I used my PC.  After I lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and I watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
06/05 Sun I got ready to go to Odsal to watched Bradford v West Wales. We(Activities and me) set off at 1200. We arrived at 1240 and Julie drop me off at Southbank Centre. She parked my car in Disabled spot no. 51 and joined me at the entrance to the Southbank Centre. The doorman told us we were sitting on Table 2. I gave Julie money for drinks. The main was Roast Beef Carvery, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables After the quiz we had Lemon Posset with Raspberries and Shortbread finger. The match started at 1500 it was all one sides because West Wales were poor. The half time score was 60 - 0 and the full time score was 124 - 0. We got home and I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza with a Chocolate Fudge cake.
07/05 Mon I got my new Laptop and I used old PC before lunch. After I used my new PC but at 1415 my bowels opened but there wasn't any carers to clean and change my pad. The senior carer told me it would be 30 minutes before a carer is available. The carers came into my room at 1500 but they didn't deal with me because my air filled mattress had been deflated. They restored it and told it will another 30 minutes. They came back to me at 1545 and cleaned me and changed my pad. After I used my new PC. After tea I used my new PC.
08/05 Tues I used my new HP PC. After lunch I went in the garden to read and sunbathe. After tea I used my PC.
09/05 Weds I used my PC. I told the cook I wanted my lunch at 1200. After lunch I used my PC expecting the taxi to arrive at 1300. When it didn't arrive at 1310 I went to the nurses station to inquire what's happening. The senior nurse told me there are no taxis available. She's phone Wheelchair Service to book another appointment. I went to my room, put my feet, watch my TV and a cup of coffee. At 1630 I ordered 1 Haddock fillet, 1 large mushy peas and 1 small mushy peas from Just Eat .After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
10/05 Thurs Our cook didn't attend today. The carers decided to take us for a pub lunch at 1300. We walked to the Pendas Arms which is 15 minutes away. I had a Soda water, All day breakfast and Chocolate Fudge cake. When I got home it was 1530 and used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/05 Fri I used my PC because the Friday morning Coffee club  had been put back to 1100. At 1050 a carer told me the Breakfast club had started. I went up in the lift to the Activities room and had 2 slices of toasted, a glass of orange juice and cup of coffee. At 1200 I went back to my room and used my PC. I went to Tesco's to buy some Sun tan lotion, water, Jakeman's and a Tesco's bag. When I got home I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
12/05 Sat I was using my PC when at 1135 s carer told me Paul from ISHC my driver/carer is here. I got ready and went to see the nurse to get medicine. After I meet Paul in the reception. He driving to Odsal, Bradford. We arrived at 1245 in the doorman told us we're sitting on table 2. Our meal was served at 1330 and there was Char grilled Chicken, with Jacket potatoes wedges, green salad and coleslaw. Followed by Raspberry and White chocolate cheesecake served with Fruit Coulis and Chantilly cream. The match started at 1500 and at half time it was 30 - 6 and the full time it was 54 - 16. We got home at 1740 and I ordered a half pounder Chilli burger with onions and chips plus a jam rolly polly with custard.
13/05 Sun I used both PC's. After Sunday dinner I went to Tesco's to find a mini scart lead but I could find 1. I did some shopping and got at 1545. I used my PC and bought a mini scart to scart lead on e-bay. At 1700 I went to the TV lounge because it was another Service User's birthday. I had pizza and cake. I went to my room and used my PC.
14/05 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I went to Tesco's to buy AAA batteries, 6 packets of Jakemans, Halls Soothers, Fishermans Friends, Crispz,. When I got home I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
15/05 I used my PC in the morning and after lunch. At 1440 I went in the garden to sunbathe and read my book. At 1630 I used my PC. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/05 I spent all morning filling the form 'How your disability affects you' that the DWP sent me. I used my PC. After lunch which was Lasagne(rubbish) I sent an email to Lynda complaining about it. After tea I used my PC.
17/05 I was woke at 0820 by the agency nurse taking my blood/sugar measurements. I asked her if she is washing my bladder but she didn't know anything about that. About 15 minutes later she returned to wash my bladder. At 0900 I told the carers I wanted to get up. After I went to the dining room to have breakfast but there wasn't any semi skimmed milk. After breakfast Activities had provided a singer because it was a Service User 40th birthday. That took me until 1200 when I went to my room and set up both PC's. I tried to get DVD to work with new Sharp TV. After lunch  I emailed to the home manager with following Complaints, my wheelchair should be cleaned every Wednesday night, the Agency Nurse didn't knock on my door this morning, She took my blood sugar measurements and didn't wash my bladder. She came back 10 minutes to wash my bladder out, ther was no semi skimmed milk and lunch wasn't Corned Beef Hash. The handy man tried to get DVD working but he failed. I used my PC's updating my Complaints database. After tea I used my PC's
18/05 Fri I went to Breakfast club this morning. It was 'Italian' breakfast. After I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch, which was terrible, I used my PC. At 1500 I decided to go to Tesco's where I bought a DVD with HDMI, a HDMI lead and 2 packets of Polo's. After tea I used my PC.
19/05 Sat Everybody except for me is excited because of a Royal Wedding. I used my PC's in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/05 Sun I fitted my new DVD and used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I told the nurse my urine wasn't going in my bag. She gave me another bladder wash and change my bag. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1630 I used my PC. After I cleaned my teeth and used PC.
