Yesterday evening I went to my room, put feet up and watched the television. I watched Bradford lose to Catalan 28 - 34. At 21:00 my bowels opened I told a carer and they changed my pad. I also watched the big fight on Sky boxoffice Haye lost to Klitschko on points. It cost £14.95 but my brother pays all my Sky fees. After the big match at 00:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:00 and watched the television until 08:15 when I asked a carer if I could get up. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered but there was no special shampoo that I get on prescribtion and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 09:50. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch the television and to exercise. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room to watch the television and exercise(x2). At 14:30 I asked a carer if could sit in the back garden because it was very sunny. I stayed there until 16:20 reading my book. I went to the dining room and ice cream but I had asked for some of my Chilli con Carne but the carers forgot to take it out of the freezer. I went to the computer room and signed out at 17:45

My Life being Disabled 02/06/11
Yesterday I went for my lunch after I went my room to watch television, exercise(x2) and read my book. I went to the dining room at 16:20 because I had a Chilli con Carne which I bought from Netto's. After tea I went to the computer room until 18:04 and went to my room, put my feet up and watch the television. At 23:15 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I called a nurse came in to wash my bladder. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I got up and went to the dining room. One the skills told me on Sunday at 10:30 we were going to Trinity Walk in Wakefield, on the 19th June I am going shopping for the ingredients for my Chilli con Carne and the next day I'm cooking it. I had my breakfast and went to the computer room. I logged at 10:18. I had Mulligatawny soup for lunch and went my room to watch television. I didn't exercise because at 14:00 a singer called Beebi Del was appearing. She started singing 10 minutes late because some of the residents were late. She sang a mixture of songs and she was a good singer but she didn't do any encores and finished exactly at 15:10. We she had finished I went to Netto's and bought 2 packets of McCoys cheese and onions crisps because they were on special offer at £1 for six packets. I had an omelette and baked beans followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and watch the rest of Ms Madela on BBC iPlayer.

My Life being Disabled 14/02/11
Yesterday afternoon I watched The Cruders beat Salford, Leeds beat Bradford and Hull KR beat Hull FC. I went to bed at 21:00 because I had to get up at 06:00 to attend my new GP. I watched television all night and never went to sleep.
This morning I got up at 06:00, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. The nurse check my blood/sugar level it was 6.8. I had breakfast before going to my new GP. He reviewed my medicine and changed a few. I asked what my blood/sugar level and he said 4.5 to 6.5. When I got back home the skills were having a coffee morning. We had a quiz and played bingo. At 11:00 we went to Morrison's to buy my ingrediants for my Chilli con Carne. I also bought some Vick, Fisherman's Friends, 2 bottle of water and some sugar free polo mints.
When we came back it was lunchtime and after I came into the computer room. This afternoon there is a male singer performing at 14:00
