Yesterday at 17:30 I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. My bowels opened so I told a carer. They put me on my bed and started to change but my sling was dirty so I had to stay on my bed. I watched television all night only drinking water.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I caller for a carer to get up. The nurse came in and gave me a suppository as a laxetive. They put me on the toilet for 30 minutes but I do anything. I cleaned my teeth, shaved but the nurse decided to put on toilet again. I stayed there for another 20 minutes, had a shower and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to my room to wait for eldest son coming to wish me Happy Birthday. At 12:05 I decided to go the computer room but my son came at 12:15. We went to my room and he stayed until 12:45. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room at 13:35. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. My bowels opened at 14:30 and I told a carer. The nurse and carer came they change my but they had throw away jogging trousers and my boxing shorts. I went to at 15:30 where I bought a tin of Chilli con Carne and bottle Shower Gel. I came home and unpacked my shopping and told a carer I didn't want any tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 17:35 because my youngest is coming from work.

My Life being Disabled 06/10/11
Yesterday I went to my room at 17:40 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my urine bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:27. I looked up a recipe for Chilli con Carne on the BBC site and my youngest called to see what I wanted for my birthday(tomorrow). I told him I wanted a new wallet. I got an email from the secretary of my CLP with the details the next meeting and the minutes of the last meeting. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise. I had sausage, chips and baked beans. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth,watched television and exercised(x1.5). At 15:45 I went to the computer room. I had Tomato soup(No Mulligatawny) and ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

Yesterday at 18:00 I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:10 and watched the telewvision until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:06. I went my room at 11:15 to watch television and exercise. I had Pasta Bolognese for lunch. I went my room to watch television and to exercise(x3). At 14:45 I went to Asda and bought 2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits and 1 packet of Ginger biscuits. I came home unpacked my shopping. I went to the computer room and filled a questionnaire about my visit to Asda. The nurse came said she thought my bowels had opened so I went to my room. I told a carer and they changed my pad, boxer shorts and my tracksuit bottoms. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea but there wasn't any ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:40.

Yesterday I had (my own) Chicken Jalfrazi and ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet and watched the television. I watched Featherstone beat Sheffield 40 - 4. At 20:30 I asked a carer if I could to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:22. At 11:30 I went my room to watched television and to exercise. I had Cumberland sausage, swede, cauliuflower, green beans and mashed potatoes for lunch. I went the computer room and went my room at 13:30. I watched the television and exercised(x2). The manager and her assistant came in and asked what I'd been putting on Facebook. I told her that rarely use Facebook or Twitter but she said somebody accusing me of putting derogatory remarks about staff on Facebook. I went with her showed my Facebook. After I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Cheese & Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and went to the computer room. I filled in a questionaire about my visit to Asda. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off 17:30.

I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:18. I went to my room to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had Mulligatawny for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room to clean my teeth. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went to Asda and bought 2 tubes of Pringles Sour Cream and a bottle of Asda Shower gel. I came home, unpacked shopping and went to the computer room.