21/05 I phoned the Bulls to transfer my tickets for The Masquerade to The Summer Ball. I had my lunch at 1200. Transport came for at 1315 and we arrived at St. James at 1400. I went to see the first person at 1415  she tested my eyes and put drops in. I went the second person after 15 minutes he looked into my eyes and everything O.K. Our transport came at 1530 and we got home at 1600. When I got into my room I used my PC and order a 9" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake.
22/05 At 1100 I went to the Tankersley Manor Hotel because the Service User Council were having the bi-monthly meeting. It started at 1230 and finished at 1510. We got home at 1600 and logged at 1610, I ordered a Special Haddock Fillet and a Large Mushy Peas. They arrived at 1710 and after I cleaned teeth. I used my PC.
23/05 Weds I used my PC's before I met Wakefield Social Services at 1030. She decided to leave my Complaints with Ravensdale. I sent an email to my local MP Mary Creagh. My GP to look at my site because it was red and sore. She prescribe antibiotics. At lunch I was disturb by a person from Continuing Care. I told her to see me after lunch. At 1400 4 Huskies came  but Continuing Care gave me a report. I went into the garden to met the Huskies. After I went to my room and use my PC. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
24/05 Thurs I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, I went to Tesco's but I couldn't carry my shopping. When I got home I ordered the rest from Asda. After tea I used my PC.
25/05 Fri I went to the Spanish Breakfast Club this morning where I had a Spanish Omelette. After at 1145 I used my PC. After Fish, chips and mushy peas I sorted my Inter serve Healthcare Care Plan. The Senior Nurse came at 1500 and spent 60 minutes questioning me and she's going update my Care Plan. After I phoned TSB and found out somebodies been hacking into my account. The Fraudulent group have blocked my Internet and are looking into it,. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
26/05 Sat I woke up at 0515 because my Catheter was blocked but the night nurse didn't know what to do? He sought assistance from the nurse up stair and she gave a Bladder wash. I woke again at 0630 because my Catheter was blocked again. The nurse from upstairs changed my Catheter. After breakfast I used my PC. My youngest son phoned to tell  he is coming after lunch to take me out for a meal. I told the cook I only want a bacon and egg sandwich for lunch. After lunch he came to take me to Hawthorne Farm in Yeadon. I Farmers Beef Chilli and he had wrapped Yorkshire pudding. After he took me home at 1640. At 1700 I had Sirloin steak and after I used my PC.
27/05 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I went in the garden to find an electrical socket but there wasn't one. I wanted to listen to Hemel v Bradford which is kicking off at 1400. I went to my room to watch it on Facebook under Proper Sport. At first the broadcast was terrible but after 10 minutes it was OK. Bradford won 0 - 68.After I used my PC. After tea I booked a table for 5, an electric wheelchair(adult), 3 adults and a small child for tomorrow at 1930 for Mumtaz.
28/05 Bank Holiday Mon I used my PC and got my Care Plan to read. After lunch I used my PC. My eldest son phoned to tell me his fried and family aren't coming because their boy is sick. After lunch I used my PC. I didn't my tea because I was going out a meal with my oldest son. He picked up at 1900 and we went to Mumtaz but it was closed. We spent 1.5 hours looking a restaurant but there were  none because it was Bank Holiday. When I got home I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and a Chocolate Fudge cake.
29/05 Tues This after I've an appointment to fill my Baclofin pump up at 1515. I used my PC and I got a letter the NHS Continuing Care which involved a questionnaire. It took me all morning and 1200 I went for my lunch. After I used my PC and waited for my transport to arrive. At 1545 Patient Transport phoned to tell her that they aren't picking me up. I emailed a complaint that never turned up. My nurse phoned Pinderfields and arranged another appointment on 13/06 at 1445. I started changing my passwords. After tea I used  my PC.
30/05 Weds I reset my HP PC because it wasn't very well.  After I sent an email to the CEO of Exemplar stating the worsening of Ravensdale. After lunch I used both of my PC's. After tea I used my PC.
31/05 Thurs My carers examined my feet because both feet had cuts on them. The senior carer told me Lynda the temporary House Manager want's to see me today. I use my PC's before lunch. After I used my PC and at 1530 I met with the House manager, the Clinical manager and the administer. 01/04 Sun I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
02/04 Mon I got ready to watch Hunslet v Bradford in the Challenge Cup at the South Leeds stadium. My eldest came for me at 1120 and arrived at 1200. We went up 1 floor by an old lift and got seats near the exit. We had Vegetable soup and for main course Pork and Gammon with new potatoes and a variety of vegetables with gravy. After (the service was slow) I wanted to empty my bag. We went to the Disabled toilet which was in a small corridor. I just fit my wheelchair through the door. We emptied bag and I tried to reverse my wheelchair through the door and into the corridor. It was nearly kick off and the corridor was filling up with spectators who couldn't get to their seats. I backed up into the Disabled toilet to wait for the spectators to get through. I did a 15 point turn and eventually got out. We went to the Disabled viewing platform to watch the match. At half time the score was 6 - 14 with a full time score of 10 - 34. We're playing Warrington at Halliwell Jones on Saturday at 1500. When got home I ordered a Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake.
03/04 Tues I used my PC to complain to Leeds MDC about the lift and access to the Disabled toilet in South Leeds stadium copied Richard Burgon MP and Pauline Grahame our local councillor. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
04/04 Weds I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/04 Thurs I used my PC to write an email to Karen Neal complaining again. After lunch I used my PC. The Activities told me they're having a Food Forum this afternoon. They'll come down before it starts. I went to the Food forum which lasted until 1600. After I used my PC.
