Yesterday I logged off at 18:30, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 05:30 and watched television until 08:15 when I asked a carer could I get up. I asked the carer if they would cut my hair. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30. I went to see the manager because she's going to Mexico tonight and I gave her a tube of After Sun. I went back to my room but on the way the physio took my splint off because it was on too tight. I put my scarf, woolly hat, gloves and my fleece on and went to Asda. I bought Sausages and Mash plus bottle of Mouthwash. I had fried fish and mushy peas for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 14:00 my bowels opened and the carers changed my pad. I stayed in my room for the rest of the afternoon watching a movie. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged out at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 29/11/12
Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:15. I went to Asda where I bought 2 packets of Halls and a packet of Steradent. I came home, watched television and exercised. I had fried egg, chips and baked beans. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:50 I went to the training room for the Residents meeting. It lasted 45 minutes and after I watched a movie. I had Corned Beef hash and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, started changing my passwords and logged off at 18:30.

My Life being Disabled 28/11/12
Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 06:00 and watched television until 07:00 when I told a carer that I wanted to get up because I have an appointment at the dentist at 10:00. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had 2 Weetbix for breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 09:15. At 09:30 I started to get ready for going out. I put my scarf, hat, gloves and fleece on and went to the dentist. I arrived at 09:50 and saw him at 10:00. He took impressions of both set of teeth, he told me my next appointment is on 05/12/12 at 10:30 and we talked about Indian restaurants. I went to Asda where I bought a bottle of shower gel, two packets of paracetomal, a box of lozenges and a Lasagne. I went home, unpacked shopping and worked on the computer. At 11:30 the physio's assistant asked me if I wanted to work on my right arm under hot water(45*). We went to their room for 10 minutes and I came back. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 I watched television and exercised(x1). I worked on my computer and read my book for the rest of the afternoon. I had my own Lasagne and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. After I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and logged on at 10:30 but a carer told me there was a coffee morning in the training room at 11:00. I went to the training room at 10:55 and there was a film crew waiting for the coffee morning. They were filming for Exemplar HC. We played 3 sets of bingo and I won 2 bottles of shower gel and some body spray. I had fish finger, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and brocolli for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 my bowels opened and the change my pad, my joggers plus my polo shirt. At 15:00 I started to watch a movie. I had Mulligatawny soup and ice cream for my tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 26/11/12
Yesterday I logged off at 18:00, I put my feet up and watched television. At 21:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 04:00 and watched television. I asked a carer for some more water and he found my night bag was leaking. He changed it and reported it to get the domestics to clean my carpet. At 08:10 I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I was told I couldn't go into my room because the domestic were cleaning my carpet. I stayed in the dining room until 11:00. I went to my room and logged on at 11:11. I had sausage, mash, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cabbage and cauliflower for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:45 skills came to take me to the opticians in Cudworth Moorhouse. We got there at 14:10 and the opticians tested my eyes. She decided I need new readings glasses and I picked a pair. She said they'll be ready in a week but they'll phone first. We came home and went to my room at 15:15. I had Mulligatawny soup for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth, my youngest son phoned and I logged off at 18:00.

Yesterday my bowels opened at 14:00 and I told a carer but when they lifted me my sling got dirty and I had stay bed until this morning.
I woke up at 04:00 and watched television until 08:10 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to my room and started to tidy up my computer at 10:15. I emailed my younger brother to tell him I've in hospital to have my top set of teeth. At 11:15 I watched television and exercised(x1). I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. At 13:30 my bowels opened and the carer changed my pad. I watched a movie and worked on my computer. I had, my own, Pasta bake and ice cream for tea. I went to my room, cleaned my teeth and logged off at 18:00.
