Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 22:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke up at 07:30 and watched the television until 08:20when I asked carer could I get up. I asked them to cut my hair. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:00. I checked the BBC News to see if there were any stories about PREJUDICES or DISCRIMINATION. There was a story about a company being accused of sacking British workers by a MP. I went to my room at 11:30 to watch my television and to exercise. I had Tomato soup because there was no Mulligatawny. I went to the Computer room and went to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth, watched the television and exercised(x2). At 15:00 I went round Grimethorpe, down the High Street and back up Acorn Way. I called in Asda and bought 3 pairs of Boxer shorts. I came home, gave them to a carer to put buttons on with my room number on and went to the dining room. I had Quiche, baked beans and ice cream for tea. I went to the computer room and logged off at 18:00

My Life being Disabled 13/10/11
Yesterday I went to my room at 18:00 and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 21:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.
This morning I woke at 06:15 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was ready for my bladder wash. I got up, cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered, changed my siphon bag and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:17. I checked the BBC news for ' PREJUDICES' or 'DISCRIMINATION' but there were no stories. I went to my room at 12:15 and had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went my room. I cleaned my teeth and watched the television. At 13:50 I asked a carer if the Residents meeting was going ahead at 14:00. He checked and told me it was cancelled, again. At 15:00 I went down the High Street and back up on Acorn Way. I went into Asda where I bought some Asda shower gel and a tin of Beef Bolognese. I came back and unpacked my shopping. I had a bacon and egg sandwich followed by ice cream. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

My Life being Disabled 12/10/11
Yesterday I went to my room at 11:30 to watch television and to exercise(x1). I had braised sausages, chips and mixed vegetables. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:15 to clean my teeth. My bowels opened and I told a carer. They put me on my bed and change my pad but I to stay there because my sling was covered in shit ! I watched my television until I fell asleep about 04:00 this morning.

I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I went to the dining room and had Weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:35. I checked the BBC site and found one story about "Homophobic bullying prevelant in Northern Ireland schools". I went to my room to watch television at 11:30. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I went to the computer room and went to my room at 13:30 to clean my teeth. I watched the television until 14:50 when I went Asda. I bought some Original Polo's, a tin of Mince Beef Bolognese and 2 tins of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion. I came home, unpacked my shopping and watched the television. I had the Mince Beef Bolognese and ice cream for my tea. I went to the computer room and logged out at 18:00.

Yesterday I had ice cream for tea. I went to my room and cleaned my teeth. I put my feet up and watched the television. At 18:00 I told a carer that I wanted a Bolognese Pizza. It arrived at 18:45 and I ate it while watching the television. At 22:00 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

I went to the dining room and had my breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:10. I went to my room at 11:20 to watch television and to exercise. I went to the computer room and logged out at 17:30.

My Life being Disabled 09/10/11
Yesterday I had Chicken Kiev, chips and garden peas with ice cream for lunch. I went to my room to clean my teeth and to watch television. At 14:10 I told a carer I wanted to get ready to go to Old Trafford. They change my urine bag to a legbag, put my thermal pants, my thermal vest on, a tee shirt and some jogging trousers. They got my Bradford away shirt, my Corona jacket, my Bradford scarf, my gloves and a hat. At 15:00 I told a carer I ready and went to the skills room to met our driver. I gave him the postcode for Old Trafford but their SatNav didn't recognise it ? We set off at 15:10 going through Barnsley, A628, M67, M60 but he decided to go to Chester for 10 miles. I told him he should have stayed on M60. Eventually were arrived at Old Trafford at 16:50. We went straight in and found my wheelchair space. My carer went to find the toilets but he didn't come back until 17:45. He told me he had diareah and just before the match started he went again. It started raining when match started and continued throughout. The first half was boring but at 33 minutes Rob Burrows scored the first try for Leeds. At half time the score was 2 - 8 to Leeds. The second half it opened up with Leeds winning easily 12 - 30. We stayed for the presentations with Rob Burrows winning the Harry Sutherland Trophy for the man of the match. Outside it was very busy and we got at 23:00. At 23:30 I asked a carer if I could go to bed.

I went to the dining room and had Weetabix for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on 10:20. The nurse came in to give me my medicine and told I didn't want take Supositories anymore. She said she will see head nurse. I went to my room at 11:55 to watched the television. I had Tomato soup for lunch. I got call from Asda telling they dealing with the lack of Pringles. I went to the computer room and to my room at 13:15. I cleaned my teeth and watched television. At 15:45 I went to the computer room.

This morning I woke up at 04:30 and watched the television until 08:15 when I told a carer I was readyfor my bladder wash. I cleaned my teeth, shaved, showered and got dressed. I told the carer I would changing to get ready to Old Trafford at 14:00. I went to dining room and had a bacon with tomotoes sandwich for breakfast. I went to the computer room and logged on at 10:49. At 12:15 I logged off and went to my room.