06/04 Fri I went to the Breakfast club whose theme was Continental. After I used my PC. After my lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
07/04 I used my PC and checked my trousers and my tuxedo which was too small. I arranged to send it back and ordered a bigger 1. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
08/04 Sun I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I use my PC which I did all afternoon. After tea I used my PC.
09//04 Mon I used my PC to sent an email to Doncaster Commercial enquiring about the match with Bradford on 29/04. After lunch I used my PC at 1430 my bowels opened, I told the carers who changed my pad. I tried on my new Tuxedo size 50 it fits. I used my PC After tea I used my PC.
10/04 Tues I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC to register my Nectar card. Activities were having a 60's afternoon which included a quiz. It finished at 1630 and I went to my room. I used my PC. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
11/04 Weds I tidied my top drawer and used my PC. I had an appointment with Wheelchair Services at 1130. My Patient transport didn't come at 1105 Activities came to take me. We used my car and got to Wheelchair services at 1130. They called me in at 1140 they took part of wheelchair off because they said it was too small. They measured my footrests to make some better ones. They found a piece of guarding that was catching and removed it. I finished at 1230 and we got home 1300. After lunch I tried to phone Doncaster Commercial but it was RTNR. I spoke to the Commercial team who said we're on the list but the man takes the money will contact me later on. I spent the rest of the afternoon using my PC working my spread sheet called Complains. After tea I sent an email to the Operations and Home manager a summary.
12/04 Thurs I used my PC all morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
13/04/ Fri I used my PC to write an email to Lynda Holden complaining about Friday's fish. After lunch I read my gmail from Patient Transport which told me not phone them if I are going to/from Seacroft hospital because they don't have the contact. I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1635 I ordered a Fillet of Haddock and a large Mushy Peas from Rockfords via Just Eat. It came at 1725, I got 2 fillets of Haddock and a large Mushy Peas. After I check my electrical plus on my back wall and I charged my trimmer. I used my PC.
14/04 Sat I used my PC to put a bet on the Grand National. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
15/0 Sun I got ready to go watched Bradford v Coventry at 1400 followed by Bradford v Leeds Girls. I used my PC. When  John came from Inter serve health care we set off at 1100 and arrived at Odsal at 1150. The doorman told us we were seated on table 1. lIt served at 1230, Roast Gammon, new potatoes, carrots and red cabbage. Followed by strawberry cheesecake. At 1400 the men's match kicked off and half time it was 26 - 6 and at full time it was 52 - 6. After the women played Bradford v Leeds we stay until half time as Leeds were winning. I got home at 1730 and order a 9" Chilli pizza and a chocolate fudge cake from Soprano's.
16/04 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
17/04 Tues Activities were taking me Bridlington setting off at 1030. I had Josh as my carerplus Julie Activities and we arrived 1245. We went to Baynham's for fish and chips. After we walked down to Trinity Road and onto the front. We walked back, down to the harbour and we went my car. We set off at 1530 and arrived home 1725. After my tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
18/04 Weds I met with Lynda the Home Manager we decided I'll send her my Complaints.ods file and she'll arrange meeting with Heads of Departments to resolve my Complaints. After I used my PC and open my mail. A letter from the NHS informing me I've an appointment at Seacroft Hospital with the Specialist Rehabilitation Centre to get new foot rest on my Wheelchair. My 4 weekly bill from Ravensdale and parcel with my new toothbrushes. After lunch I used my PC and at 1445 my Bowels opened. My carers changed my pad. I used my pad. After tea I used my PC.
19/04 Thurs I sorted my little trolley but I wet my little drawer. I dried  everything my little drawer. I put every thing back except my electric razor and the items that were in my trolley. I used my PC at 1215. I got my postal vote and this in. I gave it to a carer to post it. I got a letter Vision Express advertising they new eye test. I went ins read a book from and sunbath. From 1400 to 1530. and I went to my room to  used my PC After tea I used my PC.
20/04 I went to Activities Breakfast Club we had bacon or sausage sanies. I came  back to my room and used my PC. After lunch I used my PC and at 1400 met with Nicky Watson to deal with  my complaint about urine going my mouth. After the meeting I went in the garden to read and sunbathe. I ordered a large fillet of Haddock and large mushy peas. They came at 1745. After tea I used my PC.
21/04 At 1100 I went to Warrington and we arrived at 1245. We had been upgraded from the Martin Dawes lounge to the Platinum lounge in the main stand. We got our tickets and went up 2 floors to the Platinum lounge. I had White Onion Soup with croutons, roast Pork, potatoes and vegetables plus cheesecake. Followed by Cheese and biscuits with coffee. At 1450 we went to take our places outside of box that nobody was using. At first Bradford were holding up but after 10 minutes the floodgates opened. The half time score was 30 - 0 and full time score was 54 - 6. We got home at 1830.
22/04 Sun I used my PC in the morning send an email to the Lynda the home manager complaining about the carer called Patrick who banged my head while he was hoisting me from wheelchair to my bed. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet
 and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/04 Mon I used my PC to send an email to Lynda the home manager complaining about Patrick driving my wheelchair into my back. She asked Nicky Watson to met me at 1100 to discuss this. Wakefield Social Care are coming tomorrow to see me. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched a movie on my PC. After tea I used my PC

27/04 Fri I got up at 0700 because I was on an interview board for a cook at 1000 but she didn't turn up. I used my PC to distribute the Agenda for the Service Users Council on 22/05 at Tankersley Manor Hotel. After lunch I used my PC. At 1400 I had an interview for the cook's job. After I used  my PC. After tea I used my PC.
28/04 Sat I used my PC before brunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/04 Sun I got ready to go to Doncaster to Bradford with my eldest son is driving. I used my PC and he came at 1150. We set off at 1205 and we arrived at 1310. Reception told us we had been up graded to a box that we were sharing another couple. At 1400 the waitress brought out main meal which was pan fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, peas and gravy. Our dessert was Chocolate |Brownie with Vanilla Ice cream. At 1450 we went the Disabled viewing platform to watch. At half time it was 6 - 18 and at full time it was 6 - 30. I came home at 1800 and ordered a Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano.
30/04 Mon I used my PC to change my passwords. After lunch I used my PC all afternoon. At 1630 I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.

02/03 Fri I went to the breakfast club this morning where Activities served Bacon, Sausages and Hash Browns. After I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC, I tried sort out my Complaints and tried to build an Excel file to record my complaints.
03/03 Sat I used my PC and got an email from Tracey Erby of the Bradford Bulls telling me that the match tomorrow is cancelled. I phoned Inter Serve Health Care to cancel Nathan Brophy. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
04/03 Sun I used  PC and after Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/03 Mon I phoned Hunslet Hospitality to book 2 places but the person was out. They said he'll ring me later. I got letter from Leeds Community Healthcare because I'd been referred to the Urology & Colorectal  Service telling me I've been referred but it could be 11 weeks before I get an appoint nh                                                              ment. I used my PC in my the morning. After lunch I phoned Hunslet Hospitality only to be told phone back tomorrow. I was waiting Wheelchair Repair because I'd appointment this afternoon but they never turned up! I put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC working on my Spread sheet titled Complaints.
06/03 Tues I phoned Hunslet and bought 2 Hospitality packages. I phoned Wheelchair Repair to report they never came yesterday. I got another appointment for Thursday morning because somebody had report my charger. I used my PC and telephoned AIG Life Insurance for a quote. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC. I began the Agenda for the Service User Council.
07/03 Weds I used my PC to write the Agenda for The Services Users Council on 27th March for Sophia to be held at Parkside B14 4LP. After lunch I used my PC to order a Google Home from Ebay. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
08/03 Thurs This morning I used my PC to send email to Sophia Feurto the Service User Engagement Manager about Care Plan. This afternoon I used my PC all afternoon but when I tried printing its ink had run out. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
09/03 Fri No Breakfast Club. I used my PC to order an Indulgence breakfast from Caféngrki Indulgence via Just Eat. My breakfast came at 1230, 1 hour early ! After breakfast  tea I used my PC but my Google Home arrived. I tried to set up but I didn't have a mobile with internet on. I put my tablet on charged. After tea I used my PC.
10/03 Sat I used my PC working on my Open Office spread sheet Complaints. After lunch I continued working on it. I finished at 1645. After my Sirloin steak, onion rings, garden peas, and chips. After tea I used my PC.
11/03 Sun I used my PC to email to Lynda Holden, the Home Manager, a Complaint about the time it me to get ready this morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC with my feet raised. After tea I used my PC.
12/03 Mon I used my PC to complain to Rita Butland, the Clinic Nurse Manager, because I didn't get my pill that I take before breakfast because the night Nurse had signed it off ! After lunch I used my  PC to send an email to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. At tea the agency cook forgot to cook fishcakes. I order a 9" Chilli pizza and a chocolate fudge cake from Soprano's. It came at 1820 and I ate in the dining room. After I used my PC.
13/03 Tues I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC to send a claim to the Local Government Ombudsman about my claim for poor service at Ravensdale. The was rubbish and I had a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala from Soprano's. After I used my PC.
14/03 Weds I used my PC and replied to an email from El Bareto giving my telephone numbers. At lunch I ate it in the quiet lounge because the dining room was being painted. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I reimbursed for the takeaways I bought since Friday. I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
15/03 Thurs The mobile Podiatrist came at 1100 because my GP had asked him to visit me because my toe that had a blister on. He examined it, put some cream and dressed it. He said he'll be coming in 2 weeks. After my breakfast I used my PC. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/03 Fri There wasn't a Breakfast Club because there wasn't anybody from Activities. I used my PC. A Carer came to tell me that Julie Activities can't take me on Sunday ! After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to fill a form for Wakefield MDC Social Services.
17/03 Sat At 0700 the agency nurse woke me up to give me the pill that I'm suppose have before breakfast. I refused to take it. Later after I'd cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, got dressed and had my breakfast I used my PC. I emailed Rita the Clinical Nurse manager complaining about the agency nurses. I started sorting my file complaints.xls. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
18/03 Sun I used my PC to find if Hunslet v Bradford were playing this afternoon. My driver came at 1220 and we set off to South Leeds stadium. I was surprised when got there the snow wasn't as thick as in Whinmoor. We parked my car in car parked and went upstairs to the Hospitality suite. We were shown to our table and ordered 2 coffees. At 1300 our meal arrived which was beef, seasoning, mushy peas, cauliflower cheese, carrots, green beans, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, new potatoes and gravy. The dessert was treacle sponge and custard. After the MC introduced some old players and at 1450 we were invited to take our seats. At the back off the stand there is a Disabled viewing platform. Although the pitch in03side of the running track we had good view. The pitch was covered in snow but the lines had been cleared. At half time the score was 6 - 6 and at full time it was 18 - 18. We came home and I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's which at 1830.
19/03 Mon I  used my PC before I went to East Leeds Podiatry. My transport came at 1230 and we got there at 1300. The Podiatrist told me he'll see me at 1320. He finished at 1340 and we asked the receptionist to tell Patient Transport we were ready to go home. At 1500 I asked receptionist if she would find if a driver had been allocated. She came back to tell no one has been allocated. At 1600 a driver came to take us home after he took another patient home. We got home at 1645. After tea I used my PC.
20/03 Tues I used my PC to Complain to Yorkshire Ambulance Services about the time it took them to get me home. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
21/03 Weds I used my PC from 1130 because the carpet fitters were putting new carpet in the corridor. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
22/03 Thurs I used my PC and tried to put an order for Asda online but I couldn't verify my bank details. I phoned TSB and they told me they have no problems. After lunch I tried again, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my bowels opened and carers changed my pad, trousers and shirt because I'm going out for a meal with youngest son. I tidied my top drawer. At 1915 my youngest son came with his new girlfriend. We went to Franco's in Thorpe Park. It wasn't busy and got there at 2000. I had Italian  Bruscietta Palma Ham with Parmesan shaving and Lasagne el Ferno, my son had Prawn cocktail and a rack of Lamb and his girlfriend had Pennetee Bolognese. We were the last party to go home. I got home at 2200.
23/03 Fri I went to the Service User breakfast club at 1030 there were only 3 Service Users that attended. The Activity staff told me it's unlikely that I will be attending the National Service User Council on Tuesday in Birmingham because they can't resource it. After I had my breakfast I went to my room and used my PC. After lunch Leeds MDC Social Care phoned and asked me several questions. A Social worker is going to phone me. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
24/03 Sat I used my PC and after lunch I used my PC. At 1430 I put my feet up and watched the TV. After tea I used my PC.
25/03 Sun The clocks went forward 1 hour this morning. I buzzed for my carers at 0900 but they couldn't respond because a door in the corridor was playing up. Eventually 0925 the put me in my bathroom where I cleaned my teeth, shaved and showered, I got dried and put on to wear at Odsal where Paul from Inter Serve Health Care was picking me at 1200. I had my breakfast and went to my room. I got my season tickets and car key out of my safe. The carers had put my white shoes on and put my black coat on the back of my wheelchair. I used my PC and Paul came at 1155. We off to Odsal and arrived at 1245. The steward in charge of car parking let us down to Southbank centre where Paul let me out but refused let Paul park in the Disabled parking because I didn't have a Bradford Bulls sticker even though I had a Disabled parking note. We into the Southbank Centre and the doorman told us we were on table 1. At 1330 we were served Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas, seasoning, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy. After Robbie Paul, the MC, told us the agenda and introduce the captain of the under 19's. At 1430 we were served Syrup Sponge with Custards for dessert. After we had 10 questions of Rugby League and 10 questions of General Knowledge. After we took our places in viewing gallery inside because cold. Hunslet scored first but Bradford scored shortly after and the half time score was 18 - 6 with full time score 32 - 12. We got at 1745. I ordered a 9" Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
26/03 Mon I used my PC and asked if I asked the nurse if Kevin the maintenance would at my air filled mattress. After lunch I used my PC  until 1630 when the nurse told me tomorrow I'm going to Fairburn Vale to get a lift from them tomorrow After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC while the carers changed my mattress.
27/03 Tues I got up at 0630, clean my teeth, shaved and showered. The night carers dressed me and left me on my bed. The day carers put in my wheelchair and put my coat on the back. I went to dining room and 2 Weetabix for breakfast. At 0830 Activities driver came to take me to Fairburn Vale in Castleford who are taking to me to the Service User Council at The Maypole in Birmingham. We set off and the Activities dropped my Agency carer and me at Fairburn Vale. We set off their Activities driver, their Service User plus me and my Agency Carer at 0945. We arrived in Birmingham at 1215. We weren't the last to arrive. We had lunch a buffet and at 1300 the meeting started. We finished at 1445, had a cup of coffee and set off. We got home at 1830 and I ordered a Chicken Chilli Garlic Masala plus a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
28/03 I used my PC  to email Euan Craig the CEO of Exemplar my Complaints spread sheet. I finished the questionnaire about my VW Caddy Emission. After lunch I complained about my lunch firstly to Alberto the Catering Manager secondly to Lynda Holden the Operations Manager  2 pairs and Karen Neal temporary Home Manager about his version of Toad in the Hole. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and started changing my password.
29/03 The mobile Podiatrist came this morning to check my toe which had a blister on it. He cleaned it and dressed it. After breakfast I used my PC but Karen Neal the acting Home Manager came to discuss my latest complaints. After lunch, the agency cook gave me my Haddock which I asked for tea, I used my PC to change my passwords. After I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 I decided to use my PC and ordered a pair of Chinos, 2 pairs of shorts and a short sleeve shirt from Jacamo.. After tea I used my PC to finish changing my passwords and I put on Anthony James to win in rounds 4 - 6.
30/03 Fri. I went to the Breakfast club this morning where I had 2 fried eggs on toast with Orange juice and a cup of Coffee. After I used my PC and wrote an email to Euan Craig the CEO of Exemplar inviting him to go with me to Franco's on 30/04 when comes to visit Ravensdale. After lunch I used my PC before I got ready to go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Oldham. At 1500 Paul from Inter Serve Health Care came to drive me to Odsal but first we went to Tesco to buy some diesel. We got Odsal at 1545 the car park attendant told us my parking space no. 51. Paul dropped me off at entrance of the Southbank Centre and he went to park my car. We went in and the doorman told us our table no. 1. We ordered our drinks Stuart Duffy welcomed every one. The main course was served at 1630 was Pork, crackling, seasoning, new potatoes, vegetables(a mixture), gravy and apple sauce. Stuart introduces some old players and a first team player that was injured. The dessert was apple and cherry pie served with custard. Stuart introduced the captain of Bradford Bulls women's team because all the team were there. Finally he held a quiz, 10 questions Rugby League and 10 questions General Knowledge. We stay inside to watch match. After the first half the score was 12 - 0 and after the second half Bradford won 30 - 12. The floodlights were poor and match finished at 20:00. I got home at 2100.

My Life being Disabled February 2018

01/02 I didn't get up until 1130 because I fell asleep again. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
02/02 After my shower I couldn't get up because my Sling was in the wash. The OT found another Large one that fit me. I had a Bacon sandwich at 1200. After lunch I used my PC and ordered 3 charging leads for my Mobile. I used my PC all afternoon. After tea I cleaned my teeth and I used my PC.
03/02 I got ready to see John Bishop at the Leeds Arena at 2000 tonight. My eldest son is taking me. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 I had a Sirloin Steak, chips, garden peas and onion rings. After I watched TV until Andrew came at 1900. We parked in the Merrion Centre car park and went to Leeds Arena. It was nearly full and John Bishop's show lasted until 2230 with an interval of 30 minutes. It took us 30 minutes to get out of the car park. I got home at 2330 and I had a cup Coffee plus 6 Ginger nuts.
04/02 I used my PC in the morning. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/02 I used my PC to watch a movie. After lunch I used my PC and finished watching the movie. I  put my feet up and watch TV. At 1600 I got ready to the Cinnamon Lounge. At 1715 Activities came to take me in my car. We arrived at the Cinnamon Lounge in Horbury Bridge at 1800. We were their first customers. I had Chicken Nabawi Khaba with a Garlic Naan plus Soda water. Morgan, from Activities had a Chicken Jalfrezi with pilau rice plus a still water. We left at 1920 and got home at 2000.
06/02 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.'
07/02 The Clinical Nurse manager tried to file my finger nail but they were too long. She decided to buy some new files. Emma, OT, reported my Wheelchair because the wheels are sticking. Wheelchair Repair are coming tomorrow. I used my PC until lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
08/02 The Wheelchair repair came just as I was getting my breakfast. He changed one of my wheels. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to order my shopping from Asda to be delivered on 13/02 between 1300 - 1500.
09/02 This morning at 1030 I went to the Breakfast Club in the Activities room. I had Bacon, Pork Sausages, Tomatoes plus 2 Bread cakes and left 2 poached Eggs. It was drawn out but Activities promised to hold it every Friday. After I used my PC. After Fish, chips and Garden Peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
10/02 I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched Hull FC v Wigan playing in Australia. After my Sirloin steak tea, I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
11/02 I got ready to go to Odsal to watch Bradford v Keighley. I used my PC before we, Activities and me, set off at 1200. We arrived at 1300 and I waited for Activities to park my car outside The Southbank Centre. We went the Legend's Room, the doorman told us we were sitting at table no. 1. The meal was roast Pork, seasoning, Broccoli, Carrots, roast Potatoes, cracking with gravy. After a few speeches including Gary Schofield the match started at 1500. It was close encounter with 6 cards and half time it was 10 - 10. The final score was 28 - 20 and during the match there was a blizzard.
We got home at 1745 and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza plus a Chocolate fudge cake which I had for supper.
12/02 I texted my eldest son to ask if he will take me to Keighley on 11/03. Interservehealthcare phoned to arrange for their Nurse to on 20/02 at 1130 to review my Care Plan. I arrange an appointment with the Podiatrist on 19/03 at 1320. I used my PC before lunch. After I emailed to the manager to Complained about Joyce going to sleep in my bed. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
13/02 Tues Because there was a lot Agency it took until 0945 for the handover. My eldest son phoned to ask if I was going to York this Sunday. I used my PC and ordered 15 Buxton still water because Asda only had 1. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I sent an email to Rita the Clinic manager about the catering. told I'll get a copy. After lunch I printed a list of my Complaints plus another 12 but I never saw Rita. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1615 my Bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After I used my PC.
15/02 Thurs I spent all morning writing all my complaints
 on email that I sent Rita Butland, the Clinical manager and Lynda Holden the ome manager. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. But at 1600 my bowels opened and my carers changed pad. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
16/02 Fri Activities had a breakfast meeting that started at 1000. I had shower etc. and I went to the Activities room at 1100. I had a glass of orange juice and 2 pancakes with maple syrup. I went my room and used my PC. After Fish, chips and mushy peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC to Complain about Pauline a Service User that swears all time.
17/02 Sat I used my PC until lunchtime. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
18/02 Sun I used my PC before I and Morgan from Activities went to The Fox and Grapes for our lunch. We both had fried Cod, chips and mushy peas. We were the first customers but it soon got busy. We'd finished by 1300 and we set of to York City Knights who play at Bootham Crescent. We arrived at 1345 and  parked just outside on double  yellow lines. At 1400 we went in and went in the main stand there were a few wheelchairs at the front but it was full. Next to the main stand there were 2 bus stop covered thing with chairs for carers. We went in one and we were joined by another Bull's wheelchair user. At half time the Bulls were winning 8 - 10 and full time the Bulls scraped through a last minute penalty winning 20 22. We got home at 1800 and I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala and Chocolate Fudge Cake from Soprano's.
19/02 Mon I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
20/02 Tues I used my PC and phoned Bradford Bulls to buy 2 tickets for  the Challenge Cup tie on this Sunday. After lunch I used my PC but 1430 my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my pad. After I put my feet up and I watched TV. After I used my PC.
21/02 Weds I stayed in bed all morning because my Catheter was blocked. There weren't any trained nurse on site. They called for the Clinical manager from Fairview Mews, Castleford. She arrived at 1000. She and the Clinical manager from Ravendale changed my Catheter at 1100 but there were no carers to assist me in the bathroom  until 1210. When I cleaned  my teeth, shaved and showered. After lunch I found out Keighley had run out of Hospitality tickets and  I sent an email to Rita Butland, Clinical Manager, Lynda Holden, the Home Manager and Euan Craig the CEO of Exemplarhc complaining about why did I have to stay in bed this morning. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
22/02 Thurs I used my PC and got 2 emails from Rita the Clinical manager replying to the email I sent her yesterday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/02 My Sky went faulty last night. This morning I fixed by re inserting my Viewing card and moving all the cables. I used my PC for the rest of the morning. After lunch I used my PC, to fill in a questionnaire from Activities. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my te eth and used my PC.
25/02 I used my PC before I went to Odsal to see Bradford v West Wales Raiders. John from Inter Serve Health Care came at 1145. After John got used my car we set off. We arrived at Odsal at 1300 and the doorman told me we were sitting at table 1. The meal was served at 1330, roast Gammon, sauté Potatoes and a selection of vegetables with gravy. At 1415 Stuart Duffy, the MC, introduced a Bulls player that was injured who was injured. He answered few questions. After Stuart held a quiz containing 10 Rugby League questions and 10 general knowledge questions. After everybody went to get seats we decided to stay inside. The West Wales Raiders who play in Division 1, same as Bradford were outclassed with at half time 38 - 0 and full time 82 - 6. We got home at 1745 and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.
26/02 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowel opened and my Carers changed my pad.  I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/02 Tues I told the nurse I'd run out of shampoo and toothpaste. She told me the order is monthly. Activities told me they are taking me to Tesco's to pick up my new reading glasses. We set off at 1200, picked my new reading glasses up and got home at 1300. After lunch I threw my old reading glasses away. Sorted my hospital bag and used my PC. I put my feet up and watched TV. After I used my PC.
28/02 I used my PC and started changing my passwords before lunch. After I continued changing my password, I put my feet up and watched TV. At 1615 my bowels opened and my carers changed my pad. After tea I used my PC.

My Life being Disabled Jan 2018

01/18 I used my PC this morning but last night I went to bed at 2230. I found my bed was deflating but my Carers fixed it. The menu is Lunch Beef stew and Tea Corned Beef hash. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet and watched TV. After tea I used my PC and sent email to Chris about the Issues/Complaints I want to discus.
02/18 I used my PC while I was waiting for my transport to take me Pinderfields hospital in Wakefield to get my Baclofin pump filled up. I asked for a Bacon sandwich but they didn't have any Bacon. I had a Sausage sandwich instead at 1100. After I used my PC until 1300 when my transport. We arrived at Pinderfields at 1345 and we saw the Consult at 1400. He filled my Baclofin up, which took 20 minutes. After we waited for my transport in the waiting room. It came at 1530 and we got at 1600. I took my shoes off and my coat off. I used my PC, I ordered an 11' Chilli pizza and Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.
03/01 This morning I tested my Sky because my Viewing Card was faulty. My TV read Please Insert your Viewing Card on Saturday when I passed to Sky who told me they will get me new Viewing Card that should get to me on Tuesday but when I tried it worked. I checked that I had Premier Sports and Sky movies. I phoned Inter Serve Health Care about not turning out on Boxing Day and they said put it down on an email. After lunch I used my PC, py feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC'.
04/01 I was informed that I are going to my GP's surgery because I've an appointment to see the nurse about my Diabetes, my blood pressure and take some blood. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC before we went to GP's surgery. The Grange Surgery in York Road. We saw the nurse who took some blood, take my blood pressure and took some urine. We came back and I use PC. 05/01 I slept in this morning and I didn't get until 1030. After breakfast I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
06/01 I used my PC and told the nurse plus the carer I was have to be changed before 1800 because I'm going out to Mumtaz in Leeds. My eldest son is taking me. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV.  At 1600 the Carers came to change me. After I watched TV. At 1800 James my youngest son phoned to tell he was lost in Kirkstall. I gave him my Post Code and g ot here at 1825. We arrived at Mumtaz at 1900. Andrew, Ben and his wife were sat in the reception. We went to our table, ordered our meals plus non alcoholic drinks. I had Murgh Makhani, hot Chicken Tikka Masala. We finished at 2130 and I was home at 2200.

08/01 I reported my Wheelchair to Wheelchair Repair because my right arm rest was loose. They are coming on Wednesday afternoon. I phoned Bradford Bulls about my new shirt and season tickets. Bradford Bulls are dealing. I asked Activities, Morgan is taking to me Odsal on Sunday. I used my PC tried to get my Amazon Gift Card but it didn't work. I tried to Hide My Ass working but it didn't work. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

10/01 I got a letter from GP asking for sample of Urine in a months time. I got my Halls Citrus sugar free in the post. I sent an email to Chris Dawson the home manager about my air filled mattress which has been faulty since last Thursday. There isn't Semi  Skimmed Milk. 14/01 I used my PC before going to Odsal to watch Bradford v Sheffield at 1500. We, my driver/carer set off at 1200 and arrived at Odsal 1300. The Doorman told me we were sat on table 1 as I waited for my Carer/driver to park  my car. I asked one of the manager if we could my car in the Disabled spots and she said yes. But my driver had to wait until one of stewards checked to see if I had parking allocated. She came  after 20 minutes and we went to Table 1. There was 7 places and as usual next to the door. The meal was Roast Beef, Carrots, Potatoes with gravy. After two Again the ex-players from Sheffield answered questions and 2 injured players from Bradford answered questions from Robbie Hunter Paul who was the MC. We had a quiz, 10 Rugby League questions and 10 General Knowledge questions. The match started at 1500 and half time it 0 - 6. The second was much the same until the 69th minute when Bradford scored. Bradford scored again in 71st minute. It ended Bradford 12 Sheffield 6. We came home and I ordered a 9'' Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Sopranos.

20/01 My Sky was faulty last night. I used my PC and reported my Sky to Sky who will send a new viewing card. I should receive it on Tuesday. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put   my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 my Bowels opened and my Carers changed my Shorts and my Pad.

21/01 After getting to go Dewsbury to watch Bradford my eldest phoned to tell me it was -1'. We  decided not to go. I used my PC before Sunday dinner. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched. After tea I used my PC.
22/01 I tried my Sky TV but it was saying my Viewing Card was not working. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened and Carers changed my Pad. After I watched my TV. After tea I used my PC.
23/01 I tried my Sky TV again it was faulty. I took a form from my GP to the Nurse. I told that I am expecting a new Sky Viewing Card today. I used my PC and my new Sky Viewing Card came. I set the pin and check the stations. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I didn't tea I decided to have a Pizza from Soprano's. I ordered it at 1745.
24/01 I used my PC My Carers in the morning. After lunch I used my PC and my Bowels opened. My Carers changed my Pad. After I asked the Senior Carer if I could have a cup Café. She never brought it and I didn't put my feet. Before tea I didn't my Insulin because there was no Nurse. After tea I didn't my Medicine because there was no Nurse. I used my PC.
25/01 My Nurse tried to wash my Bladder out but she couldn't. She changed my Catheter by herself because only 1 Nurse on duty doing 2 floors ! I emailed York City Knights to asked what facilities they have, they play at Boondrytham Crescent same as York City. I used my PC before lunch. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/01 Texted my eldest son to wish him a Happy Birthday, he's 32. I used my PC and the Activity people brought a questionnaire. I used my PC before lunch. The Fish, Chips and the Peas, the Fish was poor and the Peas were Garden. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC to respond to the questionnaire from Activities.

28/01 After having a shower my Carers couldn't find my Sling. I stayed on my bed until 1230 until my Sling was dried in the Laundry. When I got up I used my PC. I went to the Dining room to be told Sunday dinner would be served at 1330. Sunday dinner was served at 1340. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
29/01 I used my PC to send an email to York City Knights asking how to buy Hospitality tickets for the match on 18/02. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After teasswordsa I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/01 I went Dearnevale Nursing Home in Grimethorpe to attend The Services Users meeting Nationally. It started at 1200 and during meeting there was snacks and drinks. It was the first one I've attended. After one hour we'd We discussed the Action Points from the last meeting. We worked through the Agenda until we finished at 1430. We, the driver Activities, Emma the OT and me got home at 1600. I used my PC to order Haddock, Chips and  Mushy Peas from Rockfords.

My Life being Disabled Dec 2017

01/12 Last evening I and Morgan, Activities, went to The Capri Bistro in Horbury Bridge. We set off at 1745 but didn't get there until 1845 because it was snowing. It was busy but it took some time because the staff couldn't open the double doors. I had Minestrone soup and Pollo Merinato, breast of Chicken, Olive oil, Cajan spices, herbs and grilled roasted Peppers. Morgan had Pizza All'glo e Pomodoro with Tagliatelie alla Stroanoff. It was delicious. We got home at 2100. This morning I used my PC to send an email to Chris, the manager, to thank Morgan. I was informed by Emma the driver last night is called Julie not Morgan. After Haddock, chips and mushy peas I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC to write an email to our manager with a list of Complaints from 22/11
02/02 I watched Australia v England in the World Cup Final this morning but Aeanustralia won 6 - 0. I used my PC. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
03/12 I asked youngest son if he wanted to go to The Majestic, Mumtaz in Leeds on 12/12 at 1900. He said yes. I used my PC to order my Xmas shopping from Asda to be delivered on 12/12 at 1200 - 1400. After Sunday dinner I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. I ordered a 11" Chilli pizza and a Chocolate Fudge cake from Soprano's.  These were suppose to delivered at 1730 but they have not come 1745 and I've complained on the live chat ? They came at 1745 and I ate the Chilli pizza  and put my Chocolate Fudge cake in the fridge. I used my PC.
04/12 I used my PC to amend my Asda order to include a packet of AAA batteries. After lunch I phoned Bradford Bulls and ordered 2 Hospitality tickets for 14/01 Sheffield and 2 for Keighley on 11/02. I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
05/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch(Tomato soup) I used my PC, put my feet up, watched TV but my Catheter was leaking and my nurse straigthtened up. After tea I used my PC and the Nurse came into my room to give answers to Chris email.
06/12 My nurse changed my Catheter because it was blocked. After breakfast I used my PC to get the receipt Amazon for the Call Button/Lead for the nurse. A Carer did my Clothes Property list. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
07/12 I used my PC, I phoned Interservehealthcare to see if I produce a list Bradford league 1 home fixtures they can start planning. I phoned The Fox and Grapes to book a table for 2 Activities and me to go next Wednesday at 1200 for Christmas dinner. After lunch I got my League Express and I used my PC. I put my feet up and watch TV. After tea I read my League Express, cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

11/12 I used my PC before going the Podiatry at Leeds East Health Centre. My appointment is at 1340. I had a Bacon sandwich for breakfast. My transport came 1315 and we, my carer and myself arrived 1335. We waited until 1355 and the Podiatrist took us in. He cut my toenails and put plaster on right toes because it was cut and my right leg that was cut. He told my carer to tell the nurse they should be dressed in 2 days. We went to the reception and asked the receptionist to asked for my transport. It came at 1500 and we got home at 1530. I put my feet up, had a cup of café and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
12/12 I used my PC and texted both my sons to find out what time their coming for me tonight when we go to Mumtaz for a meal. My youngest told me he's picking me up at 1900. My GP came and examine me to prescribed some antibiotics.  My shopping came before lunc h. After lunch I used my PC, checked my shopping, I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. My youngest phoned to tell me he didn't want to go to Mumtaz. We arranged to go next week. After tea I used my PC.
13/12 I got ready to The Fox and Grapes with Activities. I'd booked a table for 3 people at 1200. I used my PC and we set off at 1130. We arrived at 1150 and sat down on a round table. For starters I had Carrrot and Corinder soup, main course was Turkey, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, Cranbury, roast Potatoes, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Carrots and gravy. For Dessert I had Christmas pudding. We left at 14`5 and got home 1445. I put my feet and watched TV After tea my Bowels opened and I decided to stat in bed.
14/12 I stayed in bed all day.
15/12 I used my PC in the morning. After Fish, chips and mushy pea I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.

18/12 I phoned Interservehealthcare because they left a message on my answer machine but they couldn't find it. I used my PC in the morning. Lunch didn't arrive until 1330. After I used my PC, my Bowels opened and my Carers changed pad. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
19/12 I was told this afternoon I've an appointment at The Grange about my Diabetes at 1450. I asked the nurse could we take my car ? I used my PC until lunch time. During lunchtime I asked the nurse if I could have my Inhaler. I said I didn't feel well and I didn't want to walk to my GPs surgery. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
20/12 I used my PC and sorted my access to Tesco home delivery. After lunch I used my PC and tried Tesco home delivery but I failed. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea the nurse cut my finger nails and I used my PC.
21/12 I got up at 0700 because I had an appointment at Seacroft hospital for my new shoes at 1020. After breakfast I used my PC until 1000 when my transport came. We arrived at Seacroft at 1020 and I  called in at 1030. I tried my new shoes on and kept them on. I waited in reception until 1130 when  my transport came. We got back at 1200 and I used my PC. After lunch I used my PC, put  my feet up and watched TV. I ordered a Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala from Sopranos plus a Chocolate Fudge cake which arrived at 1730. I didn't eat all of it because it was too hot and I left my Chocolate Fudge cake until supper time. I used my PC.
22/12 I used my PC before I had my Monthly Care Plan review. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV  but at 1600 I thought my Bowels had opened. I told my Carers who told me they hadn't and  I used my PC. After tea I used my PC and cleaned my teeth.
23/12 Last evening I tried to start Tesco's delivery service but my address is a Business. This morning I phoned Tesco's to delete my request. I used my PC before lunch where I just had soup because my mouth was sore. After I used my PC to order a new grabber from ebay because I'd run over my old one. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.

25/12 I opened my presents from Ravensdale, shaving set and Amazon gift voucher. I used my PC until 1200 my eldest son came and he stayed until 1230. We had a Christmas dinner, Turkey, Carrots, Brussel sprouts, Parsley, potatoes and gravy. After I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
26/12 I got ready to go Odsal to watch Bradford v Halifax but Interservehealthcare phoned at 1030 to tell Christine couldn't attend and they were trying to find someone to cover. I used my PC and Interservehealthcare phoned to tell they couldn't resource my driver/carer to Bradford at 1200. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
27/12 I was woke up my Carers at 0820 because I had an appointment at my Dentist at 1030. My transport at 0945 and we arrived at 1015. We, my carer and me went into the Surgery at 1030 and the assistants were going use a hoist but they decided not to. The dentist cleaned my teeth and applied a Fluoride gel. I asked her should I get an appointment ? She said in 6 months. The receptionist phone transport to tell we were ready. We went downstairs and our transport arrived  at 1130. We got home at 1200 and I used my PC. After lunch I phoned Interservehealthcare and told them Christine didn't turn up yesterday. They apologised and said next Tuesday their manager will look into it. I used my PC and my eldest son phoned. I sent a copy of my tickets to Interservehealthcare. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
28/12 I used my PC while I was waiting for the Nurse to change my Catheter because when she did my bladder wash it didn't go through. The Nurses changed my Catheter. I used my PC before lunch. After my youngest son phoned to tell me he was on his way. I used my PC, he came and we arranged to go out for an Indian after New Year. I put my feet up and watched TV. After tea I used my PC.
29/12 I used my PC in the morning. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV. At 1600 Chris the Home manager came because he wanted to discus my Complaints. I told him I didn't feel good and we agreed to discus after New Year. After tea I cleaned my teeth and used my PC.
30/12 I used my PC and phoned Sky because my Viewing wasn't working. They said my new card should here on Monday. After lunch I used my PC, put my feet up and watched TV but at 1600 my Bowels opened and Carers changed my pad. After I used my PC. After tea I used my PC.
